Best Decision We've Ever Made
We had our wedding at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, and it was truly a dream come true from start to finish. For our ~75-person destination wedding, the venue, staff, and planning experience exceeded every expectation.
From the very beginning, we were blown away by the breathtaking grounds, the seamless organization, and the incredible people who made our day possible. The ceremony at Cypress Point was absolutely angelic. The soft white fabric overhead reflected the light beautifully, making for the most stunning photos, and the long walk around the water created a dramatic, unforgettable aisle moment. I especially appreciated that the pool and water activity areas were separate, which kept the ceremony space peaceful and private.
Our reception at La Coquina was straight out of a fairytale. The space has so much character on its own, with flowing fountains, a perfect view of the sunset, and even visibility of Disney fireworks in the distance—it made the evening feel magical. The food was phenomenal, and our guests are still raving about it. The wait staff was just as impressive—swift, attentive, and so kind. Everything flowed beautifully, and we felt truly taken care of.
And the cake—wow. As a bride, I initially had some reservations about using a venue-made cake instead of a specialty bakery, but that worry disappeared quickly. The cake they created was beyond what I dreamed of. I showed them a photo, and they somehow made it even better. Plus, the flavor options were amazing, and it tasted just as good as it looked (if not better!).
A huge part of why our day was so flawless is thanks to the exceptional coordination between Hyatt’s on-site team and the amazing planning services through their partner, Just Marry! Working with Emylie Rose from Just Marry! was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, Emylie was warm, responsive, detail-oriented, and simply a joy to work with. Her attention to every detail, calm energy, and deep knowledge made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
Our journey with Just Marry! actually began before we chose Hyatt—after meeting Mairead DeLuca at another venue, we were so impressed with the Just Marry! team that it became one of the reasons we ultimately chose the Grand Cypress. The partnership between Emylie and Hyatt’s incredible venue coordinator, Hannah Long, was the definition of a well-oiled machine. Watching them work together was like witnessing two people perfectly in sync, navigating everything behind the scenes with total ease and grace.
Hannah deserves her own spotlight—she was the heart of the Hyatt wedding team. Incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always five steps ahead, she made us feel like we were her only priority. She took care of every detail, answered every question (including the ones I didn’t know to ask), and made sure we felt celebrated at every turn. From sweet surprise goodies to handling uninvited guests and late arrivals with total professionalism, her calming presence made a world of difference.
Both teams—Hyatt and Just Marry!—worked seamlessly to bring our vision to life. Emylie’s coordination on the day of the wedding was next-level. She managed timelines, soothed nerves, and even pulled out fans, water, and essentials as if by magic. She was like the best friend you didn’t know you needed—anticipating needs, keeping everything on track, and making sure my husband and I were able to be present and enjoy every moment. One of the most emotional moments of the day was seeing our reception room for the first time—I cried happy tears seeing our vision brought to life so perfectly.
If you’re considering getting married at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, do it. Between the stunning venues, the top-tier service, and the powerhouse coordination between Hyatt and Just Marry!, you’ll be in the best hands. Our wedding day was not only beautiful—it was joyful, smooth, and unforgettable. We will forever be grateful. -

What made our wedding AMAZING was not only the place but the hospitality of the staff who really went above and beyond for us and our guests!
This venue is a beautiful place for both ceremony and reception while providing a vacation type ambiance! Our event coordinator-Shauna was great! Special thanks for the chef and banquet staff who really took care of us and our guests! All the food was amazing! And the wedding cake was the best! i am so happy we chose this venue because it was just Perfect in every way and the hospitality really shines through!-

Shawna is a Life Saver
Overall my wedding was beautiful ans lovely but during the day quite a few hiccups occurred and Shawna swooped in and was my night in shining armor. My third party coordinator was a waste of space while Shawna found solutions and fixed all problems. She was an absolute delight all throughout the planning process and made sure everything would be perfect for my day. I will be forever grateful that she was apart of my special day -

Awesome....start to finish!
Molly was our event planner and was awesome to work with! She made the entire process easy from start to finish and was always helpful and responsive to our questions and concerns. Everyone we encountered at the Hyatt Grand Cypress were friendly and helpful! Beautiful resort and all round great experience!!! You will not be disappointed! -

Beautiful and Worth It!
Being from out of town, I booked at the Hyatt before even seeing it in person, so I was a bit anxious. The location and settings were perfect, the event staff were extremely accommodating, and the planners I had throughout my 3 year engagement (thanks COVID) were all so helpful. Molly Taylor was the lead planner for the actual wedding, and she was fantastic at making sure we had everything we needed on the big day. Everything was perfect, and we are so happy we chose the Hyatt. -

The perfect venue!
Out of all the venues I searched this one had all that I was looking for ! Big chandeliers , floor to ceiling windows with pretty views. I am sooo happy we decided on the Hyatt Regency. The service was amazing ! The food was soooo good our guest raves about it ! And Molly was beyond helpful with everything! Our wedding was amazing !-

Best day!!!
We are so happy with our decision to have our wedding at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress! The team here was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. When my main contact left a couple weeks before my wedding I was in a bit of a panic, but the team didn't miss a step and confirmed all the details with me before the big day to ease my concerns. I can't thank Kaitlyn and Christa enough for keeping everything running smoothly before and on the big day!
The staff on the day of were on top of everything. From quickly putting together a new place setting for an unexpected guest, to bringing the groom and I snacks and drinks so we could continue mingling, they went above and beyond. Several guests commented on how great the service was.
I can't forget to mention how gorgeous the grounds of this resort are. The pool, the lake, even the main lobby of the hotel - everything is so beautiful! There are great onsite food options as well. We had our rehearsal dinner onsite at Hemingway's which has beautiful views overlooking the pool.
Highly recommend this venue!! We can't wait to go back for an anniversary! -

The Perfect Wedding Day
From the moment I saw Oak Terrace, I knew I would get married at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. I worked with Kaitlyn, who assisted me with my questions and requests all throughout my planning, and she was so wonderful on our wedding day! We held a welcome dinner the day before our wedding, and both that dinner and our wedding ceremony and reception went so smoothly! Kaitlyn was so attentive, checking in with me and my husband throughout our events, touching base with my Mom to make sure that everything was how it should be, and the entire Hyatt team made our wedding weekend so amazing. Our server and banquet captain made sure to take care of us, checking in with us to make sure we were okay - and when my nerves got the best of me, and I couldn't eat, they made sure to send my meal up to my room for after the reception. This meant so much to me, and really showed how the staff goes above and beyond to make your day special. Our guests absolutely loved the food, the hotel, the pool - it was the perfect getaway for our guests, and we look forward to returning to the hotel for anniversary weekends and staycations! It was the perfect wedding, and we couldn't have done it without the amazing staff who took such great care of us! -

Have Your Wedding HERE!
Hi Brides!
Have your wedding HERE. I just did, and we couldn't be happier. Seriously.
For starters, it's gorgeous. Like really, really beautiful. The hotel is impressive, and the resort is like a tropical oasis! Lush tropical landscaping, beautiful pools, a lake and beach.
Also, lots of things are included in your package, so you can scratch a few things off your list right away including: a cake (beautiful and sooo delicious), top-shelf alcohol (your guests will be impressed), hors d'oeuvres (try the crab cakes and mini beef wellingtons!), complimentary room & breakfast the day after your wedding, plus all the basics like linen & glassware.
Our guests loved having "all things wedding" right on the resort- it made it so easy. And when we couldn't be with them, they had so many things to do (canoeing, paddleboarding, walking trails, golfing, the spa, etc), that I don't even think any of them left the grounds (although Disney Springs is really close!).
We had our rehearsal dinner Friday night on the grounds at a cute little cottage on the lake, with tons of room for kiddos to run and play. And the following day, our ceremony on the beach, followed by a cocktail hour 20 feet away under a huge tree full of lanterns (so romantic). The plan was to have the rest of the evening there as well, but it started to rain (as it often does in Florida). Nobody missed a beat and the staff moved us all inside where we continued to have a great time. I never once felt like my dream wedding had been compromised. In fact, on the day of the wedding when staff looked at the radar and saw rain was coming in, they never once pressured me to move everything indoors. They let us have as much of our wedding outside as we could- and that meant so much to me and my husband!
We had the same team of staff that worked with us from Friday evening through the entire weekend. They got to know everyone in our party, and everyone's preferences. It made us all feel so special that they remembered our names and what we like to drink, etc. It also made the weekend run so smoothly, and everyone was on the same page.
My wedding coordinator, Kaitlyn...AMAYYYZZZIINNGGG. She helped us create the most beautiful day by listening to our vision and making it happen. She was always there to help with anything we needed, is super professional and a rockstar with her email. As a stressed-out bride, you really cannot underestimate how much it means to have somebody respond to you so quickly. On the day of the wedding, she checked in frequently, and supported me with whatever I needed. I could relax knowing she was going to handle everything perfectly- and that was truly priceless!

Best venue best staff
The Hyatt Grand Cypress's venue was amazing! The landscaping of the hotel alone makes for a beautiful wedding. It truly felt like a fairy tale wedding. The wedding coordinator Jessica Cain went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Even the little details that my friends and family told me weren't important, she made sure it was completed as she wanted me happy. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was flawless. Jessica truly went above and beyond including helping me calm down, bustle my train and keep my family in line! The Hyatt truly wanted me to have my wedding of my dreams the whole time, and that they provided. The waitstaff even sent us home with a brand new meal as we did not have time to eat fully, they also saved us hors devours! At the end of the night the Hyatt got all of our items together in the reception area so we would not have to worry. Merlot the Macaw parrot even made an appearance. Before the wedding we had effortless check in with my family all on the same floor, and an awesome bonfire party. I would recommend this venue over and over again it is gorgeous with the best staff ever. BEST WEDDING!!-

Absolute Dream Wedding!
Can I just say the attention to detail was impeccable! Kaitlyn and Shari made my wedding dreams come true. Everything was stunning and so well put together. They coordinated with my vendors and on the day of my wedding, I relaxed with my beautiful bridesmaids and had the time of my life. My husband and I say over and over again how we wouldn’t have changed a thing, and our guests are still saying it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve been!

After having an extremely disappointing site visit at what we thought was our top venue, we showed up at the Hyatt Grand Cypress with our hopes high. We are having a destination wedding in Orlando and had flown down from Connecticut. Well, Kaitlyn at the Hyatt made it all worth it! Not only are the indoor and outdoor spaces absolutely beautiful, Kaitlyn was a wonderful host who made us feel like she wanted to earn our business and give us a good value for our money. We are so excited to work with her and have our wedding at this gorgeous venue!! -

Beautiful and seamless!
I got married in the La Coquina at Grand Cypress on 10/20/18. The room is gorgeous and my expectations were completely exceeded! Jessica Cain was absolutely amazing, responsive and organized. The banquet staff was so kind, frequently checking on myself and my husband during the reception. HIGHLY recommend! Thank you for making our wedding day so special -

I was in a pickle and Tracy Johns and The Hyatt came to the rescue on Thanksgiving Day! I was proposing to my wife the very next day and lost my venue. Tracy actually reached out to me on Thanksgiving upon hearing of my plight. The staff was unbelievably attentive and kind. We were overwhelmed once again with the Hyatt experience and had a fantastic night on the patio/grand terrace. I swear there were 3 or 4 staffers standing at attention for our every need as we danced while the band played our favorites. We're now glad we lost our original venue! Their dedication to making this a great night was truly remarkable! I would recommend the Hyatt for any function. We now have awesome memories of our special night thanks to them. -

My wedding at grand cypress was wonderful! I was nervous because we were having a lot of rain and my event was planned outdoors. The staff, especially Brittany, was very attentive to preparing for a plan B but willing to wait until the last second to make the call. Thankfully the skies wer clear and my day went off just as planned! My family loved spending the weekend at this grand resort and most stayed for several days beyond the wedding just to keep having fun. The wedding itself was wonderful and they were very flexible into letting me pick my own vendors and plan my own decor. I felt like the whole place belonged to me when It was our wedding day because of how eager everyone was to help make the day so special. -

We can't say enough about this venue and Tracy Johns, the Event Sales Manager. Tracy made the entire planning process and day of more than we could have ever asked for. She was incredibly caring, patient, flexible, and super responsive to any questions/concerns/requests we had. Tracy went above and beyond our expectations, and we will be forever grateful to her for making this experience so special. Her commitment to excellence and making the couple happy was evident from the beginning to the end. As for the venue itself, it is a beautiful venue with a wonderful team that delivers excellent service all around. We have joked about doing it all over again, just to experience it once more :) -

Still wonder how I found them, but I am very lucky I did. From the moment I saw all of the options available at this beautiful resort, I knew I had to bring my fiancé. When I did, he felt the same way. The Event Sales Manager, Brittany Scott, is someone who loves what she does and it shows. She is such a kind and professional person. Every question, she was ready to answer and if she was not immediately available, Eva Delgado who works with Brittany was quick to get back to me. I feel so fortunate to have had such a beautiful wedding at a beautiful venue. And also, everyone at this hotel, from the moment we drove up, to check-in, to the actual banquet staff...first class all the way. I truly felt like I was the luckiest girl in the world. I cannot say enough about my experience of having my wedding here...I am already planning to book my anniversary here as well. Brittany, thank you again for all of the amazing work you and your team did. I am truly grateful. -

We traveled from Scotland to get married in Orlando. From the beginning of the process we knew that we picked the right venue for our ceremony and reception. We worked with Matthew E intitally and then Brittany S & Eva D latterly and they all were amazing. All were very happy to answer our questions, incorporate Scottish traditions and help us in anyway they could. The hotel is beautiful. We had amazing wedding day & were so pleased with everything - food, drinks, cake, room decor, everything! Every member of staff we dealt with during the preparations & on the wedding day were very professional, friendly and went the extra mile to make our day special. When we went to visit the hotel for the first time, they had baked us cookies!!! Such a sweet thing to do & unexpected! The level of service was first class. I truly don't know where to begin, I got married here June 13, 2015.
Our wedding coordinator was Brittany Scott, to rate her alone, I would give her 10/5 stars. Brittany was so easy to work with, so genuine, always tried to help in anyway possible. She worked with our budget and made our day so magical.
Rewinding to the planning aspect, this hotel has so much to offer, there are so many places within the hotel that you can get married at, and hold your reception. We chose an outdoor part for our ceremony, and in the 95 degree weather, Brittany made sure to supply water to all of our guests during the reception.
For our food tasting, we were put into an EXTREMELY private room- it was to die for. We tried so many different foods and cakes, it was amazing.
The Hyatt will hook you up with a coordinator for the ceremony, we were with a girl named Leanna from Just Marry- she was so incredibly wonderful as well.
About 50% of our guests stayed at the hotel, we arranged to do gifts for everyone that stayed, they were welcomed in with champagne, and loved every little piece about it.
For the wedding: Costly? Yes, but it was worth every cent. Brittany made the wedding of our dreams, she arranged everything so beautifully.
After the wedding: My husband and I went to our suite (this room was incredible, view of the pool/lake and Disney- you get this for free on your wedding night), as we arrived we opened the door to chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, a pillow that said "mr & mrs" and a note from Brittany. It was truly amazing.
Guests: 130 (fit comfortably everywhere)
The only downfall? There was another wedding going on at the same time, which made our cocktail hour space no longer available, (we didn't know about this until AFTER the wedding).
If I had to get married all over again, I would use the Hyatt without a doubt. I'm truly going to miss the wedding planning because the Hyatt made it THAT enjoyable.

I got married here 3 weeks ago and I still can't believe how beautiful everything turned out. I recently was married at the gorgeous Hyatt Grand Cypress. My parents and I found the venue about a year before the wedding, and we knew this was the spot. The Venue features a covered outdoor ceremony area, covered patio for cocktail hour, and several options for the reception. We met with the fabulous wedding coordinator, Christine, and she immediately made us feel like family. Once we booked, Christine helped us along the way with planning and details. We were treated like royalty at our food tasting, and with the help of the catering manager, Candice, we were able to customize our dream wedding buffet. We were able to add many upgrades to the food (food stations, carving station) and stay within the budget. The weekend of my wedding, Hyatt had 4 other weddings going on, but we were still well taken care of. We were given two "getting ready" rooms for the day, and a "day of" coordinator, Diana, from Just Marry events. Between Diana, and Matthew (from the Hyatt), we got everything we needed. The only downfall was that it rained, so the ceremony was moved indoors. It was very last minute, so the room was not exactly what I would have wanted, but we really didn't have time for major adjustments. The rain continued, so the cocktail hour was also moved from the arranged patio to the lobby of the hotel. Also something I thought could have been better arranged, but by the end of the night, it didn't matter. Our reception was held in the fabulous Cascades restaurant, which was decorated to the nines. The restaurant has been recently renovated, so everything is new, fresh, and beautiful. The whole day was fabulous thanks to the staff at the Hyatt Grand Cypress. -

I recommend having your ceremony and reception at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the grounds make for perfect wedding photography backgrounds. The staff was extremely helpful and the catering manager was such a blessing to work with. Our families live out of state and having everything in one location was so much fun and easy for our friends and family to take part in our wedding festivities. We had an absolute blast spending time with our families by the pool and dining in the restaurants on property. Our guests were so excited about all the amenities and the proximity of all the local attractions and restaurants available to them during their stay. The food was amazing and our guests loved the variety of foods and the quality of the food for a wedding reception. The cake was also included in our package and I sent in a photo of what I envisioned and the final outcome was absolutely stunning. I could not be more happy with how our wedding and stay turned out. I would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress for all of your wedding needs. -

Beautiful property for a wedding. I first saw a picture of the place and wanted to visit it for a possible wedding venue. The picture did no justice whatsoever, because the place is simply magical! My guests had such an amazing time there. Christine Calace, the venue manager, will forever be my fairy Godmother!!!

The Hyatt was an absolutely perfect place to have our ceremony and reception! They accommodated any and everything we needed throughout the planning process and the it all turned out perfect! We worked directly with Christine Calace and she was spot on with everything from helping me stay on schedule to making sure everything came out exceptionally well on the food and beverage side.
All of our guests are still talking about our wedding location and how it was a perfect family vacation. We couldn't have chosen a better location!! -

We had both our ceremony and reception at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. It was absolutely wonderful! Christine and the entire staff were courteous, friendly, and easy to work with. They made my husband I feel so welcomed and important. I did not have to worry about anything as they took care of every last detail. The scenery was beautiful, the food was phenomal, and we could not have picked a more perfect place. We received gushing comments from our guests about the resort and event. They raved about the food with many guests stating that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Thank you to the Hyatt Regency for making our day so special! -

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is amazing. The Cypress Point (ceremony) is an amazing location for an outdoor wedding. The landscaping and water features are beautiful. The Cacade (reception) is very elegant. I loved the water fountain and the service the staff provided. Their attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. The buffet was delicious and all my guests were very satisfied. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride. -

We stayed here while in FL (we live in Boston) and ended up using the resort for our elopement. We got married on a deck outside of the resort overlooking the lake. The staff was amazing, and helpful, and I even gave the wonderful Concierge my bridal bouquet.
Whether your wedding is large, small, or just the two of you, you will not find a better location in Orlando. -

Angela Palacio was our catering manager and she was wonderful to work with! She answered every question I had and kept me calm throughout the entire process. She was extremely helpful during the year that it took to plan the wedding, she always answered my emails right away. I can't thank her enough for all of her help!!
The Hyatt Grand Regency Cypress is also a beautiful location to host a wedding. The grounds are amazing and are infused with Asian influences. We held our reception in Cascades, it had high ceilings and a beautiful waterfall in the center. Also our guests couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had during the wedding weekend, they loved all the amenities that the hotel had to offer. The bridal suite was also great, it had more than enough room for me and all of my girls to get ready in. -

The venue is so beautiful. Staff is exceptional. Angela Palacios was our coordinator and she is amazing. It was like having a very knowledgeable friend to go through the wedding process with. It rained all day and my ceremony was supposed to be outside so I was devistated, but the back-up location was very nice as well. The whole experience was worth every penny. -

I chose the Grand Cypress for my reception because I love Cascades. It is one of the most beautiful spaces in Orlando. It's open with large ceiling to floor windows that allow so much natural light in.
My guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the reception was and how wonderful the food tasted. The hotel met and exceeded every expectation I had. -

We had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Grand Cypress! We stayed there for a week and had our wedding ceremony and reception there. I loved the hotel itself; super clean, interesting decor, beautiful view of Orlando, awesome pools and jacuzzi, and tons of resort activities. :)
Our wedding itself was perfect. Jessica Winston, our wedding coordinator, was very accommodating and helped us plan every detail via email from 3000 miles away. She made sure that every detail, from our cake to our menu to our table set up, was perfect. I loved the wedding package- it was very stress-free to plan everything all at once and not have to worry about juggling independent vendors. Planning the wedding was such an organized process and it was great to not have to worry about anything once we got to Florida! -

This venue was exceptional. From the moment you step out of your car and into the lobby, to the cocktail hour, to the dinner, dancing, and exiting the hotel, this experience was everything I dreamed of for a wedding. Everyone was so nice to us and our guest. This is the perfect place for a tropical Florida Wedding. The view from where we held the reception (with floor to extremely high ceiling windows) create the romantic ambiance from the water, fountain, landscaping, and lighting worth every penny. The grounds make for the most beautiful variety of backgrounds for pictures. The Cypress Restaurant, where we held the reception, was absolutely beautiful by itself. With the help of their wonderful planners, we were able to stay within a budget and have the most beautiful wedding ever. We received so many compliments on the food, which was perfect in every way. -

I had narrowed my choices down to Disney and the Hyatt and I am soooo happy I picked the Hyatt. The grounds are like no other resort in Orlando and Cascades (reception room) is far beyond the four walls of a ballroom. Floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful fountain, I couldn’t have asked for a better reception space. The ceremony space was also amazing, on the water, surrounded by gorgeous landscaping! It was a beautiful choice.
Nothing beats the customer service of the Hyatt. We did go through 3 other catering/wedding planners with the Hyatt before the wedding, but each one was so amazing and attentive. Anything we asked for Christine made sure it happened. She just kept telling me not to worry, everything would be taken care of. I was scared a Christmas tree would be put up in the reception room but she made sure it didn’t get put up! We were given two amazing conference rooms with huge balconies (one facing Disney for the fireworks) and everyone got to hang out in them for 2 days. The suite we were given for our honeymoon – breathtaking. The food – delicious. Everything the Hyatt did or provided was superior.

It was a wonderful event held in Hyatt Regency, Grand Cypress Orlando Florida. IT all happend due to the best services provided by the hotel staff, Event manager, Brittany Scott was so cooperative and efficient in all respect, which had made our event a great success.
All our request has been full filled by Brittany scott, which had made us very comfortable during the event. All staff deputed for this event were excellent in their service. The event went very well through out the duration. All my guest were delighted and enjoyed the whole event. From our family we are all Thankful to the whole Hotel management and specially Brottany scott, who was the main member from the management, who was excellent in dealing with the customers. Thanks to Brittany Scoot foe taking personal interest for making our evet a great success..

Brides Opinion
The resort is one of the best resorts in Orlando. The food here is out of this world good!!!! Some tips for future brides. I would make sure you ask the price for the service charges and the taxes in total the day you sign the contract. This was a total surprise to us. I would also make sure you like the back up plan for rain.
There is a lot of changes happening at this resort so our built in bar was under construction and was never told until the day of our wedding. Also if you choose a seated meal it is a lot of work getting the names set and the meal right for each guest. The resort does not help with this. You have to hire out a coordinator to do the extra work. Also the week of my wedding there was a dance competition going on and took over the elevators for my guest.
Overall I would give this wedding venue a 5 star rating even though there were some unexpected issues. Everyone of my guest loved the resort and the food was the most talked about thing. Oh and the suite you get the night of the wedding is unreal!! -

First, the venue is spectacular! I can't imagine having my wedding at any place more gorgeous. We did the ceremony at Lake Wingsong and the reception in the glass room next to the lake. We had Tracy as our wedding coordinator and she was OK. She was nice however she was a little scattered throughout the planning process. She would have me send the same email several times because she couldn't find it or ask me questions that I had already given her the answer too. Then when my parent's went to go do a taste test of the food (I'm an out of state bride and was unable to make it) they had the incorrect menu because she got them mixed up. This of course made me nervous for what was going to happen day of but the chef was great though so the food was still amazing. When you book with them you also get a ceremony coordinator (Just Marry) and they were really helpful and made the ceremony run very smoothly. We paid about $15,000 for the wedding package we got and I think it was a little pricey but the service is top-notch and the hotel is beautiful. The only regret I have is not planning another night at the hotel because I was so busy I didn't get to experience anything on the property (they have like 5 pools!). I would definitely recommend a friend to them, but would suggest not using the same wedding coordinator. -

It’s a beautiful location but I did not like how close it was to the pool and guests staying at the hotel. I was also disappointed that the beach was not cleaned up before our ceremony. We were told that the beach would be cleaned up and combed but neither happened. I think they should choose a different wedding coordinator to represent them. These are my only complaints. The staff was wonderful, friendly and professional. It’s truly a beautiful resort. -

It's a beautiful Hotel with a beautiful outdoor Ceremony area. Your guests feel very relaxed in this hotel versus the larger hotels where you get lost just trying to get to the pool area. You also don't feel like a number there. The hotel staff is very polite and accomodating. There were a few problems: 1. The banquet manager was on her way out and didn't have her mind on our ceremony which affected the organization of our wedding. 2. The food is excellent there, the only thing we did not like was the presentation. They need to improve on that. -

The venue needed some help in terms of Responsiveness and flexibility. it took forever to get ahold of the right contact once they promoted matthew. Nothing but unprofessional actions, demeanor, and not work the money. I was never served my meal or the groom. My taco bar was oce cold, the venue threw out most of my decor from the ceremony, tried to shut my reception down for no reason but to make the night miserable. I will never ever say good things about Victoria or krystle when it comes to being professional.amd helpful during the most important day of your life.Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress's reply:
