We had the absolute honor of hosting our wedding at The Inn at Quarry Ridge in Bryan, Texas, and it could not have been more perfect. From the very beginning, the entire team made us feel supported and cared for. Ben, the venue manager, was incredible on our wedding day. He worked seamlessly with our coordinators, anticipating needs before we even thought of them, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Larry, the owner, was wonderful and makes everyone feel like family. He was always quick to answer our many questions during the planning process, and his welcoming nature put us at ease from day one. The venue itself is breathtaking. The water view next to the gazebo creates the most serene backdrop for photos and ceremonies, and the cocktail area has plenty of space for guests to mingle comfortably. Every corner of this property feels intentional and beautiful. Our wedding day truly felt effortless thanks to the team at The Inn at Quarry Ridge. If you’re looking for a venue that is not only stunning but also staffed by people who genuinely care about your experience, look no further. We are forever grateful to them for making our day so special. -

Wedding Weekend
My husband and I got married at the Inn at Quarry Ridge this past April and it was a dream! We chose the wedding weekend option and it was the best choice for us. We both felt that the price of the venue and all it included was well worth it. Everything was so well organized from start to finish, and with a wedding planner/day of coordinator included in the venue, it made the whole wedding planning process so much more enjoyable for my husband and I. The venue also includes access to their decoration catalog which saved us so much time and money, plus it saved us from trying to figure out what to do with 30+ vases after the wedding. We loved that we got to use the venue for the rehearsal and that it housed all the wedding party for the weekend. This really allowed us to enjoy the whole weekend with the people we loved and turned our wedding day into a weekend experience that we will cherish for the rest of our lives! -

Amazing Venue
We chose the Inn at Quarry Ridge because we could rent it for the entire weekend, and have our wedding party stay onsite. It really eliminated a lot of hassle, and gave us a great location to hang out with our friends after wedding hours. We ended up having a pool party until 3AM and everyone had a BLAST! Our package came with a day of coordinator from Uniquely Set Events. Our Coordinator Hailey Taylor was AWESOME!! -

The day-of wedding coordinators did an excellent job making everything run smoothly. When my bride had a slight issue with her dress, the coordinators did a great job getting everything fixed. The staff was very helpful and had a sense of urgency. We would highly recommend this venue. Many guests complimented the venue as well. -

We had an excellent wedding weekend at the Inn at Quarry Ridge! Booking the whole three day weekend was perfect for us; it allowed my parents and family to come stay with us from out of town, and we even had room for all of the bridesmaids and groomsmen! It was also very nice for us to be able to have the rehearsal dinner on site; it relieved a lot of stress for us having everything and everyone together in one spot. All of the employees of Quarry Ridge that we spoke to were very helpful and interactive, and helped our special day go on without a hitch. We would definitely recommend IQR to any of our friends and family getting married soon! -

This is going to be a long review, but I am so impressed with the Inn at Quarry Ridge and they deserve the credit!
First of all the venue is absolutely beautiful! I cried when we first toured it because it was everything we wanted and more. We decided on the Marble Package and I am so glad we did! We got to stay at the Inn, and have our rehearsal dinner there as well. You get so much for what you pay and everybody (even my dad) just kept saying how beautiful the Inn, Ceremony site, and reception hall was and they couldn't believe what a great deal this place is! With the Marble package we even got to use decor the venue provides anddd we get day of coordinators and staff to help. Plus the breakfast which was AMAZING both days.
Ben from the venue is awesome! My (now) husband and I cannot thank him enough for all he helped with. The rest of the staff was amazing too!
Our day of coordinators Amanda and Hailey are the reason I did not freak out the two weeks before the wedding. Always there for me and so helpful with the last few details and things I forgot. They are seriously the most down to earth wonderful people and I am so thankful for them ❤ they captured what my vision was for the wedding and made the day perfect!
I would also like to thank the owners. Yall have created this beautiful place for one of life's most important moments and we are so happy we got to say our "I dos" at the Inn at Quarry Ridge! It was the perfect weekend ❤ -

We had our dream wedding at Inn at Quarry Ridge. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. The staff were always so kind and super quick to respond. We loved how a much this venue had to offer. So much is included when you book the Marble Package. We loved that we were able to offer over night stays for our friends and family at the venue. We also loved all the decor the Marble Package came with. The day-of coordinators were amazing and so attentive. Our wedding day went so smooth and it was all thanks to Inn at Quarry Ridge. -

Tony and I had the best wedding experience at the Inn at Quarry Ridge. This hidden gem is tucked away in the lush country side and on a beautiful property. We opted for the full experience (Marble Package) and enjoyed a weekend of celebrating and top of the line service. Our weekend staff and planners were the best and did all (and more!) to keep the stress off of the wedding party. They provided all-access support leading up to the wedding, venue decorations and also the set-up/break down of the decor, created the rehearsal and main day events schedule, ushered traffic and ensured easy access to the grounds for any folks with mobility issues, kept all the vendors on a perfect timeline, and overall, are all genuinely great people and professionals. I loved our experience at IAQR and, thanks to our awesome photographer (All Heart), we will be able to reflect back on this beautiful celebration forever. We are very thankful for IAQR, there were so many unique touches that made it all the more special. -

We were able to cut out so many logistics by booking the full weekend package and focus on being together with our families and friends who came near and far to celebrate with us! My husband and I got married at the Inn at Quarry Ridge on 11/5/22 and we would choose them over and over again. The marble package was unbeatable in comparison to the other venues in the area. The overnight accommodations, weekend access to the venue, and premium day of wedding coordination were a few of the perks included in the package.
Leading up to the wedding, Larry was very responsive and helpful anytime I had a question. When wedding weekend came, everything was prepped and ready for us when we got there. Being able to have our rehearsal the night before and the ceremony and reception all on one property was amazing. After having our wedding, we could not be happier with our venue choice. We can confidently say that our wedding day was perfect and everyone at the Inn at Quarry Ridge played a huge part in it all coming together. -

My wife and I do not have a bad word to say regarding the wedding co-ordinators and venue at all. We booked the three day package from Friday 2pm through to Sunday 10am and we are ecstatic we did. - From the first moment we arrived on the Friday the welcome was warm and genuine, our guests who were staying (25 in total) also felt right at home. After some initial questions needed ironing out regarding the ceremony which were done in such a professional capacity we headed into the rehearsal followed by the dinner in the main stay house. The gardens and fire pits were received very positively - My friends and family who attended from England said "it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever attended, this was also the review of all our other in country friends and family. The outside fire pits were a god send, considering we tied the knot on November 19th... The next day unfortunately it rained but the team were able to quickly turn an outside wedding into an internal one, the whole process was seamless (thank you Amanda) - But as they say its good luck to get married in the rain, there was ample space for 150 guests to walk around outside and inside without getting rained on. The overall experience was second to none... staff were fantastic ambassadors for both the venue and the wedding organisers. 10/10 100% A*... The best review I could leave we had an amazing time, the only negative was it was over too soon. I will recommend this location to all, do not hesitate & go for the three day package, you wont regret it. - Thinking our 10 year anniversary we will use this venue for sure, or birthdays alike.
My gorgeous wife would also like to add a few words (I feel like its my speech all over again) - We had a fantastic evening, as did all of our friends. Everything was top notch from you and your staff.
We just had THE perfect wedding at the Inn at Quarry Ranch. The scenery and view was stunning, accommodations were perfect for the bridal suite and wedding night, the professionalism of the staff when we had to move from the outside to inside was spectacular. Even though we didn't get to do the ceremony outside due to rain, which caused a bit of anxiety for me, the switch to inside was seamless and turned out beautiful, way beyond my expectations. The venue staff allocated two ceremony coordinators to ensure my ceremony went smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding. can't stop thinking about how perfect it was. 10 out of 10 recommend Inn at Quarry Ridge! They offered so many amenities for us. Being able to have rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, lodging (for the bridal party), ceremony, and reception all in one place was fantastic! If you're looking for an all in one package this is definitely the venue to book with. They were super helpful and responsive during the planning process. Truly made wedding planning stress free. It was super convenient to have lodging onsite. No need to worry about bridal party not showing up or not being ready on time. They ensured that things ran smoothly on the day of and didn't ask a million questions. They definitely know what they are doing! -

My husband and I cannot rave enough about this venue! We did the single day package and the process was so smooth! Larry and his team are too tier. We never heard of any issues the day of, the coordinators that come with the venue made sure it all went flawlessly. The venue is GORGEOUS!!!! Photos just don’t do it justice, our families cannot stop talking about it. If we could do it all over again we would a thousand times.

