My husband and I got married at The Inn at Leola Village on 2/15/26. We toured several all inclusive venues in and around NJ/PA, but landed on The Inn for several reasons. The Inn is truly a 1 stop shop. They offer everything from tables, chairs, linens, to food, cake, desserts, flowers, and hair and makeup. We fell in love with the stunning, storybook style of the entire venue which perfectly matched our theme of fairytale and books. Possibly more important, the staff was fantastic from day one. They were caring, friendly, extremely flexible, and nearly always available for a phone call or email. Their package included everything we could ask for and more! They accommodated every single guests dietary restrictions and all of the food was delicious. A large portion of our guests were gluten free, and they made an entire GF station at our cocktail hour at no extra cost. We had a Jewish wedding ceremony, and they were very respectful of all of the cultural aspects of this. We had an extra ceremony immediately prior to the actual wedding ceremony which they set up perfectly. Once we dropped everything off at the space, they took care of set up and break down. Everything we brought was boxed up and brought to our van. There was 0 stress at the end of the night or really at any part of the day. The team at The Inn had everything under control. My husband and I were able to sit back, relax, and party! We also hosted a farewell breakfast the next morning. It was set up beautifully with some of the flowers from our wedding the day before. The food was delicious, and they again accommodated all of our dietary restrictions. The wedding night suite was completely gorgeous and just the perfect way to end our night. We cannot thank the staff at The Inn at Leola Village enough for their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to make our day perfect. There aren't enough words to describe how perfect our wedding day was all thanks to The Inn at Leola Village. We discovered the hotel a few years back to celebrate our anniversary and knew the minute we got engaged we wanted to get married here. From the first tour and conversations with Tara, everything was perfect. She helped us feel confident and answered every single questions we had. From there, we got to work with Stephanie who was our day of coordinator. She is INCREDIBLE. She made sure every detail was set up perfectly and we never had to stress because her and the team had everything handled. The planning process was so easy and she is brilliant at what she does. Being able to work with their onsite florist Tracie from Village Floral made the process even easier. She helped us pick the best florals to fit my vision and set everything up for us from the signage to all of the table decor. Gianna helped with any room questions we had and the entire staff the day of the wedding was incredible. Bar staff, waiters, everyone involved was attentive and amazing. We had our wedding at the Inn at Leola & it was amazing! I can't say enough about our wedding coordinator, Gianna. She was so sweet, attentive,
communicative & went out of her way to make our wedding perfect. The grounds are beautiful & they made beautiful backdrops for our photos. Tracy was also awesome to work with & did an incredible job with our flowers & they were stunning. The food at the wedding was delicious & everyone was raving about it. The pastry chef was also so accommodating & she made me the wedding cake of my dreams. The service at the reception was also classy & top notch. We also loved our suite by the pool. Everything was perfect & we highly recommend Inn at Leola for the food, the grounds & most importantly the service provided by Gianna & Tracy.

I cannot express how INCREDIBLE our wedding at Leola was. We worked with Gianna and Stephanie, and they are goddesses in human form. They are detail oriented, amazing at their jobs, and know exactly how to keep neurotic brides like myself calm, while still listening to your needs and keeping you up to date.
We worked with Stephanie all through the process and she responded to all of my (often random and weirdly timed) emails with grace and helpful answers. We started working more closely with Gianna later in the process, and we worked with them day of our wedding. Really and truly, they made the day better than our wildest dreams. It was SO well planned, smooth, stress free, and beautiful.
If you are like us, and didn't want to go to a whole bunch of exhausting experiences looking for lodging and a reception space and a caterer and a florist, then Leola is the spot for you. It's a one-stop-shop that looks one of a kind. They even has a spa and salon! We all got our makeup done there and we looked GORGEOUS.
And shout out to Mike, the banquet manager! The food was delicious and everyone loved it, and they were super aware and sensitive to all allergies. They were also so understanding and supportive of sobriety, and made sure my husband had cider in his toasting flute!
Truly the whole thing is an elevated experience in a beautiful spot. They even give you a room for free the night of your wedding!

From our very first interaction with Tara during the tour, to working closely with Stephanie, Gianna, and Tracy, and the incredible teams across the spa, lodging, and reception, we were met at every step with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Every single person we worked with was supportive, thoughtful, and truly excellent at what they do.
The entire team was consistently timely, responsive, and warm in their communication. In an industry that can often feel transactional, it meant so much to work with people who genuinely cared about us as individuals, not just as clients, and that authenticity is what truly sold us on this venue.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning, offering a charming, seasonal, and homey atmosphere while still feeling elegant and high end. It perfectly matched the vision we had for our special day. The team went above and beyond to ensure every detail felt personal and intentional; from the incredibly delicious food and fun tasting experience to the beautifully decorated reception space created with Tracy and the floral team.
Our guests could not stop raving about the exceptional service, amazing food, and overall beauty of the venue. We also loved that so many of our guests were able to stay on site with us, which made the entire weekend feel even more special.
Our wedding was a Western/Indian fusion celebration, and the team at The Inn at Leola Village was phenomenal in helping us bring that vision to life. They were accommodating, supportive, and went above and beyond to ensure our cultural traditions were honored seamlessly.

