Tavi is the most organized, detail oriented, lovely and kind person. I feel so fortunate to have gotten to work with Tavi. She is the hardest worker and made our day absolutely spectacular. We got married in Hope Ranch in Santa Barbara at my husband's Grandma's home. She was so amazing with his Grandma and our families and making us all feel so comfortable and taken care of. She cares so much and got to know every one in our family, everyone loved having her around . I thank my lucky stars that I found Tavi and that she planned the perfect wedding for us. The day was SO perfect, she listened and executed everything we could have ever wanted. -

DREAM wedding planner!
I could not be happier with Tavi & Hun Events as my wedding planner! I don’t even have the words for how impressed we were (and still are) with the work she put into our wedding but I’m going to try! She had a big challenge ahead of her with planning the first full-scale wedding at an unconventional venue (the movie theater/video store Vidiots) and she not only took on the challenge, we could tell that she was excited to do so. She was enthusiastic & excited for our wedding, and came to us with really helpful advice and ideas and that really makes a world of difference! Tavi has a lot of great vendor partners, many of which we ended up using, and she was great at handling communication & details with any new vendors she hadn’t worked with before. Honestly, if there were any challenges or bumps along the way, we had no clue, and that’s exactly what a good wedding and event planner should do - make the event go seamlessly and stress-free for the couple. A month+ later and we’re STILL getting compliments from our friends & family about how special and fun our wedding was, and we owe so much of that to Tavi and her impeccable organization and planning. The day itself went off without a hitch! I’ve been telling everyone that hiring Tavi was the best money we spent on the wedding, and that’s absolutely true. She really cares about making your day special and making sure you aren’t dealing with the stress and confusion of contracts, juggling communication with different vendors, and getting every last detail right. If you’re getting married, do yourself a favor and HIRE TAVI! -

We booked Hun Events' Wedding Management package, so we were ready at the 60-day mark for Tavi to take charge -- and we were not disappointed. After months and months of dealing with individual vendors and stressing over details, we were suddenly free to focus on ourselves and our own experience for the big day. All we had to do was pass along a few email addresses, and Tavi took care of the rest. I can't even describe the feeling of relief in being able to confidently entrust the toughest parts of our wedding planning to a seasoned pro like Tavi. And by the time the wedding weekend arrived, it was truly the greatest 48 hours of our lives. Tavi's steady hand at the helm was perhaps the biggest part of that.
But not only were we relieved by the 60-day mark and beyond pleased with the wedding itself, Tavi was also ready and available well outside that date to help us with our myriad questions and to provide invaluable advice, professional guidance, and a vast network while we were wading into the world of vendors and ceremony and reception details. Planning a wedding was the biggest social undertaking we'd ever assayed, but with Tavi's tips and suggestions, it felt so much more manageable. Not to mention that Tavi's a lovely, genial person to work with overall.
We truly can't say enough in favor of Hun Events and Tavi! Worth it a hundred times over! -

Tavi was an exceptional wedding planning partner for our special day. Tavi’s communication style was timely, warm, productive and always clear, which was exactly what we needed to stay on track. The quality of their work and value was outstanding - they paid meticulous attention to detail while staying within the expectations of what we hired her for, and leveraged her deep experience in wedding planning to help inform our decisions. She listened carefully to what we wanted while expertly guiding us to make choices that would ensure a seamless event.
Hun Events was instrumental in making our wedding day a success. She clearly communicated what she needed from us to be successful, handled all vendor coordination so we could truly relax and enjoy the entire day, and ensured we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Even when we had a poor experience with an outside vendor, Tavi advocated for us while being realistic in managing our expectations. She never over-promised, and expertly handled all vendor communication on our behalf to make our lives easier. We are so grateful for her professionalism, expertise and personalized service - she truly helped make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. -

If you are a couple in search of a wedding planner, look no further. Tavi (pronounced Tevi, like Chevy) is an incredible planner with an amazing eye for details. She’s very thorough, detail oriented, kind, funny and easy to work with. The perfect person to help you through one of the most stressful times of your life. She really took a lot off of our plate, and took EXCELLENT care of us on our wedding day. Our wedding day was actually perfect and I attribute much of the success of the day to her and her wonderful assistant Jessica.
We also added on the design option, and she really brought our vision to life. She designed all of our stationary for us, printed it, and had each personalized card for every guest. The florist she reccomended Allison (The Occupied Vase) just absolutely nailed it. So many compliments and I felt very well taken care of.
Not to mention, our venue made a huge mistake and booked another event during our wedding rehearsal and she rearranged her life to be there for us at a way earlier time (none of us wanted to be there so early, but the venue gave us no choice). And of course she was there smiling, never complaining, in such a good mood putting us all at ease, and running a very successful rehearsal for us.
So, even if you don’t think you need a planner, you should highly consider spending the money to have someone who is a complete professional, who is always early, who is dedicated to your wedding 100%, (even when you don’t always have time to be). We love Tavi!! She rocks!!! :) -