For my first wedding , everything was perfect when it’ came to the planning from the coordinators Emily and Amanda , awesome communication , awesome personalities that’ made our planning fun and joyful , they communication was on point and satisfied our every request and the patience of Emily and Amanda was out of this world , my wife and I never regretted booking this venue , it was absolutely beautiful and was exactly what we pictured for our dream wedding! I booked this venue 2 years ago. I was intrigued by the price point at first, but once I saw the venue in person... I fell in love. The ambiance of the venue is breath taking, especially at night. I loved the fact that we could share a whole weekend with our friends and family for our wedding. The staff was very kind and helpful. My guest could not get over how beautiful it was. When the our day came it was everything we could have imagined and more. The coordinators that work with the venue are superb. I had not a single care in the world outside of being happy and being there. We were able to live in a little bubble of bliss at Quarry Ridge. I'd highly recommend this venue to anyone. -

Totally worth it, it is so perfect!!
The best most perfect venue for us!! We loved the weekend stay from Friday-Sunday, plus breakfast included, and use of the pool!
We had our rehearsal dinner here in the house which fit all of our guest!
Bar tenders were awesome and the staff was amazing and always quick to help with anything! The coordinators did phenomenal and made our special day the dreamiest! -

The venue is absolutely perfect!! From the out door ceremony space right by the pond and fountain , the gorgeous and spacious reception hall, to the beautiful house our wedding party stayed in for the entire weekend, everything was so amazing.
The value that’s included with choosing this venue was unlike anything we saw. Having security, day of coordinators, as well as decorators really set them apart from any other venue we’d seen. I had direct contact with the venue owner and he always responded to me quickly. They made our day absolutely epic and completely stress free. Besides the nerves of getting married that is.
If you’re getting married in the Bryan/College Station area, this is the best spot in town! -

The Perfect Venue
Inn at Quarry Ridge is such a beautiful venue and we couldn’t have asked for more! Being able to have our rehearsal and dinner at the same place was so convenient for our family and friends and made everyone more comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and no one felt cramped, even with 8 circle tables and staff walking around. The pool is also such an AMAZING feature! Us and our bridal party had so much fun with the firepit, hot tub, and pool on our rehearsal dinner evening and all of the staff was so friendly! The day of our wedding, everything was perfect! All the vendors the venue work with are great and such a fantastic addition to the wedding day and we constantly received compliments on how beautiful the venue is. If you’re looking for the perfect wedding venue, you’ve found the place! -

The sentimental:
We picked this venue after attending a friend's wedding here and absolutely falling in love with it. We especially loved the fact that there are on-site accommodations. We have a very tight knit friend group and getting to relax before and after the wedding with our close friends was extremely special to us.
The practical:
They have a gorgeous setting for both indoor and outdoor weddings, and an amazing reception venue. For one very reasonable price you get a wedding venue, reception venue, rehearsal dinner venue, on-site lodging for the wedding party, AND a planner that is familiar with the venue and the local vendors. If that wasn't enough they have a large selection of decorations that they will let you use which can really class up your table settings and save you time and money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner of the venue is very responsive, knowledgeable, and a genuinely good person who seems to care about the people who choose to have their wedding here.
You really can't go wrong with this venue. -

