Working with Michelle was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Hands down. She made the whole process feel calm, and organized.
She paid attention to every detail, kept everything running smoothly, and helped us stay on budget. Because of her, we were able to relax and fully enjoy the wedding instead of stressing about logistics.
What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. She was thoughtful, supportive, and always one step ahead, handling anything that came up without us even noticing.
We got so many compliments on how seamless and beautiful the day was and that was all thanks to her.

Superstar!
We had the absolute best experience with our wedding coordinator— Michelle. She truly is a superstar! She went above and beyond for us in every way, bringing amazing and creative ideas that we absolutely loved and incorporated into our big day. One of our favorite parts of working with her was her design studio, where we got to play around with table setups multiple times, and her website was super helpful for creating our seating chart and organizing the floorplan. She was always punctual and, most importantly, by my side at every moment I needed her. On top of all that, she was incredibly personable and friendly—I genuinely loved every conversation we had and always looked forward to our meetings. Michelle was outstanding for our wedding and was a pleasure to work with. We had less than six months to plan and book everything, and she exceeded expectations. She is very kind, sweet, accommodating and will go the extra mile to satisfy one of the best days of your life. On our special day, her and her assistant, Paula were on top of everything with the setting up of the venue beautifully and making sure we were taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and Irresistible Events & Services! She and her team truly set themselves apart with their professionalism, expertise, and creativity. Michelle and her assistant Cathy kept us on track throughout the whole day of our wedding and made sure that everything ran smoothly even when we ran into some bumps. Michelle knew our venue extremely well and was able to answer every question we had very quickly, and she maintained great communication between all of the vendors. As the mother of the bride I would highly recommend Michelle and her services!
She was so easy to work with and was very attentive to what my daughter's vision of what she wanted her wedding to be! You will never be in the dark through the process no matter how long the planning is and her communication was outstanding!
We even had her set up all the tables the way we wanted and rented what we needed!

More than wonderful! We recommend Irresistible Events to everyone!!
Ms. Michelle and her team at Irresistible Events have been nothing but wonderful during our wedding planning experience. She was recommended to us by our now-retired florist who has worked with her in previous weddings and noted how phenomenal she was at her craft. My husband and I were engaged in March 2023 and our wedding was just 8 months later in November 2023. Ms. Michelle joined the wedding planning timeline as a day-of coordinator around April where my husband and I already decided on the venue, flowers, DJ, cake, and catering vendors. Our wedding had a total of 300 guests where she was AMAZING at planning from the guests lodging, the design of our invitations, rounded up the rest of the vendors such as contacting the bartenders, coffee cart business, linens, dance instructor, DJ itinerary for our special day to run smoothly. You know how we have the mother of the Bride/Groom? Well, Ms. Michelle was the Mother (with a capital M) of the Wedding! Our venue on wedding day opened at 9am and guests filled up the seats where the ceremony was held by 3pm where everything went so beautifully and smooth. Ms. Michelle has immense knowledge of the wedding business. Whenever we were stuck, Ms. Michelle was so quick in her recommendations. Even in the midst of our wedding planning, we realized how we didn't have the bandwidth of planning our honeymoon, Ms. Michelle also recommended to us a travel agency where they took the reins with the after-wedding as well! We had a few in-person meetings, and every meeting was intentional with realistic and goal-oriented progress until wedding day.
I hope every bride and groom will know, that not everything on your wedding day will go to the T! People are human, and especially with a crowd of 300 guests, at the end of the day, this is YOUR wedding and how YOU will enjoy it! With this large amount of a wedding to take care of, on our wedding day, Ms. Michelle emphasized to us how we should enjoy the dancing and the fun! During the reception of our wedding, we also had a late-Father of the Bride memorial video where she even helped us with a projector or the video montage to be played. Everything Ms. Michelle has done, from the planning, to the wedding rehearsal, personalizing bar menus and table numbers, she has been so wonderful not only to us, the bride and groom, but to our wedding party and our family as well. She is so personable, wants the best for YOU, respectful of your budget, culture, and your dreams when it comes to your wedding. She is so wonderful and sweet as a person, we love and respect her so much for taking the time to be so detailed in an event as important as your wedding, where you put your time/money/effort into!
We will never stop recommending Ms. Michelle and Irresistible Events! And her expertise is not only for weddings! She is 1000% (one thousand percent!!!) recommended for any anniversary, work gala, milestone birthday party as she brings her professionalism, knowledge, expertise and her genuine care for you to every and any event you envision! Wonderful to work with! We couldn't have pulled off our incredible wedding without Michelle!
We cannot say enough good things about the Irresistible Events team! We worked with both Michelle and Gina throughout our wedding planning. We found Irresistible Events through our venue, The Bowery House, as they were a recommended vendor. Michelle knew this venue in and out! We are two engineers and our creativity skills are a bit lacking... but with the help of Michelle and Gina we had nothing to worry about! Irresistible Events worked with us to create a celebration that was unique to us and eased the stress of wedding planning. Every vendor that they recommended was 5 stars and aligned with our budget - it made it so easy to book everything. From recommendations on caterers, to our florists and the DJ, we were never disappointed. No small detail was left out and came together with ease. Even hiccups on our wedding day (like unexpected rain causing us switch to our rain contingency plan an hour before guests arrived or the wind knocking down our welcome sign) were handled with professionalism and a calm attitude - Michelle even showed up with adorable clear umbrellas so we could make the most of photos even with the rain!
Their responses were always prompt and we were able to meet with them multiple times throughout our wedding planning. Additionally, Michelle met us at multiple vendor meetings to ask the right questions and make sure each vendor aligned with what we were looking for. It was so helpful to have them there, as wedding planning can be overwhelming at times!
I would highly recommended Irresistible Events for wedding planning, they were so fun and easy to work with and they care deeply about each couple they have the opportunity to work with! -

