Honey and Thyme, provided us incredible service, direction, and resources. I love their incredible attention to detail, their organized processes helped us to make sure we didn’t miss anything. They provided us with so many choices and options that we would have never been aware of without their guidance and help. They took the time to really get to know us and our likes and dislikes, and it was so incredible that the wedding really seemed like an extension of us. Planning a wedding is a very daunting task and they did a great job of keeping us on a timeline, making sure we had the experience we were looking for and on the day of the wedding to really be present and enjoy our special day with our friends. All our friends and family complimented us on what an incredible experience they had And of course, the ladies noticed the incredible attention to detail.
We highly recommend them for anyone who was looking for High end service anda very special experience.

Going from the excitement of an engagement to starting your wedding planning process was daunting. I'll admit, at first I was skeptical of hiring a Wedding Planner at all, not to mention we were doing a destination venue.
I could not be happier or more thankful that we chose the Honey & Thyme team to plan our wedding. My wife and I are from Charlotte, NC and had a vision of having a "Western / Yellowstone" themed outdoor wedding in Jackson, WY. At first we thought hiring a planner not in Jackson would be a huge risk, but Caitlin and Mikayla handled the challenge with grace and ease. I was shocked by their eye for every detail and ability to so seamlessly plan a wedding hours away. Caitlin and Mikayla were extremely patient to every idea and every question we asked and we have them to thank for making our dream a reality.
Honey and Thyme is worth every penny. -

We had the pleasure of having H+T plan all our wedding elements: bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. Caitlyn and Mikayla area truly capable of endless dreams that makes the wedding process fun and stress free, and will leave your guests with a seamless experience. From our first meeting I was blown away by the level of knowledge this team brings to the table with a true passion to make each project unique. They have an unbeatable system combining organization and design for beautiful execution. Because they are the best, they work with the best and pulled the most epic team for our day. I was very involved in the wedding day design but after seeing what H+T is capable of, I let the girls take the drivers seat for my other events because they are just that amazing. I was met with professionalism and quick communication throughout the entire 1.5 engagement--any hour of the day, any day of the week.
Not only do they make you feel part of the team in brainstorming sessions, the girls became a support system even in times when wedding-era events happened. From my wedding dress never being ordered to my husband wanting to change his tux two weeks before the wedding.. these girls were on top of getting appointments and making sure we had everything we needed.
Through the Wedding Edit, they also helped me plan all my bridal looks I wore throughout my time as a bride and they helped organize the bridesmaid and Mother of the Bride dress. Farrah has a true eye for style and even met me in my home to go through my closet, met for coffee to discuss looks, and attended my wedding dress appointment to get my replacement gown.
Looking back on my wedding experience.. I fail to see how I alone or any other planner could have given us the most perfect wedding events. We are forever grateful for the opportunity to work with this team and have the most wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. If anyone can do themselves a favor for planning their wedding--H+T will do you right. -

When we started down our wedding planning journey, we were totally lost. We knew we wanted to have a wedding in NC, but had no idea how to even get started, let alone plan the whole thing. It didn't help we were both traveling constantly and live in Seattle! Caitlin & Mikayla helped us get started and had a plan for every step of the way. They kept things organized, and let us focus on the decision that needed to be made now, rather than stress about all the ones we still had to do. And when the day came around, things went absolutely flawlessly. Our wedding was amazing, it was so much fun and went so smoothly and we are so grateful for all the hard work their team put into a weekend we will remember forever! -

Where to begin. We decided to hire a wedding planner because we both are not the best with details and planning and knew we would really need someone to help keep us on track and coordinate all the little details. I was initially interested in Honey + Thyme through their Instagram account for their aesthetic and was thrilled when our venue had them listed as a preferred vendor.
From the very beginning of the process, Caitlin and Mikayla were responsive, creative, and such a joy to work with. They made everything seamless for us and they brought our minimal vision to life and blew it out of the water. Our initial "Tuscan - neutral - organic" vision became a full blown feast for the eyes for our guests - from the long Italian style tables draped with beautiful fabric and floral table settings, with accents of cascading flowers and veggies fresh from the garden, to the affogato bar equipped with a antique ice cream stand, to the vintage popcorn machine at the ceremony, the little details that the H+T team curated were out of this word. They coordinated all the details and made the process an absolute breeze, but more over, they really have a special way of bringing a "vague" vision to life.
We could not recommend H+T enough -- if you are a couple limited time, a deficit in planning skills, and no idea where to start, H+T are a NEED to have. Most importantly, Caitlin and Mikayla (and the whole team (Hanalyse and Carly!) are joys to work with and are so wonderful that they feel like real friends by the end of the process. We cannot thank you all enough.

If you're on the fence, DO NOT HESITATE to book this amazing team. Our wedding could not have been more perfect. Their vision, their organization, their creativity and just how absolutely sweet they are are only a FEW of the reasons you should hire this team. Planning a wedding can be scary and stressful but having Honey and Thyme on your side makes it such a smooth ride!!! They listen to all of your wants/needs and are able to incorporate it into your DREAM wedding. They are so responsive and will happily answer all of your MANY questions if you're anything like me. They accompany you to venue tours and will essentially hold your hand through the whole process! Not only are they a huge help in planning but on the day of the wedding they are INCREDIBLE! Making sure everything runs smoothly, stays organized and even passing out props and chick fil a sandwiches on the dance floor. I honestly couldn't have done it without them and other than choosing my husband, they were the BEST decision I made for my wedding. -

Best Wedding Investment We Made
As soon as I got engaged, I knew I would need a full-service wedding planner. And as soon as I came across Honey + Thyme, I knew they HAD to be my planners. Their overall aesthetic caught my eye, but personality + professionalism captured my heart! What started as a working relationship, ended as a genuine friendship. Caitlin + Mikayla are the absolute dream team — literal angels! My original venue fell through 4 months before my wedding, when they called to let me know, they already had a back up option ready to present to me. I didn’t even have time to stress, they were 10 steps ahead! Always. Mikayla handled everything seamlessly from start to finish on the logistics side, while Caitlin thoughtfully designed my dream wedding. As someone who thoroughly enjoys all things fashion + interior design, it was SO much fun planning with Caitlin. She brought everything I envisioned to life, but better. She simply “gets it”. They also introduced me to the most incredible team of vendors I could have ever asked for. I trust this team whole heartedly and I cannot imagine planning a wedding without them. Hands down the best wedding investment we made. I find myself thinking of how I can work with them again in the future because I love them so much! I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to have Caitlin and Mikayla be part of my wedding day as our planners. The overall process was amazing, and they are both SO talented with what they do. Caitlin brought my vision to life with her eye for design, and I never had to worry if things were on time, in order, scheduled, etc. because of Mikayla. As far as my actual wedding day goes, everyone in my family as well as my husband were amazed how smoothly everything went, and that is all because of H+T. I would not have had my dream day without them, and I am so grateful to have worked with them! -

Caitlin and Mikayla with H&T are THE best team out there. They truly make you feel like your friend from day one and want to get to know you personally, hear about your love story, and understand your vision. I have a hectic job/schedule and they were beyond flexible with their time. I was a very indecisive bride at times, but I let the two of them make a lot of decisions on my behalf and I couldn't be happier with the results. I fully trusted them, and they delivered! True professionals that want to make every single one of their couples wedding dreams come true. Not to mention they are the sweetest and most laid-back duo! So much love for them both! When beginning to wedding plan, I knew I wanted and needed a full service planner and hiring Honey and Thyme was by far the best investment from my wedding. Caitlin brought my dreams and vision to life with her design guru mind and Mikayla handled the logistics planning like a true pro. They introduced me to most of my other amazing vendors, organized meetings, attending all of them, and above all ran made everything come together perfectly the day of. Caitlin even drove hours to begin set up days after the birth of her son. If that is not above and beyond I don't know what is!
Caitlin and Mikayla were more than just planners, I would now consider them friends. I would recommend them to anyone! -

From a Honey + Thyme intern to a Honey + Thyme bride I have been able to see the ins and outs of how much hard work and dedication goes into the planning process for each couple at H + T. Caitlin + Team, thank you for everything. My family and I had such a great experience. My wedding was the GIFT that every guest needed during this time (COVID-19). After rescheduling three times due to COVID, Caitlin really was understanding each and every time. She was always available to my phone calls, emails, changes, and concerns.
I remember meeting Caitlin from a florist referral on the Facebook marketplace. That's during the time I thought we would plan our wedding ourselves. If you're considering doing that take my advice JUST DONT DO IT. You really need CAITLIN. Back to meeting Caitlin, at the time, I remember her telling me she had left her full-time position to start her own business. This won me over even more as I admire any WOMAN taking a leap of faith to start their own business full-time. I remember telling her my budget and my guest count and she assured she me that it was doable. After our meeting, I told my daughter there was something about Caitlin's sweet spirit that told me choose her and she most definitely agreed.She has made this entire process extremely easy. I am someone who likes to be in control, very Type A so it's nice that Caitlin took the lead on all things planning and I could trust her with my wedding. On the day of the wedding she arrived bright and early ensuring everything was in its proper place along with her assistance MiKalya. She brought my daughter and I our lattes to drink as we got ready for the day. Her scheduling was precise and down every detail. The whole wedding day ran so smoothly and if there was any kinks I didn't know about it.
Caitlin, you made this entire process so easy. And you made our day so AMAZING and incredible. Thank you so much and I wish nothing but blessings over business. -

