WOW! I cannot speak more highly about our experience with The Hyatt Regency Arcade. We had a "long" engagement and worked with Allison Kay for over a year and a half to make our vision come to life. Who needs a wedding planner when you have an Events Manager like Allison?! She walked us through the entire process, laid out all our options, and sent us reminder/ update emails to keep us on track. She promptly answered all of our questions via call/ email/ text and made the whole experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. It is SO NICE to have a point person that you can go to with ANYTHING on your mind.
Allison and her team (shoutout Lillian!) went above and beyond to make sure the days before our big day went as smoothly as possible. I'm talking meeting us on the street to help unload our decor, coordinating with our vendors to arrange drop offs, she literally even offered to PUT TOGETHER the seating chart I panic-ordered on Amazon. And for those last-minute items we forgot to pack (like a card box)? Don't worry, Allison had a cute little basket on hand to save the day.
And don't even get me started on the personal touches. The Hyatt team makes you feel like royalty even before your big day. For example, we spent a night at The Arcade around 16 months before our wedding to "test run" the room. Well, Allison and her team must have saw our name in the reservation system because there were cookies and THE SWEETEST note waiting for us. The hospitality is truly out of this world. And that is just the tip of the iceberg! The special touches continued throughout our wedding day. From complimentary charcuterie in our parents' rooms to cute and personalized notes in the bridal suite, Allison, Lillian, and the entire Hyatt team gave us and our family an EXPERIENCE we will never forget. Sarah, Lillian, and the entire team at the Hyatt are true professionals. Not only did they make the planning process both fun and seamless, but they made sure that everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding and made us and our guests feel so cared for. They anticipated our needs before we did (including by bringing me slippers straight to the dance floor!) and we could not have imagined a better wedding planning experience. We had our wedding at the Arcade in April and everything was phenomenal. From the very start, Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with. We had booked this venue more than a year and a half out and Sarah was always quick to communicate anything and everything with us.
Leading up to the big day, Sarah and her team provided us with such amazing details from start to finish that made myself and my husband feel much more confident that everything was going to plan.
The day of was absolutely perfect. Our guests raved about how kind the servers were and, of course, how beautiful the venue was. Our decor was set up perfectly at each table, guests were kindly welcome and the food and drinks were amazing (10/10 recommend the mac & cheese bites at cocktail hour!!)
I would recommend the Arcade to anyone planning their wedding. Having everything taken care of at such a high level of detail was such a wonderful experience. We cannot thank Sarah enough for all that she did.Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade's reply:

Absolutely phenomenal - could not recommend this venue / group enough!! Lillian and Sarah (venue coordinators) as well as Claude (event manager) all made sure the entire evening went exactly according to plan. The ENTIRE staff was wonderful - so polite and attentive, also were just so fun and lighthearted. The venue is BREATHTAKING and lets you customize it exactly as you envision it. They offer several different packages to suit your needs (ours included a wedding cake!). The food was delicious and a generous portion. This was the best experience we could have asked for! The Hyatt was fantastic throughout the entire wedding planning process. Allison and her team were very attentive to detail, everything was thought out, and there were no surprises. The attention to detail when it came to planning provided a smooth process for us to ensure our day was perfect. When the big day did arrive, the Hyatt staff were absolutely wonderful! They were there to help with anything we needed. They set up and decorated the arcade beautifully and their wait staff were amazing. They handle any issues with ease and professionalism.

Our wedding at The Arcade was nothing short of a perfect night. Between the event staff, our DJ, the classic architecture, the food, the lighting, the bar area, and the location, we felt like our wedding night was absolutely everything and more than we hoped for. Our guests were complimenting us all night about the event space, the food, and our DJ.
Here’s what we (and our guests) liked most:
The classic architecture. Everyone thought it was so cool to party in this place and when the night came and the string lights were lit above the tables and dance floor, it was so cozy and charming.
The food. Chef Bob, if I remember his name correctly from our tasting, absolutely killed it with the appetizers during cocktail hour and with the dinner service. We must have gotten 100+ compliments on the mini beef wellingtons alone. Dinner tasted fresh and was flavorful. Certainly NOT dry like a lot of wedding dinners tend to be. The beef short rib was the most popular option chosen amongst our guests (90%) followed by salmon and the gnocchi. It was all so so so good. We were worried about not being able to choose the catering service with this venue, but seriously it was so easy to have it included and turned out great for us and our guests.
The event coordinator. Sarah Mgebroff is probably the best wedding coordinator in the world. She is extremely organized, responsive to emails/calls/etc, and accommodating to your needs. Every single one of our vendors let us know that they were impressed about how easy it was to work with her and how easy she made it to set up prior to the ceremony. We had a day where literally nothing went wrong and I’m pretty sure it is because of Sarah. It felt like she really wanted our day to be perfect and she gave it her all to make it happen. There aren’t words to describe how much easier she made our lives.
The staff. The event staff were super nice and on their game all night. The guy who served us, Eric Porter, was so attentive and definitely had his shit together. Also, the bars never had a line even though we had a bunch of heavy drinkers invited.
The location. People, especially our older relatives, really loved staying at the actual venue. It made travel much simpler and they enjoyed the variety of activities nearby.
Here’s a list of our vendors:
DJ PJ from Cleveland Music Group (10/10). Perfect DJ with a great taste in music. Our guests were dancing all night and we got a lot of compliments about him.
Mayfield Floral (10/10). Our flowers were great and set up perfectly for a good price.
Wild Flour Bakery (10/10). Our wedding cake was incredibly tasty and looked awesome. I’m not even joking, some guests had 5 slices. It also comes with the venue.
Stellare Strings (10/10). Our string quartet that played during cocktail hour and for our ceremony. I cannot stress enough how cool it was to have them playing with the classic architecture. Guests loved it.

