After touring several wedding venues throughout Dallas, we walked into Hotel Vin and immediately knew we had found the one. From the beautiful spaces to the incredible people behind them, Hotel Vin exceeded every expectation we had!

One of the biggest reasons our experience was so wonderful was the team. Liz was an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process. She was responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Eddie was equally amazing and made us feel confident and cared for every step of the way. The chef and culinary team deserve a special shoutout as well—they absolutely knocked it out of the park!

My husband and I are huge foodies, so the food was one of the most important aspects of our wedding day. We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the evening, and multiple people told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had.

What we loved most about Hotel Vin was how effortlessly everything came together. The venue is bright, elegant, and modern while still feeling warm and inviting. We loved having access to the beautiful ballrooms and rooftop deck, as it was important to us that our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception could all happen in one location. Being able to celebrate the entire day without guests having to travel between venues made the experience so much more enjoyable for everyone.

Most importantly, Hotel Vin made our wedding feel easy and worked seamlessly with our planner Marian! The team handled every detail with professionalism, care, and genuine hospitality. We were able to relax, be present, and truly enjoy one of the best days of our lives knowing everything was in great hands.

Choosing Hotel Vin was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. If you're looking for a venue with stunning spaces, exceptional food, a beautiful hotel experience, and a team that truly cares about making your day special, we cannot recommend Hotel Vin enough. Hotel Vin in Grapevine, Texas is a stunning property. The ballrooms are beautiful and elegant, and the chandeliers are gorgeous. We hosted our daughter's wedding at Hotel Vin early June of this year, and everything was perfect. The food and drink during the cocktail hour and throughout the dinner were delicious! All of the guests commented on how good the food was, and it was hot on the plate. The service was top notch! Really, the staff were tremendous and attended to our every need. They actually anticipated our needs. We did not have to ask for anything.
I would be remiss if I did not say a huge THANK YOU to Crystal - events manager/coordinator, Eddie - banquet manager, Roy - assistant banquet manager, and Raul - chef. Perfect, perfect, perfect!

I had my wedding reception at Hotel Vin in November 2023, and it was truly a dream come true! My husband and I toured many wedding venues in the DFW area, and as soon as we saw Hotel Vin and met the Catering Sales Manager, Crystal Langley, we knew it was where we wanted to celebrate our special day!

From beginning to end, Crystal was an incredible resource for me to lean on. She answered my MANY questions and panic emails, was flexible with me to make my ideas come to life, and ultimately made the process as stress-free as possible. I can't thank her enough!

I also want to give a shoutout to the banquet captain, Eddie, as he is absolutely wonderful to work with. On the day of my wedding, he checked in with me multiple times to ensure I had a drink, food, or anything I needed! All of the food stations turned out absolutely wonderful - almost every guest I've talked to said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding!

If you're a DFW bride searching for your wedding venue, I truly cannot recommend Hotel Vin enough. You won't be disappointed!

Every aspect of my daughter's wedding reception was incredible!

If there were more than 5 stars available, we would give them to Hotel Vin. We hosted our daughter's wedding here on Nov. 11th, 2023 and EVERYTHING far exceeded our expectations. We wanted this event to be very special, not only for our daughter and her husband, but for our guests who came from all over the US to celebrate this special occasion. The hotel's proximity to DFW and historic downtown Grapevine was perfect. In addition to the delicious food at Bacchus Kitchen + Bar located in the hotel lobby, Harvest Food Hall, attached to the hotel, offered plenty of additional food options for many of our weary travelers on a rainy night. The wedding itself was a dream event thanks in large part to the team of professionals at Hotel Vin. So many, many people came together almost a year ago to help us plan this wedding which would not have been possible without them. The hospitality was beyond compare, the guest rooms were beautiful, the food at the reception was fine dining at its best, the ballrooms were spectacular, and the rooftop bar was the perfect escape for our guests who didn't want to shout over the band but wanted to remain part of the celebration. There was a space for everyone which was very important to us. If you are considering hosting a special event in Grapevine, just go here, you won't regret it.

This was the best choice for our reception. The ballroom is gorgeous and overlooks downtown Grapevine. The vintage feel of the hotel adds to the whole experience. My daughter was able to get ready with her bridal party in a suite in the hotel and the groomsman were able to relax in the private speak easy before heading to the church.
The service from the staff was perfect, everyone was attentive and always had a smile. The food was exceptional, fresh and hot, kudos to the chef. The catering manager, Eddie took care of us the whole time and we had zero problems the entire night.
We received so many compliments from the guests and the common thread was how classy it was and how awesome the food was. I would highly recommend The Vin and would not have changed a thing. Crystal made the whole process painless, she was great to work with and took care of every detail.

