Channing and I were married on April 5, 2025, and choosing Hotel Arista with Katie Jones as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
From the very first moment we reached out, Katie was incredibly responsive, patient, and thorough. She always took the time to answer our questions in detail, whether they were contract-related questions or random thoughts that came up throughout the planning process that we needed help or advice on. From our first in person meeting, she was pleasant, easygoing, and genuinely kind, asked about our family and really took the time to get to know us as a couple which I thought was a great quality to have. It wasn’t just about business, but about building a relationship and making us feel valued, and respected as people throughout the whole process! Katie and the entire Hotel Arista staff handled everything with such professionalism that it immediately put us at ease.
Katie demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and budget management. We had to make a few contract edits along the way to better align with our budget, which could have been frustrating, but she handled every change gracefully and presented it to us without hesitation. It was clear that her priority was always making us happy and ensuring our wedding matched our vision.
She was also very flexible with scheduling meetings, coordinating our tasting, and walking us through the chef’s presentation. The tasting itself was incredibly comfortable and professional and the food was so good that choosing our final menu was honestly a bit challenging because everything was delicious! On the wedding day, dinner was just as wonderful. Our friends and family were very happy and satisfied with their meals.
Katie also coordinated our rehearsal dinner at CityGate Grille, which was exceptional. The food was great, the staff was attentive, and everyone was pleased with the drinks, service, and overall experience.
One of our most special moments was our first look at the ballroom before guests arrived. We were absolutely in awe of every detail, it was breathtaking. While we were soaking it all in, Katie thoughtfully took photos of us and even texted them to us afterward, which meant so much and felt incredibly personal and sweet.
Katie truly works magic. She is extremely detail-oriented and thoughtful, even down to the smallest things. I had dreamed of having a ceiling greenery focal point over our dance floor, and instead of having us coordinate it ourselves, Katie went above and beyond by working directly with a floral designer to bring that vision to life. I also had some items to be placed around the ballroom & brought my own floral centerpieces, and was worried about who was going to be able to help me put them all where they needed to be, but thankfully she helped stage everything exactly how I envisioned & totally saved me a ton of stress! (HUGE thank you!)
Hotel Arista itself was wonderful to work with, from guest accommodations to ensuring my husband, wedding party, and I had everything we needed on wedding morning. Our guests who stayed overnight were very comfortable and happy, which was so nice to hear.
We highly recommend Hotel Arista, their amazing staff, and especially Katie Jones. What an incredible team to make our wedding truly feel like a dream.

Hiring Katie Jones from Hotel Arista was, without exaggeration, the single greatest decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. If you are reading this and looking for a wedding coordinator who is not only amazing and wonderful but a true master of logistics and budgeting, stop searching and book her immediately.
From our first consultation, Katie was a calming force, but her real magic was demonstrated in how she handled our finances. We came to her with a specific number for our wedding budget, and she treated it with incredible respect. Thanks to her brilliant planning, we achieved the wedding of our dreams without going a single dollar over budget.

Words cannot describe how perfect my wedding was at Hotel Arista. I would not want it any other way. From the very beginning working with Katie Jones made everything flawless and easy. Our wedding day exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be any happier! We are so thankful for Hotel Arista and manager Katie Jones for making our day perfect. The wedding planning was relaxing and fun because of their help. The food and drinks were such a hit (which was our priority) and the atmosphere was great! Hotel Arista is a beautiful venue
Their wedding designer Katie Jones was amazing to work with! She was on top of communication with us and took care of our questions and concerns promptly. When we had a few guests that had concerns about allergens, she was very understanding and started telling us about the pre-cautions that could be taken. She understood our vision for the day completely and even added extra touches to the space that elevated our decor beautifully. Katie helped us put on a beautiful wedding that all of our guests were able to enjoy and made us as a couple feel so cared for!
The hotel itself is a gorgeous venue, and they were incredibly accommodating. They took great care of our guests and their needs, adding to the experience of our wedding weekend.
We highly recommend working with Katie and the Arista for an unforgettable wedding experience! -