My husband & I got married on October 23rd, 2021. We purchased the marble package and stayed Friday-Sunday. Our package included an event coordinator and bartenders for both Friday night (rehearsal) & Saturday (our wedding day). I don't know what I would have done without our coordinators Jordyn& Emily as well as all the other staff at The Inn at Quarry Ridge. They made our vision come to life! We were able to just sit back and enjoy the best day of our lives! It was definitely a weekend to remember. Our guests would not stop saying how gorgeous our venue was! My grandparents even stated that they are going to book The Inn at Quarry Ridge for their 25th wedding anniversary! I HIGHLY recommend booking this venue for your big day! & I HIGHLY recommend the Marble package. Like mentioned above, The marble package includes lodging for both you, your spouse, & your guests. Event set up & clean up, Breakfast provided throughout the weekend, event coordinators, Bartenders, Decorations, etc. The owner of the venue Larry is also so sweet! He answered any & all questions I had throughout my entire wedding planning process! And even accommodated my schedule to allow me to take my bridals weeks prior to my wedding! I wish I could give Inn at Quarry Ridge more than 5 stars. From beginning to end our experience with them has been absolutely wonderful!
We got married in July and opted for the marble package, so we had the venue to ourselves Friday through Sunday. Having the full wedding experience in one place throughout the whole weekend was so much fun and made everything so easy. We had our rehearsal dinner in the Great Room, and our ceremony and reception both took place in Stonehem Hall. Both events were flawless; the staff, bartenders, venue manager, and coordinators were all professional and so easy to approach with any requests we had. Larry, the owner, was prompt, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful with all our questions leading up to the event.
I am beyond happy with our experience, from the beautiful venue to the spectacular service. If you are looking for a wedding venue in the College Station area I can’t recommend IQR enough! -

We fell in love with Inn at Quarry Ridge from our initial tour, and knew it would be the perfect wedding venue for us. The beautiful and quiet scenery swept us off our feet- and it wowed our guests as well!
We loved the idea of having all of our wedding party stay on site for the whole weekend because our friends are from all across Texas, and it is rare that we are all together. It was so great to house them all on Friday and catch up before the big day.
Leading up to the wedding Larry, the owner, met with us and made sure everything was squared away and ready to go. The package with an included day of coordinator is more than worth it.
We woke up Saturday morning on site and did not have to think once about what to do or where to go. The whole wedding day ran so smoothly, and could not have been more beautiful.
As the bride, I got a front row seat to watch my guests trickle in from the upstairs suite, which was one of my favorite parts of the whole day. It was a bitter sweet moment that was unexpected, but I am so glad I experienced. The ceremony was outside, but shaded and the reception was inside with very cold AC.
The best part was after our "get away" my husband and I got to drive around the corner from the reception and sneak away to our suite- without even having to leave the property. Larry's team had surprised us with champagne, a cheese board, and other snacks! It was a perfect way to end the night, and get some much needed alone time after the big day. -

Perfection. The entire process was a breeze.
This venue is the best of the best. From the day that we started communicating with the Inn at Quarry Ridge, they were professional, attentive, and wonderful at communicating. The venue is STUNNING and speaks for itself, but the staff made the entire process of planning/executing our wedding flow seamlessly! Everyone kept telling me on wedding day that I “seemed so relaxed” and that’s because of how wonderful these people venue are! I can not recommend The Inn at Quarry Ridge enough! The entire process was a dream! These people have your wedding weekend down to a science yet still maintain a personal level of involvement! We are so thankful to have chosen to use IAQR for our special weekend! -

Most amazing wedding weekend ever
We are SO glad we chose IAQR. We chose the Marble Package and had the entire venue from Friday-Sunday and had the best time of our lives. Hosting the rehearsal dinner there on Friday (with the bartender included - who was awesome and so much fun!) saved us so much planning and allowed the entire wedding party to settle in. I was so calm having all my things there and ready to go on Saturday morning for hair and makeup, and it helped me make sure my bridesmaids were up and ready to go in time too (we had a bit of fun in the hot tub Friday after the rehearsal dinner so I think having everyone go back to a hotel or back home would have resulted in them being late - it is quite a hike out of BCS). Breakfast was served to us Saturday morning and was also super helpful to keeping everyone happy and smiling throughout the wedding prep. Our photo session was absolutely gorgeous, the property is beautiful so we had no issues finding a place to take photos, and our first look was perfect right in front of the reception hall with the beautiful wooden doors behind us. The bartenders on the day of the wedding were great (they are also included in the marble package which saved us money, especially since it was BYOB!!! One of them was the same as the rehearsal dinner, who we absolutely loved so we were glad to see him again!). Saturday after the wedding, we were able to spend even more time with our wedding party after the wedding and had so much fun celebrating with everyone. I can't speak highly enough about our wedding coordinators, Carly and Maddi, who also really contributed to the night going so smoothly (coordinators are included in the Marble Package!!!). They really made sure that the entire wedding party and our families were happy and having a good time, and everyone was accommodated for. Overall, we are so so so incredibly happy that we went with Larry at IAQR. I cannot speak highly enough about the entirety of my experience and, if I had to choose again, wouldn't look anywhere else! -

Couldn’t ask for more!
We absolutely LOVED this venue!!! The Inn at Quarry Ridge made everything so easy on us! First of all, there was no need for hotels because we were able to stay onsite which made things extra easy and breakfast was included all weekend! Another amazing feature, aside from how beautiful the venue is, had to do with the fact that they provided us with a wedding planner. I never knew how badly I needed a wedding planner and had not planned on having one, so I am beyond grateful that they add that in as part of their package because I would have been lost without my planners! Their entire staff is AMAZING!!! Everyone there from the owners to their bartenders were extraordinary and made our weekend and wedding day extremely special. They really made the whole process super easy, and again, you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful setup!!! We had an amazing experience at the Inn! -

First Class - amazing venue !!!!!
First of all let me begin by saying this Venue and Staff deserves more then 5 Stars. I wish I could do the wedding all over again just to soak up more of the environment. From the moment everyone arrived on Friday until leaving time on Sunday we all had the best experience ever. Larry and his behind the scene team was extremely professional and accommodating. We all felt at home and was given first class service. We had 23 guest stay the night and there was plenty of room in the house. Breakfast both morning was delicious ! The reception hall was absolutely perfect I would not change a thing about it. Larry also isn't afraid to turn the ac on. We had our wedding on July 25th right in the middle of some of the hottest summer days and you could not tell inside at any point in time. The back yard even felt very cool with lovely tree coverage and plenty air breezing through. The Inn at Quarry Ridge was all that a bride could wish for. I have not received one complaint from anyone about the venue or service what so ever. Best Wedding Experience Ever!!
Inn at Quarry Ridge made my wedding far more perfect than I ever dreamed it could be! My husband and I did the marble package and had both of our parents and our bridal party stay there the whole weekend with us! The elegance this venue holds is just astounding and as a bride you feel totally relaxed all weekend! Their staff is super wonderful and fun and the fact you get coordinators that handle it all for you 10/10 recommended! We are a week out from our wedding now and I still keep replaying how perfect it was and I would not have changed a single thing about it other than I wish it had lasted longer! -

Perfect Pandemic Wedding
Planning a wedding is stressful, planning a wedding during a pandemic is next level! The Team at Inn at Quarry Ridge was so flexible and accommodating through all of the changes and helped to ensure we still had a safe and beautiful day. The grounds at the Inn are stunning and every aspect of the venue is well thought out. Our wedding party loved getting ready on site and the Great Hall and backyard area served as the perfect backdrop for a fun and relaxing cocktail hour. Stonehem Hall is gorgeous and was the perfect spot for an indoor summer ceremony and then seamlessly transitioned in to the reception space. We are so grateful to Larry and his team for hosting the perfect day! -

We got married on 7/11/20 in the middle of a global pandemic. Although the last few months of planning was unavoidably stressful, our wedding went off without a hitch in large part due to this amazing venue, The Inn at Quarry Ridge. When we started planning our wedding a year ago, we toured 3 different venues and inquired of 2-3 others. But the moment we stepped onto the property at IAQR, we were blown away and knew that none of the others could compare. We highly recommend the Marble Package. Yes, it’s expensive, but for what you get, it’s totally worth it. Our wedding party loved being able to check in on Friday and relax in between the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, day-of preparations, ceremony, and reception before checking out on Sunday. We are so thankful to Larry and the rest of his amazing crew, especially our wedding coordinator, for all their hard work behind the scenes to make sure our wedding weekend went smoothly and that we were able to relax and spend time with our guests worry-free. We got so many compliments on the venue—how beautiful it was, how efficient and polite the staff were, and how awesome it was that all of the events took place on the premises of IAQR. On top of all this, they guided us through the last few weeks and days of planning when there seemed to be new health and safety guidelines announced every day, reassuring me every step of the way that everything would be okay. They even offered to set up a live stream of our ceremony for our friends and family who couldn’t make it—free of charge! Overall, I am confident that we made the right choice in choosing IAQR for our wedding. We would recommend this venue 100%! You will not regret it! -

