We cannot say enough wonderful things about Hollyfield Manor and especially our wedding coordinator, Jessica! From the very beginning, Jessica was calm, reassuring, and incredibly helpful. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming at times, but she made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
On the big day, Jessica and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her professionalism, organization, and warm personality made us feel so at ease—we knew we were in great hands. Because of her, we were able to relax and truly enjoy every moment of our wedding, a day we will be reminiscing on for the rest of our lives.
Jessica, we seriously cannot thank you enough for how amazing you made my entire bridal experience. We love you! Hollyfield Manor is a beautiful venue, but it’s the people like Jessica who make it truly special. We would recommend Hollyfield Manor to anyone looking for an amazing wedding venue. THANK YOU HOLLYFIELD!!! We got SO many compliments from our guests about the beauty of the property, the flow of the day, and the overall vibe. The day was A BLAST. We wanted our day to be as stress free as possible, and Hollyfield is the right decision for that. It is worth every penny!
All of the recommended vendors were incredible and made planning a breeze.
First of all, the planning is thoughtful and clear. Jessica & team have a binder of materials to walk you through when planning. They're very upfront about all costs and are interested in making the wedding YOURS, whatever that means to you.
Jessica is extremely experienced. She takes each wedding and uses that experience to improves for the next! For example, she invests in items that brides like (accessories, mirrors, picture frames, etc), she connects with vendors and keeps track of their contact information, and she has ample recommendations about all of your ideas. She'll help you craft an itinerary, communicate with vendors, and ultimately, make the day seamless.
Pick Hollyfield. You and your partner will be happy. Your family will be happy. Your guests will be impressed. And you'll leave with happy memories of the best day ever!!!!!!!!! -

We had our wedding at Hollyfield Manor and it was absolutely fantastic! The venue is stunning, with beautiful grounds, an elegant house, and lovely water features. Our guests were in awe of how unique and breathtaking the setting was.
What really made our experience exceptional was the venue coordinator, Jessica. She was truly amazing—so accommodating and supportive throughout the entire process. With much of our family coming from out of town, she went out of her way to schedule planning meetings when everyone could be there. The week of the wedding, she worked closely with us to coordinate when we could bring things to the venue and even let us stick around to finish up some projects on site.
When we faced a major issue with our florist, Jessica didn’t miss a beat. She immediately jumped into action—offering to go to her own house to grab flowers and reaching out to other florists to help fix the situation. Her dedication and calm, problem-solving attitude were incredible, and we are so grateful to her for keeping everything on track.
The catering team at Hollyfield Manor was equally impressive. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented—we’re still getting compliments from our guests! The service was top-notch and made our reception feel effortless and elegant.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hollyfield Manor is the perfect combination of beauty, professionalism, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding or special event!

Jess truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed of—and more. From start to finish, she handled every detail with such calmness, professionalism, and genuine care. The entire day flowed effortlessly, and any hiccups that came up were handled so seamlessly, we never even noticed.
From the moment we first toured Hollyfield, we knew it was the one. Even after visiting other venues, we couldn’t stop thinking about it—nothing else compared. It just felt right. The space itself is stunning, and there’s so much built-in charm and functionality that we didn’t have to worry about the small details. Everything we needed was already there, which made the planning process feel so much more manageable.
Jess made the most of everything the venue had to offer and helped us bring our vision to life in a way that felt so personal and effortless. Hollyfield Manor exceeded every expectation I had. They were so easy to work with, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. So willing to go above and beyond for their couples! They get to know you through the process and make the process as simple as possible for the couples. We had a monsoon the whole wedding day and the contingency plan fell into place flawlessly. It was truly a perfect day and experience. -

Beautiful, Romantic, Easy, Inclusive
There are so many words to say! This venue is everything you could ask for and then some. This venue sold me online before I even toured! It was everything I envisioned! It had all of the feels of being on a farm without being the traditional farm house wedding venue! It has a beautiful manor house with perfect get ready rooms and options to get married inside and outside! It even has water, a silo, and a red barn! Not only is it absolutely stunning for a wide range of photos the amount that is included makes everything easy! Most venues you are running around to decorate and organize many vendors. This venue, with the help of their coordinator, Jess, setups, takes down, and does just about anything you ask! The venue has so much decor including signs, vases, lanterns, a hedge wall and many more! It also provides day of and vendor coordination for the day which was a savor! Even with Jess being a day of coordinator she truly felt like a full wedding planner she is just that attentive! Jess has an answer for any and all related questions! The venue includes linens, delicious foods, bartenders with bring your own alcohol and so many options it felt so inclusive. Not only is a stunning venue, but you can be at ease with Jess, the coordinators ability to make your day run smooth. It is truly a one stop shop. You will be amazed with how much they offer and take off your plate so you can just sit back and relax. Our day was so effortless and stress-free! It was just perfect thanks to the incredible staff! Schedule your tour today or do as I did and just drive by without a tour because your to excited to see the most perfect venue for your most perfect day! -

Beautiful Venue best decision we made!!
My daughters wedding was at Hollyfield Manor on April 23, 2023
We are still hearing compliments from our guests regarding the beautiful venue & the amazing food.
Food included a carving station w roast beef, marinated asparagus, a potato bar and the butternut squash ravioli is a must!
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect Venue! It’s well kept, inviting and comfortable with the perfect indoor reception spot with large windows, beautiful views of the pond & amazing sunset photo opportunities. The staff is very friendly & attentive.
Thank you to Jessica for making my daughters wedding day her “favorite day ever”
She was patient, kind, warm & always quick to respond with guidance throughout the year leading up to the big day
She carried out the brides vision with careful attention to every detail from set up to the sparkler send off nothing was overlooked
All of our expectations were met and then some, we couldn’t have made a better decision and can’t recommend this Venue enough! -

Where do I even start???! Hollyfield Manor is an incredible venue that is locally owned mother and daughter/family ran business. Jessica and her mom Susie are the sweetest and truly know how to create the most perfect weddings. It was an honor to be able to get married at Hollyfield and get to know Jessica and her mom. Everything was perfect on our wedding day and Jessica and her mom made sure of that every step of the way. If you are looking for elegance and southern charm, Hollyfield is your place and you will likely make a couple of friends along the way. -

Where do we even begin? We had the absolute best experience having our wedding at Hollyfield Manor! Let’s start with the property first. The manor house exudes classic elegance and southern charm. It gave us the perfect getting ready space, and there were so many beautiful spots for pictures, especially the front porch. The landscaping all around the grounds is flawless, and you can see how much hard work is going on for the upkeep and getting ready for events during a weekday visit. We were fortunate enough to have wonderful weather and were able to have our ceremony outside in front of the pond. It provided the perfect scenery so that we didn’t really need to add additional decorations, just some flowers. The reception hall is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly laid out to accommodate one heck of a party!
Ok, now moving on to the most important and best part of Hollyfield- Jessica and Susie. They are the absolute DREAM TEAM! Susie’s catering is beyond delicious, and we still have people talking about the food at our wedding weeks later. We have been to countless weddings where the food is bland and boring, but that was not the case with Hollyfield. Susie knows what she’s doing, and it shows. Jessica is on the coordination side of things, and she single-handedly made our wedding planning experience a breeze. She is so incredibly kind, kept us in the loop, and made sure our day went off without a hitch. In addition to the big things, she took care of so many little details, and she truly means it when she says that her goal is for her clients to be able to just show up on their wedding day and enjoy everything we had worked to put together. She has beautiful decorations that are available for use, and we barely had to purchase anything additional for decorations. Also, every one of Hollyfield’s preferred vendors that we used was amazing. We appreciated that they had so many vetted businesses that we could trust. We used a photographer, florist and photo booth company that they recommended, and we were thrilled with them.
Trusting Hollyfield to make our wedding day beautiful and memorable was the best decision we made. My husband and I have said so many times how thankful we are for Jessica and Susie working so hard to make our wedding a dream come true. I HIGHLY recommend booking your wedding with them. They will take amazing care to make sure your special day is perfect!

We got married at Hollyfield Manor on 9/11/2021 and cannot say enough great things about the venue, the food, and Jessica! We had such a blast, and highly recommend Hollyfield to other couples - Particularly for out-of-town couples like us! The service was truly unmatched.
My husband and I live in California, but the majority of our friends and family are in Virginia. So, we researched venues across VA before landing on Hollyfield. We were specifically looking for a venue that could work with us since we were so limited due to the distance - Hollyfield definitely exceeded our expectations! Jessica provided a ton of great tips and advice, and was super responsive. The entire wedding planning process was so simple since Jessica has so much knowledge about weddings, and the venue has so much decor available. She was able to advise about day-of timelines, get information from their bartenders about how much alcohol to purchase, and recommended some amazing vendors. Jessica also covered any special requests we had for ceremony/reception. The entire wedding weekend was also not stressful at all for me since Jessica had it covered - For instance, we had an issue with our cake in-transit where the icing got messed up but Jessica handled it while I was getting ready. When the party was over at the end of the night, Jessica seamlessly had us ready to pick up the decor that we brought, take our to-go bag of leftovers, and see us off safely.
We got a ton of compliments on the venue - Our friends and family enjoyed milling about the outdoor space since we had a gorgeous evening. My toddler nephews were particularly fascinated by the lake. My bridesmaids had so much fun getting photos in front of the house, under the pergola, and in the garden. The decor that Hollyfield was also superb - We only provided a few personalized touches and the rest was all Jessica. I also received a ton of compliments on how well decorated the reception hall was. We did our engagement shoot at Hollyfield as well and the photos are stunning.
We really enjoyed the food as well - We got a lot of compliments about the mac and cheese in particular :) Susie's food was amazing, and made the catering portion of wedding planning so simple to have it all in house! They were also totally open to any specialized catering requests. -

If you are thinking about booking your wedding at this venue, do it now! I promise you will not be disappointed. I can’t say enough great things about Hollyfield Manor. I had my wedding there 5/22/21 and it was everything I had hoped for. Not only is the venue beautiful, but the family that owns is truly what made my day so special. They are kind, decent, hard-working people who will go out of their way to work with you to make your wedding day dreams come true.
When I first toured the venue I knew it was the one. Between the fields and trees that live the driveway, to the pergola by the water, to the elegant house and reception hall, everything is absolutely gorgeous. Jessica, the venue coordinator was probably the most important component to my wedding planning. I truly don’t know how I would have done it without her. She thought about every little detail to help make my day perfect. Planning a wedding during covid was stressful. A few months before the wedding I had no idea what my wedding day would look like. Jessica helped me remain calm and assured me that somehow, someway we would have a beautiful wedding that I would love, and we sure did! Jessica knows the venue like the back of her hand. She will offer you several options and customizations to help make the venue yours and when you are feeling overwhelmed, she will help steer you in the right direction. Susie makes all the delicious food in-house so don’t have to worry about the stress that comes along with bringing in an outside catering company. She even made us pretzel with beer cheese horderves that weren’t originally on the catering menu! They even supplied us with bartenders who were able to tell me exactly what types and quantities of alcohol to buy. Every guest at our wedding had an amazing time. I’ve gotten compliments for months about how great of a day it was and I owe so many thanks to Hollyfield!

Absolute Happiness!
Hollyfield Manor is the dreamiest place to be. The views, along with their staff, were wonderful. Their entire staff was always friendly and helpful which made it so easy for us to relax and enjoy our day. I was excited every time we went to meet with them and was so sad when my wedding was over because it meant I would not be going out to visit them anymore. Their service is beyond perfection and they truly tailor the entire day and planning to your preferences. They will make sure you are happy with every step from planning to getting ready to walking down the aisle and will do it with a smile on their faces. The coordinator is absolutely the best person for the job and you can tell she truly loves what she does and wants you to love planning your wedding. She will be your biggest advocate throughout the entire process! The catering process is also extremely convenient with their in-house catering and they have so many great meals to choose from! I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone getting married. I loved every moment with them and my guests have been talking about how much fun they had since my wedding! -

Hollyfield Manor was the perfect venue for my not one, but two weddings. Due to COVID we held an intimate ceremony in front of the Manor house on 4/26/20. Although this was not in my plan, Jessica and Susie did all that they could to make the day special! Hollyfield provides a list of vendors which was very helpful in picking my vendors. All of my vendors were on their listing and were excellent! Jessica always remained calm and put my mind at ease whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed by the wedding planning process. On 10/25/20 we were able to hold another ceremony at Hollyfield to celebrate with friends and family. Although it rained on our day, it was a magical day. We held our ceremony in the reception hall, the guests went to the cocktail hour while we took pictures and the reception hall was set up for the reception after an hour. You will not regret booking this venue for your wedding, I am sure of it! -

I’m not sure where to start as I cannot say enough great things about Hollyfield! The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. There are so many beautiful spots for photos like by the lake or on the dock, by the barn, the silos, fields of soybeans (this year), you name it! Any sort of vibe you are going for is there. Our guests couldn’t believe how beautiful the grounds were, and the ceremony space in front of the lake was picturesque. They have a great rain plan which would’ve been inside the reception hall— still with a beautiful view of the lake. Fortunately the weather cooperated with us and we were able to get married outside, but a good rain plan was extremely important to us when touring venues.
You would think being a COVID bride would make things 10x more stressful, but having their coordinator Jessica there with me every step of the way always eased my mind whenever I was starting to feel overwhelmed. Hollyfield was able to postpone my original date in May with no problems, and with our new date being on a Sunday they were so seamlessly able to flip the space from the wedding the night before. I know Hollyfield stays super busy during the wedding season but they made me feel like I was their only wedding in 2020. Jessica was always just a text away whenever I needed anything, even at 9:00 at night! I love how we had the entire property to ourselves all day, and the bridal suite and groomsmen room are absolutely perfect and great for taking getting ready photos. Susie did a PHENOMENAL job with the food and they even packed us a to-go box at the end of the night that we got to enjoy the next day. Do yourself a favor and get the chicken cordon bleu! Jessica and all of our amazing vendors really made my vision come to life from the ceremony, to cocktail hour and the reception. Which by the way, Hollyfield has OUTSTANDING preferred vendors which made that entire process so easy. Whatever decorations I didn’t get, or didn’t think of, Jessica magically pulled out for us and made everything look so beautiful.
After it’s all said and done, I wish I could go back and do our wedding at Hollyfield over and over again. The Hollyfield team made our day absolutely perfect and I was able to truly relax and enjoy our special day. I keep telling Jessica how much I’m going to miss texting her (I haven’t stopped though and probably won’t) but I can wait to use the grounds for future photos with our family. Highly recommend!! -

Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but planning during a pandemic is on an entirely different level. Two weeks before our big day at the end of March, the entire state of VA went under quarantine. Jessica was amazing throughout the whole process, though! She was very open and honest about our options (refund, rescheduling, etc), so when we decided to delay until August, she was there the entire time to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. The day of was just absolutely perfect thanks to her! My guests are still raving about the beautiful scenery and the delicious food! I would definitely recommend any bride to Hollyfield Manor for their big day! They won’t be disappointed! -

Hollyfield is an amazing value for your money. It is elegant, beautiful, and just amazing in every way. The scene is drop dead gorgeous, with photo ops for guests everywhere. I had my wedding on 2.22.20 in the winter time and we were able to easily do everything inside no problem. The staff is friendly, professional, quick and efficient. The bridal suite is 3 rooms large with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. It easily fit the 15 of us in there. The food is amazingly fancy and we were quite pleased with all of their recommended vendors. The wedding coordinator, Tracy, is amazing. She is so on top of everything, you and your family barely have to lift a finger! All I felt I had to do was relax and be the bride. If you want a mess free, stress fee venue please do yourself a favor and choose Hollyfield. It’s sophistication and charm is second to none. There are beautiful chandeliers everywhere, fresh paint, it smells amazing, and it is so clean. The furniture looks like from a magazine! They accommodate you so well and the communication is awesome. I wish I could relieve the day again. Tracy makes the whole experience come together for you and she helps you along the way. We got married inside by the fireplace and it was elegant and cozy at the same time. Very doable to do a wedding there in the winter! Also is a nice way to save money. We loved Hollyfield. -

Treated us like family and made our day even better than we imagined
This venue has EVERYTHING. The owners were long time wedding caterers who, after years of working in the wedding business, decided to make their own perfect venue that includes everything a couple and their guests need.
They have everything a great venue needs: a beautiful and spacious manor house to get ready in, gorgeous indoor and outdoor backdrops for pictures, a beautifully unique cocktail area, DELICIOUS food, separate reception hall with a bar restrooms and AC/ heating, a gorgeous outdoor ceremony site overlooking a lake, and a perfect rain plan with big windows so you can still view the water. Not to mention their delightful wedding coordinator, Tracy, who worked with us from day one and removed so much stress and worry from the planning process.
From the first day we toured Hollyfield they treated us like family. Tracy, Susie, Frankie, Jessica, and the whole team worked so hard to ensure our day was perfect! They all went the extra mile for our big day. The day of the wedding I found one of the owners, Frankie, picking up sticks on the ceremony site. That isn’t something I asked for him to do, but is just an example of how passionate their family is and how much pride they take in their work. We had SO many compliments from our guests about the venue and food. Their food is AMAZING (especially the sweet potato ham biscuits 🤤) and plentiful- nobody left hungry. Jessica has an eye for interior decorating and totally captured my vision when decorating the reception hall. She even added a few extra details that made it that much more special.
I could go on and on... but I’m so thankful for our experience with Hollyfield Manor and have zero regrets with choosing them as our venue. They made our wedding day even better than I had always imagined it to be. 💕 -

Ladies—do yourselves a favor and book your wedding at Hollyfield. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous and the food incredibly delicious, but working with Tracy, Susie, Jessica, and all the other wonderful people at Hollyfield is an absolute dream during an otherwise stressful wedding planning process. They have their weddings down to a science and go above and beyond to make your day everything you hope for and more! It unfortunately rained right before and during my ceremony, making it impossible to use the beautiful setup they had arranged in front of the lake, but seamlessly they set up Plan B in the reception hall, with dimmed lights and a fire, and it was still the beautiful and intimate ceremony I had hoped for. I truly cannot say enough good things about the Hollyfield team or venue—just trust me, you won’t regret it! (Ps KW Florist is right down the road from the venue and did the most amazing job making my floral vision come to life!! Such a bonus that they also know the venue like the back of their hands and can guide you in planning on where you should put things. The two teams together are dynamite.) -

Magical wedding
From the early planning stages until the “main event”- we couldn’t have been more impressed! The team at Hollyfield strive to make your wedding day free of stress and they assure that all your needs are met! I wish there was a rating higher than “5” because they deserve more than that! There is absolutely no way that you won’t be completely satisfied with this venue! Tracy, you know we have to give you a big “shout out” you were amazing with every single detail!! A few guests of mine who are recent newly weds RAVED about how they could tell she was working in the background, without being intrusive. Even those married at high end, well known venues, didn't have the service Hollyfield provides! My husband, guests, and I will never stop praising Hollyfield for the beauty of the grounds, how well kept everything is, the amazing services, attention to detail, and caring for every single person there! In short, GET MARRIED HERE!! You will NOT regret it and you WILL remember it FOREVER!! All I have to share right now are my guests/friends/family's pictures, but I hope this gives you an idea of how beautiful Hollyfield is!! *(keep in mind the amount i have listed as an approximation of what was spent to includes venue, food, linens, and coordinator)*

Alexa Sent on 08/17/2018I can not give enough praise to the team at Hollyfield for providing such an amazing experience! They are very organized and detail-oriented. I really needed this as I get very anxious about details sometimes and knowing that Tracy had it all under control put me at ease. The venue provides SO MUCH that I would have needed to provide at other venues. The catering, linens, dishes/silverware/glasses, tables/chairs, and a lot of decor are all done in-house.
Not to mention that the venue itself is stunning. The house is perfect since it has separate areas for the ladies and the men. The ceremony took place under a pergola overlooking the lake; so dreamy!!! It was everything I was looking for but couldn't find it anywhere else. Historical, beautiful home, outdoor ceremony with indoor reception, etc! I am obsessed with pictures from that day and am so thankful for Hollyfield Manor! -

Our wedding was on 12/9/17 during a crazy snow storm. Everyone with Hollyfield worked so hard to keep walkways and parking clear. The event space was perfect and the food was delicious. They were so responsive to all my many questions throughout the process and made sure my day was perfect and stress free. All my guests commented on how beautiful the space was and how delicious the food was. I am SO happy we picked Hollyfield for our wedding day!