A Dream Venue That Truly Had It All
We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at The Inn at Leola Village! From start to finish, everything was seamless, and our wedding weekend was more magical than we could have imagined.
Stephanie, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, so flexible, and went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. On the day of, she kept everything running smoothly and allowed us to truly enjoy every moment without stress.
The venue itself is stunning. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful floral arrangements and how gorgeous the entire property was. One of the biggest highlights for us was being able to host our entire wedding weekend in one place — rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, reception, and brunch. Having on-site accommodations was such a huge bonus for us and our guests, and it made the entire weekend feel so relaxed and cohesive.
The food was also out of this world. From the hors d’oeuvres to the entrees, every dish was fantastic. And the cake — made on-site at their bakery — was absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how incredible the food was, which made us so happy.
We also loved using their salon and spa for hair and makeup on the wedding day. The team there was fantastic and made the morning feel so special and fun.
If you’re looking for a venue that’s breathtaking, versatile, and staffed by people who truly care, look no further. The Inn at Leola Village will always hold such a special place in our hearts. -

We tied the knot in early June, and the beautifully manicured grounds were absolutely stunning. Every member of the staff was attentive and ensured the day flowed seamlessly. Our day-of coordinator, Stephanie, was a constant source of support and guidance throughout the entire planning process. Tracie, the florist, truly exceeded our expectations in bringing our floral dreams to life. The food was exceptional—delicious, beautifully presented, and very accommodating to all of our guests’ needs. This is an absolutely gorgeous venue, with incredibly excellent and efficient staff, and with all the built-in amenities (hotel on-site, florals on-site, catering and cake on-site) that made the day flow perfectly because they’re all used to working with each other. Stephanie, our venue coordinator, is warm and very patient with all our questions! There were a couple inconsistent issues in the hotel’s online booking system that made us have to watch the room block code pretty closely in the last weeks leading up to the wedding, but that was the only problem we experienced and the room block coordinator was very nice and accommodating throughout that process. Amazing Venue with Amazing Staff
We got married on 12.30.23 at the Inn at Leola Village and highly recommend them for anyone looking to get married. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, from the Inn to the ballrooms, to the restaurant and sleeping rooms. It's extremely well maintained and the florist on-site just adds the most magical touch. I am still dreaming about my floral arrangements from that day! From the beginning, Tara was amazing to work with. Quick to respond and super informative. We added a bunch of different events for the weekend and she was constantly on top of all the details. Emma and Stephen were our onsite coordinators for the weekend and they were just so friendly and down to earth. I didn't have to worry about a single thing knowing it was in their hands. The food was insane. It was incredible and our guests won't stop talking about it weeks later. We stayed for 4 nights and ate there for almost every meal. I didn't have a single meal that was mediocre as they were all so delicious. We also had our hair and makeup done at the spa the morning of our wedding and the ladies there were just so fun and accommodating. They were like an extension of my bridal party and our hair/make-up turned out fantastic. I will be recommending to everyone I know getting engaged! -

Best Day, Ever!
I can’t express how beautiful and smoothly our day went! The bridesmaids and I got our hair and make up done at the spa the morning of (HIGHLY suggest). They were simply AMAZING. everything I asked for- i got. Stephanie was a great help from start to finish, Tracie gave us the most beautiful flowers, and Emma helped tremendously the day of. The Inn at Leola Village was absolutely beautiful and all of our guests kept saying how beautiful the venue was and one of the best weddings they have ever been to. Stephanie, our coordinator was the absolute best, by listening to our needs and wants, she was always avaliable for questions or concerns we had. The rest of the staff were great and always polite and even complimented us on how we looked as well as very attentive. The food was delicious and a friend of mine says he doesn't typically eat salmon but he really liked the salmon. Overall we couldn't have been happier that we picked The Inn at Leola Village for our wedding. -

All Around Amazing
After finding out that we were expecting just two months after getting engaged, we were looking for a venue that would make our lives easy as we planned our big day. The Inn at Leola Village did exactly that!! The only thing that we needed to find was our photographer and our DJ. Stephanie, our wedding coordinator, provided a vendor list to make that easy as well!!
Stephanie was amazing at communication and made sure I always knew what was needed/expected every step of the way. Many times I said to my husband, “we have to be missing something, planning a wedding can’t be this easy!” But Stephanie and the packages available MADE it that easy!! Stephanie helped ensure that loose ends were tied and that I was not missing any details.
Our guests all raved about the food as well, saying it was some of the best food they’ve ever had!!
I could not recommend this venue more. I wish I could relive our special day over and over again. -

