Christian is the definition of a professional photographer, outstanding business owner, and wonderful person. I am so lucky and grateful to have had her as my wedding photographer. From the first consultation call with her to saying goodbye at the end of the wedding day, I am beyond impressed with her professionalism, passion, kindness, creativity, efficiency, communication, and transparency. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every step of the planning and photography process are organized, stress-free, and fun. My husband and I are absolutely in love with our wedding gallery. Christian captured every moment of the day perfectly and is excellent at keeping everything on track so that she can meet all of the goals that we set for photography. Throughout the wedding day it felt as if Christian was not just our photographer but also our friend and biggest cheerleader. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a photographer!!! -

Christian Reyes of House of Willingham is the ONE even if your spouse isn’t 😉!
My wife and I chose Christian as our photographer because of her shooting style. My wife, Ashley, found her through an engagement shoot of a beautiful interracial queer couple. While the inclusivity was absolutely amazing, what struck us most was how thoughtfully Christian ensured the lighting was suitable for both subjects. We instantly fell in love.
We booked her for our wedding before we even knew it would be a destination wedding. We had our engagement photos taken in Raleigh, NC, and they were beautiful. Over the next year, both my wife and I lost a substantial amount of weight, and Christian reshot our engagement photos in the Charlotte area. During that year, we unexpectedly grew very fond of Christian. By the time our wedding arrived, we truly loved having her there.
Not only do we love her as a person, but her professionalism on the day of the wedding was unmatched. She’s the perfect amount of quirky—someone who instantly makes you feel safe, comfortable, and heard. Ashley is a bit camera shy, and Christian came fully prepared with poses and directions to guide her. I’m a little less camera shy, and Christian made sure I had time to move in ways that felt most flattering to me, while still giving me angles and direction that fit the vision we cultivated together.
I couldn’t be more grateful that we found her. She was the first vendor we secured, and we were completely at ease knowing that if nothing else went right that day, our memories would still be captured exceptionally.
With two brides, we knew how much time and intention goes into ensuring both brides receive the attention and photos they deserve. At the last minute, we added a second shooter and a content creator from the House of Willingham team. Tommy and Maddy made us feel so safe and comfortable—like we’d known them for years. The way the entire team works together is truly seamless. I wasn’t sure how it would work having multiple people with a shared vision, but honestly, it was a 10,000/10 experience.
We couldn’t have asked for a more professional, personable, and kind team. Christian literally fell into a bush during our ceremony to get the perfect shot. Her dedication to her craft is evident not only in her work, but in the way she makes people feel. I couldn’t be more grateful for both the experience and the results. Her work truly speaks for itself. -

I know this will sound cliche since so many others have said the same thing… but hiring Christian as our wedding photographer was seriously one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire wedding process. From the start, she was extremely communicative and clear on the process, expectations, timeline, etc. We got married out of state and unfortunately weren’t able to complete an engagement shoot with Christian. Despite not meeting her until the day of our wedding, she made us both feel SO comfortable the entire time. For someone like myself who has always really disliked being photographed, Christian provided clear (and fun) direction and made me feel like I’ve been professionally modeling for years. Christian and her assistant photographer Tommy were both also willing to experiment with our Super 8 camera, and they ended up getting a bunch of great shots that my husband edited into the cutest little wedding video. Most importantly, we cannot get over how perfectly our photos turned out… they are absolutely gorgeous. We are having the hardest time narrowing down our favorites, which is a lovely problem to have. We truly could not provide a stronger or more heartfelt recommendation for hiring House of Willingham!!! -

Best photographer ever!
Christian was an absolute dream to work with, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful we chose her as our engagement and wedding photographer!
From our very first engagement shoot, she made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera! Christian is incredibly talented, but she’s also kind, responsive, creative, and so easy to be around. She offered thoughtful suggestions on everything from outfits to poses and brought so many fresh/fun ideas to the table!!
If you’re on the fence about booking a photographer, seriously… look no further than Christian. Already dreaming up excuses to work with her again for future sessions!!! -

Christian is the best photographer we could've ask for! From the beginning her calm, cool, collected personality attracted us. She is very forward about what to expect throughout the process and always professional. She is great at directing poses and made us feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera! Christian was always organized, from game-planning for the Wedding Day to shuffling people in and out of family photos. She works very efficiently! Even our friends, family, and guests spoke about how impressed they were with her coordination and organization. She captured the perfect combination of posed and candid photos from our special day. Christian went above and beyond to capture magical photos outside in the freezing cold as it snowed on our day! Our entire gallery is beautiful and I'm extremely happy with the results. We cannot express enough how incredible our experience was with Christian! Throughout the entire planning process, she was professional, creative, responsive and incredibly talented. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, capturing all of the candid moments and emotions throughout our big day. I got so many compliments from family and friends that these were the best wedding photos they have ever seen! Everyone had a lot thrown their way that day with crazy weather and Christian handled it all with a calm and professional attitude!
Her attention to detail and genuine care are what stood out to us the most. She has a "do whatever it takes" work ethic! We cannot say enough good things about Christian and our experience!

I cannot sing Christian's praises enough!! I spent months and months looking for a wedding photographer that I felt I could trust completely and Christian was that person! From the very first moment we were in contact, she was nothing short of incredible. Christian is professional, thorough, passionate, and quick to respond. Her online portal is so personal and helpful for clients to navigate their contract, payment plan, and she even has information on what to wear to your engagement shoot and vendor recommendations. Leading up to the wedding day, I felt calm and relaxed and didn't worry about photography once, which was huge for me!
On the wedding day I was completely blown away. She was not distracting at all and blended in so well! She was prepared with more that I would have ever though of, like colored ribbon that exactly matched my bridesmaid dresses for the detail photos. She made all of my family feel comfortable and provided very clear directions. She was prepared with poses and everything felt seamless.
When we got our photos, I was brought to tears. She captured moments I didn't even know happened. From our grandfathers sitting together, to my husband putting on my brother tie. There are memories and moments we now will be able to remember forever. Each image radiates with emotion, elegance, and a touch of artistry that only the most talented photographer could achieve. The way Christian combined candid moments with elegantly posed shots created a perfect balance that truly reflects the our personalities and wedding day.

We could not have picked a better photographer than Christian for our wedding! We also took our engagement photos with her and she was so easy to work with and made us feel so comfortable. She even traveled 2+ hours to the College we met at for our engagement photos and we could not have been more thankful! Christian captured our wedding day exactly how we pictured it. She was very flexible on moving meetings when we needed to and answering all questions quickly. The album that she designed was so beautifully laid out and is something we will cherish forever. Christian did an absolutely incredible job photographing our January wedding weekend! She is truly gifted and I would recommend her to anyone. Her style is classic and I know we will enjoy our photos for a lifetime. She has an eye for the perfect frame, lighting, and environment and captures it all with a completely calm and comforting demeanor. My husband and I are not super comfortable in front of a camera, but Christian made us feel completely at ease and I feel that this is reflected in our photographs. I love the way she was able to capture our emotions both in posed and candid moments- when you look through our album, you really feel like you are reliving the experience!
In terms of logistics, I have nothing but good things to say! She is prompt to respond to emails through her website which is completely user-friendly and easy to navigate. The portal that she uses to display photos is also really well-designed. I can easily download any photo from the weekend to share and enjoy as I please!
Additional highlights: Christians sent us over 100 "sneak peek" photos a few days after our wedding. We were on our honeymoon when we received the photo link and were able to relive all of the special moments from the wedding weekend during our trip. We are not overly emotional people, but my husband and I both cried the first time we looked at our photos and it is a memory I will never forget.

Christian helped make our wedding photo vision come true and we could not be happier! Once we found her website and met her through the initial consultation, we knew it was a perfect fit. Christian is so incredibly knowledgeable and answered all the questions we didn't know we should ask. The engagement session was so much fun, and we were in disbelief when we got to flip through the photos in our portal... she has a way of capturing emotion in her photos and bringing you back to those moments. Plus, she somehow made us look like freaking models... I don't know how she does it! The engagement session gave us unparalled confidence for our wedding day and we could just fully relax knowing that Christian would be capturing every photo we might want. The questionnaire she sent was so thorough and helpful in making sure we were all on the same page, and Christian was always available to answer questions that came up through the whole process. On our wedding day, Christian just blended into the background somehow and we truly didn't notice her taking photos. It was such an amazing experience, and we are so grateful that we can now relive the day over and over forever thanks to Christian! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone - Christian is the best decision you can make to bring your vision to life! -

We had to write a second review because Christian continues to blow us away with how incredible she is! We just received our wedding album and were in awe! The flat lay album is a must have, we looked through it so many times because we couldn't get over how beautiful it was. It tells the story of our wedding day perfectly and we can't wait to display it in our home and share it with all of our friends and family. When Christian sent us all of the photos from our wedding day we couldn't even pick just one favorite, each and every one was breathtaking. Wow—if you are looking for an amazing wedding photographer, look no further. When we set out to find our photographer, we knew we wanted someone who captured real moments, didn’t do lots of poses, who had an eye for lighting/composition, and someone who worked with all kinds of couples in their work. Christian truly stood out for her amazing work—in particular, her candids made us want to book her! Before, during, and after our wedding, Christian has been a total pro. I always knew we were in good hands. On the wedding day itself, she went above and beyond—helping with boutonnieres, laying down her jacket so my dress wouldn’t get muddy (thank you, Christian!), and corralling family and guests. We didn’t have an engagement session, since we live in NY, and aren’t super comfy in front of a camera usually, but Christian knew how to make us loosen up. She got our sneak peek to us two days (!) after the wedding, and I still remember the tears, laughs, and smiles we shared as we looked through! Now that we have our full gallery, those feelings are even stronger. Christian captures the emotion of the wedding—the feel, the little moments, the happiness, the laughter. We asked her to just be creative and do whatever called to her, and we are SO happy we did–she is so talented and has an incredible eye. We are so glad we chose her as her photographer, I would 100000/10 recommend you do the same! -

Best decision ever!
Finding an amazing photographer was one of the most important things we were looking for when planning our wedding. Christian definitely checked off all the boxes, if not more! We had the best and most fun engagement session with her. She took beautiful photos of us with our two dogs that we are going to cherish for the rest of our lives. We currently have them framed and hung up in our house! Our biggest worry was getting all of the photos we wanted for our wedding, considering we had two ceremonies (Indian Ceremony and American Ceremony), cocktail hour, and a reception all in one day. But she made the day go by so smoothly while getting all of our must-have photos done! We received our sneak peek photos back quickly and they are so gorgeous! She captured our day perfectly. We are super excited to see the rest of the photos but are still gushing over the photos we already have. We are going to treasure these photos for the rest of our lives! We have nothing but great things to say about Christian, and would recommend her to anyone! -

Above and Beyond our Photo Dreams!
We just received our pictures from Christian and to say she did amazing would be an understatement! Each and every picture is so natural and captures our love so perfectly. She understood the assignment and crushed the idea of groomsmen walk up photos and fun bridal suite pictures. She also made us feel like we were straight out of a GQ magazine with our shoot in the speakeasy at our venue. She also got the perfect picture of us and our dog where even our dog looks like she’s smiling!
The entire process with Christian was so easy, she checked in leading up to the big day and went through all the shots she typically does and what we’d want to ensure we didn’t miss anything. She was professional, efficient, and overall a pleasure to work with. Her cues for pictures were also on point to help get the perfect shots!
We cannot recommend Christian enough for your wedding day (or any event for that matter). If the words don’t say enough, the pictures speak for themselves! Thank you so much Christian for our gallery of pictures that’s so perfect that it’s making picking our favorites to hang a difficult task!! -

Such a talented, down to earth photographer
Christian was such a delight to have be a part of capturing our love story. We are so glad that we found her. From our first meeting, to our engagement session (and surprise second engagement), to our wedding day, she made our experience so comfortable. It felt like we had known her for years. Christian Reyes was amazing to work with! My husband and I are not people who usually thrive in the spotlight and were nervous about feeling awkward and unnatural in our wedding photos. Starting with our engagement photos, Christian made us feel SO comfortable. Her pictures captured who we are incorporating some of the things we love most (e.g., trees and our dog, Mylo). The wedding day was seamless. Christian was so efficient and made sure to get all of the important photos we asked for and many many more. The turnaround time on all of the photos was stupidly short and the photos came out so amazing. I would book her again and again. -

If you are thinking about working with Christian, DO NOT HESITATE!! From our initial meeting to our wedding day, she was an absolute dream to work with. At our engagement shoot, we were a little nervous, but Christian gave great direction and our pictures were AMAZING. That is when we knew we had made the BEST decision. We also loved that her portfolio captured diverse couples. Her editing style is absolutely gorgeous and she does an amazing job capturing genuine emotions as they happen. During our wedding day, we were a bit behind schedule, but Christian was composed and professional and made sure we got all the shots that we wanted. We also had a surprise element to our ceremony and wanted reactions captured, and just like with everything else, Christian nailed it! Her kind and easygoing personality made it impossible not to have fun during what can be a stressful/long day. Her timing is also impeccable with sneak peeks very soon after the wedding and the full gallery delivered much sooner than what we were promised. With all that said, BOOK HER. You won't regret it! -

We had a blast working with Christian. We were referred to her by someone in our hometown and wow was it the best decision. Christian was professional, always on time, and took a lot of the awkward out of taking photos. And the best part, when she picked up during portraits that my grandmother did not speak English she jumped in with Spanish to help out.

Christian is simply the best! We feel extremely fortunate that Christian was the one who captured our love story on our wedding day. Right from the beginning, she made us feel so at ease. We were extremely nervous about 'posing' for our engagement photos. Within minutes, she made us feel like naturals as she encouraged us to be ourselves, while giving us simple guidance. I was initially drawn to Christian for her warm editing style and high quality photos that I saw on instagram. After meeting and working with her, I can describe Christian with the same words: a warm and high quality human! She was extremely organized and responsive in the months leading up to our wedding, bringing reassurance and calmness to a very stressful season. On the wedding day, she was no different. Christian really knows what she's doing! She makes directing and staying on a schedule look effortless. If you're like me and feel awkward taking photos, then Christian is for you! She made the process feel fun, relaxing, and natural. Her warm and moody editing perfectly brought out our fall color palette and outdoorsy venue. Our family and friends described her photos as "magical, incredible, fairytale/wedding magazine/pinterest inspiration board level gorgeous!" We couldn't agree more :) You will only regret NOT booking Christian. We are her #1 fans!! -

Do yourself a favor and hire Christian as your wedding photographer NOW!! She took the most beautiful photos for our wedding and engagement session. Christian is truly talented at capturing the "moment" - there are a lot of skilled photographers out there, but Christian's photos has the magic of bringing you back in time. When you look at the photos she took of your special day, it brings up that emotion you had at that moment. We got our wedding photos back today and looking through them we felt like we relived the day - the joy, the nervousness, the laughter and tears, these emotions are captured in her photos, wrapped in the soft romantic and vintage style editing.
Aside from being an amazing photographer, Christian is also very adaptable and knows how to make us feel comfortable. Our make up took longer on our wedding day which caused some delays, I was worried we weren't going to be able to take all the photos we want, but Christian very quickly made new adaptions to timeline and got us all the shots we wanted, we ended up getting way more photos than we were originally promised. Oh and did I mention her turnaround time? Our wedding was on Oct 8 and less than 3 weeks later we already got all of our photos back! Knowing that this is the busiest time of the year for weddings I'm super impressed! Thank you Christian for everything!! -

Christian was the first vendor that we booked for our wedding, once we met with her we knew she was the perfect person for our wedding. We had never had professional pictures taken before, but Christian helped us to feel comfortable while having a great time. With Christian, I never had to worry or plan before our engagement shoot or wedding. Having a photographer you could fully trust allowed us to focus on the wedding and not worry if our photographer was going to get all of the pictures we wanted. Every time Christian delivered our pictures we were blown away by her work. Christian is truly one of a kind, she captured the most special moments which we will always cherish. -

Perfect Experience!!!
Where do I even start?! Working with Christian was a dream come true; we could not have asked for a better photographer to capture our best day ever! We felt totally comfortable with her for both the engagement session and wedding day. She effortlessly instructed us and our wedding party on how to pose, which we really needed. Christian was even out on the dance floor all night snapping pics of us and our guests gettin our groove on! It amazes me how perfectly she captured our day and all of the emotions that came with it (and how quickly she turned our galleries around!). Perfectly Captured
Christian was the perfect photographer for us. She was so detailed and knew exactly what to do in regards to capturing the perfect moment of us. My husband and I are not the best at pictures, as in, we are awful with poses. However, Christian guided us every bit of the way. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed. She is great with communication and her delivery of photos was quick. Our dogs were involved in both the engagement and wedding photos. Christian was so patient with them! We used Christian for our engagement session on the American Tobacco Campus is Durham. Christian was super communicative leading up to the session and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Christian is by far the best photographer we’ve ever worked with! We had first come across Christian after seeing a classmates wedding photos on her site! We were instantly drawn to her work and wanted her to capture our big day! From the time we met Christian via zoom to get to know us as a couple we knew we had picked the right person for the job! We really knew when she delivered our engagement photos that we had taken on Pilot Mountain! Prior to booking with Christian we had engagement photos that were taken by another photographer. Choosing Christian was the best decision I made for my wedding day. Our zoom calls were like chatting with a friend, but at the same time I knew that Christian would be professional and deliver everything I wanted for the day. Christian was so incredible!! Would rank higher than 5 stars if I could. Everything was so simple with Christian. She got on a video call with us, was very professional and realistic, she was timely, and undoubtably talented with the camera of hers!I had the chance to see her work about a year and a half before our wedding because she shot my brother's wedding. I really wanted to have her capture our engagement photos as well as our wedding day. Every single shot was perfect! Timeless photos and stress-free experience
Like many bribes who had their wedding during COVID, mine also had many compromises, including downsizing my venue (and losing our deposit), having smaller reception, and not having my parents at the wedding. But I knew I never wanted to compromise my wedding photographer. And I'm glad Christian had never disappointed.
Christian was referred by several friends and she was the first vendor we booked during the lockdown. We first had some hesitation because of uncertainty of the pandemic, but she gave several options in case things went wrong.
Christian was professional, detailed oriented, and pleasant to work with. She communicated with us frequently during the planning process, which I did not appreciate until the day-off when my mind seemed to part ways.
Christian had truly delivered above and beyond our expectations. Her work is stunning. We are so grateful for the beautiful photos captured of the special time of our life that we will treasure forever. We had enjoyed sharing our photos with friends and family, especially with my family who live overseas and could not make it to our wedding.
I would recommend Christian to anyone who wants photos that last for a lifetime and stress-free experience.

met Christian about a year ago at a work function. She was kind and genuine which I really appreciate in people. About a year later, I decided to elope but the planning company I chose came with a photographer. I wanted Christian to photograph my elopement and was disappointed that it wouldn't happen. I knew I really wanted to work with Christian so I hired her for my after elopement/wedding session photos. I think it was one of the best decisions I made when it came to my elopement.
Christian alleviated any anxiety I had when it came to any questions or worries that arose. It was starting to look like the weather wasn't panning out. She promptly responded with a plan of action giving me choices that made the entire situation easier and painless. She even (online) scouted locations in the area, leaving me to enjoy my elopement and not have to worry about another thing I needed to plan.
Day of Christian made me feel beautiful. She complimented me and my husband, making us beam. He's usually very reserved in front of people. But her calming and accepting demeanor encouraged him to become himself and not be so camera shy.
Christian was so communicative throughout the entire post process. Letting me know at what stage she was in the editing process. When I say the photos came out better than I could have imagined it is and understatement. I love the colors and the authentic moments she was able to catch between me and my husband. I love my gallery so much I'll be redoing our ACTUAL wedding photos with her in the upcoming future.
If you're questioning if you should hire Christian, her value outweighs her cost 10 fold. Don't hesitate to hire her, I know I won't. -
