Great Experience with Intrust Events!
Working with Intrust Events and its owner Deb was a great experience. We hired Intrust to help plan and cater a party for 250+ people. The event was a huge success. All of the work that Intrust did for the event allowed us to enjoy the day without having to worry about all of the details. Thanks Intrust and Deb for everything you did! -

Very professional and trustworthy!
Intrust Events were fabulous. I had 2 major events 2 days in a row at my home. They handled everything and made the transition from one event to the next seamless. I felt completely comfortable knowing every detail was taken care of. They were professional and trustworthy and when the events were over my house was left spotless. Easiest events I've ever hosted thanks to Deb and her team. -

Beyond thankful for her help!
Deb was INCREDIBLE! Not only was she punctual and professional on the day of, but she was super responsive leading up to it. Even after rolling her ankle the night before, she was dedicated and there on our wedding day with an extra helper to make sure everything was set up perfectly. The day would not have gone so smooth or been as beautiful without Deb! Beyond thankful for her help. She set everything up better than I imagined. I'd recommend her to anyone! -

Go to Deb and her team at Intrust Events
The day I found Deb and Intrust Events was the day my 80th birthday party really started falling into place. The plan was for a big (about 65 guests) outdoor party in the shelter and yard of Riley’s country tavern, a spot with picnic and high top tables for sitting and also room to circulate, line dance and settle down for acoustic guitar songs. Food and drink were to be provided by the tavern and a food cart. Once the party started, I wanted to hand off logistics and just hang with my guests. Deb promptly took the reins and quickly established excellent working relationships with the tavern and food truck owners. She offered suggestions and communicated regularly with me on all details (cakes and snacks, food delivery, flowers and other decorations), but once the party began, she and Edie worked and I played. Everything looked great when we arrived. As guests arrived, Deb made sure that all knew how to find whichever food and drink they wanted. She was so warm and friendly that most people thought she was an old time friend! I had a ball and so did all of my guests. Over and over and over people said things like: “This is just wonderful” and “Best party ever!” When, sadly, the party was over, Deb and Edie cleared and organized remaining food items, etc., before they left. My recommendation to anyone planning an important event is this “If you want to plan your event with a brilliant collaborator, make sure that your guests are well cared for and be totally free to enjoy the party and your guests yourself, go to Deb and her team at Intrust Events. You won’t regret it. -

We were so pleased to have Deb from Intrust Events as our coordinator for our wedding day. She did a fabulous job leading up to our event communicating with us and our other vendors in addition to some design help. Deb also took care of a room flip between the ceremony and reception and even returned rentals after our event. Deb has a wonderfully calm demeanor that is very comforting, especially when stress is high. Thanks for ensuring our wedding went smoothly, Deb! -

There every step of the way
Deb and her crew went above and beyond for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. They were there every stop of the day for things I could have never thought of needing to be done. Thank you is not enough from this grateful Mom. I will definitely be passing her name to anyone needing these services for weddings or other events. -

Intrust Went Above and Beyond

Best day ever!
Deb was absolutely incredible! She was so professional and kind. She was available to meet whenever I needed prior to the wedding, and helped me work through all my thoughts and ideas. She came to meetings and helped keep track of everything and everyone. She was perfection the day of the wedding. She was on top of all her tasks, and made sure everything was seamless. She checked on the groom and I throughout the day, and made sure we didn’t worry about anything. She put out little fires without me even knowing. The wedding would not have been the same without her, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. She is incredible, professional, and extremely hard working. Thank you!!! -

Wedding Coordination
Deb (Intrust Events) was the Day-Of wedding coordinator for our August 2024 wedding. We felt an immediate release of stress and worry once we hired her. She was able to coordinate far more than just the day of the wedding. Deb helped us build the timeline for the day, coordinated the set up for our various vendors (flowers, DJ, cake and photographer), and seamlessly addressed several last minutes hiccups on the day of the wedding. When we arrived at the venue, she took over on making sure any last-minute payments were made, guests were taken care of, and that the bride and groom were in the right place at the right time for all of the big events. Had we known then what we know now, we would have hired her to help plan the entire wedding, not just the day of. Deb was exceptionally professional, responsive and flexible. She was the calming force we needed to help set us at ease. Well worth the investment, thanks Deb! -
