Historic Rosemont Springs was the perfect venue for our special day, and our wedding coordinator, Michelle, ensured our day went so smoothly! The rehearsal at the venue and the wedding/reception went perfectly and Michelle was so organized and made sure everything was taken care of so we could be stress-free the whole weekend! Michelle’s professionalism and experience with wedding planning and coordination was evident as our wedding day was so smooth, and she checked in on us throughout the day to make sure everything was what we wanted. Overall, we would not have changed a thing, it was amazing. The venue’s landscaping was also top notch and happened to be in bloom during our wedding weekend, it was beautiful.

Rosemont gave me the wedding of my dreams and made my experience marrying my best friends x10 better than expected! Great staff, beautiful property! Awesome wedding planning!

If you’re on the fence about Historic Rosemont Springs, let me just save you the hassle and say: BOOK IT NOW. Seriously, this place isn’t just a wedding venue—it’s the GOAT. My wife and I got hitched here, and let me tell you, it was one for the history books.

First off, the Springs Barn is straight-up stunning. Imagine walking into this gorgeous barn with twinkling lights, vaulted ceilings, and this crazy cool waterfall that makes you feel like you’re in some fairytale. Except it’s real—and you’re about to throw the biggest party of your life there.

Speaking of parties, the team at Rosemont Springs gets it. They made everything seamless. Like, I thought planning a wedding would be stressful, but these guys handled every detail like pros so my wife and I could just focus on having the time of our lives. The ceremony pavilion? Chef’s kiss. The vibe was romantic, but not stuffy. Then we moved into the barn for the reception, and BOOM—it was party central.

And let’s talk about the dance floor. I don’t think it was ever empty. Our DJ cranked up the music, the drinks were flowing (shoutout to the bar staff, they’re legends), and everyone—from my 5-year-old niece to my 85-year-old grandpa—was tearing it up. My groomsmen even started a dance battle. Yeah, it got wild.

But the best part? The memories. Every single corner of this place is picture-perfect, and our photographers were basically drooling over the photo ops. From the waterfall backdrop to the fire pits outside (yes, there are fire pits for late-night s’mores vibes), every shot was epic.

Biff and his team at Rosemont are topnotch! Our entire experience with them, from the initial visit to the farewell, was a pleasure. He was so helpful, and everyone we interacted with there was cheerful and efficient (we rented a house and rooms in the Manor as well and very much enjoyed the complementary tea for the bride and mom). Our daughter's Christmastime wedding was magical, and the staff even got the lovely waterfall running on a very cold day to add to the ambience. The Springs barn has no steps, which is great for older guests, and having adjacent bride and groom suites to prepare was a fabulous amenity. Highly recommend!

I recently coordinated a school dance at Historic Rosemont Manor, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the stunning architecture and beautiful grounds set the perfect backdrop for our event. The spacious ballroom accommodated our 500 guests comfortably, allowing everyone to mingle and dance the night away. The staff was incredibly attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, creating a magical atmosphere that we all loved. I can't recommend Historic Rosemont Manor enough for any special occasion—it truly made our school dance a night to remember!

Rosemont, both the location and Staff are exactly what you want in order to create a dream wedding. The location itself is beautiful, you'll enjoy being there and your guests will appreciate their time there. The staff is what truly makes this fantastic location the best though. We chose this spot for our wedding because Biff sat down with us and walked through our wedding plans, budget, and gave us advice on every item, even when it would have potentially cost him money. The attention to detail and personal interest is not something you get from most vendors. Our Wedding Coordinator Monica was the single best choice we made when it came to planning. Monica reassured us we were on the right path, ensured we met deadlines, helped cut through deadlock decisions, found us vendors within our budget, and made us feel so less stressed when it came to planning. On the Day of the Wedding Monica had everything in hand so that we could focus on just being in the moment and enjoying ourselves.

When my now husband and I first went to look at Rosemont Springs I immediately fell in love with it. I wanted something I kept calling “rustic/chic” and when I walked onto the property with the gorgeous green lawn, beautiful old trees and naturally occurring spring next to the barn, I thought “THIS is it!” The interior of the barn with its amazing stone fireplace and stunning crystal chandeliers is so pretty you barely need any decorations. There is a bridal and groomsmen suite on site that makes getting ready the day of a breeze. There is ample parking for guests who choose to drive. This may seem like a silly thing, but I also LOVED that they had restrooms in the barn that could be accessed either from the patio (where our reception/cocktail hour was) or inside and they each had several stalls. Everyone we worked with at Rosemont was truly wonderful. From Biff, the owner, who gave us our tour, to Michael who helped my husband and his groomsmen with their tuxes, to Tait our wedding coordinator- everyone was SO helpful, responsive and genuinely seemed to love what they do and want to help us make our day perfect.

My husband and I booked with Rosemont about a month and a half before our wedding day since our previous venue fell through. From the start, Rosemont was SO helpful in getting everything switched over, and they even price-matched everything from our previous venue. We were so pleased with their service, and the wedding planner they provided was so helpful, organized, and on top of things. The venue is BEAUTIFUL and I couldn't have imagined a more perfect venue for our wedding. The springs are so pretty, we didn't need to do any other decorations for the ceremony. The reception space is so open and the area is gorgeous. I can't recommend Rosemont enough! We have no regrets and we LOVED everything about the venue!

My husband and I were planning our wedding during the COVID pandemic and the Rosemont Staff did everything they could to still make it our perfect day. They were creative with ideas and communicative throughout every step of the process.

With several stunning locations to choose from on the property, we chose the charming barn at Rosemont Springs. The venue offered us the flexibility to design and set up the space ourselves, which made the event feel incredibly personal and unique to our vision.

I've been to quite a few Rosemont weddings and they've all been great. But I would like to give a special S/O to a phenomenal planner in particular--Sarah C! She is professional, pays great attention to detail, and keeps everything running smoothly. 10/10 recommend the Rosemont and Sarah! :)

My wife and I were recently married at Historic Rosemont Springs. My wife and I were abundantly taken care of by the Rosemont staff. Specifically, our amazing wedding coordinator, Collette Hawes. She was absolutely incredible, was with us every step of the way and helped us with anything my wife or I needed. My wife and I are very thankful she was able to share our special night with us. Mrs. Hawes even helped me set up a wonderful surprise for my wife and it was incredible.

Rosemont Manor was a once in a lifetime place to celebrate my wife's and I marriage. Just down the road from the beautiful Saint Bridget of Ireland Catholic Church, we celebrated our marriage with the beautiful landscape of the Rosemont Manor. The Barn was fabulous, and it was gorgeously set up by Mrs. Hawes and the Rosemont Manor staff.

I wouldn't change a single thing about my wife's, and I special night and that is all thanks to Mrs. Hawes, Rosemont Manor, its wonderful staff, and its wonderful landscape.

We fell in love with Rosemont Springs the moment we stepped inside of the large barn style building! Wedding planning/decor was not our forte so we wanted a venue that was beautiful on its own and that is exactly what we got. It was simply elegant. Highly recommend!

From the moment we visited Historic Rosemont Springs, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. The venue and grounds are just breathtaking. All of our guests were blown away by it.

The staff at Rosemont is incredibly professional, welcoming, and organized. The day of the wedding they did everything to make the day run smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They handles all of my decorations, tips for vendors, and organization. I was able to relax and get ready without a worry. During the ceremony and reception the took care of us and our guests the whole time. It was a perfect evening thanks to Rosemont! I wouldn’t have wanted to get married anywhere else!

My fiancé-now-husband was the one who actually found this venue and boy, am I glad he did! Not only is the facility gorgeousssss (seriously), but their staff is so friendly and accommodating. I truly felt like a priority and not "just another bride." Our families stayed at one of their guests houses on site (all 22 of us), which proved to be so much more cost effective and convenient than hotel rooms. The facility was clean, well-lit, organized, air-conditioned, and truly reflective of the elegant barn wedding we had envisioned. Highly recommend! Our guests are still raving!

If I could give them 1,000 stars I would. Due to a last minute COVID scare we had to change almost everything the day before. We originally planned to have our ceremony at a church, but changed it to Rosemont so we could have it outside. Jacob (our Rosemont coordinator) and the Rosemont staff were AMAZING. They quickly put together a beautiful ceremony and gave us several rental items for free to make everything the best it could be given our circumstances. We had no rehearsal, and were finalizing everything the day-of, but you wouldn't know it. Everything ran so smoothly! Jacob's Dad (who owns Rosemont) even stepped in as our officiant. We couldn't have asked for a better venue. I am so grateful for everything they did for us. If you're considering Rosemont Springs, do it, you won't regret it. On top of the staff being awesome, the actual venue is stunning. We had several guests comment on just how beautiful everything was.

It was such a picturesque day, imagine gorgeous weather surround by some of your closest friends and family. The Historic Rosemont Springs provided the perfect backdrop for celebrating our day. I would highly recommend this venue, their staff, and wedding coordinator to any bride/groom looking to celebrate their beautiful day.


COVID-19: If there is a bride/groom looking for a venue allowing social distance as well as maintaining precautions associated with COVID-19, take a look at the Historic Rosemont Springs aka The Barn! For reference we wound up having less than 50 people at the ceremony and less than 40 at the receptions and there was plenty of room for an 8 piece live band. Everyone was temperature checked as they entered the venue, all of the staff and vendors wore masks, all chairs and tables were separate by 6ft, and there were sanitizing stations throughout.


We were on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator from the Rosemont but are supremely glad we went for it. Anneka was extremely flexible especially when it came to us keeping the proposed timeline. She perfectly put brought together all of our decorations and ideas to make our day the best it could be. Throughout the last month leading up to our wedding, Anneka ensured every box was checked and that we were on track for the day of. She was such a pleasure to work with and I am glad she was there to help us celebrate our day.

The Rosemont springs venue is the most stunning place ever. They thought of everything when it comes to bride/groom shirts, many options for the ceremony, and beautiful finishes everywhere. All the photos came out stunning. It was nice to have the coordinator come with the venue but it may be helpful to also hire a day of coordinator to execute everything.

My husband and I got married at Historic Rosemont Springs back in May 2023, and we had the best time at our wedding! We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather on our wedding day, so we had our ceremony and cocktail hour on the outdoor patio, then moved inside for the reception. Our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was, and appreciated the attention to detail from the staff. Our coordinator, Sarah, was amazing to work with and helped the day run smoothly. Rosemont does have a higher price point than some other venues in the area, but we are very happy with our decision to get married there! The beauty of the venue and the level of service from the Rosemont team were unmatched!

This is a beautiful setting and everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we decided this was the venue we were going to use, all the way up to settling the final bill, everyone was friendly and responsive. Special shout out to Annia, our planner. She is fantastic to work with! On my daughter's special day, Annika made sure she ran everything by us first before she made any changes or did anything major. She didn't "take over" and understood that it was OUR day and we needed to approve anything major. My daughter actually told me the day was "like a fairy tale".

This gorgeous venue can fit a variety of budgets depending on the wedding season, day of the week, and time of day. Be sure to ask if the space is available for rehearsal ahead of time because that time is not guaranteed when booking the venue. The staff were slow with communication at times, but very flexible and understanding. The on-site guest houses provided convenient accommodation as well. The wedding day ran very smoothly and I highly recommend the Historic Rosemont Springs Barn to any bride looking for a romantic, rustic indoor wedding.

When we started planning our wedding two years ago, we knew there were a few things we absolutely needed - space for a lot of people and a big band and a lot of dancing, rustic chic (no barrels, plz), and beautiful. My now-husband and I did a venue search looking through many, many pictures, sorting them all into tabs of yes, maybe, and no, and making arrangements for tours from our favorites.

At the time of tours, my mom lived in Colorado, so she flew out for the weekend and she, me, my now-husband and his mother did 10 venue tours over the course of 4 days. My now-husband couldn't make it to the first one (which happened to be Rosemont Springs) as it was on a Thursday during the day, when he had to work. As we did all the others, he remembered seeing particular photos when we did our search and kept waiting to see it in person. Each one just wasn't it. When we were able to book a second tour of Rosemont Springs, the minute he saw it, he knew that's what he'd been waiting for. I was happy as well, because it had been my favorite all along!

Our favorite story from the tour was Biff Genda (the owner) telling us that when they decided to build a barn venue, they went to many others in the area and made a list of what they liked and didn't like, and then took everything they wanted and built their own. And it's perfect, and beautiful, and everything we wanted as well.

Working with the venue was slightly more challenging, but still ended up in everything we wanted for our wedding. Jaime with room reservations was great and so easy to work with, we loved her! The venue itself seems to be a bit old fashioned (fitting for their image), as the record keeping is all done on paper, so there were a few miscommunications throughout the process from one person to another on staff. Also, they don't accept any form of electronic payment, which was a bit of a hassle being an hour away from the venue. But in the end, it was all worth it for the beautiful wedding of our dreams to be able to happen.

We held our wedding at the barn at the Historic Rosemont springs. The venue is gorgeous, very well maintained and has a very nice flow for events. We utilized both the bridal suite and the groom's suite to get ready, as well as the venue for our rehearsal. They graciously provided a barrel at no-cost for placing some decoration. We were able to choose the location for the ceremony (subject to weather, since we married early December) and details for spotlight lighting features.
Now, regarding the not-so-nice items:
- They were extremely rigid to work with. We got married on a Thursday, therefore, we had a little bit more "flexibility". However, we cannot possibly imagine how it would be to work with them for a Saturday wedding in peak season.
- Even though they were very rigid, their practices and customer treatment didn't follow a similar philosophy. The person we were assigned to work with at first would take a week on average to respond to our emails. Only after following up to an email, I was advised by someone else that this person was no longer working with Rosemont and our wedding was being reassigned to a new person. The new person attempted to charge us due to hiring non-approved vendors, even though our contract stated this fee didn't apply. I had to pull up a paper trail to clarify this.
- We requested to keep the duration of the rental however move it to an early start by 1-2 hours and the answer was no, our only option was to agree to a "discounted fee".
- Our security deposit was returned with a few days delay and even though I requested a specific "payable to" (in accordance with the contract), they processed it against a different "payable to" (also in accordance with the contract; however not the "payable to" we requested).
- On the day of, the venue's owner yelled at some members of my wedding party and the wedding coordinator due to some misunderstanding.
Considering the items above, I would not recommend couples to consider this venue unless this is your dream venue. Everything in our wedding ended up being very nice and we were immensely happy with how things turned out. The new person from Rosemont ended up being very helpful and diligent even after the fee misunderstanding above. However, if you are a laid-back couple and want to avoid misunderstandings and frustration, I would recommend you select a different venue; it will save you some headaches.
