Indy Fresh went above and beyond for our Wedding. Any time I had a question they were always quick to reply and I felt as if I was talking to a friend. When arriving at our wedding they were so kind and interacted with all of our guest, speaking of our guest they LOVED THEM!! As the couple getting married they knew that we were so busy and indy fresh went out of their way to make sure we got to eat our food and enjoy it! They also went above and beyond with making our favorite pizza togo for us to have a late night snack! We could not have asked for any better service!!! I beyond recommend them!!! -

Indy Fresh helped us choose what we wanted. They were very fast at replying and meeting our needs.
We chose apps that were amazing. Our dinner was fantastic. All of our guests were so impressed. The food was Top Chef quality. Very flavorful, hot, and they kept everything full and looki.g great.
We were so so pleased. Will use them again as will our guests. -

Planning an event can be so stressful and time consuming. Booking Indy Fresh Catering helped take the load off of our backs so we could actually enjoy ourselves while celebrating the retiree! Beverly helped us pick our menu and expertly suggested that we increase the amount of bacon wrapped meatballs for our appetizer, which our guests could not get enough of! Their professionalism is unmatched down to the incredible food and outstanding service. We can’t wait to book them for our wedding. -

We used Indy Fresh Catering for our Neighborhood Block Party in November. They were so great to work with, very helpful and responsive. We had the pizza truck and it was so good! Onsite staff was great to work with as well. Would highly recommend! -

Bev, Crystal, Roberta, Sarah and team were gracious, professional and funny! When we realized we needed more food, they pivoted and immediately doubled the amount. Our crew so appreciated everyone's help and look forward to having them at future catering events! -

We hired Indy Fresh pizza truck for our outdoor wedding. It was perfect! The salad was served family style with a bowl at each table, and guests walked up to the truck for their pizza. We heard many guests comment on how delicious both the salad and pizza were! I understand that a pizza truck may not fit every wedding, but for our intimate, outdoor wedding, it was perfect! Indy Fresh went above and beyond on all my "needs" as a type A bride. :) I would highly recommend them!Indy Fresh Catering's reply:

I wanted to thank Indy Fresh for everything they did for Sarah and Isaac's big day. As their wedding coordinator, I absolutely loved working with you all, and I appreciate everything you did to help make their big day run so smoothly! The pizzas were absolutely delicious and the timing worked out great - not to mention the pizza truck was SO cool! Such a fun way for couples to do something different for their big day. We received several compliments from the couple, bridal party, and guests, and you all are largely part of that - so thank you again! Choosing a caterer was one of the hardest decisions for us. We had tried several different ones before we tried IndyFresh. They offer an at-home tasting which we opted for, and we were BLOWN AWAY by the taste, quality, and presentation of the foods. They have sooo many options for everyone, and it is so affordable. The team was very friendly, responsive, and personable. I've gotten so many compliments on our food! We had a buffet - salad with ranch and vinaigrette (both incredible), italian sausage with onions and peppers, roasted chicken breast in a red pepper cream sauce, seasonal veggies, mashed potatoes, and the BEST bread with garlic butter you'll ever have!!! Our appetizers were bacon wrapped meatballs, caprese skewers, and baked goat cheese with bread. All was absolutely delicious! I would recommend them to everyone. -

We chose family style and Indy Fresh knew just how to serve us and our guests. My husband has a milk allergy and Indy Fresh made him his own separate meal, and packed plenty to take for our honeymoon.Indy Fresh Catering's reply:

Indy Fresh was great to work with to cater my wedding. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable and the food was so good! We ordered the Chicken Marsala and the Creamy Roasted Red Pepper chicken and everyone loved it! The baked mac and cheese was perhaps the favorite though! Absolutely recommend- getting hungry just thinking about it!Indy Fresh Catering's reply:

Indy Fresh is the best caterer I’ve ever worked with! They are very responsive, helpful and flexible. It was wonderful to taste the food I was actually going to order, rather than a random sampling. Even better, I got to take home the leftovers from the tasting AND the night of my wedding. They are amazing! I am forever grateful to Indy Fresh for creating such a perfect dining experience for our wedding reception! They offered a free tasting, worked with us to accommodate our personal preferences and dietary needs, gave us a quote within our budget in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. Sara helped to coordinate the free tasting and menu planning, and she was just delightful - truly a breath of fresh air. We were dreading the process at first, thinking it would be tedious and stressful, but she found a way to make it effortless for us - and enjoyable! Lisa made sure everything was executed perfectly on the big day, and we appreciated her professionalism and warmth as well. Thank you SO much to Indy Fresh! Perfection ! If I could give them 10 stars I would !!
I simply cannot say enough about Indy Fresh. Their name says it all... They made everything ENTIRELY way too easy , and their food is amazing and you can taste the freshness. I actually crave the food from my wedding weekly, which I’m sure most can’t say . Trust me when I say you will not regret anything by having Indy fresh cater your special day . Make sure to get the Italian sausage with peppers and onions, and their famous garlic cream sauce . YUM!Indy Fresh Catering's reply:

Celina Sent on 09/26/2018If you’re looking for excellent wedding catering then you shouldn’t look any further . You will not find better food, better prices , better customer service , or professionalism. My husband have attended enough weddings by now to be able to compare and I don’t mean to toot my own horn but everyone was blown away by the food . The roasted garlic and herb butter , the vodka cream sauce , honestly my mouth is watering just typing this . My husband and I have played around with the idea of Indy fresh catering of our holiday get togethers.

EVERYONE in attendence commented how excellent the food was, and asked for their info . From the very beginning the process couldn’t have gone any smoother. Excellent communication, great customer service, and even better food . Indy Fresh you made our wedding and we couldn’t thank you enough !!

All our guests loved the variety of foods and the deconstructed presentation so guests could pick the things they like and skip the things they didn't! The food was so so yummy and we loved dealing with their professional and friendly staff! We can't wait for them to cater our next party!! -

We wanted something different and unique for our wedding and Indy Fresh had exactly what we were looking for! Salad and Pizza - with pizza being made onsite! Everything was delicious and our guests loved the buffet. We went with 3 pizzas that you can't get at a standard pizza joint. We had a few individuals with dietary restrictions, and they were able to accommodate without hesitation. When finalizing the order, the pizza truck location was a bit stressful. In my opinion, this should be discussed prior to booking/signing vs a few weeks out from the wedding. The only negative feedback was that guests were unsure what each pizza was, so having personalized identification card would be helpful and the menu that I made, should have been at the front of the buffet. Overall, very happy and pleased with Indy Fresh. -