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the Inn! From the very beginning of our planning process to the actual wedding they were a DREAM to work with. Stephanie and her entire team made the entire process so seamless. She walked us through every step and provided guidance to additional vendors to make our day even better. Our wedding was a little over a month and a half ago and we still have people contacting us saying how amazing it was. The food was definitely a main talking point. Having a venue with everything on site really is a game changer and it was so nice to have all of favorite people spend the weekend with us. The weather wasn’t what we hoped for but the entire staff made sure it ran just as smoothly and looking back it wasn’t even that big of a deal! If you’re looking for a wedding venue look no further! ( and make sure you try the butternut squash soup too 😊) We cannot put into words how thankful we are for everyone at the Inn at Leola for making our day absolutely amazing! -

We got married on 10/21/23 at the Inn and it was such a magical experience. From the very beginning to the end our coordinator Tara, was extremely helpful and kind. I had to have asked about 100 questions and she answered them all quickly, professionally and without complaint. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and all of the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. They take care of everything. With our package we only needed to provide a DJ, officiant and photographer. This made the whole planning process so easy and as stress free as possible. Our wedding went perfectly. Not one thing went wrong. Everyone is knowledgeable and dedicated to making the day special for you. Gianna coordinated for us the day of and she was such a pleasure to work with! I'll never stop recommending this venue to anyone who will listen! -

So good we wish we could it all again!
We could write a novel on all our amazing experiences with the inn. An extra 5 stars to Stephanie that we had the pleasure of being our coordinator. From our first meeting with her, it was obvious that this venue was the correct choice and that she was going to take care of us. She was also very responsive to email and questions and did a great job guiding us through everything. For rehearsal and wedding day, she did a great job of keeping everything on track and organized. If you pick this venue, you're going to hear it over and over - the food is great! Without fail, every vendor after we told them our venue was the inn, they would respond with "oh, the food is great there." And the food didn't disappoint, especially the cake (we went with a lemon cake and raspberry creme filling, yum!). The on-site florist is awesome as well. Accommodations are amazing for out of town guests. The inn isn't cheap, but there are also lots of cheaper accommodations in the area to supplement. Being a summer wedding, the complimentary water and wine when guests arrived at the gardens was awesome. We included the brunch with our package as well since pretty much all our guests were out-of-towners; it was a great addition to the experience and well worth it! We hosted our wedding at the Inn at Leola Village in August 2023, and as the title says, wouldn’t change a single thing. Stephanie made the planning experience so easy - she was prompt in responses, flexible, and we really felt like she had our best interests and vision in mind. All the staff at the Inn were hospitable and went out of their way to make our whole weekend go smoothly - Tim the doorman, Matt at the front desk, Gianna as the day-of coordinator, Tina for flowers, Francesca at the spa and bartending - all felt like family by the end of the weekend. With everything included and on-site, we (as bride and groom) and our guests had the most relaxed and enjoyable weekend.
THE FOOD IS INCREDIBLE. Our guests still tell us how amazing they thought all the food was (we offered a plated meal of pork, salmon, or mushroom risotto - the plated dinner servings are huge - no one left hungry!!). Cocktail hour snacks were incredible, the spread they put out (10/10) We opted not to have a wedding cake and instead went with the “Lancaster Favorites” option - Stephanie went out and picked fresh pies, long Johns, whoopie pies and desserts from local farmers markets, and everything was delicious.
Tina blew us away with the flowers (see pictures!). We gave her a vision and some Pinterest pictures and she did better than anything you’ve seen online - our reception space was breathtaking. A true artist.
We have to end with a huge recommendation for Stephanie. She coordinated our wedding for a year and a half and everything went exactly to plan. She handled all guest inquiries about the wedding with professionalism and ease, set up everything perfectly, and held our hand every step of the way. We live in Washington DC and weren’t familiar with vendors or restaurants in the area -Stephanie got our vibe immediately and gave us tailored recommendations and planning experience. Amazing!!!!
My husband and I currently live in Auburn, AL (War Eagle!) but are from the PA/NJ area and planned to get married closer to friends/family. We knew there would be additional stress trying to plan a wedding 1,000 miles away from the venue. We also planned to have a smaller wedding with 50 of our closest friends and family. Many venues in the Lancaster area can accommodate 150+ guests, and charge accordingly, regardless of your wedding size. When we realized the Inn offered “tiny wedding” packages, we knew this could be an optimal fit for our needs. Once we had our first phone contact with Steph, we knew beyond a doubt this was the venue for us! Steph was incredibly kind, flexible, patient, and fun to talk with and help plan our big day. She made planning from AL as easy as it could be and never became irritated if we asked the same questions multiple times. She was invested in us as a couple, not just as a check! The day of the wedding was beautiful and went smoothly. Our guests were astonished with the floral arrangements, food, and venue. It truly was a magical day!! Forever Fairytale Wedding
The Inn at Leola Village was the most perfect venue for our June wedding! From the moment we began planning our wedding in April of 2021, to the after party in the bar on our wedding night, everything went perfectly smooth. We loved how much detail and care was put into making our wedding day so special.
The food and banquet team were absolutely perfect throughout the process. All of our guests commented on how fresh and tasty the hors d'oeuvres, entrees and dessert were! Tara was always quick to respond to all of my questions and details leading up to our wedding day. Christian from the hotel was extremely accommodating and listened to all of our requests. Tracie from Village Floral, took our inspiration pictures and visions and made them come to life on our wedding day! The ladies from the salon nailed it with our bridal parties hair for the day.