We hosted our wedding Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade, and it was beyond spectacular. Many of our guests indicated that it was the best wedding they have ever attended.
We'd like to thank the amazing staff for bringing our vision to life. The whole team worked hard to ensure that we, and all of our guests, had the best day imaginable.
Sarah M was our planner and she was exceptional to work with due to her compassion and great attention to detail. She helped us in ways I'd never have expected. She was always available to answer any questions and provided many recommendations on local vendors.
The staff on the day of were all friendly and professional! Shoutout to Chef Steve (the food was phenomenal), Danielle (banquet manager), Chantel (breakfast coordinator and bartender), Lillian, the wait staff, the bartenders, and everyone who had a part in our day!
Now, let's focus on the Arcade itself. There is truly no other venue like it. The atrium is stunning, we couldn't have pictured a better spot for our ceremony and reception.
There is a huge convenience factor having the hotel attached, especially for out of town guests. The 1890 lounge was perfect for those who wanted to keep the party going. We also hosted a lovely breakfast the next morning at the hotel.

We were obsessed with our wedding weekend. All our guests were raving about the venue and how unique, easy, and cool it was! Sarah was our amazing planner through Hyatt. First and foremost, the staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need. From the initial inquiry to the final farewell, their attention to detail and commitment to excellence were truly remarkable. They worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of our wedding was flawless, and their professionalism and expertise were evident every step of the way.
The pictures speak for themselves as this venue is nothing short of breathtaking. Nestled amidst the most beautiful architecture and detail, it provided the most romantic setting imaginable for our ceremony and reception.

After planning our wedding for over 2 years, we finally got married at the Arcade on 12.31.23. Our day could not have gone any smoother - everything was exactly how we imagined!
We worked with Sarah throughout the planning process, and can’t say enough nice things about her! She was always quick to respond, eager to help, and made everything so easy for us. Sarah checked on us & our families throughout the day to ensure we had everything we needed.
All of the staff was so welcoming to us and our guests throughout the wedding weekend.
All food & beverage is managed in-house - everything was absolutely delicious! Additional rentals (gold chivari chairs, black napkins, etc.) can be ordered through the Arcade. It was so nice not to worry about planning these things on our own!
The Arcade is always beautiful, but looked exceptionally magically over the holidays.

Straight from our wildest dreams
The Arcade was, hands down, the absolute most spectacular, straight-from-our-wildest-dreams, perfect location for our November 2023 wedding that we could have ever imagined. The service was phenomenal from start to finish--from the day we toured, to our tasting and walk-through in-person, to all correspondence about logistics with Sarah and Lillian along the way, every detail of our rehearsal and wedding events were more than we could've ever asked for. Sarah responded to any question via email within hours and had every single need met and question responded to with warmth and attentiveness. We kept hearing over and over again from our guests how stunning the venue was, how delicious the food was, and how incredible the service was...all night long (and in the month since our day). We could not recommend the Hyatt more highly to anyone considering their event or wedding day here. Words cannot describe our experience with the team at the Hyatt. Absolute professionals that made our wedding and everything leading up to it as easy and seamless as possible. Sarah is the BEST and went out of her way to answer every question and do anything/everything we asked to make our wedding perfect. We picked the venue because it is absolutely beautiful (and the pictures look AMAZING) but the cherry on top was Sarah, Lillian, and the rest of the staff at the Hyatt. Choosing the arcade as our wedding venue was an all-around great decision. The arcade is a stunning and unique venue that left all of our guests extremely impressed. We worked with Ann, who was wonderful to work with from start to finish. This even includes when we had to postpone our wedding date and ultimately host a much smaller event than we originally planned. Ann and the hotel staff made every effort to ensure we still had a perfect, magical wedding day while also ensuring everyone was safe. Ann was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and answered every question we ever had.
The food served at both our rehearsal dinner and reception was delicious, every single guest enjoyed their chosen entree. The hotel rooms at the Hyatt are also very nice and come with excellent service and amenities. I would highly recommend booking a hotel block at the venue as well. :) -

Incredibly unique venue with amazing staff and service!
The gorgeous, classy venue speaks for itself but the service is what really sets this place apart. As someone who hasn’t been involved in planning a wedding, I thought it was immensely helpful to have someone like Anne offering suggestions, following up and generally keeping me on track. Not only were Anne and her team on top of every little detail of planning our wedding but the frontline staff was courteous and jovial from the moment our guests checked in. This was really important to us as a majority of our guests were coming from out of town and stayed in the hotel so it was nice to see how well taken care of everyone was! -

Our experience with The Arcade team was amazing from start to finish. We were already aware of the beauty and history of The Arcade which is what originally drew us to the venue but it was the staff at the Hyatt Regency at The Arcade that made us realize we could not have our wedding anywhere else. Ann and Allison were INCREDIBLE and helped us through every part of the process- big or small. They answered every question quickly and thoroughly, were very accommodating, showed enthusiasm for our wedding, and made us feel special along the way. We were incredibly impressed with every person there that made our day the most unforgettable experience. With this being such a fantastic venue, you might think the staff making it happen would be mediocre since the venue sells itself and they don't have a hard time garnering interest. Thankfully this is not the case. The food, the setting, the service, and the attention to detail cannot be beat. We had multiple guests tell us that this was the best wedding they've ever been to and we know the venue is a huge part of why! We were blown away by the team at The Arcade and it truly was the best day of our lives!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Arcade. Obviously, it is a remarkable building with a distinguished history, but the employees at The Arcade are really what makes it shine. I was drawn to this venue as it is unique and breathtaking. My fiance and I booked this venue about two years in advance and throughout that time, we had only wonderful interactions with everyone there. Jamie and Allison were absolutely outstanding. They made me feel calm and were so organized with absolutely everything. For two years, they answered all of my questions, took hectic phone calls, and made me feel so confident about my choice. They communicated with my vendors to make sure they were organized and set up everything. I just had to show up!
During our actual wedding, we had a medical emergency with one of my family members. The staff at the Arcade were beyond amazing at handling the situation and taking care of us. All of the staff were so wonderful but one server, Theresa, went above and beyond to take care of me on the day. She continued to check into making sure I was okay and even boxed up food for us to have later. This was characteristic of all of the staff as well. I could tell that they genuinely cared about making my wedding special, which is not something that you see everywhere. The genuine support that they had for us made my heart so full and helped us continue to celebrate even after the medical situation. I am so grateful that we had our wedding at the most amazing venue with the best people. -

We just had our wedding in the Arcade last weekend and I am still basking in the glow of how amazing it was! First, working with Ann was so great. She is so sweet, responsive, and creative in solving any issue that we brought to her. She made the whole process of getting in all the decorations, set up, the entire ceremony, reception, and clean up go off with out a hitch. I really liked the massive survey they sent in advance and the deadlines to keep us on track. I loved how organized the whole process was. I was mentally prepared for something to go wrong on my wedding, but I honestly cannot think of one thing that went wrong.
On top of that the hotel staff including front desk, valet, and bell hops were just so amazing. We had a ton of guests from out of town and lots had special needs (sick grandmas, tons of baggage, etc). Thanks to a Celine Dion concert the Hyatt actually sold out on our wedding night, so the hotel was hopping, but you would have never known that we were not the only guests in the hotel from their level of service. They accommodated all of our special requests and room needs.
The Hyatt comped us a suite the night of the wedding and let us book it the night before the wedding at the block rate which was great for a little get together with friends with some wine and henna :) The hotel picked a perfect suite for it. I loved that it was on the 2nd floor close to getting down to the event! Also my photographers liked the suite because it had windows with good natural lighting for photos. Finally I thought it was so sweet they brought Stephen and I chocolate covered strawberries and champagne on the wedding night, not to mention the hand written note from Ann!!!
The event staff were also AMAZING! We had a pretty large wedding (185) and they were so good about dealing with the mob of folks! The bar tenders were able to deal with the mob of folks at the cocktail hour pretty quickly and I thought it was so sweet that any time I interacted with any staff member working that night they congratulated me and said I looked beautiful. It was just so kind.
I got so many compliments about the bar and the food. I also had some time to eat a bit and it was so tasty. I also loved that they brought us a little plate of the appetizers to our table! We were talking to so many people that we didn’t get to eat them then :) Also, the way the Hyatt did the tasting was really cool, I appreciated being able to bring two extra people to get other opinions!
Finally, for what we got I thought this venue was an amazing value. We did the Friday wedding package and we got our wedding cake and 10 parking spots for free as part of the deal which was pretty awesome! I know that the venue is not super cheap, but knowing that our guests had a place to stay, did not need transportation, were going to eat amazing food and drink awesome drinks, and that we would not have to worry about set up or tear down was really worth the money to us. If you can afford the Hyatt, I strongly recommend it!! -

My husband and I worked exclusively with Ann for most of the planning and coordination. She was fantastic. Ann was always available to talk and super responsive (within 24hrs) to every quick it extensive email we sent with questions or concerns. I was always told that some things I plan or envision wouldn’t quite go how I wanted day of, but that I was the only one who would notice. I was ecstatic to see that nothing was different than how I imagined it. Ann made everything a dream and was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Hands down the best place to get married in Cleveland. Every part of the process was easy. I worked with Ann and she was absolutely wonderful. She answered every one of my million questions thoroughly. From planning to rehearsal to the day of, Ann was there to help in any way she could. The staff at the Arcade as a whole was so wonderful. From coordinators to wait staff, I was so impressed. Some staff even hit the dance floor with us and we LOVED it! One of the things my husband and I appreciated most about our wedding day, however, is that we didn’t have to worry about a thing! There is something to be said about not being bothered with questions about set-up, logistics, timelines, etc. on your wedding day. Jamie, our wedding coordinator at the Arcade, had everything taken care of and was in contact with all of our vendors. She was awesome to work with in the months and days leading up to the wedding, always very responsive and accommodating. The way that Jamie and the rest of the Arcade handled things on the day of the wedding made for a very stress-free day for the both of us. They have a seamless process in place and are true professionals in the wedding industry. We could not be more thankful for our magical and wonderful wedding day at the Arcade. -

Dream Wedding at the Arcade
I'd dreamt of having my wedding at the Arcade since I was a little girl & it did not disappoint! In fact, it exceeded my expectations. First of all, Sarah, the event coordinator worked hand-in-hand with my wedding planner to make sure every last detail was in place. She was incredibly helpful from the day we picked our date until she left our reception after dinner. She is so confident in what she does and is such a calming presence. I feel so lucky to have worked with someone who makes you feel so good about what you're putting together. She managed our expectations and did everything in her power to meet them. She's also incredibly patient, she answered all of my parents questions with the same attention and patience she gave my planner, partner and I. The entire evening went flawlessly and everyone from the wait-staff, bartenders, security guards were all so kind and seemed so genuinely happy for us. The Arcade runs a well-oiled machine and Jamie and Allison leave no detail untouched. They are wedding-planning wizards! I never worried once about the orchestration because I knew I was in good hands. Obviously, the architecture of the venue is gorgeous, but the entire staff was also friendly and accommodating. I LOVED having my ceremony, reception, and accommodations in one spot, making it convenient and safe for my guests. At first, I thought the venue would be too big for my wedding size, but the main floor is actually smaller and intimate. I especially appreciate The Arcade's patience and flexibility during the pandemic, as we had to change our wedding date three times. They never charged us to secure or hold a new date, and they genuinely wanted to make it work for us. I highly recommend! -

She was there every step of the way from start to finish and made sure that our wedding happened exactly the way I envisioned. We had very few hiccups, one being our time constraint and the other being the temperature, however, both were handled to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for an aesthetically pleasing venue in the heart of downtown Cleveland, Ohio. -

Growing up in Cleveland I have always loved the arcade and when we started searching for venues I did not even fathom it would be in my price range, even on a Friday in December since we were both in school and paying the majority ourselves. When we met with Jamie and Allison they made us feel at ease and we ended up booking that week! The venue is gorgeous, and the guests were very complimentary about the food and service. The only issue I had was our cake was thrown away the next day, without notifying us. They do send you a document the week of the wedding that has a small blurb in the multi page document but we had breakfast in the restaurant who holds the cake the morning after and they made no mention of this. I had not even tasted my wedding cake and my topper was thrown away as well, something I wanted to keep. Overall, I would recommend the arcade, just make sure you understand all the small details before booking, and that service fees are also taxed. I was not aware of this when I signed.
