Everything went AMAZING! I seriously have no complaints whatsoever.
Tracy and her team(especially Brenda) worked with us for over a year planning this trip. She listened to our wants and needs then provided us with several wonderful options to choose from. She answered every question we had before and after choosing a resort. The knowledge she has is incredible. She completed every request in a timely manner. I never had to worry because I knew I had Tracy on my side. She helped in communication with our wedding planner at the resort and made sure everything ran smoothly as well.
We had some issues with our connecting flight from Miami to Jamaica so I was concerned our club Mobay would get messed up.(Mobay was also another great suggeston by Tracy) I contacted Tracy very early in the morning and she solved the problem by the time we landed in Jamaica. Our experience at the airport in Jamaica was seamless thanks to Tracy and her teams hard work. I even contacted Tracy mid trip to have her add club Mobay for our departure and within the day she had club Mobay set up for us.
Her and her team also went above and beyond by providing us with a private transfer from the airport to the resort free of charge. I was so grateful for this.
I will recommend everyone I know to choose Tracy and her team as your travel agent.
Our time of the resort(Sandals Ochi) is something I will remember forever and it was perfect.
The resort staff was so friendly and helpful with any and all problems or concerns we had while on the resort. It felt like the staff there really loved what they did and loved interacting with the guests. The amphitheater shows were so much fun. The staff that performed was so talented and energetic. They made sure everyone was having just as much fun as they were. The food was delicious. There was a place to eat at every corner. You will never go hungry or thirsty while you are staying at Ochi. The pools were beautiful and the swim up bars were so unique. Night time swims were my favorite but you will have to find a pool that’s open but don’t worry there is always one open no matter the hour.
We also had our wedding in Jamaica and it was the most perfect day. The day before our wedding we had a meeting with the on resort staff. They went over everything we had selected, reviewed the schedule for the day of, had us taste different cakes, and ensured everything was in line for our special day. I believe the reason this meeting went so smoothly is because Tracy was cc'd on all of the preplanning emails. They take the men over to the ceremony space in a private bus a half an hour before the ceremony then they get the bride from her room and take her over 15 minutes before the ceremony. After the ceremony you are taken to your reception space where they make plates for the bride and groom to ensure you get to enjoy some food during the cocktail hour. They also had a bar and a bartender for the cocktail hour and reception. They were there to play the music for the special dances but also allowed us our privacy for dinner. We danced and sang the night away at karaoke and the oceans bar.
The excursions we went on were some of the most memorable experiences in my life.
The catamaran cruise we did with inside tours Jamaica and we got to climb up the falls and go swimming/snorkeling in the ocean.
We also swam with dolphins through sandals upon Tracy’s recommendation and it was a once and a lifetime experience. This is something I told Tracy was a must have for me and she made it possible. Not only did she make it possible but it was only a short 10-15 minute drive from our resort.
When talking with Tracy she recommended we do 2 excursions while we were there and it was the perfect amount. We still had down time at the resort but got to experience some amazing things.
Overall this was a once in a life time extremely enjoyable experience for us and we owe a lot of it to Tracy and her team. We will use Tracy over and over again for our adventures to come! -

Island Dreams Made Our Dreams Come True
My husband I recently returned from our very delayed honeymoon (almost 8 yrs late)! We visited the Riu Reggea in Jamaica. It was beautiful! The people and vibe was the perfect setting for two hard working people to just relax. The resort was so clean, great entertainment, and the food was amazing. We were able to just relax and breath! The first evening we were there we were given fresh fruit and a bottle of champaign via room service. We set on our balcony in the provided white robes and enjoyed the music and beautiful ocean view. Tracy was so fabulous during this process. We had to change it three times. She worked with us to ensure our trip happened and was truly our dream come true. She arranged transport to and from the airport, as well as service to help get us through customs in Jamaica! I cannot wait to plan our next trip with her assistance. Tracy and Island Dreams is five star! -

You should hire Island Dreams!
Where do I begin with how awesome Tracy and her staff is at Island Dreams? Planning a destination wedding in another country is no easy task, so when it was recommended to involve a travel agent, I came across Tracy in my search and from all the stellar reviews how great her company is, I figured I would reach out and see how she’d be able to assist. I could tell from the start we were going to jive. She was always kind, professional, efficient, and most important to me, very quick to respond to my emails. She was able to answer any and all questions I had throughout my planning process. She took care of me (being the bride) and the groom, as well as our 20+ guests to our Cancun, Mexico destination. Basically everything when off without a hitch. I really couldn’t have been happier with how effective her and her team were. She took care of all airport transfers, our room block, and our excursions outside the resort, with not a single issue. She also surprised us with a nice little gift and note in our suite the day before our wedding, she made us feel so special! By the end of the planning process, Tracy felt more like a friend that was helping me plan my big day, and for that, I am forever grateful for her and her team for taking some of the stress off me and making a very pleasurable travel experience! Thanks Tracy and team, you truly are THE BEST!! -