Tavi – Our Guiding Light
My wife, Kristie, and I are writing this on our one-year wedding anniversary, and as we reflect on that unforgettable day, it’s impossible not to think of Tavi and the extraordinary role she played in bringing it all together. Simply put, we hit the jackpot with her as our wedding planner.
From our very first meeting, we were drawn to Tavi’s calm, grounded presence and the genuine care she showed in getting to know us. Her deep knowledge of weddings, paired with her warm and approachable demeanor, made every step of the planning process feel manageable and, dare we say, enjoyable. People told us to “enjoy the planning,” but it wasn’t until we worked with Tavi that we truly understood what that meant. She made it easy to trust the process—and just when stress would start to creep in, a single call or email from her would immediately bring us back to center.
Tavi’s passion for what she does shines in everything—from the big picture to the tiniest detail. She has an incredible gift for listening, for understanding what matters most to her couples, and for making those things come to life with such heart and precision. No detail was too small, no task too tedious. Whether it was vendor coordination, timeline logistics, or just making sure we took a breath and a bite during the big day, she had it covered—always thinking five steps ahead.
Her vendor recommendations alone were worth their weight in gold. Each introduction she made felt thoughtful and aligned with who we were as a couple. It saved us so much time and energy, and it was clear that the people she surrounds herself with are just as dedicated and professional as she is.
Thanks to Tavi, we were able to be fully present on our wedding day. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. One of the most touching gestures was how she made sure we had a quiet moment to ourselves after the ceremony, complete with our favorite appetizers and drinks. Later, we came back from golden hour photos to find a beautifully plated meal and cold drinks waiting for us—something that often gets missed in the whirlwind of a wedding. These little moments made a world of difference, and they happened because Tavi cared enough to make them happen.
Our wedding would not have been what it was without Tavi’s dedication, intuition, and steady hand. She gave us the gift of peace, joy, and the ability to fully experience one of the most important days of our lives. We are forever grateful to her—for her patience, her warmth, and the love she puts into her work.

Tavi was pretty much everything we could've wanted in a wedding planner. She gave us complete peace of mind -- along with many ideas / tips we never would have thought of, as newbs to the whole wedding planning thing. She has a frank, matter-of-fact approach and really met us where we were. She had helpful suggestions, but was never pushy or pressure-y (unlike many other wedding planners!) which we so appreciated. Def recommend Hun Events! -

We had Tavi as our month of coordinator and she helped with our rental order. She was super responsive to all our emails and always willing to help us with any decisions! I felt completely comfortable knowing that Tavi had everything under control. She was proactive with vendors and made sure we were always updated on any changes or issues with vendors. Day of the wedding flowed SEAMLESSLY. Several guest commented about how the night flowed really well from a guest prospective and it was one of the best weddings they had been to. The day was perfect and I felt like a guest instead of a host because of Tavi and her amazing team handling everything effortlessly! I can't say enough kind things about Tavi! -

The best, most important vendor decision we made!
Hiring Tavi was easily the best thing we could have done for ourselves when we started wedding planning. We really had no idea what we were doing, I was super anxious about everything, and Tavi guided us through it all with grace, expertise, and humor. She helped us figure out what we actually wanted our wedding to look like (a rainbow fruit and vegetable disco party), what was important to us, our budget, our vendors, and most importantly, she kept me from losing my mind (which, let's be honest, is probably the biggest reason you hire a wedding planner, right?). She put together an amazing vendor team that brought our vision to life even more than we could have hoped for. After the wedding, we got so many compliments about how great it was, and how it was the best wedding they'd been to, no exaggeration. You can see it in our photos--everyone had a blast, and we loved every second of it. Our parents were so impressed by how Tavi and her assistant handled everything on the day of--and she'd also had a wedding the day before, so that's saying something. She was always on her A-game, always responsive, and we would hire her again in a heartbeat. And you should hire her too! -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tavi and her team at Hun Events. We opted for the "Wedding Management" package.
Tavi officially started working with us about 60 days before our big event, taking over all vendor communications and handling every logistical detail with our venue. Anytime there was an issue, Tavi was on top of it. She didn’t just manage logistics – she advocated for us every step of the way, ensuring our vision was honored. She was such a helpful resource in keeping us organized and troubleshooting any last-minute changes.
On the day of the wedding, Tavi and her team were incredible. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes, managing every moving part so seamlessly that we didn’t have to lift a finger. We didn’t even know about half of those "classic wedding hiccups" that occurred because she handled any issue that arose with such calm and efficiency – always with a smile on her face.
Throughout the entire process, Tavi was not only organized and professional but also incredibly patient, kind, and supportive.
If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond to bring your wedding vision to life and ensure everything runs smoothly, we cannot recommend Tavi and Hun Events enough. She made our wedding day perfect! -

