Amazing service, great attitude and very professional.

We had our wedding in September 2022 and are so happy we chose this venue for our ceremony and reception. The hotel itself is modern and elegant. We kept getting compliments from our guests about how fancy our venue looked! Every dish we ordered off the catering menu was absolutely delicious. The dairy-free whipped mashed potato, beef tenderloin and herb drenched chicken were amazing! We didn't get to taste test the tray passed appetizers but were so happy with our choices when we had them on the day of the event. Sari and her staff were responsive, very professional and accommodating during the wedding planning process. Our package came with cake, 3 hours of open bar and ~2 hours of dinner table wine service as well as free ceremony speakers and microphones. My only critique is that our planner said the audio/visual team the hotel worked with wasn't easy to track down, but it all worked out fine in the end. And on the day of our wedding, the AC seemed to have trouble cooling the grand stair case area where we had our indoor ceremony. To be completely fair, however, there happened to be an unexpected heatwave that weekend so it may be different under milder conditions. Regardless, we were able to provide our guests with fans to help them cool down, along with an A++ dinner experience, a city ambience and free-flowing drinks through the night. We had a wonderful time and wish we could do it all over again!

Sari + the entire staff at Hotel Indigo are angels! I found them to be great to work with, communicative, and always on top of their game. Also the hotel is super chic, modern, and truly a hidden gem hiding in plain sight in the middle of DTLA. Highly recommend!

We had our wedding at Hotel Indigo on March 27th. We worked with Sari Rose and really enjoyed working with her. She was very professional, hard work and did her best to make our day so special. We was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family

We had our wedding reception at Hotel Indigo on 12/30/2023. It's a gorgeous property, most importantly we were so lucky to have Sari! She truly went above and beyond to make our reception special. She understands how important a wedding is to a bride and tried accommodate as much as she can. I had to call her at 9pm the night before our wedding day for last minutes rearrangement due to multiple guest canceled. She was able to calm me down and made everything run smoothly the next day like a magic.

As a wedding coordinator it is important to have a talent team working with you. Luckly, I had Sari Rose by my side throughout the planning process. Sari is very responsive and attentive. My couple had an amazing wedding day thanks to Sari's hard work and dedication.
Indalecio and Youssef, banquet managers, were amazing as well. Hotel Indigo really has an awesome team!!

Sari was very responsive to all our questions, concerns, and requests that came up during our wedding planning and on the big day. They were all dedicated to making sure any needs were taken care of. Through this review I want to thank all staff who helped us during the whole process and made my fiance’s (now wife) dream wedding come true. The venue itself is very elegant and modern. Although it is on the 3rd floor, it has an excellent view, and the interior is very nice and clean. Because it was already nice, we were able to save a bunch on flowers and other decorations. Another nice point of the venue was the Grand Staircase. Very nice and elegant which made our photographer’s job easier as well. So nice that some guests were taking selfies on the stairs before the ceremony. Also, the restroom, nice and clean. Something that cannot be left out.
About the food, it was so good that ALL our guests enjoyed it. Since it was a nice hotel, our expectations were high. At the day of tasting, we had some difficulties because all dishes were excellent. They mentioned that they can do dishes outside the menu, but it was not necessary because their food was more than good and the presentation was exquisite. People serving the food were very courteous and everything was on time. I sincerely thank the chef and the staff for the magnificent dishes.
Another important factor that made the wedding day great was the staff. EVERYBODY was extremely nice and accommodating from beginning to end. Professionals all the way. They know what they are doing and their responses were really fast. I know that this is only a review but I must thank Sari for making everything so easy. Even our wedding planner was mentioning that Sari is so professional that made her job easier so we could focus on other parts of the wedding. Once again, thank you for everything Sari, we truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism throughout the process
Now, something important, the price. Very simple, we got more than what we paid for.
As you can see, I am not good at reviews since I do not write a lot of them. But because of the venue and staff, we were able to have an incredible wedding and a one that all our guests were able to enjoy on a Friday night. If you want an elegant and modern place for your wedding with incredible food, we highly recommend Hotel Indigo. You will not be disappointed.

Not only is this boutique hotel absolutely stunning, but the staff is amazing as well. From the moment we began the planning process with Sari to the very last song, our experience couldn’t have been any better. The food was superb, served on time and HOT. I would absolutely recommend this venue to my clients

New hotel with multiple room options for you to have your wedding in. We opted for the grand staircase for our ceremony and 18 floor (social lounge) for our reception. Wait staff the day of the wedding was great and attentive.
I’m giving this rating based solely on the catering manager Sari. She was very unorganized and always seemed to be in a rush when dealing with the biggest day of my life! She came off rude a lot of times via email as we could hardly ever get her on the phone. She asked me one too many times to make my own changes to documents by “crossing it out and filling it in” when I reminded her of what we previously discussed not being correct on what she had just sent over.
I guess my Husband and I booked the 18th floor when she was still able to book it at the minimum we signed our contract for and she did not hesitate to let us know each time we met with her that she doesn’t book it for this minimum anymore. We felt as if she tried to make us book more things for our wedding than we needed for the amount of guests we anticipated based on what she is currently booking for.
Overall, Very unpleasant to work with leading up to the wedding and now here after as well as we have received an additional bill due Sari not being thorough.

I really loved hotel indigo because of the stair case & that’s really the sole reason why I chose to have my wedding be held at hotel indigo. It’s beautiful.

Everything went smoothly for my husband and I initially, up until the day of the wedding. We had already agreed to have 90 adults meals in total. However, somehow, they billed us for 96 meals. Their banquet manager came up to my husband and I to sign an invoice during our wedding, which I found to be extremely rude (during our wedding, really??). Obviously, it was our wedding night so it was a bit dark in the room and we had a bit to drink.

We were busy tending to our guests so I just asked what I was signing for and he said for the venue and I signed it. I trusted him so I signed it. Later, Sari, the catering manager emailed me and told me my husband has signed for 96 meals- we were utterly confused until she showed us the invoice that I signed for the night of the wedding when I couldn’t see anything and the banquet manager told us I was just signing for the venue.

We had asked where and who did the extra 6 meals go to and they couldn’t tell us. They charged my husband’s card without his prior approval and now we are stuck with a dispute with our credit card company. I’m very disappointed as this was suppose to be one of the happiest moments of our lives. Sad & disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Indigo to even my enemies.
