Kaitlyn and her team were truly wonderful to work with! I reached out to Kaitlyn early on in the wedding process, as I was drawn to her beautiful work I saw from another wedding. After interviewing a few florists, I could not have been happier I chose Kaitlyn. She was attentive, organized, kind, and very knowledgeable with great energy. Her passion for listening to brides and helping their vision come to life (within their budget) is very apparent. Like many couples this year, my husband and I had to drastically change our wedding plans due to the pandemic and Kaitlyn was flexible and very willing to work with us amidst these changes. Her team promptly delivered the gorgeous blooms to my cottage on my wedding morning and I teared up with how beautiful everything truly was. She executed everything better than I could have imagined. 10/10 in every aspect of a wedding florist.

Wedding flowers were everything I envisioned and more!
I can not speak highly enough about Kaitlyn and her team at In Bloom! I hired In Bloom for my wedding in August and the flowers were everything I imagined and MORE! Kaitlyn was so lovely to work with, and immediately after our first phone chat about a year before the wedding put me at ease. She knew my venue well, and was able to recommended what worked best for the setting which was so helpful! About two months before the wedding, I chatted with Kaitlyn to change up the vision a bit and she was completely flexible and was able to talk me through the changes. She is truly a magician with putting my loose ideas into a stunning outcome - the florals on our special day could not have been more stunning. I can not recommend In Bloom enough!

We worked closely with Kaitlyn to plan the flowers for our November wedding. She was incredibly responsive, easy to work with and did an amazing job. A Pinterest DREAM turned reality!
Kaitlyn was incredibly easy to work with and made floral decisions a breeze. I absolutely loved that she pulled images from my pinterest and used that to spark ideas. She was punctual and able to provide all the information I needed. The flowers ended up being exactly as I envisioned and absolutely gorgeous. I have already had a few newly engaged friends reach out asking where I got my centerpieces and if I rented or purchased because they wanted to borrow!

Knowledgeable, friendly, perfect wedding flowers!
InBloom Flowers is one of the best vendors we hired! She knew our venue and knew the best way to add flowers into the day. When we first went to the shop to discuss what we wanted she made it very easy to understand what would work best with our timing and what would look good where. We had in mind the flowers we wanted and she was able to suggest other types that would compliment them. Our bouquets came out perfect and we loved the extra touches she put into the boutineers for the guys, she added hops! The flowers were dropped off at the Inn where we were getting ready and it was perfect so we could get pictures of them prior to going to the venue. The centerpieces she made looked amazing and our guests have commented that they wished they could have taken them home! Since we were getting married in August we were nervous about the heat and humidity but the flowers looked perfect throughout our outdoor pictures and ceremony. We still have the bouquet drying in our home to keep and they look just as amazing as they had before. We highly recommend working with InBloom for your wedding flowers!

We chose In Bloom as our florist as recommended by our venue, Stonebridge Manor, and they did not disappoint! I don’t know much about flowers, but I came to Shelli with a vision and she knocked it out of the park. Everyone said how beautiful mine and the bridesmaids bouquets were. Also, I originally had my wedding scheduled for November and it was supposed to be outside. When we postponed to July, we had to have our ceremony inside and I was nervous because I didn’t think it would be as beautiful. Shelli transformed the indoor ceremony space into something amazing, and everything was so affordable. I am so grateful and highly recommend her services!

Beautiful, Flexible, Stuck to my budget!
I hired In Bloom to do my bouquet and boutonniere for my fall wedding. Kaitlyn was great to work with, I only ever interacted with her via email, and she was very responsive and receptive to seeing my inspiration photos and being honest with me about cost for something similar. We agreed to keep the price within my budget and I gave her free reign to design as long as it had my colors and eucalyptus if it meant keeping cost down since I wasn't picky about flowers. I was so nervous that I wasn't more specific but she did not disappoint! My bouquet was jaw dropping and it was everything I wanted! My officiant/wedding planner picked up the bouquet and said Kaitlyn was great in-person as well!

