My husband and I could not have asked for a better venue. The scenery was stunning, the food was incredible (we ordered buffet style and our guests were saying it was the best wedding buffet they have ever had), the Aspen Center reception hall was gorgeous, and our wedding coordinators were great to work with! Couldn't have asked for more! -

Simply Perfect
We had searched months looking for the right spot for an elopement or micro wedding. I stumbled across this hidden gem by accident. I had no clue that Innsbrook held weddings. From the very beginning I knew this is where we would get married. Immediately I received quick responses answering every question. They worked with my very busy work schedule and accommodated my bright idea to have a shotgun wedding planned in just under 3 weeks! Everything fell into place perfectly, the ceremony venue, weekend house rental, decor room, wedding coordinator, etc. I absolutely LOVED that they have several recommendations in every possible category needed for a wedding, from officiant ( loved DJ Rob ) to make-up/hair, music and more, making it so easy. They have so many different options and locations with many different packages and so affordable! I cannot stop telling EVERYONE about our experience! I would do it all again in a heartbeat and not change a single thing because it was simply perfect! -

Such a Wonderful Venue!
I had the most wonderful experience having my wedding renewal at Innsbrook. My husband and I chose Sycamore Terrace for the ceremony and reception. For our group of 50, it was perfect, the view of the lake was everything! All the event staff were perfect and accommodating; from our main coordinator, to the chefs, to waiters and bartenders, just a great group to work with. Having the bridal suite and separate groom’s room to get ready in was so helpful. The whole crowd agreed that the food was 5 stars delicious! If you are looking for a spot for your wedding/vow renewal, look no further than Innsbrook!! - Chris and Katie P. -

Dream Wedding Venue
I grew up with a cabin on Lake Aspen so I knew the Lake Aspen Stage at Innsbrook was the wedding venue for me but little did I know how great the service and communication would be as well. The venue coordinator Brittany made my day stress free (even when rain seemed inevitable). She was very organized and responsive to my frequent frantic emails. You cannot beat this location and service! -

Innsbrook is a beautiful wedding venue with an amazing team! Brittany and Lindsey both work with you every step of the way and answer questions quickly and accurately. The lake stage and the Aspen Center are beautiful places for your ceremony and reception. The food was all great and the value for everything is reasonable, a better deal than most other wedding venues that size in the St.Louis area. I would recommend this venue to anyone wanting their dream Wedding! -

My fiancée and I selected Innsbrook to be our rehearsal dinner location. The event was so nice I almost wished I had chosen Innsbrook to be the wedding venue too! Leading up to the rehearsal dinner Brittany was so organized and pleasant to work with. She always responded promptly to my many questions and had a great attitude. I was impressed by the initiative she took in always reaching out to me. Innsbrook also offered a huge variety of linen napkin colors and even asked how I wanted them folded. My wedding venue never even asked me how I wanted the napkins folded! I had a bit of an unusual wedding color (aqua) but to my great surprise and joy the aqua color napkins were a perfect match to the bridesmaid dress color and the tables looked so beautiful and spring-y. Our dinner/event was on the Sycamore Terrace overlooking the pretty Aspen Lake and the spot was tranquil, scenic and away from other guests too. We ordered the Taste of IBK buffet (Italian) and everyone LOVED the food! The butternut squash raviolis were especially a hit! I really recommend taking a look at this venue for your wedding or other event. It was such a great experience I am thinking about going back soon for a cabin weekend with my new husband! -

A Hidden Gem
Innsbrook Resort venue and staff absolutely made our dream wedding come true! From the lake view, to the amazing food, I would not have changed a thing! If you are looking for a venue that is a local paradise, look no further!
Our guests did not have any complaints! Everything was on point! I cannot say enough good things about the staff. From the coordinators to the bartenders, chefs, wait staff, to cleaning staff, everyone was beyond kind and helpful.
Check this place out! Family and friends even golfed before the wedding in the evening. So many activities to keep everyone happy!

Planning a wedding during a pandemic turns 20 decisions into 40 decisions. The wedding coordinator at Innsbrook, Brittany, was steadfast with her 'we will make it work' attitude. She was patient, informative, calm, kind, and so giving of advice and reassurance. I'd read horror stories from other experiences with venues but not at Innsbrook. It has always been one of my favorite places and due to the beautiful wedding, now our friends and family members understand our love of this location and plan to make their own memories there too. -

My husband and I got married on 9/18/2020. I cannot stop replaying the most perfect day over and over again in our heads. They were incredible and so accommodating in every way. We’ve received so many compliments on the lake stage, Aspen center venue overall, the food for the rehearsal dinner and reception dinner, and so much more!
Everything was absolutely perfect and better than I could have ever dreamed of. I can’t thank you enough for keeping us sane while planning our big day haha. I knew I could trust and rely on them when I needed something, and they always delivered.
We had such a blast that night, and appreciate how much work and energy they put into making our day so special for us.
They were very responsive and kept us updated throughout the entire process. That was huge for me and I was extremely happy with the way things went. They kept up with the countless changes we had to make and were always willing to figure something out for us. They are simply the best and we could not have been any luckier to have their support throughout. -

Outstanding
We planned our wedding in 7 months in the middle of a pandemic and Brittney at Innsbrook mads it possible and stress free. Our rehearsal
dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception exceeded our expectations. ONLY complaint was the upcharge to have table linens steamed.