I don't even know where to begin when talking about how wonderful Caitlin is. We hired her almost a year and a half ago a few weeks after being engaged and I tell everyone she was the best decision I made in the whole planning process. She is SO creative and has the most beautiful visions. She was patient with my ever-changing mind. She put me in contact with an absolute dream team of vendors. She became more like a friend to me than a planner. She went above and beyond to get to know my fiancé and I to make sure our day reflected everything we are as a couple.
Caitlin made the last month before the wedding feel like a breeze. I was nervous and excited and so consumed with thinking about the wedding but didn't even have a single thing on my to-do list because she took care of it ALL. On the day of, I wasn't in charge of a single thing. There were hiccups (as every wedding has) and she took care of them all without me having to take on any of the stress. She listened to my budget and my crazy requests. She had hard conversations for me when I didn't want to handle it. She made me feel like such a priority.
I would absolutely recommend Caitlin and her team of amazing people to anyone looking for an event planner or getting married. Her creativity is truly unmatched. It was the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to, thanks to her. I can't wait to stay friends with her after because I'm so obsessed with her. -

It’s hard to put into words how important Caitlin is to us. She was with us from day one, commenting on our engagement instagram which led to a meeting after which we hired her to plan our wedding. It was one the best decisions I could have made. She felt more like a best friend than a wedding planner. She was always there to vent to, be creative with, geek out about wedding details and lean on during our year long planning. She was an overall calming force for us. Even on the day of our wedding my bridesmaids were in awe of how chill she was and kept everyone on time and in place.
Caitlin connected me with great vendors who listened to our ideas and really understood the vision we were trying to create. Although she had many other brides and events going on she still made me feel like my wedding was top priority. She listened when we had to cut things due to budget or if vendors were creating issues and was willing to have those hard conversations for us. I would recommend Caitlin and her team to any bride or anyone looking for a great event planner. Her creativity and kindness knows no bounds and I am forever grateful for my time with her. -

Alexa, Caitlin, and the whole team were absolutely fantastic! They kept me on track throughout the process and created a beautiful event with the smorgasbord of ideas I threw at them! Extraordinary wedding planner!
Caitlin helped my daughter and I plan her wedding from start to finish. We LOVED working with Caitlin! She provided wonderful guidance and resources during the planning process and helped keep us organized and on track. Absolutely Amazing!

Where should I start?! Caitlin is a dream to work with and have as a support on your wedding day. No doubt that finding her through Instagram was by far our biggest wedding day blessing (obviously besides getting married). The day was catered to our different request for a unique wedding and Caitlin and the H+T team went above and beyond, all while planning thousands of miles apart (I am from Florida). Never a dull moment with her! Love, love, LOVE H+T! -

Couldn't have asked for a better coordinator!
Caitlin was absolutely amazing leading up to our wedding as well as on the day of the event. There are so many vendors to deal with when planning a wedding that at times, it can be very overwhelming for the bride! Caitlin made me feel so comfortable and took care of pretty much everything the month leading up to the wedding so that I could enjoy time with my husband and then seeing family the week of the wedding. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch (from what I could tell) and it wasn't until afterwards when my mother told me there were hiccups here and there that I realized Caitlin did such a good job handling it all that I truly never even knew. That is when you know Caitlin is a good coordinator when you don't know about any of the hiccups on your big day as the bride! I definitely recommend Caitlin for any brides out there who need help with managing vendors because she did a great job!! -

Caitlin is the ultimate wedding best gal pal! She and her team are so creative, and helpful. I did the wedding consulting service and then continued on to the partial planning package, which was everything but the day off coordination. Honey + Thyme surpassed every expectation I could have possibly had! Caitlin made the wedding planning process so much easier and fun. All her vendor recommendations were phenomenal! I booked every other vendor through her, excluding my day of coordination, which came with our venue! Caitlin was a constant support, light and encourager.