Absolutely Amazing Experience!
Kaitlyn from In Bloom was an absolute pleasure to work with. There were many difficulties involved with getting married during covid, but our florist was not one of them! Kaitlyn always made herself available to talk, share pictures via text and social media, and make changes as our wedding changed from 150 to 50 people. The product at the end of the day was picture perfect and everything I could have dreamed of, without even seeing it in person or ever meeting beforehand. You can not go wrong with having Kaitlyn be a part of your wedding. She will exceed all your expectations, with a smile, and produce the most beautiful arrangements you’ve ever seen. Kaitlyn did an amazing job with my wedding flowers. They were absolutely stunning. The best part was how easy it was to work with her. I didn't really have a vision for the flowers except for a few colors that I liked, she showed me some flower samples, took note of what I liked and delivered the most amazing bouquets and arbor piece I've ever seen. It was like she was in my head and figured out what I was looking for before I knew!

In Bloom was SPECTACULAR! They were recommended to me by my venue (Three Chimneys Inn & Tavern, which was also wonderful) and I'm so glad I went with them. I had a very specific look I wanted and Kaitlyn from In Bloom was amazing down to the last detail. I knew I wanted a "wild flower" look, with lots of deep purples and pinks and burgundies. I sent her a few pictures for inspiration and she nailed it. She sent me back a a quote right away with the different images I had sent her letting me know the price of each look I liked it. It was such an easy way to evaluate what I wanted and the cost. I wish I could upload pictures because theres no way to describe just how amazing the centerpieces, bouquets, and flowers over our archway looked. People were fighting over the centerpieces and everyone was commenting on how amazing the flowers looked. i would HIGHLY recommend Kaitlin and In Bloom

I can't say enough about this vendor! I received an almost immediate response from Kaitlyn and she was able to send pictures of everything I described to her. They were flexible on every request and provided a detailed proposal summary with every change we made. Our tight budget made no difference in the product they provided. I was blown away on our wedding day, absolutely beautiful! The arbor that we rented was my favorite part. This florist is perfect for any lakes region wedding.

I cannot say enough great things about Kaitlyn! When I began the planning process, I had no idea what I wanted for flowers beyond the colors, and honestly, flowers were low on my list of priorities. We met with Kaitlyn, who provided the perfect amount of guidance for our un-knowledgeable and indecisiveness selves. We walked away from our meeting with her happy with the flowers she directed us towards and also the prices. She was so responsive throughout the entire process and returned every email within hours. She was also incredibly flexible with changes that we made and helped us coordinate with our cake designer to make sure the starfish that decorated the cake matched the starfish in our bouttoneirres. On our wedding day, I frantically called Kaitlyn at 8am when I realized I had nothing to attach my bouquet charm with. Not only did she bring extra ribbon for me, she attached it herself. As I said earlier, I never cared all that much about flowers when I was planning, but when Kaitlyn delivered them, my bouquet took my breath away and I got a little emotional. Everything was so beautiful and exactly what we had in mind. I could not have been happier. Kaitlyn is a pleasure to work with and I could not recommend her more highly.

Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing! She has the eye for flowers for sure. I knew I wanted lilies and purple flowers. She showed me all these other flowers that would compliment each on just right. I can't tell you enough how easy it was to work with in the bloom. I found this shop from a former high school Alumni on Instagram. I just fell I love with all the different bouquets they were making. I will buy my flowers from them from now on. Everyone at my wedding loves the bouquets and the arbor arrangements! Flowers were the one area of our wedding that we had no vision for! We knew our color scheme (navy and gold, neither of which are very common flowers) but that was about it. Kaitlyn worked with us and together we decided on a vision for the flowers. The girls' bouquets were beautiful and added a wonderful pop of color for the photos - we got so many compliments! We also had barrel toppers and flowers around the labor that were beautiful as well. Kaitlyn's work was top notch and extremely affordable. Would recommend to anyone!

