I just had my DREAM WEDDING, and I’m still on cloud nine! It was truly the most magical weekend, and Historic Rosemont Springs played a HUGE part in making it everything we hoped for and more!!!! Still waiting on official photography, but enjoy these iPhone photos!
The Venue:
Rosemont Springs is absolutely breathtaking. The barn itself is gorgeous - BIG chandeliers, the stone fireplace, a terrace, the warm rustic-but-chic vibe. Everything feels elevated and welcoming. We held our ceremony on the back terrace with the waterfall (!!!!), and it was literal perfection. The entire space feels peaceful, natural, and romantic all at once.
The Staff:
Everyone we interacted with was so kind. From our very first tour with Kayla to working closely with our 90-day coordinator, Collette, we felt supported the whole way through. Collette was incredible - she jumped in to help us finalize the details for our mostly self-planned wedding, filled in gaps we didn’t even realize we had, and coordinated with each vendor ahead of time to make sure everything was aligned. The Google Sheets, Welcome Packet, and resources she shared were so helpful and kept us organized. She let us text and set up Google Meet calls as much as we wanted, we truly appreciate how accessible she was.
We were really hoping for an outdoor ceremony, and with an unpredictable forecast, Collette made sure we had a solid rain plan while still allowing us the flexibility to make the final call just a couple of days out. Thankfully the weather turned out perfect, and we got everything we dreamed of!!
Day-Of Experience:
The entire day ran so smoothly. The team made sure our floor plan matched our vision and worked seamlessly with our vendors to bring everything together. The bridal suite and groomsmen’s suite were perfect - close enough for communication but far enough that we never worried about accidentally seeing each other. My girls had plenty of mirror space, the makeup artist was able to work comfortably, and we still had room to lounge, eat breakfast, and store all our dresses and bags.
Overall:
Everything was perfect. I would recommend Historic Rosemont Springs to anyone looking for a venue that’s stunning, well-run, and full of people who genuinely care about making your wedding unforgettable.

We loved having our Indian wedding at Rosemont Springs! It was a two day celebration, with a Sangeet inside the barn and a beautiful outdoor traditional wedding ceremony in the morning! We loved how everything turned out, everything was so lovely, beautiful and professional. The staff run a great venue, and have been communicative and flexible throughout. What a wonderful venue! I just had my wedding on October 12th and it was an absolute dream! The location is absolutely beautiful and makes for wonderful pictures and and a fairytale atmosphere. We had minimal decorations because the venue is so beautiful; it really speaks for itself. Not only is the location stunning, but our coordinator, Michelle, was a dream to work with. She was so kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Michelle really was a superstar in making sure everything ran smoothly. After a tumultuous wedding venue search, we landed at the beautiful Rosemont Springs! After our original venue did not work out, we were lucky enough to find the Rosemont venue available for our original wedding date, it was truly meant to be. It’s an absolutely stunning venue from the chandeliers to the architecture of the barn itself. My husband and I were truly amazed by the venue. Our wedding day, with a special touch of rain, was perfect from the staff, to all of our incredible vendors. Collette, our wedding planner, was amazing from the start of our journey till the day of our wedding. She was responsive, beyond helpful, and truly has a passion for making her couples feel amazing on their wedding day. Not only did she work to accommodate our short notice wedding venue switch, but she also had a rain plan ready and executed it perfectly. We are so thankful for our amazing experience with the Rosemont family. -

Our wedding experience with Rosemont was magical. This venue was the first we tour and my husband and I knew that we had to have our big day here. From having an approved/recommended vendor list, to having an amazing tasting through their catering partnership, this made the entire process a lot more manageable. When it was about a month before, we got the wondering Michelle Benner as our wedding planner. She was the voice of reason, the rock, and the soul reason why we were able to execute such an amazing day. Historic Rosemont Springs was the perfect venue for our special day, and our wedding coordinator, Michelle, ensured our day went so smoothly! The rehearsal at the venue and the wedding/reception went perfectly and Michelle was so organized and made sure everything was taken care of so we could be stress-free the whole weekend! Michelle’s professionalism and experience with wedding planning and coordination was evident as our wedding day was so smooth, and she checked in on us throughout the day to make sure everything was what we wanted. Overall, we would not have changed a thing, it was amazing. The venue’s landscaping was also top notch and happened to be in bloom during our wedding weekend, it was beautiful. -

