Great wedding venue!
We recently hosted our daughter's wedding here in November 2025. Diane and the staff were helpful, professional, communicative, and friendly. Our event was a night to remember! They offer a lot of services for a reasonable cost. I would recommend Holiday Inn of Lansdale! -

Couldn't ask for a better event venue!
Diane, or event coordinator, went above and beyond to handle some different requests for our event. She was always prompt and courteous with her responses. The food and beverage director, Joey, did a fantastic job coordinating our menu requests and was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Cold food was cold, hot food was hot, and everything was delicious! The event went off without a hitch, and we really couldn't ask for anything better in a venue and/or coordinator. -

Baby shower
We had an amazing time celebrating with friends and family my sister in laws baby shower. The hall was beautiful, clean and well set up. The staff was great at helping me out with the table set up. Very little for me to do other than decoration. I would 1000% recommend this location and Diane was extremely helpful and responsive. -

Great Party Venue!
We recently hosted a surprise party at the 1750 Grill inside the Holiday Inn Kulpsville, and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was extremely responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. They were flexible with everything we needed and even helped come up with solutions so the event could run exactly the way we envisioned.
One of the things we appreciated most was how they allowed us to use the room freely as long as we took care of it. They really let us “do our thing,” which made the setup and overall flow of the party so much easier and more enjoyable.
The space itself was perfect — private, with doors we could close so the event felt intimate and just for our group. Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and the quality of the venue.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend the 1750 Grill for anyone looking to host an event. The combination of flexibility, great service, and a private, comfortable space made our surprise party a success! -

Rehearsal Dinner
We hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Holiday Inn, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was absolutely amazing—warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating every step of the way. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn for any special event! -

Wedding Rehearsal Dinner
We just had my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner at the Holiday Inn Lansdale over Thanksgiving weekend! We all had a wonderful time! This was the perfect place to have it! The Zinc room was great, the staff was very friendly and always available, the food was delicious and received many compliments! We had a family breakfast, also in the Zinc room, the morning of the wedding, we all hung out at the bar after the wedding, and all came back the morning, after the wedding, to gather, eat and see each other one last time before we all headed out our separate ways! Our contact person was Diane… she was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and responded to any emails right away!! We highly recommend the Holiday Inn Lansdale! -

Best experience, highly recommend this hotel to those planning events.
Had my wedding here at Holiday Inn back in October 2024. The hotel's staff have great hospitality and made me feel so at-ease for my big day. We had a pretty large group, and the ballroom was able to comfortably accommodate all of us. I can't thank Diane enough for assisting with all of the planning, catering, event setup/decor, etc! Sean was great with getting our friends and family from out of town set up with a group block of rooms for our event. John and the gentlemen from the banquet assistance staff paid attention to every detail that myself and my guests needed. Thank you to Kelly for providing us such an amazing experience and hotel to host our wedding at. Everything was made to be very seamless, which I certainly appreciate. The hotel was lovely and my wedding turned out more beautiful than I even imagined. Thank you so much! -

Exceptional Experience at Holiday Inn for Our Wedding Guests
We booked a room block at the Holiday Inn for our wedding guests, and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire experience. From start to finish, the hotel made everything incredibly seamless, and I owe much of that to their amazing coordinator, Diane Simms.
Diane went above and beyond in every aspect of our booking process. She was always quick to respond to emails and calls, and her attention to detail was remarkable. She helped us coordinate everything from room assignments to special accommodations for out-of-town family members. Diane made sure our guests felt welcome and cared for, ensuring that everyone had a smooth check-in experience and that their needs were met during their stay.
She was especially helpful when it came to last-minute changes and requests—always calm, patient, and accommodating. Her dedication truly went the extra mile, and we felt so supported by her throughout the entire process. Thanks to Diane's incredible organization and expertise, we were able to focus on other wedding details, knowing that our guests were in great hands.
The rooms themselves were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Many of our guests commented on how spacious and cozy they were, and the amenities provided were perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also ideal, making it easy for our wedding guests to travel to the venue and other local attractions.
If you’re considering the Holiday Inn for your wedding guest accommodations, I can’t recommend it enough. Diane truly made our experience unforgettable, and we are so grateful for her hard work and dedication to ensuring our wedding weekend was a success. Thank you, Diane, and thank you to the entire team at Holiday Inn for making our wedding weekend so special for us and our loved ones! -

AWESOME Service & Event Space!!!
Helped my best friend plan and host her wedding here at Holiday Inn-Lansdale! It tuned out to be a beautiful wedding, and the entire team of staff was so helpful along the entire way. Diane, the hotel's events manager, was so kind and assisted with all of my crazy inquiries. We ended up using catering through the hotel, and I'm so glad we did--it was delicious & reasonably priced! The hotel is more newly renovated with a beautiful, spacious ballroom that was perfect for our event. All of our guests had an amazing time. Thank you so much! 10/10 recommended!! -

Miller-Larkin Wedding
We were so impressed with the staff, they were so pleasant and accommodating. This was a large wedding with guest arriving on Thursday staying through Sunday. We chose this place because it was all inclusive for our needs. Staff was always available, the food was excellent and the venue beautiful -

Great Banquet Facilty
Our organization hosted our end of the year baseball banquet at the Holiday Inn for the past two years. They were wonderful to work with. Diane Simms is the best. The food was good. We were able to go to the event and have a good time. They took care of the rest. -

Wonderfully Surprised for our epic wedding!
We would love to share our wonderful experience we had at the Holiday Inn in Lansdale for our daughter's September 2023 wedding! We have lived in the area for our whole lives and was so wonderfully surprised how fabulous our wedding weekend turned out!
I originally called looking for a block of rooms for many out of state guests. I happened to have the great fortune of speaking with the events/catering manager Diane, who asked if she could share their wedding packages as well as rooms info, since we were originally planning to have the event at our home. We struck GOLD!
What I found out is that I could not host all the moving parts so easily or affordably at home as the complete package offered by the Holiday Inn! From menus, to room choices & set up, and Diane being always available to assist, to recommendations for DJs - the Holiday Inn has amazing planning options!
Our wedding weekend went off without a hitch! Casey, the sales manager handled any and all special room requests and every guest was so pleased with the accommodations and friendly staff! The hotel is completely renovated so rethink contacting the Holiday Inn for your event!
Our event venue was just gorgeous, spacious and well appointed! The food served was superb with many guests going back for seconds and thirds! We hosted a pre and post reception in the bar area which was spacious and had something for everyone!
I can't say enough about our epic wedding! Thank you especially to Diane and Casey for taking much of the stress away for a perfect event! We are still talking about the great people, service and atmosphere! Call them! You will be happily impressed! -

Excellent!
We reserved the Elements Ballroom for our wedding reception on November 17, 2023. The services provided by the hotel on the day of the event were exceptional. We encountered no issues with the staff or the bar services. The bartender assigned to our event, Matt, did a fantastic job.
Our event coordinator from the hotel was Diane Simms, and she proved to be a pleasure to work with from the initial stages to the conclusion of the celebration. Diane ensured that all our requests were promptly and thoroughly addressed. She even went above and beyond, collaborating with our caterer at the last minute, and the results exceeded our expectations. We were truly impressed with the outcome.
I highly recommend Holiday Inn for venue selection, and I can't speak highly enough of Diane Simms for her fantastic work throughout the entire process. -

50TH Birthday Celebration
Diane and her team at the Holiday Inn Kulpsville provided an outstanding event, service, and support for my wife’s 50TH birthday celebration. The ambiance walking into the lobby is very inviting. Words cannot paint the picture of the exceptional bar service, food, and event space set up; this can only be experienced! I vetted numerous establishments in the general area of Philadelphia, King of Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, and Kulpsville/lansdale and not only was Diane responsive the cost to host an event was very cost efficient! -

Our class reunion was great
Our event was our 50th class reunion. This was the 4th time we used this venue and we believe it was the best one yet. Diane always responded in a timely manner and attended to all our needs. Excellent Customer Service
We love this hotel and the staff, especially Diane Simms, who went above and beyond during our ball room and hotel room booking process. He ensured everything was set up correctly, the chairs and table, music table, gift table etc. The food was very delicious, as our guest confirmed they really enjoyed it. The easiest staff to work with!!
I met the Holiday Inn staff when I was officiating a wedding in the ballroom. After seeing how professionally the wedding and reception was carried out, I decided that I would like to try my own event planning with this staff. I planned and held my 25th High School Reunion at the Holiday Inn five years ago. Everyone said that the and the experience was wonderful. As the reunion coordinator, it was up to me to plan the entire even by myself. The staff at the Holiday Inn was supportive, helpful, and made planning a breeze. Beyond that, Diane Simms, along with many others made the planning process easy and enjoyable. The reunion was incredible and went off without a hitch. The staff was anticipatory and responsive, the food was excellent, and everyone had a great time. When it came to planning the 30th High School reunion, it was a “no brainer” where I was going to hold it. I contacted Diane Simms and it was booked and planned without any hassle or anxiety. Then COVID hit…. I had to move the date because of the social distancing issues with the pandemic. Diane helped me to reschedule it and moved all my information to the new date. I heard back from my classmates and they were still uncertain about having a reunion. So, I moved the date out even further, again, Diane was supportive and helpful and moved my date again. A few months passed and my classmates said they didn’t want to have a reunion under these circumstances. I was devastated. I had put down $500 of my own money as a non-refundable deposit. I emailed Diane, beside myself, and explained that this reunion was not going to happen. The most amazing thing happened! Diane refunded my deposit. They were responsive, flexible, and always professional, and went out of their way to accommodate any and all requests. I cannot recommend Holiday Inn enough! I will not hesitate to hold my reunion there when this COVID mess gets resolved.

Had to cancel, but...
One of the fun parts of being a corona-bride is having to change everything about your wedding (Sarcasm). Diane and the team at Holiday Inn Lansdale rolled with our punches up to and including a full refund of our deposits due to the pandemic. We spent just about a year working with them before having to cancel our event and they were consistently on top of helping us. -

Diane Simms was absolutely amazing!!!! She was so easy to work with and was so helpful. Unfortunately, due to COVID 19 we were unable to actually have our wedding at The Holiday Inn. Diane kept in touch with us the entire time as to the restrictions that were being placed on hotels and restaurants. She understood what our vision of our perfect day was and offered some options to my finance and I. Going through this pandemic and planning a wedding has been so stressful but Diane helped to put our minds at ease. Thank you so much Diane!!!! -

Our Wedding Day!
Diane Simms, the event coordinator, made sure we had the best wedding day. She was very professional yet flexible also. She paid attention to the small details I noted and brought the venue to life. She was fantastic to work with and kept her word with everything I would ask for. The food was amazing and the head chef, John, was amazing. He was always checking in to see if both the groomsmen and bridesmaids had everything they needed the morning of getting ready and would make sure we were happy with the breakfast spreads he put together. Fantastic venue. Not to mention hotel rooms for our guests and the downstairs night bar. Perfect evening! I highly recommend this venue for your wedding! God Bless!-

My wedding was exactly how I wanted it. The ballroom was soooo beautiful!!! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Diane was absolutely awesome and caring. She made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it. Chicken Marsala was one of the best that I have ever had. I am so happy that I chose the Holiday Inn Lansdale for my wedding and I highly recommend them. -

Great Experience!
I was planning my wedding completely from out of state so I needed a vendor who would be responsive and put up with the mass amount of questions I asked, down to the most minute detail. Diane could not be more accommodating. She answered every question graciously and was a pleasure to work with. Great value as well without any sacrifice in service. The food was delicious, staff was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.
They also don't nickel and dime you for everything like other venues who want to charge you for every extra amenity or piece of equipment. Highly recommend! -

We had an amazing time and so did all our family and friends.
We were so stressed and overwhelmed and thankfully Diane and other parts of the staff helped us through it all. They accommodated all our needs all while smiling. This was such a nice venue to get married at everyone took care of us from the kitchen staff to the management it was awsome!!The food was great and everyone that came to the wedding all loved the food I would definatly recommend this venu to anyone and everyone we loved it thank you holiday inn and also to dianne simms our planner at the holiday inn and John the kitchen manager you both were so helpful and great for making our day turn out to be special thanks again!! -

The staff at the Holiday Inn were so helpful in setting up room blocks - it was such an easy process and they were incredibly accommodating for everyone. The morning of the wedding the staff helped me to bring extra chairs to my room for the bridesmaids to get ready. The staff at the restaurant helped us to make to-go boxes so that we could eat in our room. And they organized tables for all of our guests for breakfast the morning after without us even asking. Overall a great experience! We also used the bar as an after-party for our guests, and it was perfect! The Holiday Inn had everything we were looking for, including a great staff who could help us every step of the way. -

We had the best time, from planning the wedding and reception to the final good night. Kate (the event coordinator) was the best, she never got upset or aggravated with us when we changed our mind on every thing from how we wanted the room set for the ceremony to the type of food we picked. John (the banquet manager) was great he gave us everything we needed and more. They worked together to make our day the best experience we could asked for. Everyone one of our guest said how good the food was and that all the staff was very nice and helpful. -

We had a huge rehearsal dinner and they did a great job accommodating us. The food was great-buffet style. The facility and room was super nice. Also really convenient for the guests staying there. Kara is the main contact @ Holiday Inn Lansdale and she is AMAZING! She is so helpful and makes you her #1 priority. She is a fantastic wedding correspondent. Unfortunately she wasn't available on our wedding day, but I'm sure she would have been extremely helpful and kind. John, the manager of the hotel, was there and took care of us 110%! He asked us if we needed ANYTHING multiple times that night, and he meant he would get us ANYTHING! He did such a great job that we wanted to give him and the whole staff wedding favors/desserts! If you are getting married in the area, go here!! -

We held our morning after breakfast at the Best Western Towamencin. We chose it because of it's location to the PA turnpike for all of our out-of-state guests. The food surpassed our expectations. The room was clean, set up nicely with linens that are available in a variety of colors. We had the full breakfast buffet package and service was great. Valerie was great to work with and was so patient. Would definitely recommend this for a great brunch venue. -

Wedding Hotel Block & Event Space
We used this hotel for our rehearsal dinner, after party, and hotel block and had a great experience.
After touring a few hotels we decided to choose this one because of the warm welcome we received! The staff answered each of our questions and when our event came, it lived up to every expectation we had.
The rooms were clean, the members of staff were kind to our guests, and the front desk answered so many questions at all times of the night and truly made our stay memorable.
With our events at the hotel, the staff helped us set up and clean up AND store everything we asked until we left.
We will absolutely frequent this hotel in the future!

Great, affordable wedding reception venue
Diane, the hotel's event manager, was wonderful! She accompanied us through the entire planning process from touring the venue to sending countless emails back and forth ironing out details for the day of. She was extremely flexible in working with our schedules and our budget. We were able to customize our wedding package to be more affordable for us by cutting out some tradition aspects that weren't as important to us. The venue itself is simple but perfect! Having the cocktail hour in the lobby couldn't have worked better. The space was beautiful and spacious, and there were a plethora of options for people to sit as they desired. The ballroom itself was all we needed. We chose to rent uplighting and dance floor lighting from a DJ and we felt that $1000 made all the difference taking this room from nice... to really feeling like a wedding. For 150 guests we thought it was the perfect amount of space. The dance floor was full the whole night but we were never cramped. Our guests raved about the food. We were blown away how delicious it was!! Our guests also loved being able to have their hotel room at the venue.-

Highly Recommend This Hotel For Your Wedding Venue - the true all in one experience!!
If you are looking for a beautiful event space, an amazing coordinator, amazing staff, good food, and the best bakery for your wedding cake; I would recommend Holiday Inn as the venue to your wedding! We had the pleasure of working hand in hand with Diane. She always answered all my hundreds of questions in such a pleasant and professional manner. And, no matter how the vision of my wedding evolved and changed, she was always so accommodating and respectful.
The entire wedding package you get for the price you pay, is such an amazing value! The most important thing for our wedding was for it to be affordable. Diane and The Holiday Inn made our wedding dreams come true while also allowing us to stay within budget.

Beautiful venue for an amazing day!
After touring several other venues, we met with Diane and toured the Elements Ballroom at the Holiday Inn in Lansdale. We loved the ballroom and couldn't beat the value and inclusions in their package. We were married on 5/6/23 and it was everything would could have hoped for and more! Everyone was so wonderful and took excellent care of our every need! I highly recommend this venue for an amazing event!

I'm a little late with my review so this might not be 100% relevant anymore.. however my husband and I chose to have our entire wedding here because we liked the convenience of having it in the hotel because we were planning from out of state and also was within our budget. When we first booked out date, Beverly was our event coordinator and she was great, however like other reviews mentioned, she left the job and we were not informed at all. It seems like some details we agreed on with Beverly were not passed along to the new coordinator, Kara, but we eventually worked it all out. Unfortunately Kara was out of town the weekend of our wedding and when we arrived the night before, I guess some of what we agreed on wasn't passed along to the hotel staff and we had an issue with our hotel suite not being properly booked. (We were told it would be included with our event & hotel room blocks, for whatever reason the staff kept telling us we were supposed to pay full price) Luckily, John, who was in charge of our wedding since Kara was away, quickly solved our issue. He was AWESOME. He was there the night of our rehearsal dinner, helping out, and the day of the wedding. He was just the BEST. He checked in with us several times throughout the day/night to see if there was anything we needed. I don't know who the event coordinator is now, but if John is still working there than you will be in good hands. -

I had a great experience working with Holiday Inn (some of my reception photos are shown)
The Bistro is a great place to hang out and has great food, so I knew they would be wonderful for a catering to a large 190-person crowd. John, the banquet manager, did a great job organizing the food options for our tasting and executing it flawlessly. We even had a few ideas that were completely new to them and he was eager to make our ideas work!
John and the kitchen were very accommodating with our food requirements and needs (we had a few Kosher and vegan attendees).
The venue itself served very well to fit the size reception we had. We held the ceremony off-site and arrived with our guests for cocktail hour and the reception. We used the full ballroom space they had available: 190 guests, a dance floor, and a 10-piece band. Kate and the hotel management really worked well together and allowed us to get our questions answered and have the reception we wanted. Thank you to everyone at Holiday Inn, we had a lovely time! -

Amazing catering and service - responsiveness could have been better
The food was absolutely incredible - John catered to us which we were not expecting. He was genuinely happy to be part of our day, and that made it extra special.
Casey, the hotel room booking manager, was very informative and organized. We appreciated her attention to detail on helping us and our guests book rooms in the hotel block.
Diane was very at tentative day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. -

Great place to stay for a local wedding
We stayed at the hotel for a night, celebrating a local wedding. While the wedding was not at the venue, the before and after events were. The food was great, bar well staffed, and the renovations were very lovely. -

First, I want to say that I had an absolutely lovely wedding day and reception, once we finally made it there. Planning with the Holiday Inn Lansdale, however, was very stressful. The sales manager/coordinator that I booked with, Beverly, seemed to know what she was doing. However, I found out months later that she had never properly booked our wedding. Luckily the general manager at the time was able to fix things for us and keep our date.
We went through several coordinators during the year we worked with the Holiday Inn, and their skill/knowledge varied. Information about my event was not passed along very smoothly. A few months into planning, Beverly suddenly stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. Since I planned the wedding from out of town, I had to send my father to the hotel to find out what was going on. Turns out Beverly no longer worked there. Then there was Kara, who seemed nice and enthusiastic. I met with her, explained a lot of things over again. Then a month and a half before the wedding, Kara was suddenly replaced with Kate. At least they notified me that time.
The kitchen/catering staff seemed to be the only ones who really knew what they were doing. John was very helpful in choosing the menu. The food and service were good the day of the event. The DJ and his assistant kept the schedule moving, which was good since no hotel staff ever came to greet me.
Overall, I'm still glad we chose the Holiday Inn because of the convenience and value of having the reception in a hotel for our many out-of-town guests. If that’s important to you too, then I could tentatively recommend this venue. However, expect that you will have to be on top of the hotel staff every step of the way. Double and triple check things, and get everything in writing, even if staff assure you it isn't necessary. -
