  Top notch food & service!

  We are so pleased with our decision to use Indy Fresh for our wedding catering! The food was so delicious and we received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the food tasted! Not only did they provide us with a fantastic meal and bar service, their customer service was top notch! Even during a pandemic, the entire team was ready to answer questions and help me with the process. Truly, they went above and beyond for our special day. Don't look any further...use Indy Fresh Catering for your event!

  Pizza Truck!

  We hired Indy Fresh pizza truck for our outdoor wedding. It was perfect! The salad was served family style with a bowl at each table, and guests walked up to the truck for their pizza. We heard many guests comment on how delicious both the salad and pizza were! I understand that a pizza truck may not fit every wedding, but for our intimate, outdoor wedding, it was perfect! Indy Fresh went above and beyond on all my "needs" as a type A bride. :) I would highly recommend them!

  A must-use vendor!

  Choosing a caterer was one of the hardest decisions for us. We had tried several different ones before we tried IndyFresh. They offer an at-home tasting which we opted for, and we were BLOWN AWAY by the taste, quality, and presentation of the foods. They have sooo many options for everyone, and it is so affordable. The team was very friendly, responsive, and personable. I've gotten so many compliments on our food! We had a buffet - salad with ranch and vinaigrette (both incredible), italian sausage with onions and peppers, roasted chicken breast in a red pepper cream sauce, seasonal veggies, mashed potatoes, and the BEST bread with garlic butter you'll ever have!!! Our appetizers were bacon wrapped meatballs, caprese skewers, and baked goat cheese with bread. All was absolutely delicious! I would recommend them to everyone.

  Indy Fresh came through for us!

  We live out of state and, with no prior experience with Indy Fresh, contacted them to cater our son's rehearsal dinner. Whether by phone or email, Indy Fresh was quick to respond. Our experience from beginning to end was nothing but superb. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and generous portions. The delivery person was prompt, professional, safe (during COVID), and organized. We definitely made the right choice with Indy Fresh! We highly recommend them.

  Indy Fresh was the perfect choice for our wedding! They were easy to work with from the beginning up until the day. The food was delicious! We got the chicken marsala, italian sausage and peppers, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad, and bread. All of it was hot and fresh for hours and was such high quality. We would recommend Indy Fresh to anyone!

  Great Service, Delicious Food

  Indy Fresh was great to work with to cater my wedding. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable and the food was so good! We ordered the Chicken Marsala and the Creamy Roasted Red Pepper chicken and everyone loved it! The baked mac and cheese was perhaps the favorite though! Absolutely recommend- getting hungry just thinking about it!

  Amazing food, professional service, and big smiles!

  Indy Fresh Catering was wonderful! They worked with me for special needs of particular family members. For example, my mother, who is the Grandmother of the groom, my son, had purchased silver coated plastic flatware and insisted that we use it. Indy Fresh had no problem letting her use it, and we ended up using the flatware they provided for the cake table. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, supportive, and wore smiles all day at the reception. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. And to top it off, the owner, Lisa, and I figured out that we knew each other because our daughters went to high school together, and the girls were on the robotics team together. And ironically, her daughter was one of the servers that she sent to my son’s reception but we didn’t figure this all out until the servers arrived to the reception. It is so true that it’s a small world after all. These three young ladies that set up and worked at the reception were absolutely incredible, and extremely professional in every aspect of their job. The food was amazing and very tasty. Indy Fresh gives you a variety of food selections to choose from, and the food is prepared in a very appealing way to the guests. I will definitely be calling Indy Fresh for my next event. I highly recommend them to everyone! I know you will be pleased!

  Wonderful Wedding Dining

  We chose family style and Indy Fresh knew just how to serve us and our guests. My husband has a milk allergy and Indy Fresh made him his own separate meal, and packed plenty to take for our honeymoon.

So much so, I had them cater a work event specially for their Italian dishes after having a terrible experience from another caterer. Our staff loved every single dish, and there were no extras pitched or left unspoken! Everything was delicious, and hands down your staff are so friendly and helpful! Thank you for having made our event extra special!

  I simply cannot say enough about Indy Fresh. Their name says it all... They made everything ENTIRELY way too easy , and their food is amazing and you can taste the freshness. I actually crave the food from my wedding weekly, which I’m sure most can’t say . Trust me when I say you will not regret anything by having Indy fresh cater your special day . Make sure to get the Italian sausage with peppers and onions, and their famous garlic cream sauce . YUM!

  Absolutely amazing service and the most delicious food

  Choosing Indy Fresh was by far the best choice I made for my wedding. We sampled other caterers/restaurants but Indy Fresh was both the most delicious and most affordable for us. The customer service was fantastic, they were extremely accommodating to special requests, and were quick to respond to any changes. But most importantly, the food was super delicious, fresh, and everyone went back for seconds and thirds. I cannot stress enough how flavorful the food was, from the fresh bread to the delicious entrees, and how plentiful the portions were. I would gladly choose them again for any catering needs in the future.

They offered a free tasting, worked with us to accommodate our personal preferences and dietary needs, gave us a quote within our budget in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible. Sara helped to coordinate the free tasting and menu planning, and she was just delightful - truly a breath of fresh air. We were dreading the process at first, thinking it would be tedious and stressful, but she found a way to make it effortless for us - and enjoyable! Lisa made sure everything was executed perfectly on the big day, and we appreciated her professionalism and warmth as well. Thank you SO much to Indy Fresh! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  If you’re looking for excellent wedding catering then you shouldn’t look any further . You will not find better food, better prices , better customer service , or professionalism. My husband have attended enough weddings by now to be able to compare and I don’t mean to toot my own horn but everyone was blown away by the food . The roasted garlic and herb butter , the vodka cream sauce , honestly my mouth is watering just typing this . My husband and I have played around with the idea of Indy fresh catering of our holiday get togethers.

  If you’re looking for excellent wedding catering then you shouldn’t look any further . You will not find better food, better prices , better customer service , or professionalism. My husband have attended enough weddings by now to be able to compare and I don’t mean to toot my own horn but everyone was blown away by the food . The roasted garlic and herb butter , the vodka cream sauce , honestly my mouth is watering just typing this . My husband and I have played around with the idea of Indy fresh catering of our holiday get togethers.

  Wonderful catering service & delicious food!

  I wanted to thank Indy Fresh for everything they did for Sarah and Isaac's big day. As their wedding coordinator, I absolutely loved working with you all, and I appreciate everything you did to help make their big day run so smoothly! The pizzas were absolutely delicious and the timing worked out great - not to mention the pizza truck was SO cool! Such a fun way for couples to do something different for their big day. We received several compliments from the couple, bridal party, and guests, and you all are largely part of that - so thank you again!   You Should Hire Indy Fresh Catering!

  We are so glad we went with Indy Fresh Catering for our big day! The food was amazing and we had so many people rant and rave about it after the wedding. The staff did a fantastic job and management very helpful, accommodating, and did great at communicating with us and helping us work in our budget. Would 100% recommend!

  Indy Fresh is the best caterer I’ve ever worked with! They are very responsive, helpful and flexible. It was wonderful to taste the food I was actually going to order, rather than a random sampling. Even better, I got to take home the leftovers from the tasting AND the night of my wedding. They are amazing! Through my recommendation, my friend used them for her wedding and was also super impressed!

We had a last minute back out two weeks before the wedding and reaching out to Lisa for help was the best thing I did during those two weeks! She helped to get a rating set up quickly, aided in cutting costs for the last minute change up, and provided a reception meal that left guests wanting to know where the restaurant was! I am actually glad for the added headache of the original vender not working out because Lisa and her daughter helped to make our wedding even more special! Thank you's can not go far enough for the help in getting food out, bartending, and helping to clean so that we could enjoy the reception as well as our family members! The food was outstanding and the experience Lisa gave to help get us to the wedding day was exceptional! I can't wait to get some sort of meal from them close to our one year anniversary, because the experience was so great!