Kaitlyn was amazing. She totally got me and the vision I wanted for my wedding! She was very prompt with all of my changes and little tweeks that I made for the year that we worked with each other. It has now been a little less than a month since my wedding day and I am still getting compliments on how beautiful my flowers were.

Kaitlyn and her team did the most incredible job for my wedding. The flowers were honestly stunning. From the moment I was recommended Kaitlyn, I booked an appointment at her Florist in Durham to have a meeting. She was so friendly and warming, and was so helpful with my ideas and color schemes.
I immediately knew I wanted to work with her to design my wedding bouquet and flower decorations for my tables. I decided on bright pumpkin orange and bright pinks for my wedding colours, with eucalyptus and rosemary. It looked and smelt amazing.
She arrived on the morning with our bouquets and boutonnieres. I had an extra groomsmen that morning, and Kaitlyn was able to create another on the spot. She was so calm, and I was so happy with how well she did.
I would 100% recommend her, and have already ordered a bouquet from her for a friends birthday. She did not disappoint.

Using In Bloom was one of the best decisions I made during our wedding planning! Kaitlyn was super helpful in picking out flowers (I had never done anything like that before) and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. The flowers showed up on the wedding day and were even better than I had imagined. They looked great and we received so many compliments! We would definitely highly recommend!

While trying to pick out my flowers, I had a clear vision of what I wanted. When I met Kaitlyn she was easily able to see my vision and show me how it could come to life. By showing me samples of different flowers and pictures of what it would look like, I was given a clear vision of what my flowers would look like on the day of my wedding and trust me when I say she went above and beyond. My flowers on the day of were absolutely gorgeous with precise detailing for the ribbon as well as the flowers themselves. I would also like to note that a week before the wedding we decided to add an extra corsage and Kaitlyn was able to accommodate us with no issues. I could not imagine my wedding day without my flowers for myself and my bridesmaids and Kaitllyn was definitely able to deliver.

Kaitlyn was absolutely fabulous! I came to her with just some general flower ideas and she helped me create my perfect vision! She delivered the exact picture I had in my head even though I couldn't quite verbalize it completely. I even changed my mind a couple of times on the small details and added a few ceremony decorations, and she accommodated me completely without complaint. She was familiar with my venue and even thought of a couple key touches that hadn't crossed my mind. The quality of the flowers was amazing, everything looked so beautiful. She made everything easy the day of, I didn't have to worry about anything, she had it all completely covered! I can't say enough about how wonderful she was. I highly recommend In Bloom!

I walked into work with Kaitlyn regarding our flowers, knowing that all I cared about having was succulents and a very particular color. I luckily heard about Kaitlyn through word of mouth. First of all, she is super sweet, down to earth, and my age which made it so easy to communicate with her. I didn't know the first thing about flowers. Kaitlyn took the time to show me different flowers and go through numerous pictures. Kaitlyn reassured me several times that she could see my vision and she would make everything look beautiful, and she did just that. My flowers were absolutely stunning and looked so fresh. Kaitlyn made hydrangeas wreaths to fit around lanterns for our centerpieces and they looked gorgeous(and lasted up until just a few days ago I should say). Kaitlyn was prompt to bring me my flowers exactly when she said she would be there. She set up all of our centerpieces, the bows and the arrangement at the church, and dropped the boutonnieres, bouquets and corsages where they needed to be. Lastly, Kaitlyn is extremely affordable compared to a lot of florists in this area(trust me I did my research). Looking back on the day there sometimes are things that brides say they wish they had chose differently, but Im 100% happy that I chose In Bloom Weddings & Events. I remember saying numerous times on our wedding day how much I loved my flowers. I know I emailed Kaitlyn directly but thank you again Kaitlyn. You are so talented and I am so grateful I chose you for our florist!