Tracy Mueller was great in helping me plan for my trip away with my husband during this pandemic. After 1.5 years of such challenges, a much needed vacation was warranted. With Tracy's help, she was able to plan a wonderful trip at Sandal's Resort where we were able to relax, enjoy some sun, and dine at wonderful restaurants. Initially I was skeptical and worried about travel with a newborn at home and during COVID but Tracy gave me all the details needed and made me feel safe. I would definitely use her again! -

Dream Destination Wedding We Didn’t Realize We Wanted
Covid unknowns made wedding planning difficult so what better option than to elope. Tracy M. with Island Dreams made traveling and wedding planning easy! She took on all planning for our party of 8 with no hesitation. She handled the bumps along the way to help keep our wedding stress minimal. We will be using her to plan our honeymoon! -

We chose Tracy Mueller with Island Dreams as our travel agent to help us plan the prefect wedding. Beyond a doubt it was the best choice. She responded promptly with every question we or our guests had. Without her I don't think our wedding would have been as amazing as it was. I would highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.
Hard Rock Punta Cana was our destination wedding site. Our wedding was perfect. Service was over the top, and our on site wedding coordinator, Valentina, was amazing. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the resort and service were.
I would definitely recommend a test drive. Do you homework and bring all your questions. Take good notes. Trust me they will come in handy down the road when you can't remember everything you talked about. -

Tracy gave us excellent recommendations for our honeymoon based on our initial conversations. She made all the necessary arrangements and made the entire process so easy. I'm not sure why anyone tries to book trips like these by themselves when they can get the expertise and knowledge from people like Tracy. Our honeymoon was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to use Island Dreams again! -
Robert Sent on 06/13/2018If you're looking for a top notch travel agent, one who combines excellent customer service with extensive knowledge and a personal touch, then look no further than Island Dreams and Tracy Mueller. She did an amazing job helping my wife and I plan the perfect destination honeymoon. From the first time we contacted her in early July 17 until our trip in early June 18, Tracy was always available, professional, courteous and informative. After reading reviews online, I contacted Tracy through the Island Dreams website. Even though it was a Saturday morning, she responded to my email in less than 30 minutes! She answered all of our questions (as first timers, we had a ton of questions) and provided us with a wealth of information. What started out as a stressful process turned into a very pleasant process. At one point, Tracy said, "One thing I can guarantee you, you will have nothing to stress over. Leave that for me." Now THAT'S customer service! She walked us through the process of choosing the perfect room, filling out the forms and handled all of the arrangements. In a mere 6 days we had our trip booked. Later she booked our flights for us. Talk about stress free. She led us through the process of checking in online and filling out our butler preferences. A couple weeks prior to our departure, she mailed us a portfolio that confirmed all of our bookings, activities and flights. This portfolio also contained a letter with very detailed information specific to the resort we chose and was very helpful. It also provided the name of 2 managers and the GM to contact if we encountered any problems. She was with us every step of the way! And our trip was perfect in every way. We loved it so much that we took advantage of the discounted rate to book another Sandals vacation next year. Of course be working again with Tracy on that one too. We can't thank Tracy enough for her special treatment we received. Trust me, she is the one travel agent you can't afford not to use.

When I contacted Island Dreams and told them the 2 locations we were interested in they within a day provided me with options and their recommendations on each of the places provided. We ended up selecting Hard Rock Resort in Punta Cana. While there the staff and service was impeccable. Island Dreams handled everything for us and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. We had an AMAZING time and would do it again!

Daniell Sent on 09/27/2017When I first started looking into our vacation I tried doing it by myself and got overwhelmed. A friend recommended me to Tracy. I was so thankful! She found great vacations for us in a better location than we thought we could afford! We ended up going to Jewell Dunns River Resort in Jamaica! It was a quaint couples resort! We loved it. We were able to relax. The place is beautiful and the people are wonderful! We are already wanting to get a group together and go back in a few years!