Rosemont... Where Dreams Come True!
Rosemont Springs was truly the most magical venue for our wedding. Having visited for years to enjoy their afternoon teas, we already knew this was the place for us. With several stunning locations to choose from on the property, we chose the charming barn at Rosemont Springs. The venue offered us the flexibility to design and set up the space ourselves, which made the event feel incredibly personal and unique to our vision.
The team at Rosemont Springs was accommodating, communicative, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire planning process. Their vendor recommendations are spot on, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choices.

If you’re on the fence about Historic Rosemont Springs, let me just save you the hassle and say: BOOK IT NOW. Seriously, this place isn’t just a wedding venue—it’s the GOAT. My wife and I got hitched here, and let me tell you, it was one for the history books.
First off, the Springs Barn is straight-up stunning. Imagine walking into this gorgeous barn with twinkling lights, vaulted ceilings, and this crazy cool waterfall that makes you feel like you’re in some fairytale. Except it’s real—and you’re about to throw the biggest party of your life there.
Speaking of parties, the team at Rosemont Springs gets it. They made everything seamless. Like, I thought planning a wedding would be stressful, but these guys handled every detail like pros so my wife and I could just focus on having the time of our lives. The ceremony pavilion? Chef’s kiss. The vibe was romantic, but not stuffy. Then we moved into the barn for the reception, and BOOM—it was party central.
And let’s talk about the dance floor. I don’t think it was ever empty. Our DJ cranked up the music, the drinks were flowing (shoutout to the bar staff, they’re legends), and everyone—from my 5-year-old niece to my 85-year-old grandpa—was tearing it up. My groomsmen even started a dance battle. Yeah, it got wild.
But the best part? The memories. Every single corner of this place is picture-perfect, and our photographers were basically drooling over the photo ops. From the waterfall backdrop to the fire pits outside (yes, there are fire pits for late-night s’mores vibes), every shot was epic.
Long story short: Rosemont Springs didn’t just host our wedding—they made our dreams a reality. If you want a venue that’s classy, fun, and full of good vibes, this is it.

Biff and his team at Rosemont are topnotch! Our entire experience with them, from the initial visit to the farewell, was a pleasure. He was so helpful, and everyone we interacted with there was cheerful and efficient (we rented a house and rooms in the Manor as well and very much enjoyed the complementary tea for the bride and mom). Our daughter's Christmastime wedding was magical, and the staff even got the lovely waterfall running on a very cold day to add to the ambience. The Springs barn has no steps, which is great for older guests, and having adjacent bride and groom suites to prepare was a fabulous amenity. Highly recommend! -

I recently coordinated a school dance at Historic Rosemont Manor, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the stunning architecture and beautiful grounds set the perfect backdrop for our event. The spacious ballroom accommodated our 500 guests comfortably, allowing everyone to mingle and dance the night away. The staff was incredibly attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, creating a magical atmosphere that we all loved. Rosemont, both the location and Staff are exactly what you want in order to create a dream wedding. The location itself is beautiful, you'll enjoy being there and your guests will appreciate their time there. The staff is what truly makes this fantastic location the best though. We chose this spot for our wedding because Biff sat down with us and walked through our wedding plans, budget, and gave us advice on every item, even when it would have potentially cost him money. The attention to detail and personal interest is not something you get from most vendors. Our Wedding Coordinator Monica was the single best choice we made when it came to planning. Monica reassured us we were on the right path, ensured we met deadlines, helped cut through deadlock decisions, found us vendors within our budget, and made us feel so less stressed when it came to planning. On the Day of the Wedding Monica had everything in hand so that we could focus on just being in the moment and enjoying ourselves. -

