Great Value, Beautiful Venue

We just got married at the Inn, and it went so smoothly! The staff set up our decor to perfection and it looked even better than I imagined. The cake was included in pricing and was so, so good! The food was also delicious and everyone enjoyed it. We had our ceremony there along with the reception and everything was so seamless. We worked mainly with Brittany, and she was so caring and professional.

Superb and highly recommended!

Oh! I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the first email asking for more information, to the day of wedding, I was well taken care of every step of the way. Rachael Puccino, the Manager, was the sweetest, most helpful and flexible person! On the day of the event, she was there every step of the way to ensure that everything went well. Overall, pricing of services was also affordable, and quality was matched in every aspect. I'm now planning on visiting the Inn on special events with my husband; I fell in love with the people, and the place. I highly recommend!

Fabulous Inn!

The staff at the Inn were extremely helpful in reserving rooms for my wedding guests. They were always available for any questions, especially the reception team. I would often call for an updated list of rooms, they were so patient! The catering team was fabulous too. We provided brunch in a private room for our guests the day after the wedding, and it was simply perfect! Our guests only had wonderful things to say about their stay, and the food! I would recommend the Inn time again after time to anyone staying in Middletown or the surrounding area. It's a beautiful place!

Charming with great service!

My husband and I chose the Inn at Middletown to be our preferred hotel for our wedding guests, and we are so glad we did!
The rooms were nice, modern and clean. We loved the staircase in the main hallway, and the history of it being an old armory. It was very charming.
The front desk was wonderful in getting our gift bags to our intended guests, and the Tavern was a great spot after our wedding for drinks and to keep the party going.
The Inn even had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us when we got back from our wedding reception which was so thoughtful!
We had a post-wedding breakfast there for our guests, and it was set up beautifully. The front desk was very accommodating in allowing us to have a late checkout, so we didn’t feel rushed at all.
We also had another hotel for our guests at a different price point, but I advise against this as I heard the few guests that stayed there didn’t even receive their gift bags. When I called to inquire about it, they weren’t even apologetic.
Comparing the two experiences, I was so happy we chose the Inn as our main lodging and wish we had only chosen them in the first place.
Whether for a wedding or if you’re just in the area I would highly recommend the Inn for their exceptional service!

Everything we could have ever asked for, and more!!

Inn at Middletown was amazing since day 1. Rachael and her team were so attentive and made our day the most amazing day! We ran into a few issues due to family problems, but Rachael was flexible and gave us the wedding of our dreams! We had such an amazing time and the food was OUTSTANDING! We had a banquet staff member assigned to us for the entire reception and we always had what we needed without having to ask. We also stayed the night there and the room was GORGEOUS! If you're looking for a charming "hotel" with excellent food and service, this is it!

We had our room block here for our wedding in early August. The hotel was AMAZING and they let our guests check in hours early and were overly accommodating and so friendly. Highly recommend! Also, working with Rachael Puccino was great!

My fiance & I became Mr & Mrs at the Inn at Middletown this past June 30th. Katelin, Jill, and Danielle were phenomenal & treated us like royalty. The venue was/is gorgeous & elegant. The food was absolutely delicious and is not your typical wedding venue fare. You will not be disappointed if you choose the Inn at Middletown as your wedding venue. It is class all the way.

What an amazing venue to have both my ceremony and reception! We worked with Katelin La Chance who answered every question and anticipated every need. The staff was courteous and very professional. On top of that, the Inn recently refurbished the entrance and entire second floor venue space. My guests raved about the food! I can't thank them enough for making my special day so special.

I rented a room at the Inn to stay in the night before my wedding and for getting ready the day of my wedding. Leading up to my special day, the event staff was very helpful and efficient through email and phone calls. Upon arrival, the staff was extremely nice and calming. The Inn at Middletown was the PERFECT venue for our winter wedding. Part of the appeal was that it was decorated so beautifully for the holidays that there would be little for us to do ourselves - and we were right! Katelin in the Sales Department ensured that every detail leading up to the big day was accounted for and she was present the day of to help ease the mind of this nervous bride! She was a pleasure to work with and everything met and/or exceeded our expectations. We have beautiful memories of our wedding at the Inn and would highly recommend this venue and its staff for your wedding day.

Stayed at the Inn with many out of town guest for our daughters wedding. The bride and groom has a bridal suite. The housekeepers,front desk staff,kitchen staff,and everyone were gracious,professional,and always helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you to the Sales team at the Inn at Middletown, and especially to Gabby & Katelin, for being part of our wedding weekend and providing great service for our guests during their stay.

We loved the special newlywed surprise when we got back to the hotel on Saturday - the champagne bottle and chocolate covered strawberries were delicious!! Thank you to the Inn for that surprise treat :) Our guests also loved the bar after the wedding - the bartenders were fun and had great service. The Inn at Middletown was great with sending the guests lists for the wedding block over the past few months and handing out all the welcome bags to our guests. We also held our farewell brunch on Sunday morning at the Inn for our guests and the food was amazing! Everything was perfect :) Thank you again for an amazing weekend!

We used the Inn at Middletown for our out of town guest accommodations, wedding after party, and post-wedding breakfast. Gabby, their Sales Coordinator, was extremely accessible and responsive to all of my questions from booking to final details. The rooms were recently renovated and the bridal suite was perfect for getting ready and bridal portraits on our wedding day. The food at the after party and breakfast was delicious and exactly what we were looking for to provide our out of town guests with a memorable wedding weekend.

I have held several events at the Inn. Several for work years ago for the Community Health Center and last Octobe 1, 2016, my wedding. Katelin LeChance has always been wonderful to work with. She is professional, flexible and very responsive.

I had a great experience at The Inn at Middletown this past September! My husband and I used the Inn for getting ready prior to the wedding, pre-wedding photos, guest accommodations, a wedding after party at the tavern and a post-wedding breakfast. All of the staff were extremely attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. The food was delicious, the grounds were beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend The Inn at Middletown for all of the above listed services.

My husband and I used the Inn for getting ready prior to the wedding, pre-wedding photos, guest accommodations, a wedding after party at the tavern and a post-wedding breakfast. All of the staff were extremely attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. The food was delicious, the grounds were beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend The Inn at Middletown for all of the above listed services.

The Inn at Middletown was the perfect hotel for guest accommodations, suites for the bridal party to get ready, wedding night accommodations, and a post-wedding brunch. The staff was wonderful and made our wedding weekend perfect for all of our guests staying at the hotel. The service from pre-wedding room block status to checking-in and providing guests with hotel bags to the post-wedding brunch food and service were great.

The morning of the wedding, my bridesmaids and I had a suite with a connecting room that provided ample room for our hair and makeup artists to get us all ready without feeling cramped. After we got ready, the Inn provided a wonderful backdrop for a few quick bridal portraits before heading to our venue for the first look and more portraits of the entire bridal party. Post-wedding, the tavern was a great place for guests to gather to continue the celebration informally.

The staff was so polite and accommodating. It was a wonderful location for our wedding accommodations. Just remember to book early if you plan on using the Inn for your wedding! Because it services multiple wedding venues in the area, it books up very quickly!

If you want a stress free wedding contact Katelin at the Inn at Middletown. From day one she was so competent that we knew we were in good hands. The staff and everyone at the Inn were AMAZING!! They were friendly and extremely accommodating with all if my requests. My pictures came out BEAUTIFUL in part to the gorgeous backdrop that was provided by this elegant location.

The Inn at Middletown was the perfect place for our wedding. Katelin was a godsend from the very first e-mail and made planning our wedding so easy. She answered all of my e-mails (and there were A LOT of emails!!!) quickly and was so helpful in suggesting solutions to some of the things I was stressing about. I ended up not having to worry about or stress over a thing, and I was such a calm bride knowing our special day was in capable hands.
I can not rave enough about Danielle either. She managed the food service for our reception as well as the set up and she was so friendly and enthusiastic. Service for us and for our guests was flawless and people are still talking about how good the food was five months later. Sometimes it's hard to get excited about "wedding chicken" but I would go back and order any of our wedding menu choices in a second- they were delicious! Danielle not only remembered us on a future visit to the Inn, she remembered where we honeymooned and asked us about our trip. It was so sweet of her to make sure we were always treated like special guests.
I wouldn not hestitate to have an event here again. The service, the food, and the atmosphere were absolutely top-notch. The staff there is second to none, and you really can not ask for a more beautiful location.