I booked a venue that did not come with day of coordination. I really enjoy hosting and party planning so I was confident that I could handle my wedding day on my own with the help of my family + wedding party. I was about 6 months out from my wedding day when my mom asked me how everything would be set up and who would be taking care of it. I told her that we would be doing it ourselves and that it shouldn't be a problem. She suggested that I look into hiring a wedding coordinator, so I took her advice and started looking. That is when I came across Michelle. I was deciding between her and another coordinator who was around my age and that I felt I could really relate to. Ultimately I decided on Michelle (and Gina) and I could not have been more happy with my decision. Her experience and expertise are unmatched. She has local connections, great advice and thinks of all the things that you never would've thought about on your own. The things that really make your wedding special and thoughtful. Every little detail was covered and I was so confident trusting her with our special day. She took my ideas and ran with them and made them even better than I ever imagined. I had a lot of things purchased already, but she was able to fill in the gaps with her personal inventory for the things that I was still missing. We met a couple times before the wedding. I was able to contact her whenever I had questions or needed help with something. She even helped me put out a few fires and assured me that everything would be taken care of, and it was. Like I said in my review title, other than the groom, hiring Michelle was the best decision that I made for my wedding. You cannot put a price on the value that she provided to our day. Everything was taken care of and it exceeded my expectations 100-fold. All of her special touches were scattered throughout and it really made our day extra special. If you are looking for an event coordinator, I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone that asks. I almost wish that I could get married again just so I could hire her again. The ABSOLUTE best wedding coordinator!!
Hello Future Brides,
My daughter got married this past weekend and although I am still exhausted and will leave each vendor a review, I can't wait another day and not acknowledge our wedding coordinator.
First and foremost, I was dead set against of hiring a wedding coordinator because, I thought to myself, I don't need one and want to save the money. However, my husband said you can skip the cake, flowers, DJ but you ARE hiring a wedding coordinator, so thank GOODNESS I listened to him.
Our wedding coordinator was Michelle Stack with Irresistible Events & Services. Let me just say, I could have NOT pulled off the wedding we did without her and we chose the package to have her from start to finish and she is the first person we hired!
Michelle is one of the most calm, politest and sincerest person I have ever met. Absolutely such a joy to be around and I love that i can ask her opinion and I know she is going to give me her HONEST opinion!
There is so so much that goes into planning a wedding that I didn't even think about - example - the wedding timeline..... there is no doubt the timeline took her 2 hours alone to create and it wasn't a generic one, she made it specifically for my daughters wedding.
She was there at every appointment we had with each vendor, we used all of the vendors she recommended and we were so happy we did!
Not one thing went wrong on my daughters wedding day and this was all because of Michelle! I wouldn’t have had the time to spend with my daughter before the wedding if it wasn’t for Michelle either. That would have been such quality time that I could have never gotten back as Michelle was at the venue bright and early literally working and on her feet all day making sure everything was perfect so I didn’t have to.
Even when it was time to pack up, she did all the packing! I am a little OCD and had a lot of extra decor we purchased, all in boxes,
and labeled before the wedding. When I got home and started unloading every single item we brought to the venue was packed back in the box it came in!! It made my life so much easier unpacking all of it and not one thing was broken. OH!!! and big , huge bonus.... she hauled all of our decor, signs, eisels and so much more to the wedding so the day of all I had to worry about was our dresses!
I could go on and on!!! But if you have not hired a wedding planner, take it from me!!! It will be the best decision you make with the whole wedding! And hire Michelle!!! She literally is the best in the business!!

Michelle Stack is absolutely amazing. I travel a lot and hired her for partial wedding planning so she can help while I’m out of town. She is the sweetest person and her decoration skills are amazing. She sends a link to aisle planner which helps keep track of everything. I love love this feature. I was using The knots planning schedule but this is much easier and convenient. My day was perfect because of Michelle and Gina. It went so smooth with no stress. If you're looking for a stress-free wedding planning experience, look no further! We had a South Indian Christian wedding with approx. 300 guests. As soon as we had our first meeting with Michelle, we knew we would be in great hands! She is SUPER organized, detail oriented, has great communication skills, and is very knowledgeable about all the details about planning a wedding. She has a lot of years of experience in the industry and was able to give us honest feedback and point us towards excellent vendors for our wedding.
COVID impacted our wedding BIG TIME – we had to look for different ceremony and reception venues multiple times! But Michelle made sure we all remained calm and sane, and she had excellent suggestions on how to adjust our plans and encouraged us to move forward, which we are now SO grateful for, as our day turned out even better than we could have imagined. She executed our rehearsal and wedding day with such fine finesse – we are so grateful!
Last but not least, Michelle is just so personable and easy to get along with, she made the whole process and the wedding day just so fun. Our parents are still raving about her professionalism and how much they enjoyed working with her as well. She very quickly became like our family, and we could always rely on Michelle to be transparent with us when she gave us her opinion. She made the whole wedding planning process so enjoyable. We went through a series of interviews to pick our wedding planner and Michelle Stack was one that clicked. We are a COVID couple so we had to postpone our wedding and she sticked with us through it all. We are super grateful for her supports, recommendations, team, and her advices! Our wedding went smooth according to our family and friends so I am happy to hear that. Definitely could not have done it without her. We booked her for partial planning which helped out because I became overwhelmed planning myself. She is organized, detailed oriented, easy to work with and just phenomenal. Michelle & her team were absolutely wonderful! Originally I was going to do this on my own with my Mother and pretty soon into it we realized we were in over our heads with planning my wedding, thats when Michelle stepped in and I felt like I could breathe again. On top of their professionalism, you could tell she really cared about me and my day. (I want to thank you again Michelle you are amazing!) she drove 3 hours a few times for meetings and walk throughs to make sure she had exactly what I wanted & envisioned. Always available to talk and text and even with zoon meetings. They decorated beautifully, exactly what I wanted Sent me photos while I was getting ready in my bridal suite to make sure everything was just right which I appreciated alot. They cleaned everything up and even loaded everything we needed in the vehicles while we had our sparkler send off, absolutely awesome job! Professional, Awesome, Flexible, Affordable
Michelle and her team saved me the hassle of setting up and breaking down my personal decor. I was really stressed about finding someone who would be able to help set up my personal decor as I didn't want my friends and family doing more than they were already doing. I reached out to Michelle about 3 weeks before the wedding (if I remember correctly) and she responded quickly. She set up all of my decor exactly the way I wanted; from the chargers, name plates, linens, napkins, memorial table, everything!!! Her team showed up about 30 minutes before the reception ended and she gathered all of our decor and even put it in the assigned cars for us. Nothing short of amazing
This review is a bit late, but Michelle planned and coordinated our south Indian wedding for August of 2018. We hired Michelle in a very short time frame and she exceeded in every way possible. You're not just hiring a coordinator you're hiring someone that goes above and beyond for your big day and gets all the details down right so you don't have to worry about a single thing the day of. What stuck out the most for my wife and I was how seamless our wedding day was. We honestly felt so comfortable the entire day and felt zero stress because Michelle and her team accounted for every minute. In all honesty, Michelle became our family during the few months we had leading up to our big day. Her team would go out and bring different cake samples from different bakeries and bring it to us just because our schedules were so demanding. She would come to all vendor meetings, take detailed notes and constantly always knew what was going on and relayed many emails to our whole family. We had over 550+ guests with many moving parts, but she made sure she had every vendor accountable with zero stress. She is extremely detailed and has one of the kindest hearts. Do not worry one bit if you feel you don't like something, you can be as transparent as you want with Michelle and she will adapt and change anything accordingly.

Wonderful experience
My experience was over the top for me. I never would’ve had such a perfect wedding from planning to set up to the day of if it wasn’t for Michelle. She was available anytime of day and she surprised me with so many details to making our day so great. Once we received our pictures I noticed even more of how many details were made just for our special day.

Michelle was amazing! She helped me so much! We hired her in the middle of January for my wedding at the end of February. My original planner flaked on me so they stepped up and did more than I asked them to do! Her team went above and beyond to make my wedding a dream! Thank you so much for all of your help. They decorated my entire reception hall and it was gorgeous better than I could have imagined. They helped me with my floor plan, kids table, the way the hall should have been set up. If there was any issues I didn't know about any of them!

Michelle Stack created my dream wedding. With an unbeatable price, Irresistable Events provide quality service. Michelle is experienced. Anytime I needed something out of the blue, I picked up the phone to call her and she was so sweet to help me! Her professionalism speaks wonders and Michelle gets tasks DONE. Her honesty and recommendations helped ease the wedding planning process. As a bride, I felt helpless because my wedding was very tedious finding culture-specific vendors to make the Vietnamese tradition come alive in my wedding. However, Michelle found various contacts and made things happen. She’s very detail-oriented and her visions were beautifully created all throughout the ceremony and reception.
Since I do not live in the Houston area and my wedding was in Houston, I also really liked that she knew MANY vendors around the Katy/Houston area to help keep costs for travel down. As a Day of Coordinator, she helped create a wonderful flow for my wedding which had about 200 guests. Today, I am still in awe of my beautiful wedding that was planned and created by Michelle. Michelle and Gina were amazing to work with, they helped bring into fruition my ideas for our wedding with their artistic design and then some! Extremely sweet ladies who treat you like your their only priority. I couldn't have asked for better wedding coordinators, I was so stress free the week of our wedding, especially they day of! I hired Michelle and her assistant Gina for full-service wedding planning. I felt as if I could have paid for partial planning instead as there were many times they were not responsive. That being said, everything came together in the end. They let me borrow a lot of their inventory to use on the wedding day and they set up the ceremony/reception/flowers. They did a wonderful job with all of this and everyone commented on how beautiful it looked. We only had a few complaints the day of. First, the ceremony started on time rather than a few minutes late (late guests are inevitable). They had to stop the procession for the late guests to take their seats. Since the ceremony finished "early" this delayed the cocktail hour start time since the required police officer had not arrived yet. We also noticed that our drinks were being taken away and disposed of before we were done with them. Despite these things, the day was magical and I am very thankful I had them there to help plan and see the day through.Irresistible Events & Services's reply:
