Absolutely amazing!
The whole team was absolutely amazing from start to finish! 🥰 Maggie was fantastic to work with. She was on top of all of the details for our wedding (we did the inclusive package and all of the vendor recommendations were spot on!) and was so open to anything we wanted to try to make our day special.
The food was so delicious 🤤 we got so many compliments from family and friends on the braised short rib and mahi dual entree, and the risotto was cooked to perfection.
💯 recommend using their company, you will not be disappointed 🤩 -

Wonderful Experience
We worked with Maggie/ Inspired Events for our December wedding and were extremely pleased. Maggie was responsive, listened to our suggestions, and brought our vision to life. She connected us with awesome vendors, she was organized, and was just so friendly! We felt we were in incredible, experienced, and trustworthy hands throughout the whole process. Maggie and Inspired events made wedding planning a fun experience and we are truly so grateful! -

Baby Shower
Maggie of Inspired Events was professional, accommodating and an absolute pleasure to work with during the planning process for my daughter’s baby shower . On the day of the event, her team arrived to the venue on time, began set up without delays delivering a beautiful setting. We started the day with a brunch champagne station and grazing table, which offered many options for everyone. Later they delighted the guests with a delicious risotto and short ribs. Our guests continuously complimented the food and service. I recommend Inspired Events without hesitation as they made the mommy to be extremely happy. -

Whoever said it was easy to plan a wedding - LIED. The reality is, without Inspired Events and Priscilla I’d probably still be going crazy. The biggest challenge we had as a couple was planning a wedding in Miami, FL from Orlando, FL. That did not stop us from having one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve ever seen! In the months leading up to our wedding we never lost contact with our wedding planner. Priscilla was there for everything! She made sure to schedule all of our appointments according to when we were in town, and made sure to give us her professional opinion when we needed it the most. Priscilla was always on top of her emails, calls, and texts (even after our wedding, too). She never left us behind to worry! On the day of, I was astonished to see what all the appointments and hard work got us. Priscilla, thank you for putting up with us and all of our craziness. I hope we weren’t too much to deal with! Inspired events helped us plan our wedding on 04-15-17. It was truly exceptional and a dream come true for my partner and myself. Priscilla was amazing through out the whole thing. She is so patient, understanding and caring. From the planning, to the setting up, to making appointments for us, even being there right before the nervous moment of walking down the aisle and making sure we eat during reception. Not to mention the professional and courteous staff, my guest kept telling me how everyone was so nice even the bartenders. The food was amazing, I have nothing but great comments about the food from my guests. They even have vegan and vegetarian options. I would definitely recommend Inspired Events to friends and family. It was amazing and we are so thankful to have chosen them for our wedding day. -

Inspired Events was incredible to work with for my sister's wedding last week. Her original venue had a ridiculous problem come up (I won't name names), and she had to change everything about her wedding day with only 2 months to go. Priscilla was great, doing a second walk-through at the new location, and essentially re-doing everything for her. The wedding itself was flawless. My sister had a huge smile on her face the whole night, the guests were so happy, and the food/drinks were wonderful. It was a magical night for her, her new husband, and my entire family - basically everything you want a wedding to be when you see your sister get married.
Maggie has been doing our family's events for years, she catered my dad's launch when his company opened, and she did my wedding as well. Inspired Events will continue to be my family's go-to, for many weddings, baby showers, and other events in the future! -

I contacted Inspired Events to plan my 10 year wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond to make my cocktail party spectacular! Maggie and her team take time and special care to make sure they can capture your vision. They are full of amazing ideas to help bring your party to life and communicate with all of the vendors involved to make it happen. The food was spectacular and the night went off without a hitch! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for creativity for their event and hassle-free planning. -

I cannot say enough great things about the inspired events team! They provided catering for our wedding, including bar tending and tables/chairs/plates etc for our reception and cocktail hour. They also provided set up for our ceremony, all linens, planning services, and coordination on the day of the event. The basically took care of almost everything. Our wedding was an absolute dream and we owe it all to them. Their staff was easy to get along with, extremely helpful, and experienced at what they do. Everything looked perfect on the day of the wedding and was exactly as I had imagined. They directed the guests and bridal party around throughout the entire day and everything went smoothly; we did not feel stressed out at all. They even took the time to bring us food from the cocktail hour while we were taking pictures so we wouldn't miss out. The food was outstanding and many of our guests were raving about it. Their package also included a DJ, photographer, and florist that they typically work with (not all costs included in the package) and all three vendors were excellent. The photographer and florist were especially great and I was happy that we didn't have to look around for this because I cant imaging having used anyone else. I could go on forever. You can tell that they have been doing weddings for a long time and they know the venues in Miami so well. This made planning so easy because they knew exactly what to expect for every aspect of the day for our venue specifically. I am so happy we chose to work with them. They helped us have the most perfect day ever. I cant think of a single thing I would have changed about our wedding day :) -

Inspired Events has access to anything and everything and will create the wedding you've always dreamed of. They have the staff to back it up and are extremely organized. Inspired Events was the perfect caterer/wedding planning service. We are still getting comments about how smoothly the wedding ran and how great the food was!
Priscilla was always available to us via phone/email, which was especially helpful because we had a mostly outdoor venue and a 70-80% predicted chance of rain. Thankfully it didn't rain, but I'm sure Inspired Events could have gotten us through that without any major glitches.
The food was fantastic and the service was above and beyond what we expected. It was exactly what we wanted for our special day.
We would recommend Inspired Events to anyone who is having an event that absolutely must go perfectly (like a wedding!). We are very, very pleased with our choice. -

Inspired Events did an amazing job putting our wedding together in less than 2 months after our previous caterer had ended our contract. They communicated effectively throughout the whole wedding planning and even worked with our budget after changing caterers. Maggie and Priscilla kept our wedding day timeline running smoothly and were very helpful with last minutes unexpected details. The food was excellent and everyone commented on the great service! Just make sure to get the wedding organizer ahead of time so there will be no surprises. I will definitely use them again for any other events and I have already recommended them to my newly engaged friends. -

We used Inspired Events for our wedding this past weekend and I must say that Maggie and Alex were AMAZING and made it a DREAM WEDDING! From the church to the reception, everything was absolutely perfect and everything ran smoothly! The food was delicious and the staff was great! Working with them leading up to the wedding was a great experience. They knew exactly what I wanted and how to make everything happen. Stephanie the florist was an ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART and EXTREMELY TALENTED! Everyone had a great time and had nothing but GREAT THINGS to say about the ceremony and reception. We hired inspired events about a year and half before our wedding. Maggie and Alex were both very accommodating and everything was clearly laid out in their contract. Throughout the process I was mainly in contact with Alex. She answered all of my questions, made all of our appointments and made herself available to meet. The easiest form of contact was text messaging which was great for a busy bride like me. Throughout the process they gave us sensible recommendations and really made sure they knew exactly what I wanted. Also worth mentioning... the vendors they work with are phenomenal!
As my wedding date approached they were on every detail! We received plenty of e-mails with detailed timelines in which we were able to change around the times however best we wished to. They also handled communicating with the vendors to make sure they were on the same page.
Day of wedding:
Time: Maggie and her team arrived early and ensured we had everything we needed and reassured us. They were calm and happy which in turn made me fully confident that everything would be perfect. As things began setting up Maggie and I did a walkthrough to make sure everything was perfect which it was.
Food: Inspired Events was also our caterer. We had a fabulous tasting three months before our wedding so we knew what to expect. Our guests were so happy with the food and the quality! Their coconut shrimp appetizer is to die for! The dinning experience was fabulous, all of the food reached the dinners quickly and perfectly presented. I also love how they serve their salads. We also wanted to give our guests a quick pick me up at midnight and Maggie suggested churros. They were a huge hit and were well appreciated.
All in all we were so ecstatic to have Maggie, Alex and Stephanie as our coordinators. We were provided with great expertise and my wedding was absolutely perfect. If you are looking for a planner who handles it all, you will be pleased!

I chose Inspired Events to plan and coordinate my wedding that was just held on February 1, 2014 at the Palermo Room (next to St. George Church) in Coral Gables. My wedding turned out to be an absolutely amazing event! It went beyond my expectations in every sense. The reception room decoration turned out to be breathtakingly beautiful.
The food starting with the h'douvres was stupendous. Maggie Rodriguez team provides exceptional first class service! Alex Burns is awesome. With Alex I found the most magnificent church, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral. The vendors that Maggie uses are outstanding. FilmsTV did our video and they did such an extraordinary job; they conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism, work timely and provide great quality work. Event Factor was the DJ and they played such great music that it kept our guests rocking on the dance floor all night. Edda's Cake was exquisite. Meilan Limo's service was remarkable. It felt great to know that I had responsible individuals working with me to create this special day and I felt confident that that day would be flawless!
In overall, thanks to Maggie, Alex, the rest of the Inspired Events team and her impressive vendors my wedding has been an unforgettable event that my husband and I will always treasure! Our guests are still telling us how much they enjoyed our beautiful wedding and were highly impressed with the excellent service. To sum it in one word my wedding was Magnificent!

I used Inspired Events and I must say it was the best choice I made for our wedding. From the start Maggie and Alex were professional and very accommodating in our quest for the perfect wedding. I was a bride planning a wedding in Miami Beach from New York. Maggie and Alex made what could be a stressful ordeal, very stress free for me and my husband. Within in minutes filling out a inquiry form online, Alex was able to gather key information and give me a list of venues and catering pricing to choose from. I was able to narrow my choice and choosing Inspired Events. The online wedding planning guide they offered was very helpful with keeping myself organized. They were professional with all my vendors, listened to our concerns and met our expectations. I loved how flexible their packages are and how easy we could upgrade and even downgrade options. If I had a question, it was easy for me to contact them thru email, phone, and text. I was the most calmest bride because I was confident that everything on my day was taken cared of.
Everyone raved about the food and the service. People who never ate salad, enjoyed it, people who never tired something before had an opportunity to try it and loved it. We had an absolute wonderful wedding and reception because your services, THANK YOU! -

Inspired Events and Maggie are the best. They made everything so perfect on our special day, we just couldn’t ask for a better experience than this.
Maggie is a friendly and knowledgeable wedding planner. She got the connections we needed for our event at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, and all those creative ideas that made my guests go wow. She worked closely with us and offered us a lot of useful advice and outside of the box ideas. Our wedding went really well and I’m glad I picked her to manage the entire thing for us.
People are normally stressed out on their wedding day, but thanks to Maggie, I was just in awe of how beautiful everything was!
I had her by our side and she understood perfectly of our needs and gave me the power to be at ease. She has also done a great job to keep within our budget after spending so much on the booking fees for Vizcaya.

As a lawyer, I like to work with someone dependable and responsive. I really think I hit the jackpot with Inspired Events. We hired them to do all of our wedding planning for us and oversee the ceremony. My planner was Nicole, and let me tell you, I feel like I have a friend for life now. They really went above my expectation and beyond. My work schedule was tight and hardly had any time for all the preparation of my wedding. Nicole played an important role of putting everything together and made it great.
She’s very creative and sweet, from the first time we met, I knew she will make things easy for us.
Nicole does what she promised and delivered only the best result, she doesn’t compromise nor settle with anything less than perfect. It was a pleasure to work with her, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her for our other events.

Maggie was absolutely amazing. We got the Lavishly Inspired wedding package, and it was perfect. She and Alex knew exactly what we really wanted. She did a great job as our wedding planner; everything was so perfectly arranged and coordinated without problems. She also helped us finalize our flower selection with Trias, our venue, our dinner service, and so many things that we really needed help with.
She invested tremendous amount of time and effort to cater to us, and I don’t think I could have done it without her.
Her team was also outstanding. They worked very hard and they’re always smiling no matter what you’re asking for. From the way they arranged the details, you can tell they are the experts of what they’re doing, and you can be 100% confident about your wedding since they are the best team out there.

Everything just went perfectly as planned. I’m really thankful to have Maggie’s team planned our wedding. She did an awesome job with high efficiency. We haven’t left them with enough time to coordinate everything as other couples did. But we still got everything we needed and a wonderful wedding that everyone enjoys and had a good time. It will be a very lasting memory for all of us.
Maggie and the team are very friendly and with high attention to all the details. If I have to do it alone, I’m definitely going to go panic. That’s why we think we made a right choice that we hired a capable wedding planner like Maggie. She’s professional, easy to communicate with and very thoughtful throughout all aspects.
She really knows about how much of pressure a couple have to go through when preparing for all of these within a short period of time, but she’s always optimistic and assured us everything will working out just fine.
They guided us from day one and certainly took much of the burden off our shoulders. The catered buffet was also wonderful and we had some exotic food that won the heart of friends and family.
Thank you Maggie for everything and we had the perfect wedding that’s truly priceless!

I really wanted to share the experience I had with Maggie and the Inspired Events.
They are absolutely amazing on my big day. Without their help and all the effort, I just couldn’t imagine what will that day turn out to be.
We found her on the Internet after we did some research. Jerry said she has some pretty good reviews and the reputation of Inspiring Events looks very trustworthy. Thanks to the internet and Jerry’s Google ability we really did find the perfect planner for us.
Our wedding went smoothly and it’s a day to remember for all of us. The venue we had is usually very difficult to book, but with Maggie as our planner, it’s just like a breeze. My mother-in-law has been to many weddings, and she said it’s no doubt one of the best and she would really like someone in our family to give her a surprise birthday party planned by them.
Maggie’s a very creative and fun loving person. With her extensive connection with the industry we did save a whole lot of money and time. Jerry thinks he’ll have her team to plan and coordinate his association’s event for him next year. Thank you Maggie and Nicole for making all the great things happened.

It has been a terrific and remarkable experience with Inspired Events, and I just can't thank them enough.
Two of my sisters are also clients of Inspired Events. They just can’t stop parsing about how wonderful it is to have Maggie coordinated and planned their wedding and parties for them. That's why we get the chance to ask Maggie to be our wedding planner.

We made a right choice by choosing Maggie as our planner for our wedding. From the first minute we met her, I knew we are in good hands.
She and her team are not just ordinary wedding planners. They pays so much attention to all of the details along the way from the start till the end.
We made some changes due to some of our own concerns but they are willing to go the extra miles and fulfilled all of our requests.
From the smiling and happy faces, I can feel the joy and great time my guests had. For that, I'm grateful and very delighted to write this review.

Absolutely Perfect Night
There is not one thing I would change about the day of my daughter's Quinceanera party. Throughout the entire planning process,the event coordinator, Magguie, was very helpful leading up to the day and answered all of our questions promptly. On the day of the quinces, everything was beautiful and went flawlessly!. The waitstaff was very attentive. We had compliments from our guests all day about the deliciousness of the food and niceness of the venue. All in all, the day was beautiful in every way and I have only positive things to say about Inspired Events and its staff. They will work to help make your day as perfect and stress-free as possible! -

Inspired Events was chosen to provide the catering and facilites set up at the Cruz Building for the CRAFT SPIRITS FESTIVAL on October 10, 2013. Maggie Rodriguez was an integral part of facilitating the event and making sure that all facets of the event went off without a hitch. Her customer service is second to none. The Inspired Events staff that she employs are extremely proficient, diligent, respectful and kind individuals that are truly committed to providing quality service. The attendees raved about her catering and truly appreciated the presentation and quality of the food.
I highly recommend Inspired Events for your event needs, from weddings to exhibitions. They are well deserved of their accolades and high ratings.

We used this company for our wedding in May of 2014. They handled setting everything up with our vendors which definitely made the planning process so much easier. They also catered our wedding and the food was made fresh, on site, and was very good. The rentals included the tables, chairs, linens, napkins, and table settings. Everything was of high quality and looked great. On the day of the wedding their specialties really stood out. They made sure that everything went flawlessly and it could not have been more perfect. -

We worked with Inspired Events for our wedding on 12/3/2016. We did our research when selecting all our vendors, including obtaining multiple quotes, reading reviews across various websites, etc. Inspired Events had a competitive rate and good reviews.
We mainly worked with Alex and Priscilla during the planning process. The biggest value the team brought was familiarity dealing with our reception venue. They provided valuable insight from décor to layout. Priscilla was a great resource during the entire planning process and kept us on time with our tasting and other key meetings. We did have a few communication issues in pricing but these were resolved
In addition to catering, bar and service staff and miscellaneous furniture rentals, we contracted Alex as a day of planner. We needed someone to deliver lunches to both get ready locations in Brickell. Unfortunately, on the day of the wedding the lunch was late which delayed our bridal party getting dressed. A simple confirmation call from the day of planner in the morning would have avoided this.
Overall, the catering service at the reception itself was great. All the staff was professionally dressed and friendly. Our guests complimented the many appetizers at the cocktail hour and we were happy they had a special plate waiting for us when we arrived. It seemed like dinner service was slightly delayed from our timeline but no one seemed to notice. Once dinner was served the filet mignon and chicken were delicious. Our guests loved the dual entrées. The only thing I would change was the clean-up after the reception ended. In hindsight, we would have paid extra to arrange for their team to keep sentimental pieces and leftover unused items to return to us. Our extended family tried to salvage as much as possible but after a long night this shouldn’t be their responsibility. Luckily none of these items had a big monetary value. -

Hired Inspired Events to do our entire wedding, WORST MISTAKE EVER! Priscilla and Alex seem amazing all the way up the day, but the day of they are MIA!!!! Priscilla was our on-day coordinator, I literally had to send one of my bridesmaid every 5 minutes just to find her! She assured us that guests would be directed, they weren't! Our guests were just standing at the ceremony no idea that its starting as Priscilla was MIA, one of my bridesmaid had to tell people to sit down were starting! Then during the entire reception NO ONE COULD FIND HER but when we did she was sitting behind the venue eating all of our catered food. She gave us a timeline the week before of what we would do; since she was MIA we did NOT do the BOUQUET TOSS, GARTER TOSS & REPLACEMENTS!!! And our sparkler send off, she just told us go to the front the sparklers are there; so we waited 20 minutes for her to meet us at the front to do the send off, she NEVER came, so we went to find her and SHE LEFT THE VENUE WITHOUT A WORD OR SAYING GOODBYE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE! We planned our wedding for 2 YEARS with Inspired Event and the day of we complete chaos! And we paid Inspired OVER $8,000.00 !!!!!!!!! Save your wedding, go anywhere else!!!!! -

Do yourself a favor and never use Inspired Events. We had endless problems with them prior to the wedding and during the reception. Two days after the wedding I approached Maggie since I wanted to discuss several problems that we had experienced during the reception she gave me plenty of excuses and after several weeks of communicating via email, she finally refused on meeting and discussing the issues. We of course paid the full amount of the event prior to the wedding. There are plenty of vendors in Miami, so please use one that is really going to care (not Inspired Events) -
