Indian wedding extraordinaire!
Lata was the most amazing wedding planner we could have asked for. She has the ability to take any vision and make it into a reality. It felt like our own family member was planning our wedding- she is so good at connecting with people and making them feel warm, welcome, and at ease. I have the utmost confidence in her abilities. She is truly a creative genius when it comes to decor and special touches. All of the vendors that she recommended were also extremely pleasant and excellent to work with. On the day of, she handled everything under the sun. You can tell that she not only works hard, but is truly passionate about what she does. -

Very happy we chose InVogue events and Lata as our wedding planner. The planning and execution was perfect. InVogue was always ahead of problems, and planned far out. They were great about working with us to create the vision that we had in mind. The wedding day really matched what we had planned for. Additionally, all of the recommended vendors were superb - photography, DJs, dhol and tabla drummer, etc. Lata was great at working with the venue or providers whenever there was an issue, and solving it for us.
Lastly, the day-of coordination and show running that Lata provided was perfect. I couldn't imagine trying to do that myself. The day itself went off without a hitch. -

My family, husband and I cannot recommend Lata and her company, InVogue Events, highly enough. Lata spent an entire year planning our Indian wedding with us. From start to finish she was incredibly thoughtful, detail-oriented, and fully committed to bringing our vision to life. She truly listened to us and was so careful and intentional in executing every aspect of the wedding exactly as we imagined. As a bride, I felt that she really valued my opinion and checked in with me continuously throughout the planning process to make sure that the day would turn out how I dreamed.
Lata also handled our decor and florals for the ceremony, and they were absolutely stunning. We had florals in multiple forms (archway, tables, garlands) and Lata found the exact colors and flower types we were hoping for. Multiple guests told me how beautiful the florals were during and after the wedding.
Beyond her professionalism, Lata is a loving and compassionate person. On the wedding day itself, she kept everything running on schedule while still keeping the energy calm and joyful. She was constantly checking in on me, making sure I was eating, comfortable, and enjoying the moment, which meant more to me than I can express.

We gave Lata the enormous task of planning our large, multi-day wedding, and she came through with flying colors. From the beginning, we felt heard, and that it was of the utmost importance to her that she honor my and my fiancee’s vision. Early on, she provided us with a trove of example photos and videos to help us home in on our preferences. As our vision came into focus, she helped us flesh things out further and fill in remaining details, presenting numerous ideas that we hadn’t previously considered while ensuring they were in keeping with our taste. With Lata’s wealth of experience as a planner, she was extremely knowledgeable on what it would take to make our dreams a reality and was always shopping around to find all available options—being upfront with us along the way about potential costs and raising any logistical concerns that we might have overlooked. She was proactive and planned meticulously, so that by the time the big day arrived, everything played out smoothly and precisely as planned. We knew we were entrusting her with a huge, multifaceted task, but at no point during the proceedings did we have any doubt that she would deliver and be completely on top of things. Invogue Events is absolutely amazing! When we first met Lata she had mentioned that we would be like family by the end of the wedding planning process, and oh did that become true! When my husband and I started to plan for the wedding we didn’t think we needed a planner. However, doing a fusion Indian wedding in Colorado we realized there were lots of hurdles if you didn’t have connections. When we started to look for help and met Lata immediately we knew her company was the right direction. We wanted the wedding to be as stress free as possible for us and our family. She asked us for our vision and at the time we didn’t have one. For those who don’t have a vision or if you do, her team is flexible and makes it happen. The day of events (Haldi, Mehendi, and wedding) all exceeded our expectations and beyond. Everything was so beautifully planned it amazed us! If there were any hiccups we had no clue because her team and herself made everything seem flawless. On the day of the wedding Lata assisted in so many ways and was my mom's right hand man helping her with my wardrobe, jewelry, etc. Her dedication and her team made our wedding into a dream wedding we never imagined. -

The first thing I did when our daughter announced her engagement was to reach out to Lata Prabhu at inVogue Events. I had already seen some pictures and comments on social media of her exceptional events, and it was a no brainer to reach out to her. After initially talking to her, and hearing from her about what she does and how she does it, our family just decided to go with her without even interviewing other wedding planners. She’s a One-Shop Stop and truly understands the needs of her clients and offers everything for an exceptional wedding celebration. From the time I called her to the end of our daughter’s wedding events, our experience with her was incredible. She’s easy to work with, calm and professional in her approach. Our guests were so impressed with their execution that the compliments continue to come in. She works with a great set of vendors, from the venue to photographers, to florists, to caterers, to hair and makeup artists to DJs – you name it, and her own team who all provided exceptional service in terms of professionalism and quality of their work. We had three events, and all were executed on time, and ran smoothly without a glitch and because of that we were able to enjoy the celebrations and spend time with our guests. It was a very Memorable Wedding Celebration and we are very grateful to Lata Prabhu and inVogue Events for their dedication, hard work and commitment and making this a happy and stress-free celebration for us. We were absolutely thrilled with inVogue events that took care of my son and daughter in laws wedding this summer. Lata was so meticulous with each event we had . Both Sonia and Keval had numerous meetings with Lata to finalize all the details. My husband and I were thrilled with the final mandap for the wedding day and the reception banquet room was breathtaking. From the initial steps to the final execution of the big day, Lata was on top of everything....her timelines were spot on and she even told us we were slightly ahead of schedule at one event.The music by Gurnaam and team was amazing. All the grooms guests were from out of town and everyone said this was the most grand luxurious wedding they had attended.
Thank you once again for making this fairy tale wedding come to life. All your expertise and hard work really showed at all our events. We would definitely recommend Lata and her team for any events you have.