As a perfectionist, I can say that it was a truly perfect weekend.
My husband and I decided to do the Marble package, and it was absolutely worth it! Getting there Friday afternoon and being able to have our Bridal party and parents stay at the venue both nights was as stress free as you can get.
Waking up the day of our wedding in this gorgeous house where you feel so pampered, to a wonderful breakfast and coffee was just what we needed to start the most amazing day.
There is so much room for everyone to get ready. Larry and his staff were attentive and communicated so well with us throughout the day.
You can pick your backdrop! Whether you want to be married outside at the adorable gazebo, or inside Stonehem hall. You couldn't pick a more elegantly gorgeous setting!
It was a sweet and simple day that I will never forget. Like most weddings and receptions, it was a whirlwind of friends and family all engulfed in this lovely atmosphere.
At the end of the night, as my new husband and I made it up to our room, we were greeted with soft lighting and chilled champagne. The wonderful people at Quarry Ridge had even brought up some cake for us. The memories of sipping champagne while eating cake on a king-size bed is one I will cherish forever.

Inn at Quarry Ridge
Inn at Quarry Ridge is a beautiful venue in Bryan, Texas. We got the marble package which allowed our bridal party and parents to stay with us at the house on Friday and Saturday night. We had a coordinator with the package as well. The coordinators did an amazing job. I had zero worries on the day of and for 6 weeks leading up to the wedding. They confirmed all of my vendors for me and made sure everything ran smoothly. All I really had to do was show up! It was absolutely stress free and amazing. They had great communication from the day we signed up until the wedding! The price was extremely reasonable as well. I felt like we got more than our money’s worth! I can’t say enough great things. The beauty of the place, stress free help, and great price all add up to making this the most amazing place to get married. -

The moment we set eyes on this venue, we knew it was the one for us! With a February wedding in Texas, we knew weather could be all over the map, and we the three options for a ceremony site (indoor and outdoor). The reception hall was STUNNING and offered tons of space and layout options. We also decided to utilize the coordinator package that included 2 coordinators - BEST DECISION EVER! The coordinators met with us throughout the wedding process and made for a seamless wedding day. The owners of the venue were also incredibly helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had throughout the planning process. The venue was also one of the most affordable deals we found! The beautiful property, amazing staff, and affordable packages cannot be beat. I highly recommend this venue for a seamless wedding day! -

This venue is gorgeous and perfect if you are looking for an elegant style! Many of our guests told me how it was the most beautiful wedding they'd been to and that was easily done when the foundation is so gorgeous. Larry makes sure everything runs very smoothly. We only did the day of package, but I am sure the weekend would have made it even more relaxed and would recommend that if it is something you're looking for! This was the perfect venue! We booked the marble package and it included everything and more! We had a lot of family and friends coming from out of state and this was the perfect place for everyone to get together and spend a weekend. Larry and his staff were very helpful and answered any and all questions we had. I had the most magical wedding and all of our guests were amazed at how beautiful and elegant the inn was. We loved being able to come out on Friday and start to set up before our wedding on Saturday. Waking up Saturday morning and already being at the venue was a huge bonus (they even served us breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings which was amazing). Larry and his staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for our big day and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Inn. Rural Elegance and Dream Experience.
The intimate elegance The Inn at Quarry Ridge provided was perfect for our dream wedding. Venue shopping can be overwhelming and finding the right fit is definitely a challenge. This was the first venue where we attended a wedding as a couple. It always had a place in our hearts, so when our time came to venue shop and we saw the new Stonehem Hall addition- we were head over heels! Jimmy was in town for only a few more days (long distance relationship and engagement), so I wishfully sent an email and was pleasantly surprised with how Larry was able to fit us in and give us a tour on such short notice. We were OBSESSED and made our decision that day. We went over the multiple packages they offer and the Marble Package had everything we wanted and more! We were able to schedule our engagement photo session as well as times to drop by and plan out our decor. Communication was incredible and they were so helpful whenever we had any questions or concerns. From landscaping to the furnishings, everything was perfect! With the Marble Package, we were able to host as well as spend the night after our rehearsal dinner at the venue and not be rushed to get from one location to another. We also had access to start setting up the Stonehem Hall for our reception and were able to add in some of their gorgeous decor they had to offer. Spending the night before was the BEST for us and our wedding party. They provided breakfast and us girls got to wake up and have hair and makeup come to us (huge stress relief). You also are provided a planner for rehearsal and the day-of. Heather with EPOCH was our planner and she is literally an angel. Larry and Heather set up a meeting and we went over the decor, guest count and all things needed to make everything go smoothly. They had incredible vendor recommendations and we were able to cultivate a plan, to-do lists and alleviate stress! Being able to stay the night of the wedding was one of my favorite perks of the Marble Package. We were able to enjoy our reception and have a true send off the sneak away to an amazing room with an en-suite and they even made us dinner and cake to go plates- since being the bride and groom, you are usually too busy to enjoy your meal. Your photos will be stunning whether you’re outside or in Stonehem Hall with the gorgeous greenery and lighting shining in through the windows. Larry and his team have everything down to a science. We had so many compliments on the venue, how beautiful the grounds were as well as the friendliness of the staff. We are so thankful we found the perfect place to start our journey. I would absolutely recommend The Inn at Quarry Ridge for their incredible venue and amazing people who work tirelessly to make your wedding dreams come true! -

