Ispire Catering and Events owned by Sandra is EXTRAORDINARY and I have lots to say about this incredible company, so please indulge me! Our daughter’s wedding planning began two years ago when we contacted Sandra from Ispire Catering & Events. I would like to also mention that Sandra was the caterer and event planner for our second daughter’s wedding in 2021 and she was truly AMAZING!
Due to our previous magnificent experience with Sandra in 2021, we knew what to expect going into this second experience. Sandra’s attention to detail is astounding. She is very meticulous and a consummate perfectionist and professional. She will listen and then provide you with surprises and details that you would not have thought about, and if you did, she would bring it to fruition ten times over. Since the wedding was in September, we provided Sandra with the fall theme, wedding colors, style, vision, creative flair, and settings. The venue was the Belmont Manor and Historic Park, which provides acres of open space. We met with Sandra on several occasions to develop a menu and based on my daughter’s ideas, Sandra was able to offer her creativity with decorations and new trends. Sandra turned the outdoor venue into an autumn fairytale setting—both outdoors for the ceremony and indoors for the reception. The decorations for the cocktail hour were amazing that captured all the guests’ interests, from the flowers, signage, table seating chart… I could go on and on. I cannot begin to express and share my immense gratitude to how Sandra truly went above and beyond transforming our ideas and vision into a beautiful experience.
Her impeccable patience with the wedding guests did not go unnoticed and they could not stop raving about the elegance of the decorations, real life flowers, blooms adoring every section of the outdoors and tables, table settings decorations, presentation, food and especially her delicious meatballs, steak and salmon! All of this demonstrated the romantic atmosphere which complemented my daughter’s and her husband’s love. Her staff was friendly, courteous, professional and provided comfortability with the guests which was accommodating.
Sandra’s centerpieces and the stunning backdrop she created was more than we could imagine. If you are looking for a caterer, wedding coordinator and decorator, look no further! Quit looking because Sandra has the full package!!! Her talent, dedication, passion and love for what she does will not go unnoticed by your family and guests and her preparatory settings will send your vision into another dimension. Another quality Sandra possess is her calmness which will ease all anxiety during your planning stages. She always maintains a beautiful smile on her face.
Thank you Ispire Catering & Events for making both of my daughters' weddings a magical dream that they both will cherish with their husbands for the rest of their lives. Sandra not only met our vision, but she has exceeded our expectations. All the guests are still in awe weeks later, commenting that “this wedding was the wedding of the year!” This is all because of Sandra, Ispire Catering and Events.

I contacted Ispire Catering & Events just two weeks before my cousin's wedding, after dealing with poor service from another caterer. The owner Sandra got us scheduled quickly for a tasting, and we were impressed from then on. The tasting wasn't just food, Sandra provided a whole experience, with table settings and lighting. The food was spectacular from start to finish, from appetizers to desserts and beverages. I knew from that day that Ispire Catering would be the caterer we would choose, and Sandra assured us that the bride would not have to worry about service.
I can honestly say that the Ispire team did not disappoint! The food was hot, delicious, and displayed so beautifully! Our guests kept commenting on how great the food was, especially their signature punch. My cousin's wedding went on without a hitch thanks to the Ispire Catering team. I highly recommend them for any event, large or small. When you hire Ispire, you won't have to perspire! LOL :) -

My wife, Nicholl, and I were floundering to find a good but reasonably priced caterer in a short period of time. Saundra, not only came through, her and her staff overperformed. She provided professional consultation that guided us to an amazing wedding with great food. Saundra and her staff was very professional and kind. They were like family with skills. Sandra and I have a history as she has been a part of my family over the years by way of hosting our events such as weddings, birthday parties and family reunions. That being said, I could not wait for my time to arrive so that she could SHINE as the elite vendor for my own wedding. I’ve seen her in action: be it catering, assembling décor, welcoming guests, making sure last minute details were in order, to simply enjoying her own event with laughter and grace; her skill set: SUPERB!
Over the past 2 years that Sandra spent assisting my husband and I in planning, she elevated our vision and ideas with promises and execution. From the initial tastings (which she even allowed our parents to attend for the full experience) to the virtual and in-person check-in meetings, she was flexible, reliable, insightful, and considerate of us throughout the entire planning process. She careful listened to the ideas we shared, the dreams that we were hesitant to request and calmed the frustrations and stresses through it all. She listened keenly to our requests no matter how grand or minute. She was always accessible and professional yet fun-loving and authentic.
When the day finally arrived, all the preparations were on full display!
· The venue: Sandra covered every square foot possible of the grand manor and its gorgeous grounds with beautiful florals and gold accessories. A personal favorite was the larger-than-life table seating chart which captivated the cocktail hour space. She was encouraging in providing us with a beautiful setting and backdrop to our nuptials.
· The food: SUCCULENT! From the appetizers and entrees to the desserts and the bar, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, and our guests were mesmerized!
· Her décor: STUNNING! Each detail stood out and completely gave a unique imprint on the venue. The vibrancy popped not only in-person but also in our photos to last a lifetime. Our color scheme was not that of the traditional wedding palate, yet she made them beautifully bold and expressed us as a couple. Her ideas are always on trend and classically stand the test of time.
· Down to the fine details of coordination, Sandra and her team expertly executed a seamless day!
· Her positivity is why we’ve remained as lifelong clients. She possesses the ability to calm our nerves when things got hectic amid planning, and we were assured in not having to worry about any mishaps throughout the day.
We can honestly say that she put her love, thoughtfulness, style, and hard work behind executing the best experience for us to share on our special day; not only for us as the couple but for all of our guests and vendors included. She went above and beyond and delivered with steadiness and sophistication. To date, guests are still raving over the décor, food, coordination – ALL TOP TIER VIBES! It was worth every penny, and we would do it all over again! We were truly blessed in spending such a momentous occasion in our lives with someone who feels like family. Wedding season can be such a hectic time (especially in the height of September when our wedding occurred) but Sandra never made us feel like we were a “number.” I am sure that all her other couples can share our testament in feeling V.I.P.