Amazing experience!
We fell in love with Rosemont Springs the moment we stepped inside of the large barn style building! When my now husband and I first went to look at Rosemont Springs I immediately fell in love with it. I wanted something I kept calling “rustic/chic” and when I walked onto the property with the gorgeous green lawn, beautiful old trees and naturally occurring spring next to the barn, I thought “THIS is it!” The interior of the barn with its amazing stone fireplace and stunning crystal chandeliers is so pretty you barely need any decorations. There is a bridal and groomsmen suite on site that makes getting ready the day of a breeze. There is ample parking for guests who choose to drive. This may seem like a silly thing, but I also LOVED that they had restrooms in the barn that could be accessed either from the patio (where our reception/cocktail hour was) or inside and they each had several stalls. Everyone we worked with at Rosemont was truly wonderful. From Biff, the owner, who gave us our tour, to Michael who helped my husband and his groomsmen with their tuxes, to Tait our wedding coordinator- everyone was SO helpful, responsive and genuinely seemed to love what they do and want to help us make our day perfect.Historic Rosemont Springs's reply:

My husband and I booked with Rosemont about a month and a half before our wedding day since our previous venue fell through. From the start, Rosemont was SO helpful in getting everything switched over, and they even price-matched everything from our previous venue. We were so pleased with their service, and the wedding planner they provided was so helpful, organized, and on top of things. The venue is BEAUTIFUL and I couldn't have imagined a more perfect venue for our wedding. The springs are so pretty, we didn't need to do any other decorations for the ceremony. The Perfect Backdrop
It was such a picturesque day, imagine gorgeous weather surround by some of your closest friends and family. The Historic Rosemont Springs provided the perfect backdrop for celebrating our day. I would highly recommend this venue, their staff, and wedding coordinator to any bride/groom looking to celebrate their beautiful day.
COVID-19: If there is a bride/groom looking for a venue allowing social distance as well as maintaining precautions associated with COVID-19, take a look at the Historic Rosemont Springs aka The Barn! For reference we wound up having less than 50 people at the ceremony and less than 40 at the receptions and there was plenty of room for an 8 piece live band. Everyone was temperature checked as they entered the venue, all of the staff and vendors wore masks, all chairs and tables were separate by 6ft, and there were sanitizing stations throughout.
We were on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator from the Rosemont but are supremely glad we went for it. Anneka was extremely flexible especially when it came to us keeping the proposed timeline. She perfectly put brought together all of our decorations and ideas to make our day the best it could be. Throughout the last month leading up to our wedding, Anneka ensured every box was checked and that we were on track for the day of. She was such a pleasure to work with and I am glad she was there to help us celebrate our day.

A Wedding to Remember!
We recently celebrated our wedding and are incredibly grateful for our wonderful wedding planner. Choosing the 90-day planning package made a significant difference, allowing us to enjoy a calm day. The decor setup was stunning. One suggestion would be to include tips for the venue staff in the overall pricing, as it would simplify financial planning. We had a two-day wedding weekend at Rosemont Manor and Springs Barn and could not have asked for a more beautiful or supportive venue experience. We hosted our Haldi ceremony outdoors on Friday followed immediately by our Sangeet inside the Carriage House. On Saturday, we held our wedding ceremony in the Carriage House and our reception at Rosemont Springs Barn. We also booked all of the housing available on the property for our guests. We had one guest house for groomsmen, one guest house for bridesmaids, and another guest house/the manor for immediate family.
The property itself is absolutely stunning. Between the historic manor, the Carriage House, the grounds, and the Springs Barn, every space felt elegant, well maintained, and incredibly special. The venue is especially well suited for larger weddings and multi-day events. While the manor accommodations are definitely on the more expensive side, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very well kept. The breakfast served at the manor each morning was also excellent and accommodating to a variety of dietary restrictions, which our guests really appreciated.
What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was the staff and coordination. Collette was incredible to work with throughout the entire planning process and wedding weekend. She was always available to answer questions or talk through ideas leading up to the event, and she struck the perfect balance between allowing us to be heavily involved in planning while also taking initiative and going above and beyond what we expected.
She handled so many moving pieces seamlessly, including setting up décor for both the Haldi and Sangeet, accommodating last-minute guest count adjustments, coordinating with all of our vendors, and managing our timeline across both days. Our ceremony was originally planned for the Manor’s East Lawn, but due to weather we ultimately pivoted to the indoor rain plan in the Carriage House. The transition was handled as smoothly as we could have possibly hoped for. Collette waited as long as possible before making the final call so we still had every chance for an outdoor ceremony, and once the decision was made, everything was reorganized quickly and professionally without adding stress to our day.
More than anything, the entire team made us feel genuinely cared for. Collette helped create such a collaborative and supportive environment between us and our vendors, and it truly felt like everyone was working together to make the weekend special. We are so grateful for all of the care, effort, and attention that went into making our wedding weekend unforgettable. -

