Magical night we'll never forget!
I used ICADJ to do lights and sound for our Dinner Party. From the twinkle stars on the ceiling, to the projections on the wall to the lights and music outside. It was magical!!

We found ICADJ at the San Antonio wedding extravaganza. They were very easy to work with and allowed us to do our meetings via phone call because getting there after work was difficult. They indulged all my weird requests for the entrance and such. The two DJs that came even went outside and wiped off the ceremony chairs for us since it had rained that morning. Above and beyond their job description. They were right on with our timeline and played all the requested songs at the right times. The only thing I should have asked for was to announce our departure before they played the song because I knew what the song meant but no one else did so I had to get my wedding party to try to get people to go line the walkway and then I had to ask them to play the song again because it was over by the time we got everyone out. They happily obliged and it was smooth from there. Overall it was a great experience.

Thank you ICADJ for such a fantastic night! Luke and Adrian did an amazing job. They entertained us all and kept the night running so smoothly. The dancefloor never stopped and everyone was commenting on how fantastic you were. They looked after the both of us all night, always checking in with us and giving us updates as to the proceedings of the night and we really appreciate that. Adrian played a great selection of music to fit each style and each person and had everyone dancing at one point or another! A lifesaver
At first I was impressed by the quality of service this DJ promised. At the actual reception, I was impressed with the attentiveness and presence he provided. When the reception venue dropped the ball on the schedule, he picked it up and held the reception together. He delivered on his promises for quality service and there was never an absence in attendees on the dance floor. I highly recommend ICADJ.

ICADJ was amazing! He made my wedding so much fun. Everyone loved the music that he played and got the crowd on the dance floor. He played what was on the list and more. Great service and communication
I was first introduced to ICADJ's team at the Bridal Extravaganza in the summer of 2018. First impressions are lasting impressions. This company is family owned and operated. It was neat to see how everyone was related and what their role was in the company. We booked them a month later and it could not have been any more hassle-free! Their packages are affordable without lacking in the quality of service. I never got to meet Chris in person during the planning period because of my difficult work schedule but during our initial telephone consult, he explained every detail to me and up until wedding day, we communicated through text and emails with no problem. He was able to work in every specific detail I requested for our wedding day and kept the party dancing all night. I chose one of the more basic packages because I pretty much just needed music but they offer multiple levels of service plus add ons for any preference. Thank you for the excellent service!

Easy, affordable, & hassle free dj company! ICADJ made the whole process super easy for us. We spoke multiple times on the phone to go over our music playlists and during our consultation they helped us build the timeline of the reception. Since neither of us had been married before it was helpful having a guiding hand to help. We felt very comfortable with our Dj and day of the wedding everything went very well. Our parents were concerned the music would be too loud for some of our family but our Dj was great at playing music at an acceptable level to talk to each while keeping the dance floor full and fun. Chris and his team took good care of everything for us. From the start Chris was able to take inspiration from both our visions and ended up creating a spectacular event that all our friends and family raving about. They’re incredibly talented & genuinely good people who helped make our day even more special. On the day of our wedding Chris & his team make sure no problems come up throughout the night. They check the music to play, also double check the things that will use for the games are complete and the slideshow that will play during dinner are all setup. The staff that assigned from the photo booth was very professional, he captures all the great moments throughout our wedding day. And the MC’s assigned were very professional, they made whole event fun & memorable.

There are many decisions to make when planning a wedding. The easiest decision I made was to use ICADJ Entertainment as my DJ. They were wonderful all night long. The music was exactly what I wanted. They used my entire playlist and mixed in lots of their own choices that coordinated perfectly with the mood I wanted. Requests from guests were welcomed and there was no song they couldn’t accommodate. Chris did a great job as DJ. He was so much more than a DJ. He also was our MC and kept the entire evening on schedule. He tailored the music to all of the events of the evening. I had a wide age range of guests and there was music played for every generation. Nobody wanted to leave the dance floor and nobody wanted the night to end. My friends and family are still talking about what a great time they had. Thanks ICADJ!

I hired Chris to do our daughters sweet sixteen. Kids had a ball. Chris was told not to play any songs with cuss words and I was very pleased with all of his selection. I.C.A.DJ Entertainment is wonderful! I'm so glad that my husband and I picked them for our wedding. Being a family owned business helped make sure that any and all needs were met. DJ Chris was very professional and worked with me every step of the way. From the consultations to any question I had all the way to the wedding, DJ Chris and his team worked with us every step of the way to make this a beautiful and memorable day. Any time I needed to reach them for and questions or changes I wanted to make he was able to respond to me in a very timely manner (even when it was the middle of the night he would make sure to respond to me first thing in the morning) that made me feel very comfortable knowing that we were in good hands.
DJ Chris offered a form for us to fill out for any music we didn't like and the songs we preferred to hear. He took extra care to make sure the songs we didn't want were not played and I am so thankful for that option.
We got the Premium package and am so glad we did. The music during dinner was great, DJ Chris kept it enjoyable and not slow. During the dance the music was fun and upbeat that kept everyone on the dance floor having the time of their lives! The custom monogram that was made for us was so beautiful and we got so many compliments on it!! The props he provided were great and provided our guests with loads of entertainment. He even provided a fog machine that enhanced the dancing, I was a little worried how people would respond to it but I'm glad it was there. The lighting was beautiful and he took extra care to make sure he provided the correct colors we wanted and placed them so that they were beautiful looking without any being in the way of our guests.
He made sure to work very closely with my coordinator and photographer to help make everything run smoothly.
DJ Chris helped make our wedding a very fun, special, and wonderful event and I am so thankful that we decided to go with him! Glad I found him at the Bridal Show!

Outstanding experience. This wedding was a long time in the making and very important to us. Chris worked with our budget and helped making the planning process much easier. We asked him to play mostly country music and he did a great job of playing my favorite songs yet still blending in wedding music favorites.
Chris and his Dad are very knowledgable of all kinds of music. I highly recommend doing the Props giveaway they provide. I received a ton of compliments from my family on the light foam batons they gave my guests.

DJ Chris did a phenomenal job at my wedding. We weren't sure if we wanted a band or not but we really wanted to be able to cater to all our guests with an unlimited amount of music selection so Dj was our choice!!! He listened to exactly what we wanted but he also did a great job of gauging the crowd and playing the music that got everyone up and dancing. During my ceremony we had a few hiccups and DJ Chris was able to recognize this without direction and play music to make the transition go smoothly. Half my guests were Persian and he was able to incorporate a lot of the music I gave him, as well as get other Persian music he got on his own. His ability to both follow direction and make his own suggestions was really beneficial to our party! Our guests were happy, and I couldn't have asked for a more fantastic evening!

We saw them in at the Bridal Extravaganza and weren't sure if we should sign an agreement or not. However we learned they offered at 30 DAY OPTION PERIOD. It gave us the time to do our research and talk to my parents about paying for it. Everything worked out but we really are happy we weren't high pressured into anything. Everything from planning, to set up, playing the music we requested, and not playing the wobble ( LOL !!!), and taking care of all our guests music requests was perfecto!!!!

ICADJ was great to work with. Chris and his team communicated throughout the whole process and even met with us ahead of time to discuss the style of music we wanted and the atmosphere we wanted to create. The DJ at the wedding did an exceptional job playing the music we wanted and ensured that none of our "Do-not-play" songs were played. The music was appropriate to everyone in the audience as they assured us that only radio edits would be play - therefore no one is offended. We had a few glitches with the music and lights overwhelming the circuits and therefore had a few episodes where there was no music. The DJ was very apologetic and attempted to resolve the problem quickly and my electrician friend stepped in to help as well. It was not a big problem and not the fault of the DJ.

Okay ladies, I highly recommend you ask for the light towers. I saw them at the bridal show and the owner added the towers as a free upgrade. I got so many compliments about how the stage looked with the up-lights and light towers.
I'm on a super tight budget and the owner really understood our situation and helped us with making the price affordable and making payments. Everything went very well. Thank you SOOOOO much ICADJ Entertainment.

My fiance and I just finished our consultation with the DJ and we will feel very confident in hiring ICADJ. We are super picky in choosing our vendors and so far our experience has been one of a kind. We were a little concerned about what we should expect when we found ICADJ was charging about $500 less than the seven other local DJs we checked out, but in fact ICADJ provides a level of service equal if not above their counterparts. Whether you're on a budget or not ICADJ is the best choice. Please note that Dj Chris also took a great deal of time and care in making our photo slideshow and helped us design a custom monogram.

We had DJ Chris and MC Albert for our wedding. Chris is the absolute best DJ you could ever possibly get for a wedding at about 60% less than other quotes we got. Right off the bat he set up a time for us to meet and go over our musical tastes and what we wanted to get out of our wedding DJ and shortly after he sent us a Spotify playlist that was so spot on we still use it as our go-to playlist. He was extremely polite and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process, always quick to respond to texts and very easy to work with.
The day of the wedding came and he couldn't have knocked it out of the park any better. We got so many compliments about how great and unique the music was and he kept the guests dancing all night long. On top of all that he is also seriously the nicest guy ever. It was so pleasant having a DJ as perfect as he is to work with from start to finish. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a DJ for anything. You will not be disappointed.

Very helpful in planning our wedding. We also hired them to do our quince for our daughter and both events worked out well. We asked the dj to create a mix for the father daughter dance at the quince and it was perfect. Everyone was laughing so hard. They have an offce close to where I live so I brought my whole family and it was nice to be able to sit and meet the dj and see the different monogram options in person. Also if you have it in your budget I highly recommend the up-lights. We had the up-lights color wash the reception hall walls. It really made the room look classy and tie in our color theme.

Very Professional, great price, and designed a beautiful monogram for our dance floor. The 1st dance was very important to me and having the monogram on the floor for the pictures and my photographer there to capture the moment made me very happy. My experience was perfect! His family is very caring and made us feel like family. We signed up at the Bridal Extravaganza and we met with many DJ's/vendros at the show but ICADJ was by far the best price yet still provided quality. $$$
We had our consultation at his office and had the opportunity to sit and talk to DJ Chris about the timeline and make our custom gobo monogram.
ICADJ was very flexible on making payment on our balance which made it so much easier for us since we were on a budget.
The day of our wedding went perfectly. He played all the music we asked for and took our guests request as well. The MC was amazing too. I have a large hispanic family so it was great to have an MC who could do announcements in English and Spanish. I highly recommend ICADJ, you wont regret it.

Dj was AMAZING. He was flexible with his appointments while we researched vendors. There was no pressure at all; during our 1st appointment, he even gave my info of what we should consider in a DJ/Lighting Service if we opted not to use his service. Pricing was amazing for everything we got. DJ even came to my house before the wedding to help with another vendor who failed us with her delivery. DJ picked up everything that we needed to bring to the venue and he dropped it off after the wedding. The lighting was AMZING and really set the mood of the room. The music was AMAZING and got the crowd going! We asked to have the facade and light towers for his setup and it looked amazing on stage. I got so many compliments of the stage setup and lighting. Came through for us. Dj was set up on time and played most of the music I asked for. At the end of the night we needed another hour as the evening was pushed since everything was running late and he stayed. It was a bit of a mess since everything was running late but our DJ stayed on top of the timeline we built weeks prior and really helped us keep the evening going. Chris was incredible. Without him I shudder at what our wedding might have been.
He was able to wire sound into to two areas one for the ceremony and another for the reception. He had his control wireless so I was able to request a change in the music or timing no matter where he was in the building.
He offered a lot of help where we wanted it; keeping the flow, wedding games and the such, and let us do our thing when we wanted for the ceremony. Played all the right music at the right time and kept the party going.
His lighting was perfect and he was able to set up in our limited time frame at our venue. I loved the light towers!
I really appreciated Chris working with our budget and allowing us to make payments leading up to the wedding.

We hired Chris for our wedding. I knew I wanted a DJ but I wasn't sure how to go about finding one. His experience and high recommendations was what did it for me- Shana my wedding planner.
He met with us twice before the wedding, though he was more than willing to meet with us however many times we wanted. His website setup is great and he made the night a complete success. Every transition was perfect. Not only is he amazing at what he does, but he is incredibly calm, personable, and dedicated. I also managed to throw random things at him that he wasn't expecting. For example, I forgot that having a garder toss was a thing until the day before and forgot to mention to him that I would be doing that. He didn't mind when I ran up to him during the night and he was happy to announce it.
Smooth, calm, collected, charming, supa dupa impressive, sensaysh, classy, sassy... what more could you want in a DJ? Nothing.

I cannot say how great having DJ Chris for our wedding was. He was professional, punctual, and listened to my bride and me during the whole process. Chris stuck to our "do not play" list, but was more than happy to take requests from our guests. Everyone loved seeing him there. He was even kind enough to stop for pictures with us and some guests. His mix was great and just what we were looking for. He kept the dance floor packed all night!
His pricing was very competitive. When he came to look at the venue, he was on time, and again, polite and professional. He arrived when he said he would for the reception. Chris did a fantastic job. Wedding wire sent me an email asking me to review how it's going so far, so I haven't actually used the services yet but have booked and paid the deposit. So far, I paid them at the bridal extravaganza over a month ago and haven't heard a single word from them since then. Everyone was nice at the bridal extravaganza and we had fun joking around with the DJ's. We're looking forward to working with them, just don't want to feel like another payday lost in a pile of receipts! The owner went over our plan well. He sent us a template to plan out certain songs and have properly spelled names for the intros. He gave some suggestions and also was able to meet our needs. He made us a CD for the church music how we wanted. Our DJ and MC that day were very professional and checked in with us when we needed things done since our wedding times ran late and took some time to catch up. They kept our guests dancing all night long.

We had DJ Chris at our wedding in June 2017, and we couldn't have chosen a better DJ. He was very professional when we met with him to go over our music interests, he listened to all of our requests, and made announcements on the day-of for us.
He went out of his way to play music for our ceremony. To keep our costs down, he moved a speaker so that we didn't have to have a separate set-up. Other DJs we talked to said we'd have to pay almost double our initial cost for this!
I really appreciated his flexibility during the wedding reception. We didn't have a day-of planner, so when we asked him to make announcements or quickly change things up, he did it without hesitation or any complaints. He played every song we requested, the timing for the ceremony was spot on, and he didn't play a single song we asked him not to play. I would highly recommend I.C.A.D.J. not only for the great price, but also for their professionalism and flexibility. One minor critique is that it takes a couple of days for him to respond to his emails, especially on weekends since he's busy with other weddings.

My only complaint is we were charged a $35 traveling fee since our wedding took place in Del Rio. I think they should've taking the cost out of the package we purchased but overall we are happy with the service. Dj was on time, they provided a Monogram for the dance floor ( which was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!), 10 up lights and almost 6 hours of music. Dj took music requests from my guests throughout the night and played most of my music playlist I requested at our consultation. We initially requested for champagne colored up lights but once we saw them I changed my mind so I asked the DJ to change it to blue and they did it quickly and without any fuss. I.C.A.DJ is very professional and we are really blessed we booked them at the Bridal Extravaganza!

Kept everyone dancing
Totally worth the price and had a good turn out on the dance floor. We did have an older crowed so the music was more appealing to them vs. the top 40 we requested but no biggie. Everyone had fun and was still dancing most importantly.
It was a little tough with communication, but they did come 100% through with our requests. A few things I didn’t notice until the day after. We purchased a basic package with minimal lighting (glow) on the white panels but we didn’t get that. So the DJ booth was kind of dark after the house lights went down but like I said I didn’t realize it until AFTER the event. Little things but nothing drastic at all.

We booked ICADJ at the bridal extravaganza. I liked that they were family owned and specialized in weddings. During our consultation we were able to chat with the owner and his wife. I was so glad we picked them as they were so sweet and humble. They asked a lot of questions and got a good picture of the type of party we wanted the reception to be. The day of the wedding we had a major hiccup. The DJ was sent to the wrong location and I was so worried we were not going to have music. My groom called the owner and they got it settled. The DJ showed up shortly after the call. Once the music started, I had no complaints. The music was spot on! My husband and I, along with all of our guests, had a blast and danced all night. I would recommend this company. They care about the couple and really want to make the night special. The price is also competitive and affordable.

Poor Customer Service
Scheduled with vendor. Promised flower wall would be included when writing up contract at the Bridal show in September 2019. Then via communication on Wedding Wire I was informed that it would be more money. Now I have not heard back from the vendor after multiple messages sent via Wedding Wire. I even sent communication to them via their website. I did receive a response asking had I called. I replied no. We had established communication on WeddingWire all this time and that is how I had left it. Plus it gave me traceability/tracking of our prior communications. Via my personal email, I informed them that we would like our deposit back due to lack of communication. They had not responded to any of my messages/inquiries on WeddingWire. They responded that they lost their password/access to WeddingWire. I replied that we would like our deposit refunded. I have not received a response. Even if they did loose access to WeddingWire they still have acknowledgements sent to their personal/business email that they have messages on WeddingWire. To date, I have not received any other response except for that one on my personal email. Our wedding date had to be moved due to COVID-19. I never received acknowledgment of that or their availability for said date. I sent multiple messages to them on WeddingWire which have not been responded to. We are still awaiting a refund of our deposit. Extremely poor customer service.

We had our consultation with Chris about 1 month and a half before our wedding, after our consultation Chris was not in communication with us for a while. I would email, text, call and leave voicemails to try to get in contact. 2 weeks before our wedding we hadn’t even made a final payment due to his lack of communication and not sending a contract/receipt with our total. I asked multiple time for our total, and we had not picked our monogram or photo booth options after he said he would send us our options after our consultation. Therefor 1 week and a half before our wedding we had to find a different DJ because we had not heard from Chris in a couple of days after calling, emailing and texting. Would not recommend, not worth the stress.

Run away and don’t look back!
If you are considering ICADJ for your wedding, run AWAY and don’t look back!
We found them at the bridal extravaganza. They had a nice booth and seemed friendly. We ending up meeting with Chris at a Starbucks and everything went well, he seemed like a nice guy and we liked everything he showed us, so we decided to sign a contract with him (big mistake).
After submitting our deposit, we didn’t hear from him for about a month & we never got any acknowledgment of him receiving it, until we asked multiple times via text and email.
As our wedding date began to get closer, we still hadn’t heard anything. He would never return my Fiancèe’s texts or calls, so I ended up finding Christina’s(listed as manager) number on their website. I got a hold of her and she was able to answer some of my questions. She was supposed to text me some forms that we needed to complete after we got off the phone. I never received them.
We were worried that they were going to cause problems for us on our wedding day, so I reached out to Chris via email to tell him my concerns and to let him know that we wouldn’t be using his service anymore. I also asked for our deposit back. Never heard anything back.
I texted him multiple times and even texted Christina because I was getting 0 response at all.
I was finally able to get him on the phone and he agreed that he would process our refund that same night. He never did.
I waited about a month and gave him another call. He made up an excuse about having a family emergency but that he would process our refund that weekend. That was several months ago. I gave him all the time in the world to make it right, but he didn’t. We have friends that are having the exact same experience with them.
I’m writing this review so that other couples can read this and avoid the headache. No couple should have to deal with this on their big day. It’s not fair to those people.
It’s very clear that ICADJ’s brand image isn’t even worth $100.
We will be in contact with every organization that they are a vendor with, to inform them of what’s going on so that we can put a stop to this nonsense.

If I could give zero I would
I have worked in service for over 20 years and this company has the worst communication policies ever. Time after time I have tried to communicate the error in their contract even after they attempted to fix it, they continously failed to respond. Contact was attempted via phone, email, and website. They have even ignored the request for deposit refund. I will not only NOT ever recommend, but will be following up with a review on BBB

Unfortunately, hiring I.C.A.D.J. was a major mistake. I found I.C.A.D.J. at the Bridal Extravaganza and they were the least expensive. It seemed like they had mostly good reviews online, so I hired them. Trust me when I say spend the extra money!! After I complained about our wedding, I was sent a form to sign saying that they would give me a partial refund if no one involved with our wedding would leave any reviews. I told them I did not feel comfortable and that it seemed deceitful, but that I would state in my review that they made it right with the partial refund. I never got a response.
After a week of no response, my coordinator finally got Chris on the phone rehearsal night and he confirmed that he would be at our venue at 3:00, playing music by 3:30, ceremony to start around 4:00-4:15.
Wedding Day: At 3:50 he still hadn’t shown up. He told my coordinator that he couldn’t find the venue...even though he had told us he visited it a couple of days before. A few minutes before 4:00, I see a guy jogging across the lawn in basketball shorts and a sleeveless T-shirt. Nope, it wasn’t a maintenance guy or a visitor, it was our DJ. I was so shocked that he showed up looking that way! I got many comments from our guests on how unprofessional he looked...it’s unfortunate that is what our guests will remember most.
Anyway, he quickly sets up, realizes he forgot some cord and runs back to get it. It was 4:15-4:20 by the time he started playing music. So our list of special music was completely cut and he also played the incorrect song for our parents walking. Another issue that shocked me - I found out later that his team was hitting up the bar on OUR TAB. Incredibly unprofessional.
The one positive that I can say is that he kept people on the dance floor at the reception for the most part, even though a good portion of the list we provided was not played. I hope this saves some other brides the bad experience that we had!