Crystal is your go-to with Hotel Vin. She is amazingly responsive and super competent. She is a joy to work with. And the food is top notch along with Eddie watching over staff as well.

I have worked with Hotel Vin on over a dozen weddings thus far as a planner. Their staff, from top to bottom, cares SO MUCH about each and every couple of mine. From people at the valet, front desk, reservations, Crystal and Eddie in banquets and EVERY OTHER banquet & bartending staff, they will go above and beyond for clients and really care. They are genuine in their passion for weddings and strive to make it the best day possible. Crystal, catering sales manager, is an absolute delight to work with. I always have a good experience with her and my clients feel the same way. It's so refreshing to work well with someone who truly cares. I just love Hotel Vin! Couldn't recommend them enough to potential clients.

Kevin and I fell in love with Hotel Vin during our tour. We truly loved everything that Hotel Vin had to offer. The location is perfect as it is in the heart of downtown Grapevine so you can easily walk down main street. Harvest hall was one of our favorite parts! They have a variety of food options and the third rail bar offers so much entertainment. (This was where all our friends and family gathered and kept the party going after our wedding reception ended). When I was searching for a wedding venue, I really wanted something that had an open floor plan and a nice view. The ballroom has these stunning arched windows that made for the perfect background, in addition to providing an open feel. Not to mention the stunning fireplace backdrop in their lobby, where majority of our favorite wedding pictures were taken!
Crystal, the event coordinator at Hotel Vin, was so easy to work with! If my wedding Planner ran an idea by her, Crystal found a way to make it work. I truly felt taken care of throughout the entire wedding process. The staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. Eddie, one of the catering staff members, constantly checked on my husband and me and made sure our drinks and plates were always filled. We received so much positive feedback from family and friends regarding Hotel Vin, the staff, and their overall stay after our wedding. There were zero setbacks our wedding weekend or throughout the whole planning process. I would 100% recommend Hotel Vin to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

Everything about our wedding at Hotel Vin was amazing. From the valets up to the banquet manager and event planner, the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and your day goes smoothly. We could not have asked for better service. I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Vin.

She treated me, my daughter and son-in-law as if we were her own family. I had the fullest confidence that our wedding was going to be wonderful and it was.

Our original venue got cancelled 2 weeks prior to the event, Crystal Langley and the team at Hotel Vin helped us so much in getting it sorted out and helped us have an amazing reception last minute.

We hosted our wedding at Hotel Vin in November 2022. It was a beautiful day, and we received a lot of compliments from our guests. The physical spaces are beautiful and have a lot of thoughtful touches, from the Magnum Room to the Tuscany Ballroom to Bordeaux Ballroom. Our guests devoured the food, including the delicious desserts! We were very impressed by the service, including Crystal, Chef Amado, and Eddie who all exceeded our expectations. They took good care of us throughout our wedding, making sure we had everything we needed. Our guests who stayed overnight at the hotel had glowing things to say about the staff who went above and beyond to deliver a great experience. Crystal, the catering and event coordinator, was a joy to work with and was very accommodating. Grapevine serves as a lovely location for out-of-town guests who enjoyed strolling the downtown and checking out the tasting rooms. We highly recommend Hotel Vin to those planning a Texas wedding!

This venue was really a perfect traditional yet modern place. Everyone there was extremely complimentary . The food was not your typical hotel food. Fabulous. The prime rib & Sea bass & lobster pasta were fabulous . Couldn’t have been better!

Hotel Vin is a perfect venue for so many reasons! It's beautiful, the location is perfect for out-of-town guests with easy access to and from DFW; not to mention that the doors open up directly onto Main Street in downtown Historic Grapevine- so many fun shops, cafes and wine rooms. The ballroom was gorgeous. Their standard table and chairs were beautiful- no need to rent them; even their dishes and glasses were gorgeous (real crystal!)
But mostly I cannot say enough about how absolutely amazing the food was! Eddie and his team were unbelievable! They absolutely catered to our every need, not just our needs as the newlyweds, but also our guests. The food was delicious, and it was HOT! Never have I been to a wedding where a plated entree came out any warmer than room temperature...I tend to think that most people remember the food at weddings and Hotel Vin by far exceeded my expectations. So many of our guests commented on the food and the service Eddie and his team provided. I cannot thank him enough! Their front desk and valet staff were also pretty impressive! Very friendly, very helpful and had our luggage on a cart and in our suite before we even made it to the room.
We had a few hiccups in the beginning but that's only because they were in the process of bringing on a new catering sales manager, but once the transition was made, Crystal was great. She easily picked up where the last sales manager left off, which i can't imagine was easy to do!
I would highly recommend Hotel Vin to anyone and everyone...you won't be disappointed!