A gorgeous venue with everything you need for a perfect wedding!!
On June 15th, my husband Nathan and I got married at the Inn at Quarry Ridge and it could not have been more perfect. Looking back at the weekend of our wedding, there is nothing that I would change to make it any better.
Nathan had the opportunity to work at the Inn during its infancy, and it has grown to become highly regarded in the Bryan/ College Station wedding industry. Because of his previous experience working at the Inn with Larry and Sue Winkler, he knew that we would be well taken care of during our weekend. Even though we had the personal relationship with the Winklers, we are positive that any couple would be treated the same as we were: with upmost respect and superior hospitality.
We decided to purchase the Marble Package and were blown away by the service that we received throughout the entire weekend, as well as the weeks leading up to our wedding. My parents, Nathan, and I visited the Inn shortly after our engagement to tour and see the facilities and see what we had to work with. With the ceremony space and reception hall (Stonehem) being so beautiful, it took so much stress off of my shoulders because the Inn did not need much added for it to be the perfect wedding venue. We were in contact with the Winklers for the duration of the planning process to make sure we had everything organized ahead of time. We also had a planning weekend eight weeks before our wedding to go over all the details and have the chance to ask any remaining questions. Larry and Sue have successfully worked out any problems that may arise from being a wedding venue and were able to give us tips, such as what size linens to order, and made the planning process stress-free.
We arrived on site Friday afternoon and were able to move into our respective bedrooms, put together the bouquets and arrangements, finish up last minute details, and then relax and prepare for the big day! Nathan’s best man and younger brother was our florist and had ample work space in the air conditioned garage and plenty of room in the refrigerators to store the arrangements and keep them from wilting. There were plenty of refrigerators in the kitchen area in the back of the reception hall to store the desserts and the alcohol. We had our rehearsal dinner in the Great Room of the Inn, which was so sweet and intimate and did not need any extra decorations to make it beautiful. After dinner, we went out to the gazebo to rehearse the ceremony so everyone knew what to do the next day. After all of the official business, we were able to kick back, relax, and enjoy each others company. There is a pool and hot tub in the backyard, which was the best way to wind down and truly let go of any worries of the next day. There is also a fire pit that the staff tended to which we were able to sit around and make S’mores.
The restaurant we went with for catering was incredible in and of itself, but Larry also made sure that it was seamless by meeting with the caterer on his own time so they were familiar with the venue layout and knew where to go when they arrived to deliver and serve the food.
Another huge perk of the Marble Package was having a day-of coordinator. At the planning meeting, we met the coordinator and were able to talk through everything I had already planned and what was left. In the next weeks, I was able to email our coordinator any questions: from what the ceremony procession order should be, to how many guest tables we would need. She said from the beginning that she wanted to help plan the wedding to the point where we could simply enjoy it.
Along with it being the most perfect day for me and Nathan, we continued to hear high praises from everyone in attendance. We had close to twenty kids at our wedding and the Inn was so family friendly that everyone of all ages felt welcome and had the best time.
Overall, we highly recommend the Inn at Quarry Ridge for all of your wedding venue needs. We know that Larry and Sue will take care of you and do whatever needs to happen to give you the best wedding possible. -
