Sandra bought the day of our dreams to life!
Our Tuscan wedding was everything we hoped for, and more! With the help and support from Sandra at Infinity weddings, our wedding vision became a reality. Everything was meticulously thought through and every detail accounted for. Sandra was:
* Brilliant at filtering down the many venues available to help us to help us find the one that fit our brief perfectly;
* Available and very helpful when we made a number of visits to Florence
* Excellent at negotiating deals and finding us the best price
* Very responsive and clear - during peak times Sandra would set clear expectations on responsive time, and often would make herself available on weekends to suit our needs
* Spoken English was suburb
* Took all of the weight of organising on the day so that we could focus on what mattered most - being present!
We very quickly trusted Sandra with our wedding, and she did not disappoint. We are very grateful to Infinity weddings, and particularly to Sandra, for helping us make our special day a memory to last a lifetime. -

A dream is a wish your heart makes...” so the song goes. That dream was made possible to perfection by Sandra Celoni of Infinity Weddings Italy. I’ve searched for other wedding planners, many of them have good offers. However, something in the company name made me choose them. The word Infinity - I want the memories of my wedding to last forever. Weddings - start of a beautiful chapter in one’s life. Italy - a very romantic place and very dear country to me. And when I got a reply from Sandra, I knew I found the right one to take care of my big day. From day 1 of the planning to the day of the wedding, everything was presented to me and my then-fiancé very clearly and we were given a timetable to help us what needs to be done as the big day was coming nearer. We had scheduled Skype calls, email correspondences that were replied to promptly. We were given updates every now and then and these were very helpful because I didn’t have the luxury of time to go back and forth to check on things in Italy like the venue, food, flowers, etc., etc. Everything I asked Sandra to be done, she made it possible. My then-fiancé and I just wanted to have a simple wedding but classy and elegant. Sandra gave us very good suggestions along with what we had in mind. We knew we might have been asking for the moon but never did Sandra say it couldn’t be done. She was so patient with us and always reassuring that everything will be beautiful. The design they made for us was beyond my expectations. It was a wedding that all our guests kept saying very magical, elegant, exquisite, classy, fun, romantic, a dream wedding, different, some wedding, beautiful, on the top 3 weddings, very organized, grand. To me it was perfect. It was the wedding I’ve always dreamed of. All these were possible because I’ve put all my trust in this wonderful person that I’ve come to love. Sandra Celoni, I’m forever grateful to you. That day I met her for the very first time, the day before my wedding, I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything. She took care all of my worries. She made me feel at ease. So after the wedding, I asked myself why some brides become bridezillas. I never felt that and I attributed that to Sandra, to Infinity Weddings Italy. So it is possible to have a perfect destination wedding without having to travel to the place to check it out. But then because I had Sandra. I got married just last July 1, 2019 in Tuscany, at a beautiful 14th century villa steeped in history. There was a heatwave all over Europe that time but the sheer beauty of the place, how perfectly everything was handled at my wedding, our guests all had a fantastic time. Thank you so much again, Sandra and of course Teresa (who was there at the day of the wedding to assist Sandra) and Infinity Weddings Italy. You made me and my husband a very happy bride and groom. I’m still like in a dream. It was all perfection!!! -

Holly Sent on 07/26/2018We can’t thank Sandra and the team at Infinity Weddings enough for all their hard work, attention to detail, professionalism and communication every step of the way. We got married 3 weeks ago at Castello Di Vincigliata and it really was the most amazing day!! Before our big day we enjoyed 3 trips across to look at wedding venues, accommodations and the food/wine tasting which were all incredible due to Sandra’s excellent organisation, passion, creativity and friendly nature. Florence will always be a special place in our hearts and we would fully recommend Infinity weddings and especially Sandra to plan your special day. Holly & Phil xxx

Sara Sent on 10/29/2017We had the best day ever thanks to Sandra at Infinity Weddings. She was excellent and the nicest person to work with. She made us feel like we were her only clients, paying attention to the smallest details at all times. She is fantastic at her job, and thanks to her our guests are still talking about how perfect our day was a month later. The only negative is that it's all over !

User2522947 Sent on 01/30/2016We worked with Infinity Weddings to help us organize a symbolic wedding ceremony at Villa del Balbianello, Lake Como. We could not be happier with them. They are true professionals. Their rates are very reasonable and they know and recommend only the best vendors. We worked with Sara and Rachele who are both fantastic
We had already chosen the location prior to retaining Infinity, so we did not need help in choosing a location. Infinity helped us with the venue booking process. They recommended a fantastic florist, helped us arrange a cocktail reception and book a classical music quartet. While they did recommend a top-notch Milan-based photographer, we chose to go with our own. Sara was there on the wedding day to make sure all the little details were taken care of. Ours was a small ceremony and we organized the dinner and transportation for our guests ourselves, but Infinity had no problem with offering their services a la carte. Being able to pay with a credit card through their website was very convenient.
We were not the easiest clients, and expected confirmations and responses at a speed that was probably a bit unrealistic for Italy but even when we had issues and disagreements, Sara and Rachele dealt with the situation like true professionals. They were honest and direct. We were absolutely impressed. We would recommend no one else but Infinity for anyone organizing a wedding in Italy from overseas.
Suggestion: the only real issues we had with our planning were with the venue itself. Villa Balbianello is an unbelievably beautiful place, but anyone thinking of doing a wedding there should be aware of the fact that they have serious restrictions on which vendors can be used. The idea that you cannot use a quartet of your own choice after paying the venue a decent amount of money is a bit crazy. I would suggest that Infinity emphasize these restrictions for any of their future clients who may be thinking of getting married at Villa del Balbianello.Infinity Weddings in Italy's reply:

User2400091 Sent on 10/30/2015I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful our wedding day was. It literally took my own breath away and that was all thanks to Sara and her amazing team at Infinity wedding who we would have been lost without.
Being Irish, and living in london, meant that we could not organise our wedding in Italy alone so we arranged to meet Sara on our first visit to the tuscan countryside while browsing for venues. Even before we had met Sara she was a huge help, sending us heaps of venue options for us to consider based on our style, preference, numbers, etc. When we met Sara, we knew straight away we would like working with her - friendly, professional, years of experience (she's organised every type of wedding you could possibly imagine) and, importantly, very calm and relaxed (trust me, you need someone who is constantly calm when organising a wedding!). Unlike a few others we had met, she also wanted our wedding day to be completely about what WE wanted, she does not have one set of suppliers that she works with, she has hundreds. She sends lots of options based on your style then let's you choose.
All of Sara's recommendations were excellent, from the catering, to the music, to the photographer, who was the best in the country. Most of our wedding planning was done via email with a few calls along the way and in the run up to the wedding Sara was there every step of the way, helping finalise paper work, coming with us to register the wedding etc. When we arrived at our church and venue, we were completely blown away at how incredibly beautiful everything was. Everything had been thought about, candles in the driveway, fairy lights in the trees, torches around the venue. The whole day ran completely seamlessly, I didn't have to worry about a thing.
We would never have been able to organise the day we had without Sara and her team. A day we will remember and cherish for the rest of our lives.
