The Hyatt Regency Coral Gables is a beautiful wedding venue and extremely accommodating. Ana Rivas and her team are amazing and do everything they can to ensure you're happy. We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception at the Hyatt. We had a large room block for our out of town guests. We were able to use the hotel bar the night before our wedding to socialize with all our guests, and the hotel restaurant the day after the wedding for a brunch. No one needed to leave the hotel the whole weekend. Everything went smoothly, and exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough great things about the venue, Ana and the staff. I highly recommend this venue!

Marcela, Nzinga and the rest of the staff from the Hyatt were absolutely amazing throughout the wedding process! Marcela was extremely helpful on our wedding day, making sure everything was running smoothly and that we received the best service! She was readily available whenever we needed anything and really made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. Marcela went above and beyond to cater to our needs and she made sure everything came out beautiful the day of our wedding! We also stayed in the Presidential suite the night of our wedding and it was absolutely stunning! Another perk of having our reception at the Hyatt is that we had two separate rooms for us to get ready with our respective courts. All in all, I 100% recommend the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables if you want to have a beautiful wedding venue!

The Hyatt team in Miami was amazing since day one! Marcela was very flexible with the date and time to visit the venue. I was totally enchanted by her and Nzinga after I met them at the hotel the first time. We walked all the amenities, the rooms we will be using to get ready, the rooms we will be having for our guests and ourselves, and the wonderful ballroom "Hall of Ambassadors". The size for our 132 guests was just perfect, it didn’t look nor too big nor too small. We couldn’t be happier with all the coordination and effort Nzinga put while working with us. She was super responsive, giving us help and guidance each step of the way. Tasting day with her was amazing, everything was delicious and well presented, was difficult to choose from the great options available. Food was excellent the day of the wedding, we heard everybody enjoyed it, the hors d’oeuvres and the dinner package. Nzinga was coordinating and on top of everything since early on. It was a magical day, every detail, the timeline of the day ran so smoothly, the hotel put photos of our engagement pics in the screens so guests in the hotel will know about the wedding. I recommend this Hotel venue, and its amazing team, to any bride looking for a professional and caring team to work with.

I cannot describe how amazing Nzigna was. She was so professional, organized, and had such attention to detail. The planning process went so smoothly with her in charge and I never felt any stress regarding the venue whatsoever. We are so thankful for her help and her genuine love for what she does! My husband and I got married 5 months and we had an amazing experience with the Hyatt Regency of Coral Gables. Nzinga Brooks was our wedding specialist and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made sure everything was perfect for our big day. We with our families stayed at the hotel for the weekend and it was great! The serves was great, the staff always made sure we were well attended for. I honestly couldn't have picture our wedding going so perfectly like it did without Nzinga and her team. Last but not least.. THE FOOD was delicious! My husband and I had so many of our wedding guests come up to us that night and still till this day and tell us that was the best wedding food that they had ever had. We are very happy with the overall outcome of our wedding. Thank you!

The Hyatt Regency Coral Gables was our dream reception venue, thanks in great part to their wonderful event coordinator, Marcela. My husband and I planned our wedding away from my hometown of Miami, which proved to be a challenge. Our tasting was initially scheduled the weekend Hurricane Irma hit Florida, so without saying we were forced to reschedule. Marcela was able to squeeze us in on a weekend shortly after the storm so my we could make the drive from North Florida and she made sure we addressed every little detail before we made the trip back home. Even after a few bumps down the road, Marcela was quick to smooth out any issues and concerns. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, and we had nothing to worry about because Marcela made sure everything went according to plan. I could not say enough good things about our experience with the Hyatt! We are so grateful for everything they did to make sure we had the most amazing day.

Morgan and Marcela work wonders - they were both so accommodating to our requests and some unforeseen events that required last minute changes. Both keep really detailed notes and made themselves available whenever we contacted them. Our ceremony in the hotel's Court of Lions, which is a gorgeous space with beautiful blush tones and a fountain in the center. The reception in the Hall of Ambassadors perfectly fit our 90 person guest count, and worked well with our navy, blush, and gold/copper motif.

What can I say about this venue, there is no words to describe how amazing my wedding was. The staff, the service and the atmosphere of this hotel have left me speechless. From the morning of my wedding Marcella and Morgan were there to make sure whatever I needed, I got. From leaving the hotel to go to the church, they we're there. From arriving back from my ceremony, they were there. I have no words to describe how AMAZING the entire staff was the day of my wedding. It was definitely quite a journey but it was well worth it. Cocktail hour was beautiful, the Hall of Ambassadors ballroom was breathtaking, the food was just out of this world. I've never been to a wedding where I have actually enjoyed the food the way myself and my guest did. The waiters were so attentive to my husband and myself. I would do it all over again if I could. I'm still dreaming of my wedding and have not been able to stop talking about the most amazing day of my life. Thank you Marcella and Morgan for all your hard work!

I RECENTLY USED THIS HOTEL TO CREATE A WEDDING BLOCK FOR MY WEDDING. WHEN I SAY THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, THAT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. THEY HELPED WITH EVERY LITTLE THING. MY GUESTS WERE ALL PLEASANTLY PLEASED WITH THE FACILITY, ROOMS AND STAFF. THE EMPLOYEES ARE TOP NOTCH, FROM THE VALET TO THE FRONT DESK TO HOUSEKEEPING, EVERYONE WAS GREAT. THEY EVEN HELP ME SECURE A BACKUP LOCATION IN THE HOTEL IN THE EVENT OF RAIN. I AM SO GLAD WE DIDN'T NEED IT, BUT IT WAS NICE TO KNOW THAT IT WAS THERE AND THE STAFF WAS READY TO ACCOMMODATE ME IF I NEEDED IT. GREAT HOTEL.

I got married at the Hyatt Regency in Coral Gables about a month ago and could not have been happier with my choice. The team there went above and beyond all our expectations. They were so kind and professional and always positive. The hotel itself is very beautiful. It has a Spanish influenced architecture which is very unique in Miami where you mainly see a lot of art deco/modern architecture. The hotel was very convenient for us. Half the wedding guests were out of town and they loved being located in Coral Gables. It’s a great central location and was a close ride to the airport and South Beach. There were also so many walkable fun/entertaining options in Coral Gables, especially Miracle Mile, for those guests without cars. I received so many compliments from the guests staying at the hotel, especially about the pool! They love love loved the service, the rooms, the look/feel and everything else about this hotel. In regards to the wedding planning process at the Hyatt, Michelle Cannici was a rock star! Such a ray of sunshine everytime we spoke to her. Always listened and went above and beyond to get us the answers to our questions. I will admit we were nervous at first because we didn’t have Michelle at first as our wedding coordinator, there was some personal switches 2 months before the wedding, but the way they keep their files and information at the Hyatt leaves for no missed detail. On the day of the wedding, the ballroom and courtyard looked fantastic. It was wonderful to see our vision come to life with the help of Michelle, Marcela and the rest of the team. The service of the staff working the cocktail and reception was also impeccable. I have nothing but rave reviews about the service and the taste of the food that evening. I got many comments on how delicious everything tasted. We are so happy to have had our wedding prep, wedding reception and cocktail hour at the Hyatt Coral Gables. I’d 100% recommend this hotel as a venue to any bride.

Marcela, Noel, and the entire staff at the Hyatt Regency were incredible. The even space options are stunning and they will work with you to create the perfect ambiance and feel to your event. From the space to the food menu they guide you through the entire process. Every meeting started on time and every staff member I interacted with seemed genuinely pleased to be of assistance, which is no small thing especially here in Miami! I felt like I was in the best possible hands which allowed me to enjoy the day and the rush of emotions without having to worry! I cannot thank them enough for how wonderful they truly were.

I could not of chosen a more perfect venue. All the staff was so nice and professional especially the Hyatt's wedding coordinator, Jennifer. I felt confident that I would have the wedding of my dreams at the Hyatt.

The setting of the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables was absolutely beautiful. Cocktail hour in the Courtyard on a beautiful night was not only beautiful but the service and the hors d'oeuvres were impeccable. The dinner reception went beautifully. The waiters and staff were professional, helpful and very cordial. I would definately recommend to future brides. Oh and the food was excellent!

We had our reception at Coral Gables Hyatt Regency and it was fantastic from the service to the food. Natalie Angulo was the Catering Manager and she was excellent. You can tell she loves her job. She was always available, always calm and the night of the reception everything went without any problems at. Food, drinks and service were spectacular. I will definitely go back to the Hyatt and recommend highly.

BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED IN DECEMBER, FOOD WAS AMAZING AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICES WAS OUTSTANDING...

I could not have picked a better venue for my wedding. Since we had guests coming from all over the world we had to pick a venue where we could make everyone comfortable and that is exactly what happened at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables. Both sets of parents loved the hotel and the food was fantastic. So fantastic that most of my hispanic guests still are commenting about how the flan from the dessert bar was the best that they have ever had. The main entrees are amazing and they are so accomadating because I changed the sides for each dish about two times. Marcella & Morgan and the entire cordinating staff are amazing, they calmed me down during this whole process and made sure that all of my vision for my wedding was taken care of. I didnt have a wedding planner for my wedding, but Marcella made sure that all the things on the day of the wedding went smoothly. If there were any problems I was not aware of them since everything went according to plan. That is one thing as a bride I am so grateful for, I got to enjoy my big day without hiring a wedding planner, since Marcella took care of everything imgainable without asking me, since she knew about my vision and made sure that my wedding day went according to my vision. One of my really good friends used to work at this hotel and that is how we were made aware of the venue but once we saw it we knew this venue was where we wanted our wedding.

Good venues which come with a convenient location, nice setup and amenities, amicable events planning staff and reasonnable cost are really not that simple to find in Miami. Once you have removed the ones who are way over priced or over your budget, the ones who dont understand the words customer service and flexibility, and the ones not perfectly located, you are not left with many. The Hyatt Regency in Coral Gables is one of them, and their events staff is wonderful ! Maria, Carolina, Jacklynn, you really understand what taking care of your customers mean !! The room you had for us was big enough, private, practical, with a huge private bar just for us, and it was perfect ! Maria, your taking care of us was such a pleasant experience, and I would never hesitate to recommend your venue and services to any of my future Miami basded Brides, or to anybody wishing for an honest and fair recommendation. Being a wedding planner, I wanted my wedding to be perfect and ours was going to be full of small details, decors, entertainment, etc, and I was very specific in regard of the food I wished for our wedding dinner. Even though the meat was a bit too cooked to mine and some guests' taste, it was balanced by your willingness to make my dream day happen... and it did happen... the complimentary room you gave us for the wedding night was perfect, and our guests were so surprised with the rooms they had booked. "Wonderful" a "resident' suite" are words we heard, and we couldnt disagree... The location of your hotel could not be any better, right in Coral Gables, and the only thing missing is a nicer location for an onsite wedding ceremony maybe... Again a professional planner myself, I can acknowldge and appreciate when a vendor is showing care, and you definitely did.... We chose Hyatt Regency Coral Gables for our wedding hotel after reviewing and touring several locations in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Rooms are great and there's a variety that are appropriate for guests with kids, couples, make up and getting ready for the wedding, etc. Location is very walkable to areas like Miracle Mall and Coral Gables shopping districts. Also was one of the most affordable places we looked at that was able to accommodate our group. For group bookings and events, would recommend checking in with the special events staff prior to check in as we had a couple of hiccups on arrival.