Tavi was truly the most incredible wedding coordinator we could have asked for. From the very beginning she was pointing out things that I had not even thought of and coming up with creative solutions to any concerns that we had. She was very responsive and gave the most helpful advice as we were navigating the wedding planning process. She had the best attitude in dealing with us and our vendors. I am not one to easily give up control, but Tavi immediately made me feel confident in trusting that she had our backs. The day of our wedding we did not have to worry about anything and truly had the best time. At the end of our event we had people come up to us and tell us how incredible Tavi was, which is just a testament to her professionalism and personality. If I could do it all again, I would not change a thing! -

We love Tavi! Her personality, charm, expertise, sensibilities: all were necessary to our wedding day!
We had Tavi coordinating for two months leading up to our wedding, but she supported us from the beginning (above and beyond what was laid out).
From the very first meeting, we felt more at ease. She provided access to an online wedding planning tool that became invaluable throughout the process, and she had solid recommendations for other vendors (many of whom we hired and loved). We also hired Tavi to help with our wedding design, and she tied our ideas together beautifully.
Tavi’s wedding expertise was so critical to our big day, and it wouldn’t have turned out so AMAZING without her help. All the stress and anxiety we felt in that week was smoothed out by her calm and professional handling of everything. We were able to enjoy our wedding day fully–all we had to do was show up!
We truly feel she was not just a coordinator, but a part of our wedding, and a new friend! -

My fiance and I were connected with Tavi through a recommendation from the Capri Hotel in Ojai, where we knew we wanted to have our wedding. We planned the whole thing for 100 people in just under 6 months because of a mid-wedding-planning pregnancy surprise :) Tavi was SO incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, she was the perfect balance of calm and professional and friendly, which was just what we were looking for during what could have been a very hectic time. She completely understood our balance of traditional/nontraditional, and she was always so communicative and available any time we needed her. If you want someone to truly help you execute your wedding vision, not interject with too many opinions, but still provide helpful and relevant advice, Tavi is your person. She communicated with all our vendors, which was the most important element to me, and she worked tirelessly the day of the wedding to keep everything running smoothly. She even managed to help us will away the cold, windy rain on our wedding day for a perfect 3-hour sunny window to have our ceremony and outdoor dinner ;) (Okay, that last part may have been out of her control, but she kept us cool and calm and it all worked out, so I'm going to give it to her anyway!) Tavi made our wedding magical!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Tavi. From her professionalism, to being detail oriented, to her other vendor recommendations she was always spot on. As a type A bride, I wanted to work with someone I could depend on and Tavi far exceeded my expectations. Tavi not only coordinated my wedding, but handled the design element and brought my vision to life. I had very specific (and difficult) pictures I wanted and she helped coordinate with photography and her assistant to ensure they happened. I went into my wedding day knowing that Tavi would take care of everything and I got to be fully present and not worry about anything. I could go on and on about what a wonderful experience my husband and I had working with Tavi. Can’t recommend her enough!! -

A couple weeks into wedding planning I quickly realized that I would need some sort of help. It's hard to do, especially if you and your partner both work full time! I was kind of torn between partial planning and day-of-coordination, and called a few different vendors to talk about possible options. Tavi was the third coordinator I called and it was instantly obvious that she was our person. She is very professional, organized, and has great taste, and even though at the time she was starting out her business and didn't have reviews, it was clear that we could put our complete confidence in her work. We ended up using her coordinating services, which started 60 days before the wedding. However, she was always available to answer random questions that popped up while we were booking our vendors. Whenever I started stressing about some little wedding detail, she'd find a solution or help take it off our plate. On the day of, everything went perfectly. She picked up signs for us from the printer, went above and beyond making sure everything was set up beautifully at the venue with great attention to detail (all the way down to things like the napkin fold and lending us a few pieces of decor), and even drove over to our getting ready location to bring me my bouquet and flat lay florals for photos. At the wedding, the only comment I heard about Tavi was from one of my friends: "Your coordinator is fantastic!" Then after the wedding - she grabbed our decor to hand off the next day, and handled returning some of our rental items. Enough said! Do yourself a favor and hire Tavi! -

Tavi was my wedding guardian angel. She took our request for a cozy-classy wedding and helped curate all the details while keeping me grounded and confident that it would all come together in time. I felt completely taken care of and when the BIG DAY arrived, I just had to show up and enjoy the ride. She assembled a powerhouse team and gave great advice on where to DIY and when to splurge. I received so many compliments on how personal and authentic the event felt. Besides marrying my husband, hiring Tavi was the best decision I ever made. -
