Great time and service
They were great to work. They responded within one day to any questions that we had, even on the weekends. Very affordable place, but was still a really nice venue. We did the entire wedding (ceremony, reception, dress, cake, etc.) for less than it would cost us to rent the venue at some other locations. Having discounted room rates for guests that traveled made it easier for long distance family to come at a more affordable rate as well. -

The perfect place to have a reception for 275 guests. They were very willing to accomodate us. Kristen is amazing and was so patient and calm no matter how many times I changed the number of guests or the layout of the room. It also was extremely convenient to have access to the bridal salon all day. That's where we all got ready, and we were able to keep all of belongings in there until we came back for the reception. Not to mention they had a private bathroom for the bride and the bridal party, and it was very nice to have that space to hide away as we were waiting to make our grand entrance as well. All of the staff were so delightful to work with and really treated you special. They didn't nickel and dime you if you borrowed extra tables or other items which is huge deal. They made planning very enjoyable. -

I thought of holiday inn for my ceremony because my reception venue partners with them for a room block for our guests. My fiance and I met with Kristen and she was beyond helpful! She gave so much information but kept it from being overwhelming, made us feel very relaxed, and we could easily picture our wedding there. She (and her team) were incredible and continue to be! -

When we arrived we were told that our block of rooms that we had for our guest were given away they rented them to families not our guests. We then found out that their management staff all walked out and we were not informed ahead of time. Members of our wedding party had difficulty getting their rooms that were reserved in advance. My daughter tried to get a room for her and her family and was told that she could not reserve so they had to go to a different hotel. Our guests that did stay had to pay more than we were quoted. Our room number was given out and it should not have been. The staff did not even go by our time-line. Buffet was served late some guests even had to leave before the food was even put out. They made no formal announcement letting our guest know that they could go sit down after the cocktail hour ended. From the moment we were announced everything was rushed. We didn't even get a chance to see our cake before we were cutting it. When we cut the first piece it was very soft and hard to get out. They didn't keep it cool at all. The staff started clearing the dishes before all our guests were finished eating. They started clearing the room before we were even done gathering our things
We were offered no help in gathering our gifts and things. They were only concerned with getting us out of the room. And then there's the top of our wedding cake that was supposed to be served on our first anniversary. It was nothing but a ball of dough wrapped in serang wrap. My mother was also overcharged for her room which they never fixed. Our whole reception was a fiasco and I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. They totally ruined the biggest day of our lives. -