We had the best 3 day wedding planned to the minutest detail. If you are looking for someone to give you stress relief from your wedding event, Lata at InVogue Events is the one. Lata is very genuine, unique and understands what you are looking for. She is extremely patient and offers advice from various situations that she has executed. From locations, vendors, photographers, videographers, Henna artists, floral arrangements to anything mundane, Lata was able to guide us and recommend the best. Lata stepped in to assist with our 3 day wedding event 6 months in advance and from early on she was professional, precise and phenomenal. She planned each day in detail and walked us through. Not only was the execution, precisely as planned but she went over and above to add a few extras to make each day special.
InVogue Events added their special touch to each of our wedding days and made it memorable. Each event was rehearsed and executed to precision. The wedding day setups were beyond expectations. She worked with every vendor in detail. On the wedding day the event had to start and end at specific time due to the noise and zoning restrictions at the event location. Lata made sure that there was enough of a buffer to execute each of the planned activities to the liking of all our guests. She brought our vision to life.

Our experience with InVogue Events and Lata, the wedding planner, was exceptional. We decided to have our wedding at Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, and we heard great things about Lata from friends who recommended her. Right from the start, Lata made us feel at ease with her quick responses and clear communication. Planning a three-day Hindu wedding from Texas had its challenges, but Lata's commitment, attention to detail, and her focus on making us comfortable made the whole process seamless, but most importantly, enjoyable. She not only gave us a solid plan for each event but also went the extra mile, joining us every step of the way and making sure our ideas came to life. Flexibility:
Lata's calm demeanor and proactive approach provided reassurance throughout the planning process. She made sure contingency plans were in place for every event in case we were affected by weather. We also made some last-minute changes to our menu and schedule and Lata listened to us and was committed to providing us with a stress-free experience.
Transparency and Budget Management:
We had a conversative budget and Lata was 100% willing to work with us. She was transparent in her pricing and worked seamlessly within our budget. She provided us more than we asked for and we thank her for that from the bottom of our hearts.

Our dream destination wedding in Colorado would not have been possible without Lata! Since the day we met her and her husband, our families instantly developed a bond with them that just grew deeper over the months we worked together.
From the beginning, since we are not from Colorado, she guided us with her immense knowledge about the state, its many venues, vendors (especially South Asian), and photo shoot spots. She also dedicates so much time to her craft that she can provide her services for any destination a couple wants.
Throughout the wedding planning process, Lata was so organized and detail-oriented. There were so many aspects of the wedding she brought to our attention that we wouldn't have even thought about otherwise. As the bride and groom, we were so overwhelmed, but Lata helped us manage all the tasks week by week and checked in with us every few days.
She has great relationships with so many talented vendors that it made the vendor selection process so easy. She was also flexible to work with any vendor that we decided on and communicated with all of them so effortlessly.
Whenever we visited Colorado during the planning process, Lata always found time to meet with us and graciously invited us over for dinner one evening. That kind of special familial bond with your wedding planner is truly one of a kind!
For the days of the wedding events, we had come up with a minute-to-minute itinerary for each day to ensure everything would go smoothly and on time. Lata took care of so much which allowed us and our families to actually enjoy the events and savor the special moments.

Planning a four day Indian wedding is no joke and she does it effortlessly. The decor blew us and our guests away...it was beautifully done and you could just tell how much work she put into making it look perfect. Lata and her team at InVogue Events were an actual dream to work with. I had a four day Indian wedding in Colorado, and had very little figured out in terms of what I wanted.
Enter Lata. Throughout this process she felt like part of my family. She spent so much time getting to know me, my fiance, and our families, and ultimately brought a total dream wedding weekend to life. The decor was absolutely stunning - I gave her minimal direction and was constantly amazed and in awe of the vision she created. She also managed to pull off a sangeet, wedding, and reception that were all a combination of indoors and outdoors. All beautifully decorated and a true mix of Indian and Colorado rustic that I dreamed of. It was a true feat.
Most importantly, the whole weekend I felt like she had everything covered and didn't have to worry about a single thing. I truly got to sit back, enjoy, and dance my heart out knowing the Lata was behind the scenes making sure it all went smoothly. I can't say enough about how important this was, and it meant that I had the time of my life without a single worry on my mind.
Finally, Lata really felt like family. She was constantly checking in with our families to make sure they ate, took pictures, and had everything they needed. For us - she quite simply took care of us. She brought me food multiple times to make sure I was eating, and was always checking in to make sure we were having a blast.
I was blown away when she surprised me multiple times throughout the weekend with additional decor touches or personal notes that were a beautiful surprise, but also made me feel like she just truly cared.
Lata and her team's generosity and passion are unparalleled. I am so grateful to them for making my dream wedding come true, I had the time of my life! -

She made the planning of a multi-cultural, dual ceremony (Hindu/Non-Denominational Christian) wedding look easy and I don't know what we would have done without her. To top it off, Lata was very easy to work with and very professional throughout the whole process. She also had many wonderful suggestions on how to spice up the decorations. She did a great job of decorating the mandap to look stunning and modified it to match the style of both ceremonies. In the end, the wedding was exactly how we had envisioned it and we will never forget the hard work that Lata had invested in our special day. What a "Gem" of an Individual. Her professionalism is immaculate and beyond. Everyone was raving about her design and her very approachable attitude. I knew I met the right person at our very first meeting. The design she drew and her inventory is so beautiful and unique, unlike others. The design she laid out in front of me was exactly replicated on our special day. She also has a knack of doing wonders with a tight budget. So my wife and I highly recommend Lata for any types of events. It's not just because of her amazing creativity and tireless hard work efforts. The assurance and confidence that she gives will help you a lot to stay calm and not to worry about anything, otherwise, I remember having insomnia thinking about the wedding before I met her. InVogue also provided in-house decor service which made selecting a decor vendor a no brainer as InVogue blew us away with the intricate setups done for each event. We cannot recommend Lata enough for anyone planning an Indian wedding in Colorado, especially a large, multi-event celebration. Our wedding was around 400 guests, with many moving parts, vendors, and cultural details to coordinate, and she handled it all with incredible organization and calm.
From the planning process to the wedding day itself, Lata made everything feel seamless and stress-free. She was consistently on top of timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination, which allowed us and our families to truly enjoy the celebrations. She also provided a strong, reliable list of vendors, which was extremely helpful given the scale of our events.
Our caterer dropped the ball on several important items both before and on the wedding day, which added a significant amount of stress. However, on the wedding day itself, Lata did step in when things were going wrong. She helped manage the situation in real time, addressed issues as they came up, and worked to keep the event moving despite the setbacks.
Beyond her professionalism, Lata was kind, approachable, and genuinely wonderful to work with. Planning a large Indian wedding can be overwhelming, but having her by our side made all the difference. We are so grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a planner who is capable, caring, and truly invested in making your day successful. -

My wife and I hired Lata and her team at InVogue for an Indian/traditional western hybrid wedding in June of 2024, and had an overall wonderful experience!
We began working together a full year in advance, where Lata helped us finalize negotiations with our key vendors and put us in contact with several more. Lata was able to help us map out the high-level plan of a three-day event, across multiple locations in Estes Park, Colorado, and finalize the negotiations. After a few discussions on food ideas/options, Lata set up a tasting with a vendor who was exceptional, taking care of the two biggest priorities for our wedding- venues/location, and food.
We had also hired Invogue to oversee all the décor for the event. Needless to say, everything was STUNNING. Just spend 2 minutes perusing through some of their imagery to understand the high quality of their work. Our guests were in awe, plain and simple.
Once we got closer into the wedding, we had weekly check in calls with Lata to continue finalize all of the details, and pivot where needed with any unexpected changes- Lata was always willing to directly speak to any/all vendors on our behalf to get things over the finish line. The final few weeks leading up to the event were a little stressful, with a few items still not finalized and we had to step in for a few things last minute, as well as send a few reminders of last minute tasks, but we eventually made everything work.
The week of the event was incredible- it’s hard to imagine our wedding ceremony to have been better executed, and this is largely because of Lata and her team taking care of all the details for every event. My wife and I were so well taken care of, as were all our guests. Lata and her team made us feel like we were a part of THEIR family with how much effort and care they put into the entire event.
Overall, we would highly recommend Invogue as a wedding planning partner! Lata’s team had so many outstanding connections that resulted in wonderful vendors across the board. The décor was incredible, and the coordination for the week of was amazing. Thank you so much Lata & Team so much for enabling the greatest week of our lives!!