Kait, owner of Red Carpet Flower Shop, did a wonderful job providing the flowers for my daughter's wedding. We meet with Kait and talked to her about our vision and budget. She offered recommendations and matched the vision--including filling a can filled with nautical rope with flowers for the centerpiece at the outdoor, seaside wedding and stayed within our budget. Kait delivered the beautiful bridal party flowers to the house and church as well as delivered the flowers to the reception (30 minutes away). Kait filled a last-minute request and was flexible to work with. Guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were--perfect for our venue and the colors of the flowers were amazing. Thanks Kait for ensuring, this very important part of the wedding, fulfilled the bride's dream!

It is over a week after my wedding and my bouquet looks as fresh as it did on the big day! Kaitlyn was knowledgable, creative, and friendly. My mom and I had no idea what we were looking for and her suggestions were like she pulled them from my head. Every time I e-mailed her she answered within the same day and she was very thorough making sure everything was what I wanted. Katelyn and the team at In Bloom Events was AMAZING. Not only is her pricing incredibly fair, but she took what I imagined and loosely described and did it better. She had great examples of different bouquets to show me and really ran with any ideas and flowers I thought of. She was able to put flowers together to show me what it would look like together, which was so helpful for someone who does not know much about flowers, like me. When it came to centerpieces, I gave her complete liberties with the flowers and the look. Everyone told me I was crazy for not knowing what they would look like, but when I actually saw the bouquets and centerpieces, I could not believe how GORGEOUS they were! I never thought about preserving my bouquet until I saw it, but after that, how could I not? Kaitlyn was able to recommend someone for that, too! I really wanted peonies for my bridal bouquet, and everyone told me it was not possible because they were spring flowers and I had a summer wedding, but Kaitlyn and her team was able to pull it off! She also put up with the many changes and additions I requested and was able to completely work within my budget. I cannot imagine having more beautiful bouquets for my wedding. She traveled 2 hours to deliver my flowers, which I was so grateful for. You can absolutely tell that she loves her craft and that she is amazing at art with flowers!

Kaitlyn was very helpful and knowledgable in helping me plan my wedding arrangements. We knew we wanted more Scottish type flowers and also seasonal hydrangeas. She made gorgeous bouquets and the arrangements were beautiful. Everyone was very impressed by the flowers. She also found plaid ribbon to tie to all the vases to tie the theme together. She set up the arbor outside for the wedding and made it look amazing! She was very accommodating and helpful in all aspects.

Kaitlyn is wonderful! She makes sure your flowers are exactly what you want and she personally delivers them to you on your wedding day. Compared to many other florists, her prices are really reasonable and she will not disappoint. I had a vision for my bouquet and she turned that into a reality. She's also a lovely person who is great to work with. I would definitely recommend In Bloom!!

Like any bride on her wedding day, I was stressed out, I was worried that my bouquet would not match my dress the way I wanted it too and that the flowers on the tables were going to be under my mother's scrutiny..
Kaitlyn, was so helpful with everything. She saw my dress and knew immediately which type of flowers would look the best with my dress, and which ribbons would look good without clashing with my husbands tux and my dress too much. She even satisfied my mother with the arrangements on the tables, which is VERY hard to do.
I hope I don't have another wedding, but I would gladly hand out Kaitlyn's number to anyone who wants their big day to go smoothly and beautifully.
I think it's an understatement to say that her and her staff were helpful.. they were amazing.

Kait is so passionate when it comes to her work, FLOWERS. You can tell she absolutely LOVES what she does and she can do it ALL! Not only is she good at what she does, she gives you MORE than what you ask for, and tries everything to work with your budget. Not only that, I can tell that EVERY event is HER project and she does not feel comfortable putting her work out there until she knows every single detail of her work is at it's perfection. If I could post some pictures from my wedding, I would, (b/c pictures speak louder than words) but I can assure you, ALL the details of my wedding was absolutely gorgeous and so TASTEFULLY done. If you're unsure if Kait would be the right fit for you, I can guarantee you will be making the right choice. She really made my wedding picture perfect, and I would recommend Kait to EVERY SINGLE BRIDE who deserves to have their perfect, DREAM WEDDING!

Cape Cod wedding
Kaitlyn and the team at In Bloom went above and beyond for our August wedding. Like many other couples, we started to replan our wedding six weeks before, and they didn’t blink an eye. The florals were beautiful, and they were willing to travel 2+ hours to get to our new venue. I cannot recommend In Bloom enough!

In Bloom did our flowers for our wedding on 11/4; they were gorgeous! From the bouquets to the table arrangements, everything was perfect. I sent them pins from Pinterest and they looked exactly like what I requested. It is two weeks late and we still have some of the arrangements out! Would highly recommend-- incredibly accommodating and easy to work with.

Working with Kaitlyn at In Bloom was an excellent decision!
Because I was planning our wedding in Maine from Chicago, I needed someone who was very responsive over the phone and email. Kaitlyn was very accommodating in scheduling a last minute in person visit, and coordinating with our venue. Most importantly, the floral arrangements and bouquets for our wedding absolutely nailed my request! I wanted bright oranges and pinks that would still fit in with our rustic and quirky barn-turned restaurant venue. Everyone commented on how they were blown away by the flowers. They loved the mix of textures, the bright colors, and the use of several unique blooms! I really wanted a lot of flowers for the wedding, and I am so pleased that Kaitlyn worked within my budget to help me achieve the look I always dreamed of. I was referred by a friend from a previous wedding. I really enjoyed working with Kaitlyn and felt she really understood the image I was going for in my wedding. It was a simplistic approach that I took with pop of color tastefully. She was on time and efficient with the whole process. Her pricing was reasonable as well. The best florist I could've asked for! Kaitlyn was so helpful, went through every detail with me to help make my day perfect. Then she emailed me a detailed list of everything we picked out with prices as well as pictures of all of the flowers she was going to incorporate! They looked so beautiful on our wedding day, I don't think it could have possibly been better!

I was nervous when we went to meet with Kaitlyn because our flower budget was not very large and we had no idea what we wanted for flowers. Kaitlyn immediately made us feel at ease and asked the right questions to figure out our style and come up with a concept. She made some sample arrangements while we were there and they were exactly what we (didn't know) we were looking for. The flowers on the big day were even more beautiful.

Lost Family Heirloom
Lost my mother’s wedding dress material!
I was really excited to work with In Bloom for my wedding but then as we progressed with planning it got worse and worse. I was promised a mock-up session in March to go over what I wanted and Kaitlyn never reached out to me. Finally after a month of waiting and watching Kaitlyn post renovating her house on her business Instagram I had to reach out myself for the appointment in April (married in May). Then the plan was to use my mothers wedding dress sleeve to wrap around my bouquet and my mom’s small bouquet. I have about 9 inches of material that was supposed to be used. When I got to my wedding venue an hour before my wedding there was a tiny amount of material around my mom’s bouquet and nothing on mine, nor was there the rest of my mom’s wedding dress which Kaitlyn guaranteed we would get back (it’s an heirloom!)!!! I ended up calling and texting without respond so one of my wedding guests actually took the small piece and added it to my bouquet. Finally In Bloom said they were coming back to add material to my bouquet, however they took the existing piece cut it in two and added on to each bouquet. They never gave the full wedding dress sleeve back and when I emailed about it I was told “it was dropped off at the venue” and when I asked who it was given to I got no response back. It had a petal appliqué on it so it was very distinctive. I also specially told Kaitlyn NOT to use any mums in my floral arrangements as I hated them and she promised me none would be used, she even wrote it on my proposal to not use them….many mums were used. Lastly, we were told that someone would be on site to give out the boutonnières so they would not be mixed up however no staff members were there and the boutonnières were not labeled so no one knew who was supposed to get what.
I mostly am upset about In Bloom losing my mother’s wedding dress sleeve and my mom is devastated that she doesn’t have it anymore and In Bloom simply ignored me. Unprofessional and would NEVER use again. I’m heartbroken because they were my “dream florist” and Kaitlyn even knew that… would not recommend.