The Rosemont springs venue is the most stunning place ever. They thought of everything when it comes to bride/groom shirts, many options for the ceremony, and beautiful finishes everywhere. All the photos came out stunning. It was nice to have the coordinator come with the venue but it may be helpful to also hire a day of coordinator to execute everything. -

My husband and I got married at Historic Rosemont Springs back in May 2023, and we had the best time at our wedding! We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather on our wedding day, so we had our ceremony and cocktail hour on the outdoor patio, then moved inside for the reception. Our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was, and appreciated the attention to detail from the staff. Our coordinator, Sarah, was amazing to work with and helped the day run smoothly. Rosemont does have a higher price point than some other venues in the area, but we are very happy with our decision to get married there! The beauty of the venue and the level of service from the Rosemont team were unmatched! -

This is a beautiful setting and everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we decided this was the venue we were going to use, all the way up to settling the final bill, everyone was friendly and responsive. Special shout out to Annia, our planner. She is fantastic to work with! On my daughter's special day, Annika made sure she ran everything by us first before she made any changes or did anything major. She didn't "take over" and understood that it was OUR day and we needed to approve anything major. My daughter actually told me the day was "like a fairy tale". -

Beautiful venue, highly recommend!
This gorgeous venue can fit a variety of budgets depending on the wedding season, day of the week, and time of day. Be sure to ask if the space is available for rehearsal ahead of time because that time is not guaranteed when booking the venue. The staff were slow with communication at times, but very flexible and understanding. The on-site guest houses provided convenient accommodation as well. The wedding day ran very smoothly and I highly recommend the Historic Rosemont Springs Barn to any bride looking for a romantic, rustic indoor wedding. -

When we started planning our wedding two years ago, we knew there were a few things we absolutely needed - space for a lot of people and a big band and a lot of dancing, rustic chic (no barrels, plz), and beautiful. My now-husband and I did a venue search looking through many, many pictures, sorting them all into tabs of yes, maybe, and no, and making arrangements for tours from our favorites.
At the time of tours, my mom lived in Colorado, so she flew out for the weekend and she, me, my now-husband and his mother did 10 venue tours over the course of 4 days. My now-husband couldn't make it to the first one (which happened to be Rosemont Springs) as it was on a Thursday during the day, when he had to work. As we did all the others, he remembered seeing particular photos when we did our search and kept waiting to see it in person. Each one just wasn't it. When we were able to book a second tour of Rosemont Springs, the minute he saw it, he knew that's what he'd been waiting for. I was happy as well, because it had been my favorite all along!
Our favorite story from the tour was Biff Genda (the owner) telling us that when they decided to build a barn venue, they went to many others in the area and made a list of what they liked and didn't like, and then took everything they wanted and built their own. And it's perfect, and beautiful, and everything we wanted as well.
Working with the venue was slightly more challenging, but still ended up in everything we wanted for our wedding. Jaime with room reservations was great and so easy to work with, we loved her! The venue itself seems to be a bit old fashioned (fitting for their image), as the record keeping is all done on paper, so there were a few miscommunications throughout the process from one person to another on staff. Also, they don't accept any form of electronic payment, which was a bit of a hassle being an hour away from the venue. But in the end, it was all worth it for the beautiful wedding of our dreams to be able to happen.Historic Rosemont Springs's reply:
