Loved the ballroom and service especially from Sarp! He made the wedding planning much smoother! Food was delicious!

We are so grateful we could get married this year despite all the complications. Carol, Sarp and the entire team at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota gave us an unforgettable night we will always treasure. We decided to get married and from the beginning we felt like we were in the most capable hands. We wanted a convenient location to our home in Sarasota, as well as a place our families from out of town had to congregate and relax and enjoy the weekend. We also wanted a beautiful place to celebrate our love and We will always look back with joy and gratitude. Every effort was made to accommodate our many requests and put our worries at ease. We had a magical day and cannot believe how the staff went above and beyond to give us an unbelievable evening. I was able to make arrangements and leave everything in professional hands and enjoy the ride.

Be prepared to be treated like royalty! We had the wedding of our dreams and I can't thank everyone at the Hyatt for making it the greatest day!! We got married on the grass, cocktail hour by the pool and reception in the boathouse.

The Hyatt made our destination wedding very easy! The service and food was excellent! Our guests had a wonderful time! I would highly recommend

We used the Hyatt Regency Sarasota for our daughter's cocktail hour and reception and from start to finish, they exceeded all expectations. Sarp Kaya and his staff were professional and followed up on all aspects of our event from the planning all the way to the wedding itself. The food was amazing and the service exceptional. Sarp coordinated with all of our vendors and never once did we have to get involved. All of our plans and desires were fulfilled and then some. We were able to fully enjoy our daughter's wedding day without worry. The venue itself is amazing, creating a classy, yet relaxed atmosphere. Our guests were very well taken care of and so were we. We would recommend the Hyatt to any one considering a wedding in Sarasota.

We had our wedding ceremony, reception and room block for our wedding here. It was perfect for us and everyone staying there - its such a great place and experience. Sarp was in charge and he did a fantastic job from beginning to end! Those who helped him on the day of did a fantastic job as well - they were all prepared and handled everything. The food was fantastic. He just made it very easy for us. It was perfect, words cant even describe every little detail he handled perfectly - you'll have to experience it for yourself!

The Hyatt Regency Sarasota is the best place for our wedding. They are very very professional and provided us a world class service. All praises most specially to Adora who helped us from start to end. Their awesome team took away the worries from us from the big to the smallest details of our wedding reception. The food is exceptional too, our guests were all pleased & so happy with every food we have served them. Truly it was a very very wonderful wedding for us.. Thank you Hyattt for making it the most perfect for us too :)

Such an amazing hotel and beautiful venue for a wedding reception! The food was amazing and the layout of the ballroom was perfect. They made all my dreams come true for our reception and worked with me every step of the way. Helped me create the perfect menu and layout for our event.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about the Hyatt. The staff was WONDERFUL! Sarp helped us so much throughout the wedding planning and kept things running smoothly. The food was the best wedding food I've ever had (not biased) and the grounds is just gorgeous. Highly recommend this as a beautiful venue!

Sarp is the man! He will do virtually anything to make sure you have a great wedding. His staff; Stephanie and Crystal usually work the night of your event and are fantastic. They are both very helpful. I've been to a lot of events here and I highly recommend it. The one problem we had was that another event was scheduled in our ballroom right up until the time of our wedding. Our wedding planner had to hustle to get everything setup for the reception. Everything looked perfect and we had no idea of the tight scheduling until weeks after when our planner told us. It really wasn't an issue, but if you plan on seeing your venue decorated hours before the ceremony then you better make sure you block off that time. The food was amazing, the service was spectacular and everyone had an incredible time. BOOK THIS PLACE.

We are positively happy to have had our wedding reception at the Hyatt Regency Sarasota! What a wonderful experience it was. Our wedding was on Oct.11th 2014 and we started working with the Hyatt in March 2014. Their team is fabulous and were able to answer all of our questions. We are based in Chicago and did most of our planning on the phone and via email. The Hyatt team truly made this a smooth planning event! Our reception was held in the Hyatt's Boat House that is a spectacular venue with the boats and yachts that are docked there. The catering was superb and our wedding coordinator worked with us and with the Hyatt chef to provide us the best options and a very elegant menu. All of our guests commented on how delicious all the menu options were. In essence- I am one happy bride!

The Hyatt was the perfect venue for my wedding. The hotel is not only beautiful, but it employs those who give excellent customer service. I was in constant communication with the Hyatt during the wedding planning, and because of them, the wedding was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

What an experience! Such a friendly staff and so helpful. I had a few last minute changes and they were able to accommodate us no problem at all. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

My wedding was held 12/29/13 at the Hyatt Regency. Our wedding was scheduled for a different venue but about 6 weeks before the wedding we ran into problems with the original venue and needed to switch. Sarp at the Hyatt came to our rescue! From the moment I contacted him, he was professional, responsive, and even gave me tips on how to handle the other venue. Throughout the whole process, he was willing to work with me on our budget, our timeline, the menu, everything. They were even able to secure us a room block for the wedding weekend even though we would be arriving around the holidays. Once we arrived at the Hyatt the weekend of the wedding, we were treated like VIPs and the entire staff was fantastic and so very helpful! Even after the wedding, Sarp and his staff went above & beyond. They mailed us an item that couldn't be located when we checked out. Although I was disappointed that we had to switch venues, I am very lucky that we were able to host our wedding and ceremony at the Hyatt. My husband and I could not have asked for a better venue. We would recommend them to everyone!

I owe a huge thank you to the entire staff at the Hyatt Regency in Sarasota, especially Sarp Kaya. They helped make my dream wedding come true! They were very accommodating at the hotel and quickly resolved every reservation issue that came up. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and we actually had our ceremony at the GWIZ park right next the hotel and even though we held it there the hotel staff and Sarp took care of anything we needed. The reception was absolutely perfect and ran so smoothly thanks to Brian, any change or anything I would need they were on it immediately. We also had our rehearsal dinner in the boat house and that could have been our reception it was so nice and the food was to die for. The chief is brilliant and from the tasting to the real thing it was 5 stars! If you are looking for the wedding of your dreams this is defiantly the right spot ask for Sarp and you will have nothing to worry about!

Service and booking was easy abs great Guests enjoyed their stay at your beautiful hotel. My bi level sweet was amazing and perfect for the day of my wedding for everyone to get ready and I still have my private space!

I mostly just want to review Lindsay Niebrzydowski who was our coordinator at the Hyatt Regency where we did our main hotel block for our wedding. She was the best person I have ever worked with. I wish I could hire her and she could be the only person I work with forever. She was perfect in every way. Quick, reliable, resourceful, beyond helpful. However much they are paying her, it's not enough. Why can't everyone be like her?

The hotel itself was clean and the pool was fantastic, especially for our out-of-town guests. The views from the rooms are stunning and the decor is uniquely Florida. Rooms are nice and spacious.

They greeted everyone with a cocktail, had great room service and provided us with everything we needed during the wedding. Sarp is wonderful.

Best food I've ever had at a wedding. Everyone loved it! The presentation, service, quality, and pairings were spot on. Couldn't have asked for a better Chef! :) so happy.

Having both the ceremony and the reception at one location could not have worked out any better. We have tons of little kids in our family, so we got a babysitter, and the adults were able to enjoy their time- but be close enough to be able to check up on their little ones.

The Filet Mignon was the best steak I have ever had in my entire life. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how great the food was. The Hyatt even provided a few gluten-free meals at no extra cost.

Sarp Kaya was amazing! He worked so well with my mom, the wedding planner, and me. The best part of the venue was being able to leave after the reception and not worry about cleaning up or packing up chairs and tables (which I've had to do at other venues for my siblings weddings) - the Hyatt takes care of everything.

There is not enough space to write all the accolades that the Hyatt Regency Sarasota, Fl deserves. Upon our final decision to use this venue for my daughter's reception, to the actual reception day, everything went perfectly. Sarp, the catering manager was a pleasure to work with and made us feel as if we were the only event ever scheduled at the Hyatt. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We made many changes along the way and Sarp was always accommodating and extremely patient with us. We could not have asked for a more beautiful event and were thrilled with the final result. You won't be disappointed with the Hyatt Regency Sarasota.

The Hyatt Regency was an amazing and beautiful place to get married. We had our ceremony at a small park on the water, just feet away from the Hyatt. They recommend this site (which isn’t technically part of their hotel, but you’ll need to rent it through the city at a minimal cost). That being said, they still treated it as their venue and help set up the ceremony. Then we moved to the pool for a cocktail reception and later into the ballroom from dancing and dessert. They were able to close down the pool area for us and set it up perfectly.
I couldn’t have asked for a better venue and place for my guests to stay. Sarp, Lindsay, and the chef were so accommodating. They took my vision and brought it to life. Sarp made sure all was in place in terms of the set-up, food, etc. He was so nice to work with and very accommodating. Lindsay helped all my out of town guests (120 of them) coordinate rooms. And the chef was amazing. We had action stations and all the food was perfect. He prepared the right amount and I heard nothing but compliments the whole evening. My family truly felt that all the members at the Hyatt from the bellman, front desk staff, pool servers, all the way to the manager treated us and all our guests amazingly.

We booked our wedding from Connecticut and the team at the Hyatt Regency made the task easy and were able to accomodate all my needs. We were married on one of the busiest days of the year (10/10/10) and though there were other weddings taking place, we felt the true dedication of the team to ours and I know the other brides that day felt the same. The location is amazing and the rooms are comfortable and modern. I would recommend this location to any bride looking for a great, friendly location and professional staff dedicated to making every aspect of your wedding unique. We held our rehearsal dinner there as well and they were able to get live music with one days notice! Additionally, the value for the money was incredible! They helped make my day truly rememberable.