Sandra & her staff were exceptional. She went above and beyond by creating a speical custom vegan meal for my husband who is the pickiest of eaters.
Sandar was very communicative and responded to every inquiry quickly. She drove 2 hours to see my venue to ensure she was prepared for our wedding. She was attentive and personable. She had incredible ideas and executed them to perfection. -

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ispire Catering and Events for not one but two of my daughters’ weddings and I cannot say enough about the caliber of attention to details, from the first consultation to the final lights out, her professionalism, creativity and attention to details were impeccable.
Ispire’s culinary creations were nothing short of skilled and divine taste to our guests’ palettes! She offered a diverse menu that catered to all tastes and special options, the dessert presentation was as beautiful as it was delicious, making the dining experience feel truly special from the cocktail hour, to dinner, to the array of desserts.
Decorations was an “awe” moment, and a dream come true. Ispire patiently took the time to understand my daughter’s vision along with the vision of my wife and brought it to life flawlessly. From the elegant centerpieces to the arch and flowers for the ceremony, to the stunning backdrop for the reception, the life size guest table locator board, and the gold glass names that presented the Bride and Groom’s names were just stupendous!!! The color palette was beautifully executed for such a large outdoor and indoor venue. Ispire made the atmosphere feel warm and very inviting to all our guests and we cannot stop receiving complements about the wedding they all refer to as “the wedding of the year”.
Ispire delivered a staff that was friendly and with an attentive demeanor throughout the event. The event was well orchestrated, especially with the wedding coordinator who was recommended by Ispire. Their positive attitude contributed to a joyous celebration for all to enjoy and left precious memories for us to remember for years to come.
To the end, we could not have asked for anything better than Ispire. Sandra offered and helped create so many unforgettable memories for our family and friends on this day and many other occasions. We proudly and boastfully return to Ispire each time that we have an event to plan, especially a wedding!!!
Thanks again for making my daughters and their husbands’ weddings something for them to cherish and remember for years to come and smile at the magical memories of their visions that you brought to life.

Sandra is brilliant! She’s hands-down the BEST in this business. She will stop at nothing to ensure your event is beyond your expectations, even your wildest dreams! She will make your vision happen even more spectacularly than it appeared in your mind. Just give her your budget and she will “wow” you with what she can do within it. Our guests are STILL talking about our vow renewal wedding and asking “who did these” and “who created that.” Our venue was difficult to work with and she had a tight time frame to execute many of the details. However, Sandra was undeterred and unhindered. Her creativity and ability to coordinate the details was unmatched. She and her staff were awesome to work with and they can quietly and courteously put everything in place for your event without disrupting your event or your even noticing. She’s full of surprises, BEAUTIFUL surprises; just give her some autonomy and she will pull off an event that people will be talking about for years to come. Choose Sandra and Ispire Events and you will not be disappointed! -

The food at the tasting alone was enough to seal the deal, but her knowledge and attention to detail was just what I was missing. Once confirmed, Sandra helped with menus, event layout, and so much more.
Honestly, I don’t know what kind of wedding I would have had of had not found Sandra and her team. Her knowledge, patience, and overall support is something that truly carried me down the aisle. If had to do this all over again, iSpire is the first on my call list.

I was a bride who thought I would be able to completely plan my wedding solo. I was quickly overwhelmed and lost complete control. Yet, from the first call with Sandra I felt at ease and knew I came across a planning GEM. Following the call we set up a tasting and from the moment my husband and I walked in we knew we were finally in the right direction. On display, was different table settings, from simple to extravagant, variety of bouquets and other add-on services. The food at the tasting alone was enough to seal the deal but her knowledge and attention to detail was the just what I was missing. Once confirmed, Sandra helped with menus, event layout, and so much more.
I even mentioned how with my growing guest count I may be with out a photographer(if my friend couldn’t help out) and the day of her husband came and captured some photos and Sandra assisted with the poses.
Honestly, I don’t know what kind of wedding I would have had of had not found Sandra and her team. Her knowledge, patience, and overall support is something that truly carried me down the aisle. If had to do this all over again, iSpire is the first on my call list.

Amazing Experience
I got married in August and I'm just getting around to writing my review. My experience with Ispire Catering and Events was AMAZING! My Mother passed away 8 days before my wedding so a lot of things on my end fell through the cracks and the owner picked up my slack and went above and beyond. The decor was beautiful and the food was amazing. Our guest are still talking about our food. I'm beyond thankful to have the caterer we did. The day was hectic because of me but everything turned out great. I believed my Mom had her hand in that day. I really can't say enough good things about Ispire Catering and Events. You definitely won't regret booking with this company. -

Wow!!! Our day was so special!! Ispire Events and Catering was a lifesaver for us! The decor for our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and elegant. Every flower and centerpiece was intricately designed to match our color scheme. The food was hot and delicious and my guests couldn’t stop talking about the deserts!! I am so happy to have met Sandra and her team. From the moment we met her at our tasting she amazed us with her professionalism, her dedication and eye for detail. From the day we met Sandra at the 2020 VisArts Wedding Fair she has put her best foot forward. It has been a great pleasure working with Ispire Catering and Events. My sister, Fiance, mother, mother-in-law, and I were very impressed with her food and decor set up. After talking to her for about 15 minutes we were pretty much sold and eager to talk to her further. I emailed Sandra to inquire about her services. I received immediate feedback and we set up a time to meet.
Prior to our first meeting Sandra, she asked us about our wedding details to get an idea of what our vision was. When we arrived for our consultation, we were pleasantly surprised that Sandra took the initiative to set up her room decor with our colors and table design that we had told her. She reviewed her packages. Throughout the process Sandra was very communicative. We were able to have our tasting and were very impressed with the quality of the food and the excellent taste. Everyone loved Sandra! Once we signed with her, she even recommended Day of Coordinators, Stephanie and Karen. Another great characteristic of Sandra is her patience. Sandra worked with us to come up with our floor plans for both the ceremony and reception, menu, and was genuinely just a positive entity in our wedding journey. The day of our wedding, Sandra and her staff were extremely professional. We were able to start and finish on time and our guest were fed in record time! Sandra went ABOVE and BEYOND, surprising us with amazing decor add ons to make our ceremony and reception even more beautiful. She even provided decor for our cake and the bridal suite at the venue! After the wedding, we received many compliments from guests about our wedding décor and how good the food was. I highly recommend Ispire Catering to anyone looking for catering for a special event. Working with Sandra is like working with family and despite the pandemic altering our original date she was flexible and graceful with any changes that we made. You can tell that she truly loves what she does and that this is her passion!! My husband Justin and I look forward to working with Sandra for future events. Sandra was not just a vendor for us, we truly consider her a part of our family.

The day of the wedding , Sandra and her team really went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted was included in the experience. She went the extra mile to add certain touches that I was not expecting but was very pleased with. Sandra is fantastic! We were lucky enough to have Ispire Catering decorate and cater our wedding. Sandra is experienced and great to work with! Firstly, the food is great! Sandra’s food has the comfort of a delicious home cooked meal with a lot of flavor. We knew we loved the food, but we were so happy to learn that our guest loved the food too! We had a Sierra Leone/Mexican wedding and she was able to really help us incorporate both cuisines into the menu. We had a very diverse guest list at our wedding, and everyone raved about the food. Also, the décor turned out great! Sandra was able to make our vision a reality. Lastly, Sandra is great to work with. She is very flexible and was able to handle any curveball that came our way the day of the wedding. We are lucky to have the opportunity to work with Sandra! -

Her table Decour and arrangements were beautiful, and everything looked elegant and classy exactly how I wanted it, and she even threw in some extra perks that she knew I loved but couldn't forward at the time. Her staff was very well mannered and professional, and all of my guests were just in awe of the total ambience. I came in with an unclear vision on exactly what I wanted, but Sandra understood what direction I was going trying to go in, and made all of that come to life and even more than I could've ever expected! Amazing experience with ispire!
Sandra and her team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction for our wedding. The food was amazing from first tasting to wedding day, flavorful and plentiful!