Innsbrook was the perfect setting for our wedding! Could not have asked for a better experience working with our wedding coordinator Brittany with Innsbrook. She was very knowledgable, timely, organized and pleasant to work with. The venue was the perfect setting and the staff exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a weekend wedding experience just an hour out of St Louis City. -

Innsbrook was an amazing Wedding Experience. Our day was absolutely perfect. The girls where so helpful and made my wedding dream come true. During Covid our day was changed 3 times and we were so sad to possibly have to cancel. My now husband took me on a getaway trip to cheer me up to Innsbrook and that's when it all started. We loved everyone so much and where so sad to leave. The venue is stunning and magical. The people are amazing. The food is amazing. 10/10 from the start to finish.

Our daughter’s wedding was in March so it was crucial to select a venue that was as beautiful inside as it was outside because of unpredictable weather. Indeed, we did have to have the ceremony inside - in front of a lovely rock fireplace, instead of outside at the edge of the lake. We were not disappointed! The venue has lovely lighting, in addition to our own decor, and it was a beautiful event.
Equally important, the staff at Innsbrook was amazing! Throughout the many months of planning, the wedding coordinators were very helpful and responsive. But what will remain as our greatest memory is the astonishing help provided by the wedding coordinators, Amber and Brittany, the staff supervisors, Paco and Luis, the chef, and the entire event staff! From the beginning of setting out our own decor, through the ceremony and throughout the evening, and then with the final cleanup, every single person was not just willing, but anxious to help. This honest review is the only way I can begin to thank them properly. Their help was simply priceless!!
We had the rehearsal dinner at Innsbrook and also, with pretty short notice on my part, decided to have a Sunday brunch there, after the wedding. We experienced the same wonderful service and food at all events!
Thank you Innsbrook!.. For making a special day such a wonderful event!

My fiance and I absolutely LOVED the outdoor ceremony area overlooking the lake. With the beautiful aisle and lake overlook, it was an absolute dream. The staff is incredibly sweet and makes the process very enjoyable. In particular, Brittany is an ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART. We felt like she was our best friend from day one, and always knew that she had our best interest at heart. I cannot say enough good things about Brittany... She has, by far, been the most enjoyable person that we have encountered in this industry. I highly recommend Innsbrook AND working with Brittany! -

Dream wedding!
We just had our 180 guest wedding at Innsbrook on 9/27 and it was AMAZING!!!! When we went to tour the venue in November 2018, we fell in love with the vision of a beautiful lakeside wedding, rustic yet elegant reception, and having our close family & friends renting homes on property for our wedding weekend. We held all of our events at Innsbrook including our rehearsal dinner on the Patio at the 18th Green, ceremony on the Aspen stage, cocktail hour on the patio, and reception in the Aspen Room. Everything at every event was PERFECT. The food and service for all events was over the top!!!! Amber and Brittany took over event management a few months before our wedding and made us feel so confident. They were responsive and organized leading up to our wedding. They were always around helping set up, running our ceremony, managing the staff, working with our vendors, etc. Our guests raved about the food and the venue. The venue also accommodated all of our needs including premium liquor requests, specialty cocktails, many dietary restrictions, many outside vendors, and last but not least, our large fireworks display. I can't thank them enough for making our special absolutely perfect. Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be and more!!! -

We stopped by one day just to look and realized that it was gated, went in and talked to the security guards at the entrance, who were super nice, if we could look at the venue. They called the wedding coordinator for the venue and got us an appointment right then to talk. I would of completely understood if we needed to come back and I was so thankful they would see us.
The venue inside is beautiful, the view outside and looking at the lake was beautiful. This venue was my top picks for sure.
I have a lot of out of town guests and a fair amount of older relatives that will be attending, I did not pick this venue only because of the drive to the venue and it will be an evening wedding. I was nervous that someone would get lost. I would of picked it if it was going to be an earlier wedding just because of the view.
Cost of the venue and everything was not a bad price, compared to other venues. Locations is the only caution if you have a lot of older adults that do not like to drive at night or are not familiar with the area. -

The best day I could of asked for
We had to postpone our wedding because of covid and my coordinator was so helpful in this stressful time. They were so great the day of to make sure everything we needed we got and everything ran smoothly. -

Courtney Sent on 11/23/2014My husband and I were married at Harmonie Church and had our reception in the Aspen Room on October 18, 2014. When we initially chose Innsbrook as our wedding venue, they were going through a transition period of remodeling, menu changes, etc, but Jeannie made certain we were kept in the loop with everything. More importantly, she took the time to really get to know us, our style and how we envisioned our wedding day to be. When Chloe came on board, it felt as if she had been working with us from day one. Both Jeannie and Chloe were responsive to our every request and they really helped to make everything as stress-free as possible (thankfully, they even thought of the small details we didn't even think of!) Chloe was there on our wedding day and she made sure everything ran smoothly and our guests remained happy. From the ceremony to the reception, everything was absolutely perfect! Jeannie and Chloe were fantastic to work with and we just can't thank them enough! Our guests are still raving about the delicious food, friendly staff and how beautiful the night was. We just had our wedding last Saturday. It was perfect! Dodd was fantastic. Many commented it was best they ever had. The staff was available to assist in any way. The day was cold but perfect!