The natural character and charm of Arista is absolutely stunning.
When we started looking online for venues we had some main things we were looking for good size venue great food on-site accommodations and easily accessible for travelers. Arista had all that and then some.
When we met Katie for our planning session she was exceptionally professional, and insightful on the entire process of planning the big day. My husband grew up in the area but we live downstate and the vendor list was a welcome aid to lock in details quickly without having to make constant trips to meet with vendors or struggle hunting through thousands of listings.
Arista has the food catered by the connected restaurant, and was exquisite. From the main courses to the appetizers and late night bites guests are still raving about how good the food was.
The servers were excellent and bartenders took good care of our guests we felt like everyone was in good hands and we all enjoyed an incredible evening.
Only sad part was we didn't plan in falling in love with the suite as much as we did, and didn't book for more days. The room was spacious and cozy the amenities were a perfect getaway ✨️ definitely planning to go back for a weekend getaway to enjoy the spa and suite. -

June wedding
We had a fabulous time working with Katie Jones at Hotel Arista for our wedding in June! Katie was so helpful with all of our planning needs and helped us bring our dream wedding to life. She helped guide us through the planning process and was very attentive with answering all our questions. The wedding day was perfect, and I knew I could trust Katie and the Hotel Arista staff to keep the wedding day running smoothly. My husband, family, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about all of the Hotel Arista staff. The food was amazing! Special shoutout to the potato leek soup. We constantly had servers checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed during dinner. Food was brought out and cleaned up in a very timely manner. And we also hosted a day after brunch where the staff was so kind and attentive. We loved that Hotel Arista staff also took care of setting up all the decorations, programs, and favors that we brought in. And they cleaned them up at the end of the night and stored them for us until we checked out of the hotel. Many thanks to all the event staff who are truly exceptional at what they do! You can tell they are professionals that do a fabulous job hosting elegant events. I would highly recommend Hotel Arista to anyone for their wedding, I could not imagine a more perfect wedding day! -

It took one visit to this venue to realize it had all that we wanted and needed. Katie Jones helped bring our vision to light. Planning a wedding isn’t easy so having Katie help made things go as smoothly as possible. The day of she was a rockstar and I couldn’t have imagined not having her there with us. I could probably write a book on how much I loved having our wedding at Hotel Arista! First of all, Katie Jones is a miracle worker and the best person to have on your team when planning a wedding. From start to finish, she was the most supportive person and you could tell she genuinely cared about every couple she worked with. Planning a wedding is obviously very stressful (I'm prone to anxiety anyway), but every time we would meet with Katie should would always leave me feeling confident and happy. The wedding itself could not have been any better. Not only is Hotel Arista a beautiful venue in general, but the staff are second to none! They made everything as easy as possible on us. They took care of the setup and Katie had everything scheduled perfectly based on our wedding day plan she helped design for us. Getting married in the winter can be tricky depending on the weather, but we were able to get such lovely pictures inside the hotel that it wouldn't have even mattered if we couldn't go outside. I have to give a special shout out to everyone who made our ceremony and reception possible. It was just gorgeous at every stage. And I have to say, I have never heard so many people tell me this is the best food they've EVER had at a wedding. People are still telling us that over a month after we got married! I couldn't agree more - the food was absolutely stellar. I also can't go without mentioning how my mom was getting over a cold on the day of our wedding and Katie made sure she was being served throat-coat tea (that's the GOOD stuff) the entire evening so she wouldn't have to miss the reception. I mean, I could go on forever about how wonderful our wedding experience was! My husband and I live about 5 minutes away from Hotel Arista and we originally joked about how silly it would be to get married so close to our house. Thank god we decided to check it out anyway! Because it was easily our number one choice after looking for venues. It's easy to think about the venue itself and where you want to get married physically. Obviously with us getting married in the winter, it seemed like a slam dunk to get married at a hotel where we could have our ceremony and reception all in one location. But something we admittedly hadn't thought about prior to looking for venues was the wedding planner. It's not enough to just have a venue you love, but you want the person organizing your wedding to be someone you can rely on! Katie was that person in spades. We will have amazing memories of our wedding for years to come and a huge reason for that is the fantastic the staff at Hotel Arista. Hotel Arista was the venue for our September 2021 wedding weekend, and I would 1000% recommend it! When I say wedding WEEKEND, it’s true! We did everything at Arista from rehearsal dinner (CityGate) through reception & it was so incredible that it felt like a destination wedding (and we live in Naperville)! We felt swept up in the magic of the campus and it was such a relief to have zero travel all weekend. I was so obsessed with Hotel Arista that I booked a tour with Katie before we were even actually engaged! It was the only venue we looked at, and Katie was the sweet sweet cherry on top. Katie made me feel like one of her best friends and I trusted her wholeheartedly throughout the planning process. The week of, when my #typeA brain collided with my #bridebrain, Katie was so calm, understanding, and what felt like genuinely excited for us! Wedding night went off without a hitch and countless guests came up to us to share how well Hotel Arista had “nailed it”. It was everything I had ever hoped for, and I am so happy we get to have the memories at Hotel Arista for the rest of our lives. 10/10 highly highly recommend. PS- the ultimate grilled cheese appetizer was to die for, and I want to start a petition for them to serve that regularly at CityGate 😊 -

Hotel Arista is the best choice for your wedding venue!!! They provided everything we needed to make our New Year’s Eve wedding extra special. There is a cute Starbucks-like coffee shop, a beautiful spa, a modern gym, a plethora of delicious restaurants and of course hotel accommodations that are unique and unmatched. Wait util you see the wedding suite and guest rooms! From our first phone call inquiry to our wedding day, we were treated like absolute royalty. We worked specifically with Michael Dubina who was creative, detail oriented, personable and professional. More importantly, working with Michael Dubina and the Hotel Arista staff was fun! If you are looking for a beautiful, modern, clean, quality venue for your wedding and a place your guest will rave about choose Hotel Arista in Naperville IL. Start your memories off the right way! -

Hotel Arista was the best decision we could have made for our wedding day! From the start Katie was a dream to work with and we always felt in good hands! When we had to postpone Katie and her team were understanding, accommodating, and patient! When the actual day came, Katie was the best part! She kept things on track, handled all vendors coming and going, set up decor- there was NOTHING for me to do that day (the best feeling as a bride!) The hotel arista staff was amazing during the reception, we felt like we had private butlers waiting on us lol! The food was AMAZING, the dessert table and cake was to die for.. and the venue was stunning! Our wedding (July 2021) would not have been what it was without the skill and expertise of the hotel's wedding designer, Katie, and the entire staff at the Hotel Arista. They truly cared about making it the best day ever for us. Not only was Katie planning with us every step of the way, but she was there to make sure our reception ran smoothly. We got to see the space before the reception began and it was so wonderfully put together- better than we could have imagined. excellent experience
We had our wedding at Hotel Arista just a few weeks ago and it was such a beautiful day! We worked with Molly and Katie. They were very flexible and fast responding. They made sure all the details of our day were perfect. They were willing to work with us in oder to have everything work how we wanted. We had a very intimate wedding on the terrace and we found the venue randomly but it fit our vibe and the pricing was in our budget. -

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Arista, Katie Jones was Amazing! Our Wedding was absolutely perfect even after having to postpone and downsize our guest count by 80 people due to the Pandemic. But Katie and Hotel Arista did an amazing job not making it feel small! All of our vendors were amazing! Katie did a great job checking up on us throughout the wedding, grabbing me drinks and appetizers while I waited for my dress to get bustled. The food was delicious! The staff was amazing! The rooms are Top Notch! Thanks again Katie and Hotel Arista for an amazing day! All guests are healthy and our pictures are magical!

We didn’t actually end up having our reception at Arista due to covid. Katie Jones, the wedding coordinator, is the entire reason we booked Arista. Hotel Arista made our wedding an absolute DREAM. Katie and her team were incredibly attentive. Half of my guest came in from out of town and Hotel Arista went above and beyond to make everyone’s experience a great one. Our wedding at Hotel Arista was absolutely PERFECT from start to finish. Katie Jones is a godsend! Katie helped make wedding planning as stress-free ass possible. My correspondence with her was excellent. She responded to all my emails in a timely manner, answered every question/concern, and had every little detail covered. Our wedding was everything we wanted, simple and elegant. There was a little hiccup with our room reservation for the night prior to the wedding BUT Katie more than made up for it. It actually worked out better than our original plan. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for us. The transition from ceremony to reception was seamless. Amazing venue!
We had a great experience working with Hotel Arista! We worked closely with Katie, Hotel Arista's wedding coordinator, who paid attention to every detail. Katie was very communicative throughout the entire process and we felt very calm and confident going into the big day. She took our vision and made it a reality. From the beautifully decorated venue space and accommodating staff to the delicious dinner and late nigh snacks- everything was perfect and we received many compliments from guests. Katie was very open to all our ideas and had many recommendations we gladly incorporated. The hotel added extra touches during the wedding weekend stay including a bottle of champagne, strawberries, and congratulatory note. We highly recommended this space and truly enjoyed our experience.

We got married at Hotel Arista on 09/21/19 and it was (Perfect, perfect, perfect)!. Katie Jones was more then wonderful to work with she was so kind and patient to every emailed I send her and most important she listen to every aspect idea we had and was able to make it come true. The reception was beautiful and our guest loved it they can't stop talking about it. It was a dream come true, I felt like a princess queen all the above and all thanks to Katie, she is the best wedding planner and I honestly couldn't have done it without her. Hotel Arista & Katie Jones, the core to a perfect wedding
Hotel Arista was, simply put, one of the best decisions we made when putting our special day together. Right from the start, the hotel was very accommodating and went the extra mile to make us and our guests feel comfortable and happy. The setup of the ballroom was absolutely stunning with its lighting, drapery and custom dance floor that took our breath away. The hotel and its employees were amazing, but Katie Jones, the hotel’s wedding designer, was the core that made the day truly special. Every phone call and email full of a million questions was promptly answered and gave us the assurance that she was putting all her effort into making our wedding the best it could be. When we had special requests or wanted to customize something, she was more than happy to make it happen. For example, we were discussing late night snack options and I mentioned that although it was not on the prepared list of options, my favorite snack is French fries. Almost immediately, her face lit up as she excitedly told us that she had always wanted to do a French fry bar, and she was totally on board from the start (it came out perfect, by the way). Overall, Hotel Arista and Katie made our dream weekend a reality, and we could not be happier with the result.Hotel Arista's reply:

We got married on 4/6/2019 at Hotel Arista and it couldn't have gone better. Katie Jones was great to work with she made the process painless, she listened to all of our concerns and requests and make our vision a reality. The food and the service was great. The staff is amazing and our guest loved everything. We had no worries during the preparations and at the end the staff packed all of our decor making it easy to pick it up the next day! My husband and I had our reception at Hotel Arista in late October and it could not have been more perfect. We owe all of this to our wedding designer, Katie Jones. Katie was so wonderful to work with, she was a great communicator and quick to respond to all of my emails and questions. We never worried about how the night would pan out because of Katie's professionalism and attention to detail, THANK YOU KATIE!
Everything from the food, the service and hotel accommodations were above our expectations. The bartenders tended to the head table through dinner, and the hotel bar afterwards was a hit for our guests after the reception was over. We heard multiple times throughout the night that it was the "best wedding food" they've ever had.
Our guests can't stop raving about how wonderful not only the night was, but their entire stay at Hotel Arista. If you are in question about booking your wedding here, just do it! I promise you will not regret it.Hotel Arista's reply:

Excellence and luxury... The perfect wedding combo
I hosted my wedding at Hotel Arista and IT WAS FREAKING AWESOME!!! The venue is BEAUTIFUL! THE FOOD IS "OH MY GOD, AMAZING"! And when it comes to coordinators, Katie is SECOND TO NONE! She is the most patient person next to Jesus...LOL. I had so many changes leading up to the weeks before the wedding, and Katie was right there accommodating my every request with a smile! I LOVED it! My guests were impressed with the hotel, the food, the drinks, and the total ambience of the evening. It was definitely a home run hit to host my wedding here. I HIGHLY recommend it! (And the stay was GREAT!)
...oh I almost forgot...
We booked 2 suites to serve as the bridal suite and the groom's suite. The rooms are HUGE and I'm talking certified luxury!!! I ordered a full breakfast to be delivered to both rooms while we all were getting dressed, and the service was literally RIGHT ON TIME! Even the breakfast was GOOD! I had mimosa bar, hot potatoes, hot eggs, sausage,bacon, sliced fruit, croissants with marmalade, coffee, tea, orange juice, grapefruit juice, and cranberry juice. The only suggestion that I would make is to have a better tasting champagne for the mimosa. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Katie Jones did a wonderful job making our dream wedding a reality. My husband and I got married 9/22/18. From the moment we met Katie and toured Hotel Arista, we fell in love with the venue and hotel. Katie was great at communicating and responding to questions in a timely manner. Katie helped make the process of us selecting our package and add -ons a simple one. On the day of our wedding, Katie ensured the setup of the reception and cocktail hour were perfect! Katie made sure that even the smallest detail was taken care of. The reception/venue was better than what we imagined it would be! The first moment we stepped in the room, it took our breath away. The staff did a great job and the food was amazing! The day of the wedding, Katie ensured she was available. Katie also organized our post wedding breakfast and we surprised our guests with. They loved the food and it was a perfect ending to our weekend at Hotel Arista.
My husband and I highly recommend Katie Jones and the great staff at Hotel Arista for your wedding!

Ashley Sent on 10/11/2018The venue was absolutely breathtaking and everything i dreamed of! The appetizers and entrees were so good I could not get enough! Katie was the biggest help. She set everything up for me I had and broke everything down! The staff were super friendly as well!

My husband and I had our wedding there on September 15, 2018. Our day at Hotel Arista could not be more PERFECT, especially with everything our event coordinator, Katie Jones did for us! I would highly recommend working with her if you plan on having your wedding at Hotel Arista. She was very welcoming, accommodating, dedicated, and confident! Throughout the planning process, she made sure that every detail was covered. She made sure we had all our bases covered and was always available to answer questions and flexible with arranging meetings. She helped keep me sane and calm throughout the whole process and the day of. The fact that they set everything up to your request, switch rooms if needed and tear down saves you to focus on everything else. Our experience with using Hotel Arista as our Wedding venue was fantastic! When we first viewed this location, we met with Laura Noble who showed us the venue spaces, hotel rooms, went through their very detailed package options and answered all questions. We were thrilled to also learn that as part of their Wedding packages, Hotel Arista provided a Wedding Coordinator who would be with us from the start of planning to the big day. Hotel Arista truly provides a “one-stop shop” when it comes to Wedding venue needs. As luck would have it, Laura was also our Wedding Coordinator. We also can’t say enough about how amazing Laura was. We are so grateful for all the time and effort she put into our big day and we could not have imagined doing it without her help. Laura met with us any time we needed her to, she promptly responded to all calls/emails when we had concerns/questions and most importantly, she provided outstanding insights, suggestions and recommendations. Laura is simply fantastic and if you are a Bride-to-be, having her by your side will only make your big day that much better! Thank you, Laura, for everything! -

Brittanni Sent on 09/21/2014We held both our wedding ceremony and reception at Hotel Arista on 9/7/14 and couldn't have been happier with the outcome! First and foremost, Davina was the best! She went above and behind to help us bring all of our hopes, dreams and months of detailed planning to life. Everything was beyond perfect!
Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the hotel and ballroom. They also gave great compliments to the food and banquet staff. The hotel staff accommodated our every need down to the last minute requests of extra mirrors and makeup chairs for the bridal party. There wasn't anything they weren't willing to help with.
Hotel Arista is stunning in every way and we would not hesitate to return for future events or anniversaries!