Your one stop shop!
The Inn at Leola Village was the perfect venue for our wedding weekend. It was the first and only wedding venue that we toured after first getting engaged because it had absolutely everything we wanted. We loved that it was a "one stop shop" for everything wedding related from florist, caterer, salon & spa, and the inn itself. This made everything wedding planning so simplified and fun. We primarily worked with Stephanie throughout the process, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgable. She showed us so much excitement even though she's planned hundreds/thousands of weddings before. Tracie, the in house florist, did an incredible job decorating for our special day, and the food was delicious. Our wedding weekend ran extremely smoothly. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and unique the venue is. We absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking.
Another huge up-side to The Inn at Leola is Henry (the house cat who resides in the office) who kept us calm and happy every step of the way. -

Classic Wedding of My Dreams
The Inn at Leola was beyond helpful with making my wedding vision come true. Not only did they make me feel special and cared for- they also made me feel that they were excited to make my vision come to life! The entire team was helpful and quick to make any accommodations for me and my guests. Their attention to detail was impeccable, even so much as to write me a wedding card! We got married at The Inn at Leola Village on December 10th and it was the most perfect day. Tara and her staff made everything run perfectly! They were accommodating and helpful throughout the whole planning and day of process. Tara was always quick to answer our emails with any question we may have had. When we arrived on our wedding day we were in awe of how beautiful everything was. Tracie, the village florist, did a great job with all of the flowers and centerpieces. We could go on and on about how perfect the day was, and we still do. Besides the incredible service from the whole team, we and all of our guests loved the food which was super important to us for our wedding. The best experience ever
My husband and I knew this was “the one” as soon as our tour began. Not only was the property absolutely stunning but the amenities were one of a kind. We were planning our wedding from Virginia but yet it was the easiest planning ever! Truly everything is included. Even the salon is on site. Our out of town guests and those staying the night raves about the inn. Stephanie was an absolute dream and made sure to keep us in the loop. There were even several details about our day that my husband and I didn't know to ask about that they had covered and then some! I would recommend this venue and Inn experience 100x just based on venue support from experienced professionals. The beauty of the wedding garden and Casa di Fiori paired with the staff make this the ultimate venue. We were able to have all of our guests come to the Inn and never leave the grounds but feel like they explored a whole town - it was perfection and was a unique experience compared to other weddings our guests have attended. Incredible venue and team that has it ALL!
My husband and I wish we could relive not just our wedding, but the entire weekend at the Inn at Leola Village a thousand times over! The whole team was an absolute dream to work with, but particularly our coordinator, Tara Ash. She was profoundly prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful from the day we toured the venue all the way through to our wedding day (and even the weeks following).
One of the main reasons we chose The Inn at Leola Village was because it offered everything we were looking for right on site:
- An inn with 60 rooms, in which nearly half of our wedding guests stayed-- this made navigating between events a breeze (just a short 2 minute walk to everything).
- An excellent restaurant and bar to host your rehearsal dinner and welcome gathering
- A gorgeous garden for the ceremony, and an equally beautiful Plan B for an indoor ceremony (which we ended up doing -- we loved the AC in the summer heat, and the setup in front of the fireplace up was STUNNING)
- Casa di Fiori, the reception venue was a rustic style, and we loved the entire wall of garage doors that can open for an indoor/outdoor feel to the patio
- An all-inclusive package: tables, chairs, linens, delicious food options, fabulous cocktails, and the CAKE!! Most gorgeous we've ever seen.
- A florist right on site (Tracie, she brought my vision to life perfectly!)
- A hair and makeup salon right on site (Who do beautiful work! They were able to do all 15 girls getting hair and makeup for our wedding!)
- Two options for a wedding after party. We had ours around the fire pits outside and it was PERFECT. We enjoyed drinks, brought in some pizza and soft pretzels, and some guests even went for a swim in the pool!
- A location for our farewell brunch. I loved that they reused the centerpieces from our wedding for this, and the brunch food was SO good.
I could go on and ON. This venue and their entire staff are absolutely incredible. As a bride, it made the entire planning process a breeze coordinating with just one point person (Tara) since everything was being done through the venue. She was ALWAYS happy to assist and answered all of my questions within one day. I don't know how she does it!
Do yourself a favor and have your wedding at the Inn at Leola Village! You won't regret it!!!! -

