My husband and I hired Luis as our officiant and we would recommend him to anybody! He has been amazing to work with from start to finish and personalized each segment of the ceremony so that it felt like 'us.' It was beautiful and better than I could've imagined. Luis even included a lovely sand ceremony and other little touches that made everything feel very special. Communication was clear throughout and he was also super organized! Thank you Luis!! -

We had the pleasure of having Luis officiate our wedding on 5/5/25, and he was incredible from start to finish. He was so easy and professional to work with, offering us a variety of ceremony scripts while also customizing everything to fit our style perfectly. Luis even included a beautiful sand unity ceremony at no extra cost, which made the ceremony even more special because we have something to look at regarding our ceremony! Our guests all loved him, we had so many compliments about Luis! His presence truly made our day unforgettable. He handles turning in the marriage license after, which made us stress about one less thing to do after our wedding! I highly recommend Luis to officiate any of you future brides’ weddings! -

Luis is the best!!
I cannot think of a better person to have officiated our wedding. Luis took the time to talk to us, get to know us, and plan with us. He is so kind and has such a gentle demeanor which was so so helpful since we were so full of excitement and nerves. He was knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. We are so thankful for Luis, he helped make our day even more special. -

Wedding Officiant
So happy to have chosen Luis to be our officiant for our wedding. He was very responsive and kind, he answered the phone whenever I called, he was prompt and well prepared. He took the time to get to know us and came up with a great script that we got to edit to ensure we were on the same page. I really like his passion for what he does and would recommend him to anyone looking for an officiant! -

Luis made our wedding perfect!
Luis was so awesome and more than we could ever ask for. He spent so much time chatting with us and going through all the details. He offered a variety of vow options for us choose to make sure it’s a good fit for us. I found So Cal Vows on the internet. Our wedding coordinator was Penjo who was amazing and funny. They have amazing packages to choose from. I was very particular about certain things for my wedding and a little skeptical about choosing a company I found on the internet and planning everything over the phone. However, Penjo and her staff made sure my day was perfect and PERFECT it was. I was in disbelief when I arrived to the site and seen the set up I couldn't believe they had created my dream Hawaii wedding on the beaches of La Jolla. A HUGE thank you to Amanda, the on site wedding coordinator who made sure everything flowed the day of the wedding. Greta or Greta D Photography for capturing the most amazing pictures. You should really call Greta if you want someone with a true gift of photography. MOST of all THANK YOU PENJO... for all the special touches and for selecting all the perfect people to make this truly my DREAM wedding!
We were married on October 16th, 2021 on the beaches of La Jolla.
Our officiant was Luis Osuna. He was referred to us through So Cal Vows. I was quite nervous having an officiant selected for our wedding without ever meeting them. My nerves were calmed when I received the first email from Luis Osuna. :) He was a breath of fresh air from the moment I read his email. Next we met via zoom and we knew the moment we saw Luis he was the perfect fit. He glows with kindness and sincerity it was beautiful. It was very important to me that our officiant fit our personalities. He asked questions like how we met, what things first attracted us to each other , what qualities we love about each other etc.. The day of our wedding he captivated our guests. He had them laughing and crying at the same time! The only regret I have is that we didn't get a chance to take a picture with Luis at our wedding. :( I highly recommend Luis if you are looking for that personal touch. He really cares about making your day perfect! Thank you Luis!

Amazing and so fun!

A Dream Come True
Luis was great from start to finish. He was very helpful through every aspect of our wedding journey. Even down to our rehearsal that I requested we run through multiple times. His patients and great attitude brought such an ease to our wedding day. I had multiple guest tell me how great he was. We had a few sound/mic issues that were out of our control, however Luis handled the situation with professionalism and kept our ceremony moving smoothly. It was an overall beautiful experience and I would recommend using I Unite 2 Hearts to everyone. Thank you Lui! -

We had the wonderful opportunity to have Luis officiate our wedding and we couldn’t be happier. He took the time to get to know us as a couple and customized our ceremony according to our wishes. But it wasn’t too scripted or unauthentic, it was beautiful and special. Our guests complimented him and were very impressed, they assumed he knew us for a while. He made the entire experience enjoyable and had personal keepsakes and extra touches that I never would’ve thought of. He really enjoys what he does and it shows. Thank you Luis!! Luis was the perfect officiant for our wedding! We truly enjoyed working with him and he made our ceremony so special.
He even took the time to learn more about our relationship and write up a personal statement that we included in our ceremony. We got so many compliments on how personalized our ceremony was and it's all thanks to him!
He guided us through the ceremony process, provided great recommendations for what to include, and overall made the process extremely easy.

Amazing and
With the short time we had, Luis was very helpful and amazing. Due to me and my husband being both in the military and distanced, Luis was great with communication through emails, meeting in person, and FaceTime calls with the both of us. He is a really sweet and nice gentleman. He lead the way for us through it all and was very successful. He made our special day the best it could be. I 10/10 recommend him. He is a great officiant who will do his best to make your special day the best it can be. -