OMG, there are no words to describe how magical and beautiful was our wedding at The Inn. We got married in 2020 (just us and the judge), and once we saw the Inn later that year, we knew it was the perfect place to official our union, surrounded by our loved ones. Tara was incredibly helpful and was on top OF EVERYTHING. The rooms, the food, the service, and the flowers were all above what we had ever imagined. We flew in the family from Germany, Puerto Rico, and Bosnia, who still talked about how amazing it was to choose this place. We were able to broadcast the wedding, and all our "online friends" have said that the garden was the perfect place to celebrate our love. We were married at the Inn at Leola Village in spring 2022 and were SO pleased with our experience. A friend of ours who was married here suggested we visit the site while shopping for wedding venues. We were immediately blown away by the charm, attention to detail and GOOD FOOD at the Inn!
The Inn at Leola Village hit it out of the park with every aspect of our wedding - Food, accommodations, florals, cake, bridal hair/makeup, vendor recommendations...and did we mention food?! Our family is big on Italian home-cooking and everyone LOVED their meals at both the rehearsal and reception.
Stephanie Lambert was incredibly helpful throughout the wedding planning process and on our big day. Every question or concern we had was addressed and, even though we visited the site several times, we were still surprised and delighted the day of our wedding. Our guests were thrilled with everything and multiple people asked, "How did you find this place?" It is THE best-kept secret in Lancaster and we hope other couples find the same magic we did. We are already planning our next visit! -

BEST VENUE EVER!!! Our Wedding experience was absolutely amazing and I would choose the Inn at Leola Village a million times over. The staff took care of EVERYTHING for us, we did not have to worry about a single thing. You cannot put a price tag on that feeling of ease when you're planning a wedding! We were so confident that everything would go smoothly and they exceeded our expectations.
The entire staff did a phenomenal job . Every single guest at our wedding not only raved about how beautiful the venue was, but also how wonderful the service was from start to finish. 5 star service was mentioned multiple times! Many also raved about the property, saying once they pulled into the parking lot alone, they knew it was going to be a beautiful wedding.
We cannot say enough about the staff, the service, and the venue!

It was the perfect venue, easy to work with.
Stephanie and her team at Inn at Leola worked with us to have a very reduced covid wedding in 2020, and then rescheduled everything for 2021. There were a lot of stressful times and she always answered our emails, and all or our calls with questions. We were able to have my daughter's wedding this past August at the Inn and it went perfectly. The food was fabulous, and all the vendors they had recommended were the best! -

Words can't describe how PERFECT The Inn at Leola Village was for our entire wedding weekend, but I'll try.. We live in Arizona but grew up in PA and all of our family is still in PA so we wanted to get married there. We booked back in 2019, then had to postpone our wedding from 2020 to 2021. Tara, our wedding coordinator, was absolutely amazing. She was so organized and responsive. It was actually easy planning this wedding across the country because of her. We can not thank Tara enough for helping us plan our perfect day. We had the rehearsal dinner at The Inn as well. We met Debbie that night and she was so attentive and friendly. She was also our go-to person for anything wedding related the whole weekend. At the rehearsal dinner everything flowed and the food was AMAZING. The servers were attentive and professional. The next day I am so calm because I know the staff at The Inn took care of everything. Tara checked in with me throughout the day too. Tanay was one of the servers in the salon and bridal suite on my wedding day. She was THE BEST! On our big day, from our first look to the ceremony to the cocktail hour and reception, EVERYTHING FLOWED PERFECTLY. We got a chance to check out the reception space before our guests came in and we were blown away. The flowers by Tracie were amazing and she put together exactly what I wanted. It was more beautiful than I expected. Everyone always told me something will go wrong on your wedding day but don't let it ruin your day. Nope, didn't happen! There was not a single hiccup. The Inn at Leola Village did it right! All of our family and friends were blown away by the beautiful venue and amazing service. All of our guests said they finished every bite of food from every course (who does that at weddings?!). The food was absolutely delicious!! Large potions and high quality. The mashed potatoes tasted like Thanksgiving! Drinks were great and the bartenders were super fast. The space was perfect for our 130 guests. We had plenty of room for our dance floor and we partied all night. The next day we had buffet brunch and again, flawless service. Long story short — book your wedding at The Inn at Leola Village if you want to have a perfect day and not worry about a single thing. Best day (weekend actually) of our lives! We originally booked this venue back in 2019 for our (original) July 2020 date. We loved that the venue had everything, a boutique hotel, a spa for hair/makeup/nails/spray tan, a florist on-site, and all-inclusive packages. It made planning SO easy. Then, COVID hit. We made the decision to postpone and everyone at the Inn at Leola (Especially Stephanie!) made the process so easy. We didn't have to do anything. No one had ever been to a venue like this before. My husband and I are so happy we picked the Inn at Leola!

The Inn at Leola Village was everything we could have hoped for and more for our wedding venue. We loved that they are a hotel as well as a wedding venue which allowed most of our guests to stay right on the property. It made it more of a wedding weekend where everyone could walk to all of the events. We also utilized the fire pit for the afterparty, which really topped off the evening.
Stephanie was our event coordinator and she was amazing. She is very easy to work with, bubbly and energetic, and always quick to respond to all of our questions throughout the whole planning process. She had great ideas to make our day special and was able to help us navigate all of the options and choices. When we decided to move our wedding up a few months due to COVID (so we could use the outdoor spaces), Stephanie was there every step of the way to help us make it happen. We had so many phone calls with Stephanie to answer all of our questions, and she was always so patient with us. There were many challenges involved with planning a wedding in 2020, and the Inn was extremely flexible and accommodating. We also loved that the Inn was willing to be creative with some of our ideas - for example, we wanted to do bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches as a late night snack. The Inn said no problem. We were even able to supply our own bagels from our favorite local bagel shop. We wanted Dogfish Head beer - the Inn got it for us.
The Inn, Stephanie, and Julito were always quick to accommodate whether it was guests with food allergies, special requests, food changes, etc. Julito checked on us all night at the rehearsal dinner and the night of our wedding - even responding to our call regarding a lost bouquet at 1am. In addition, the flowers and decorations for the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception were beautiful and really made the room. Tracey did an amazing job with the bouquets which were vibrant and beautiful. Stephanie coordinated with our other vendors (Event Central, Weir, Shuemaker, Hudson Nichols, and LaFave Cinema) to make sure everything ran smoothly.
We wouldn’t change a thing about our big day and it was The Inn made it happen.

I always dreamt of getting married at The Inn at Leola Village and the team there helped to make that a reality. From start to finish Stephanie and her team made us feel welcomed, comfortable, valued, and put us first through the entire process.
Top notch service and class in everything they do! We got so many compliments from our guests on how amazing the food was and how much they enjoyed the atmosphere, layout, flow, and service of our venue. We really liked the fact that we were able to keep so many of the services in house. Food, drinks, ceremony, flowers, cake, reception, cocktail hour, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, after party - all of this was able to be done in house which left us much more relaxed on our special day as they pretty took care of everything for us.
We also really liked that all of our guests could stay at the venue with the on-site hotel. Huge bonus to keep the party going and all guests could be safe and stay the night and not worry about driving.
Another important note for us was the fact that Stephanie worked with our budget to get us the most perfect wedding. I really appreciated her guidance through the process and felt more like family than a customer.
Realistically the only negative that I can think of is the fact that its over! Do yourself (and your guests) a favor and get married at The Inn at Leola Village; you wont regret it. -

When it came time to find a venue for our wedding, I will admit I was incredibly picky. I was in the industry for many years and I knew that finding a full service "not hotel like" venue was going to be tricky. I was just about to give up on my long list of must haves, and then we discovered the Inn at Leola Village. The full service I had in my head was completely blown out of the water. .they offered services I didn't even know were possible! Not only is the setting beautiful, but the fact that they offer rooms, catering, a salon, cake, AND a florist made this venue a no brainer. And then we met Stephanie and we were sold. We even signed a contract that same day!
Stephanie is everything you could want in a wedding coordinator. The ENTIRE staff at the Inn made us feel so incredibly special, but Stephanie was so kind and welcoming and totally made us feel right at home. For as many years as I had been a wedding coordinator, she blew me out of the water. Her attention to detail and her patience is amazing. She took my vision of decor and our day and just totally nailed it. Even with the pandemic going on, her and her team did not miss a beat. Im just sad I couldn't give her a giant hug when it was all over...stupid COVID.
Tracy, the florist, does beautiful work. I had specific ideas for our centerpieces and she brought them to life. We made the stands and even without having them until a couple of weeks before, she did such a beautiful job. We ended up having to have our ceremony in my parent's backyard because of restrictions and she made sure we had our bouquets and boutineers for that day as well!
The salon staff was fantastic as well. Us girls looked amazing, and the salon made us feel so pampered and special.
Our guests raved about the food and accommodations. 5 months later we are still getting compliments and people saying "that was the best wedding we have ever been to!" We even had our rehearsal dinner and breakfast there the next day. Our guests had a wonderful time and so did we!
This place is everything you could want in a wedding venue and more! We couldn't be happier with how our special day came to life. Thank you to everyone at the Inn at Leola Village! -

Where do I even begin. My husband and I initially considered the Inn when we were thinking of doing a May wedding, but then veered away from it because it was a little out of our budget. But Tara, our wedding coordinator at the Inn, suggested a December wedding, as costs are slightly discounted. My parents and I visited, and we immediately fell in love. The Inn is like no other venue. It has everything you could ever need on site - accommodations, catering, floral, hair, spa, makeup, planning/coordinating, and THE MOST HOSPITABLE people. Both of our families were all incredibly pleased by the service at the Inn. They do a wonderful job from the minute you show interest, to the morning you leave the venue after the wedding. We made our stay a weekend-long event. Spa services were beautifully coordinated by Jennifer Allen at Destinations - with multiple adjustments when I needed them for the spa on Friday - including massages and nails. And then she also scheduled all of my 14 bridesmaids for hair/makeup on Saturday. All appointments were done on time - between 8am and noon!!! The makeup and hair people do an incredible job. Then, we dealt with Emily and Tara for the wedding ceremony and reception Saturday night. It is absolutely amazing how well the team works together and makes the day so incredibly stress-free. Emily - thanks to you and your team for the amazing food - it was all so warm and the presentation of dinner service at our wedding and rehearsal dinner was so prompt and well done. My guests are still raving about the desserts and dinner that was served! Tracie - the florist - did an absolutely incredible job making all of my flower dreams come true. This was the majority of our décor and I am so happy with how everything turned out. We were even able to use the flowers for the rehearsal dinner, the wedding, and the brunch Sunday morning. She is truly a floral fairy godmother :). Finally, Tara at the Inn deserves the majority of the credit for how smoothly our wedding festivities went. She was so quick to respond to emails, requests, and always made sure we were satisfied with all decisions and flow of the day. She assisted us from day 1 of showing interest and I could never thank her enough. To everyone at the Inn - you do an incredible job and my guests are still raving about the weekend. I did not feel one ounce of stress the entire weekend - and that is saying a lot because wedding planning can certainly be stressful. The Inn at Leola Village was the absolute perfect place to get married. My husband and I were living in LA at the time, though my folks live in Lancaster, and our on-site coordinator Stephanie made everything so easy for us! She responded quickly to any questions we had, and was lovely to work with. A few other perks of getting married at the Inn were their on-site caterer, on-site florist, on-site cake baker, on-site spa and hair salon and, of course, the accommodations. Our experience was perfect, the staff are brilliant, friendly, helpful. A special shout-out to our catering lead Emily who made sure dinner ran smoothly. We had a small wedding, and limited budget and we got a lot of bang for our buck. We got married in the late afternoon on a Sunday in the wedding garden, which was beautiful, and had our reception in the smaller venue, the Bella Giardino room, which worked out well for us. I would highly recommend this venue for any couple. Know that you will be well taken care of here. Additionally, we chose our photographer, DJ, and live musicians from their preferred vendor list and were very happy with all of them. Overall, five out of five stars for the Inn at Leola Village, would get married here again. :-)
FYI: The total amount we spent with them includes not only the ceremony venue and reception catering but also our rehearsal lunch, a farewell breakfast, the florist, the billiards room rental w/ lunch for the groom and groomsmen, and catered lunch for the bride and bridesmaids the day of the wedding. -

It was simply the best!
It been 5 months since my wedding and everyone is still talking about it! Last week marked the 1 year anniversary of my engagement. When I visited Leola last December and learned of an open date in July I was a bit nervous to plan a wedding that quick but with Tara my wedding coordinator and this perfect location it was stress free and so memorable. They have a caterer, salon, and florist on site (beautiful flowers!) that makes everything so easy. It wasn’t just about one day there, it was an experience! Tara even had jewelry that I liked being sold in lobby made in the color that I wanted to wear with my rehearsal dinner dress. The coordinators and staff there are so quick to respond and honestly whatever vision you have they will help you to achieve it. Not to mention the food is amazing and there are so many different options to choose from. I will forever be grateful for my amazing experience with my wedding and we will be back every year for our anniversary !(the restaurant and rooms are so great too) -

My husband and I got married at the Inn in Sept. 2019. I could write a book on how incredible our experience was with Stephanie Lambert and the entire Inn at Leola team. Stephanie helped us every step of the way with our millions of questions, eased our nerves and was incredibly professional and genuine throughout the whole process. The Inn makes sure that no detail goes left un-noticed and really takes the time to make their couples feel at ease. Our day was perfect, beautiful and truly everything we could have ever wanted and more. Stephanie, Tracie and the rest of the team really exceeded our expectations and beyond. We are so beyond happy that we chose the Inn at Leola for our special day and highly, highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone! -

Say YES....
There isn't enough space for all I could say. The Inn was charming and beautiful. The staff was impeccable. From one year of planning, through the realization of our day. They made what was initially just a dream into a reality. They worked with our modest budget, made everything easy and essentially did everything for us to create the most wonderful day for us and our guests. I can't recommend them enough. -

Coming up on my 3 month anniversary with my husband, we constantly reflect with each other, our family, and our friends on our wedding day. The Inn at Leola Village was nothing short of perfection for our special day. From the moment we toured the venue and met our wedding planner, Stephanie, we were impressed by the beauty of the venue throughout all 4 seasons, the professionalism of all of the staff, and the lengths that the Inn goes to for their couples. Stephanie always made us feel welcome, and her staff was there during the planning process and the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. I would recommend the Inn to anyone! -

My husband and I got married in July and our wedding was quite honestly more than I could have ever dreamed of. The planning process was completely effortless and enjoyable! There was no request that our wedding planner, Tara, couldn’t do. Tara made all our wishes come to life. I emailed her so often with requests/questions and she responded very quickly and was happy to help. She also is full of great suggestions. The day of the wedding was so amazing. Everyone commented on how calm I looked and that is because there was absolutely NOTHING stress about. We last minute had to switch our wedding ceremony from the Italian Gardens to Casa Di Fiori, and the staff did not rush us into making any decision and very easily made the transition once we decided. Tara and the rest of the staff took care of every detail. Casa Di Fiori was absolutely stunning and there was plenty of space for our 150 guests. We also used the flower ring and tapestry and it was beautiful. The florist was wonderful and so accommodating as well. We have so many compliments on our wedding and I cannot recommend the Inn at Leola Village enough! -

A dream come true venue!
My husband and I got married here on August 24, 2019. We have nothing but good things to say about the inn, from start to finish with our planning process Tara and her team made everything so easy! This place is an all in one, non stop shop for weddings! We were able to get our cake, flowers, hair, makeup, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party and even accommodations for all of our friends and family, our only regret was not getting the farewell brunch which they also offer! They make you feel like you are the only guest at the inn. It was truly a magical experience for us. Tara was so accommodating with all of our needs from planning the rehearsal dinner and the day of events, she was the best! Julito was also amazing, he assisted us when Tara was not available and throughout the rehearsal dinner, day of preparations and throughout the entire wedding reception and after party, he has the patience of a saint! Tracie made all our flower arrangements and they were truly beautiful and went above and beyond our expectations, she even replaced my husbands boutonniere in the drop of a hat when it broke before the ceremony. The food and our custom cake was also amazing, no guest left hungry for sure! I wish we could get married every year, we will certainly consider the inn for all our future events and mini vacations in the future. I would highly recommend to all future brides to pick this venue! -

We were married at the Inn at Leola on June 9, 2018 and it was the WEDDING OF MY DREAMS down to every detail. We made a weekend out of it by having our rehearsal dinner at the fire-pits on Friday night. Saturday morning the ladies got ready and were pampered in the breathtaking Destinations Spa on site. We were married on Saturday afternoon and had the majority of our guests spend the night at the Inn. We were delighted to see everyone again in the morning for a brunch buffet. Stephanie ensured that the process was flawless from the beginning to the execution. She went above and beyond for every detail. She even surprised me with a ridiculously beautiful additions to my wedding cake. The rustic character of this venue is stunning. The rooms are all unique and every guest loved their stay. Not one complaint from my guests or my bridal party along the way. We also did a tasting at the venue in our planning stages and it was a wedding set up with a DJ, so fun! Definitely choose this venue for beauty, luxury, hospitality and the security of knowing your wedding day will be smooth with everything you ever dreamed. -

If you are lucky enough to stumble upon this venue, don't miss the opportunity to book it. We were thrilled with absolutely every component of our wedding here. We chose this because it was important to us to let guests stay onsite and not have to travel back to a hotel. Yet, we wanted a place with character - bed and breakfast style, more or less, rather than a standard hotel. To find such a place that could also accommodate our entire guest list is a hard task. Leola has 60-some rooms available. Each one is unique and really awesome. The guests raved about them - I'm not sure how many stories I heard from different guests saying that they each thought there was "some kind of mistake" because they "somehow got the best/coolest room"
The Inn at Leola village offers you a one stop shop for everything you could want for your wedding - venues for rehearsal dinner & onsite salon for the whole getting ready process, unique pool room for groomsmen, after party outdoor spaces and indoor bar. On top of that, onsite florist, onsite catering/bakery. I could spend a lot of time talking about each, but to summarize, absolutely every component of their offerings was top notch. Flowers were amazing, tons of raves about the food, hair and makeup was cited as the best by experienced bridesmaids...on and on. Stephanie, our coordinator, was fantastic. And another point that I loved was that I had a rather specific look in mind for the reception. Despite it being different from the traditional/default setup of the venue, they were extremely flexible in accommodating. And their executions was flawless. One of my favorite moments from the day was seeing the reception hall for the first time after the ceremony - I couldn't believe how perfect it looked - better than my hopes. Reception staff was extremely attentive and had wonderful attitudes. Such a pleasure to work with everyone at the Inn that weekend and through the whole preparation process. Thanks Stephanie and the Leola team for shaping our perfect memories of the day. -

Getting married at The Inn at Leola Village was the best wedding decision we could have made! From our first meeting with Tara to the very end of our wedding reception, every one we encountered at The Inn was so accommodating and kind to work with. Tara was always very responsive when we had questions. Tracey the florist is AMAZING. She can take your vision and make it come to life in ways you couldn't imagine. The day of our wedding all of the staff, from the servers to the bartenders, were top notch. The Inn really knows how to help you put on the wedding of your dreams. All of our friends and family raved about the amazing food, cake and service. If you're looking for an amazing, beautiful, stress free place to have your wedding The Inn at Leola Village is the place for you. It was so nice to not have to lift a finger on our wedding day to set up or tear down, because its all included. Not to mention you can get your hair and makeup done on site. The Destinations Salon did an amazing job on all of our bridal party! -

You will not be disappointed if you book your wedding and wedding reception at this venue.
