I celebrated my daughter’s quinceanera at Jordan springs and I couldn’t have made a better choice. It was magical and elegant everything went so perfect. I wanted a very exclusive elegant but small celebration with our closest friends and family. MR colt and his team went above and beyond. he reaaly paid so my attention to my vision and made alot more than that. he truly exidded my expectations. from the planning coordination in the day of. The decorations, the atmosphire the food and service. everything was amazing not even metionig how beautiful the venue is. I would recommend them 100%. Thank you Mr Colt for everything. Truly one of a kind wedding venue. -

Wow! Choosing Jordan Springs as my wedding venue was one of the best decisions I made when selecting my wedding vendors. My husband and I had only six months to plan our wedding—and boy, did that come with a lot of work! I am so glad I came across Jordan Springs because of its all-inclusive offerings and affordability.
The venue includes food, drinks, decorations, music, an officiant, and a wedding planner. But the best part about Jordan Springs is their wedding planner, Colt! I work night shifts, so I did most of my planning at night, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated his prompt responses—even at 3 AM! He was so on top of everything, making the entire process so much less stressful. I honestly can’t imagine planning my wedding at another venue without Colt.
On the wedding day, I felt completely at ease because of him. I didn’t stress one bit—he brought my dream wedding to life. It was absolutely perfect! Multiple guests complimented how incredible Colt was—it’s clear he excels at what he does. Guests also raved about how beautiful the wedding was and how much they enjoyed the food and cake. My husband’s and my families are pretty picky and have high standards, so the fact that they praised the food says a lot!
The bartenders were quick and friendly, and the entire Jordan Springs team was amazing. They worked so efficiently, and I can't thank them enough for giving me the fairytale wedding I had always imagined! -

From the salon to the send off, our day was perfect. The salon staff had us laughing, feeling absolutely beautiful, and were so sweet! The entire staff at Jordan Springs worked so hard behind the scenes to make everything flow so smoothly. We are so grateful to the entire staff, the salon staff, Colt, Matt the photographer, and everyone else who encountered during the day. Absolute bang for out buck and we are still receiving compliment on everything. -

Dream come true!
Engaged couples… IMMEDIATELY BOOK THIS VENUE IF YOU WANT YOUR WEDDING TO RUN SMOOTHLY! I literally had the wedding of my dreams.
We arrived at our venue two hours before the ceremony started where we were greeted by Colt and his team. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel like a princess the entire time. Always made sure to check on us, give us status updates for the videographer and photographer, and just continue to remind me how beautiful I looked. When the wedding started, I had a few nervous jitters but Colt was able to get me to quickly laugh with the funny faces just before going out. Ceremony was so quick and easy- it was literally a moment out of a fairytale.
Then it was time for the reception, Colt helped remove my veils, fix my hair and bustle my dress! Not one strand of hair out of place. Once we got into the reception , naturally I got hot with my long hair and hugging all the people. Colt came and put an ice pack on my back- he is literally heaven sent!!
The whole night was amazing- DJ was incredible, photographer and videographer were so kind and easy to work with and Colt is phenomenal.
Getting married at Historic Jordan Springs was the best decision of my life! They offered everything in house so that I wouldn’t have to find my own vendors. I got an officiant, videographer, photographer, DJ, bar, food and silk flowers all by working with Colt. It made wedding planning so much easier. They even offer hair and makeup (I chose to use my own people).
I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you to Historic Jordan Springs and Colt for bringing my vision to life and giving me the best day ever!! -

I honestly can’t praise them enough! They did an amazing job! Everything was the way we wanted it and more! I can’t imagine having had our wedding anywhere else! They did everything for us, all I had to worry about was enjoying my wedding! My advice, trust Colt! He was absolutely amazing! -

I was so worried about planning my wedding and having everything come together the way I wanted it to. The day came and everything was PERFECT. Colt even helped put ice packs in the back of my dress to help keep me cool (I’m nine months pregnant). He made sure I had food and drinks all day, everything ran 100% smoothly. And every single guest told me it was the best wedding they had been to. Including their own lol I can’t explain how fantastic my wedding day was honestly, it still feels like a fever dream. -

First and foremost Colt was absolutely fantastic to work with. Because of him, I did not have to worry about anything (even though I did) LOL! I had numerous of questions, and he was so responsive and thorough.
Historic Jordan Springs is absolutely gorgeous!! Our family and friends are still talking about how breathtaking it was. My and husband and I chose the DreamMaker package (all inclusive) and it was STUNNING!! We truly had a fairy tale wedding and couldn't have asked for more!! -

Colt and his team was fantastic. I couldn't of had a better venue, it was perfect. Well worth the money. I was so stress free and relaxed. They truly made you feel like a princess. You give Colt ideas and he puts them together. Everything looked beautiful and went so smoothly. The staff played their part great, they were nice and on it. Colt works with you and just so sweet. You still get to do the planning but Colt is there for any advice that you may need and will guide you through everything. I can just go on and on about Colt and his team.

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. Everything was absolutely perfect and it was so much better than I ever could have imagined. Everyone that works there were so extremely helpful and friendly and professional. Colt, the main guy who is in charge of everything, was the best. He answered my billion questions, no matter what time I emailed him. He is incredibly friendly and great at what he does. The day of the wedding, he was there the entire time, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we wanted or needed. If anything did go wrong, we had no idea. We got the package that included all of the venue's vendors and I'm so glad we did. The photographers and videographer were amazing. They were super friendly and professional and so much fun to work with. The food and cake were absolutely delicious. The DJ was wonderful. The esate is breathtakingly beautiful. We are still in awe of how incredible our wedding was. -

My husband and I had the pleasure of getting married at Jordan Springs last month. We could honestly not have picked a better venue. Colt and his staff were GREAT and made sure we had absolutely nothing to worry about the entire day. Every thing was set up exactly how I wanted it and the whole day went super smooth. The food was delicious and the cupcakes were literally AMAZING! I talked about them up until two weeks after the wedding! Haha. I high recommend their services! As someone who is from the area, I had no idea Historic Jordan Springs existed but I am sure glad I found them! From the start, the venue couldn't be more charming and perfect for an intimate wedding. Colt and his team were fantastic to deal with and had very little work to do leading up to the wedding because they handled so much of the logistics for us (almost to the point I thought I was forgetting something lol). Our guests couldn't say enough about how perfect this venue was! -

Update* just got married and everything was perfect! The staff was incredible, Colt went above and beyond and made sure I got everything I wanted, he was fun and interacted with us, and the venue was STUNNING! If you are looking for a venue to provide you with the best day ever, look no further. I can't even put into words how perfect my wedding day was. Colt is absolutely phenomenal and I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. The planning process was simple and stress free. I just sent Colt my inspiration photos and he matched them spot on. The food was delicious and the cake was heavenly. I literally wish I could go back and do it all over again! Everyone said it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. The DJ was also on point. I cannot exaggerate how amazing HJS truly is. This place has a special place in my heart forever and I can't wait to go back! -

Above and Beyond
Colt is absolutely amazing, as well as the rest of the Jordan Springs team. We chose to use several of their services and were pleased with every one of them. I always heard things go wrong on your wedding day, but if they did, I had no clue. Colt made sure my day went perfect. I would absolutely recommend Jordan Springs and their team. -

Perfect would be the word to describe our big day and it’s a huge thanks to the staff and vendors at Historic Jordan Springs. We took advantage of pretty much all their services and boy did it all come together perfectly! The venue was gorgeous (guests said it was the prettiest and smoothest wedding they’ve ever been to), the food was amazing (and plenty), the cake was... have I used the word perfect yet? The guests LOVED the music the DJ played (we said no country and left the rest to him), the photographer knew the property and was as efficient as possible to get us back to the party while still taking a lot of photos.
I forgot the iPhone headphone jack adapter for the first dance but didn’t even start to feel stressed because I new Colt, the man behind our perfect night, would make sure everything would turn out... perfect.
We loved everything about our experience. All the staff was amazing. Colt really knows his events and does everything in his power to allow you to just have the most amazing experience ever.

Molly Sent on 05/23/2018last Saturday exceeded even my wildest expectations. You and your team are miracle workers, and the venue was so gorgeous it made me cry. You promised it all along, but you took our dream and made it a reality - while classing it up considerably! Louie and I agree, you were always such a supportive and calming presence. You always went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including those 2 am emails and late night phone calls. You acted as a wedding planner on top of all of your other obligations as a host, and Louie and I couldn't be more greatful. Also, the design of the cookie table was next level. Ya'll are true visionaries.
I will continue singing your praises to the public. Already, two of our newlywed guests were so impressed, they will be following up with you for a tour. Thank you for working with me and my family to make the final event something we will all proudly remember forever. It was perfect.

Hello Colt!
Now that it seems I finally have time I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff. I just want to start by saying everything at the ceremony and reception was absolutely fantastic. Even though my vision did not go as planned thanks to the lovely rain, the rain plan was absolutely just as good. I received multiple compliments from the guests and those not even at the wedding who only saw pictures, on how beautiful the ceremony pictures looked. Then, it was top notch service that you went above and beyond to not only find a drink that Kyle enjoyed, because that can be challenging, but to deliver them to us personally while we were finishing up pictures. Also, again it was spectacular service that we didn’t even have to get up to prepare our dinner plates, thank you so much for serving us our meals personally! Speaking of food, the food was delicious ! All the guests could not stop complimenting the tastiness of all the food options. The grilled cheese with tomato soup shooters were a big hit. All of your staff were very polite and attentive and I really can’t thank you guys enough. Also we thought it was super fun that you and your staff joined in on the wobble ! It was so much fun and again all the guests thought that was really neat! Thank you for helping me stay semi sane and helping keep everything on time and organized. I couldn’t have pictured the wedding to have gone any smoother or any better than what I had invisioned. Also our wedding cake was delicious, Most definitely one of our favorite parts! Even the music was on point and guests were really enjoying it. Thank you again so much for the most perfect night, we wish we could re live it again ! I’ve already sent a few brides your way!

Alyssa Sent on 11/29/2017Jordan Springs was the first and only wedding venue we looked at during our search, because as soon as we saw the beauty and history this place captured we KNEW we were getting married here. Once we took a tour and secured our date we got to start planning with Colt. This guy is hands down THE BEST. He was very attentive and quick to reply to all of my emails and answer all of my questions. He also sent me reminders throughout the year of what aspects of planning we should have done by certain times and it really helped keep us on track with where we should be in the process. Although we did run into an unexpected financial situation at the end of our payments, Colt and his team were very understanding with us and allowed us to be flexible with our payment schedule. We opted to use all of the vendors that Jordan Springs provides except for flowers (they didn’t have sunflowers like we wanted) and photography (we had someone in mind already) and it made everything so much less stressful for us. They took care of getting all of the other vendors set up for us, all we had to do was pay, and let me tell you we were NOT disappointed! The DJ was amazing, the officiant was perfect, and the cake was everything we wanted and more! On the day of the wedding Colt and his team made sure everything went smoothly and it was honestly stress free the entire night. We didn’t bring many decorations as the venue speaks for itself and our guests were complimenting us all night about how gorgeous everything was. I would recommend Historic Jordan Springs to every single person I know, we’re so so happy with how our wedding turned out. Thanks to Colt and the rest of the Jordan Springs team!

Sarah Sent on 11/17/2017When my husband and I went to tour Jordan Springs for the first time, we were instantly drawn to its historic beauty and charm. From our first tour around the grounds and building, we were amazed at how many unique spaces the venue contained and how many of our needs it was able to accommodate. Colt did a fantastic job giving us all the information we needed up front. He was so thorough in his explanations and knowledge of the wedding planning process that we struggled to think of topics he hadn’t covered. We toured many venues but no other option offered the degree of customization, a world class wedding coordinator like Colt, and an unparalleled value. From the time we made the decision to get married at Historic Jordan Springs, the wedding process became simpler. Colt was easy to communicate with and always prompt with his responses. His emails were always very direct and insightful. Every detail we envisioned, Colt was able to make a reality including a beautiful custom made chuppah crafted out of branches and flowers. We held our rehearsal and dinner at Jordan Springs. Colt was on top of everything! He helped with the choreography for the ceremony and provided lots of helpful tips and advice for how to get the best pictures. Everything ran smoothly on our wedding day - Colt was there to oversee every last detail for us. We didn’t have to worry about anything which took so much stress away from us. Colt even went so far as to help my elderly relatives who were in wheelchairs get comfortably into the Carriage House for the ceremony. Our guests loved the food - we got compliments for days after the wedding! Jordan Springs was very flexible and accommodating with the food choices and menu which allowed us to design to a menu to please all our guests. We used the in-house DJ, photographer, and videographer and were pleased with all of their services. Overall, we cannot say enough great things about Jordan Springs and Colt!

Kimberly Sent on 11/20/2012The Special Events Salon was wonderful! I highly recommend using them for hair and makeup if you're having a Virginia or WV wedding.
For makeup, they have one lady who actually does professional airbrushing - it was absolutely amazing. You don't feel like you're wearing makeup at all and it makes you look flawless and radiant without even needing touch-ups throughout the night. After it was applied, i literally didn't touch my makeup the rest of the day except reapplying some lipstick. They also put on fake eyelashes, which sounds like too much (what i thought at first too) but they were amazing. They made our eyes pop in all the photos and in some of my photos during my ceremony, you can see the greens of me eyes from 10' away. amazing!
I absolutely loved both my hair and makeup. Their coordinator, Maureen Limon, was fabulous. They came to my venue to work on me and my bridesmaids, and Maureen was there to literally wait on us hand and foot to make sure that we're being taken care of and that everything was running smoothly. She came up to me at least a dozen times to make sure that I was calm, unstressed, happy, and had everything I needed. She even steamed one of my bridesmaids dresses because she didn't know how to do it and she needed some wrinkles out!

They worked with our budget beautifully and you have the option to get everything you need from under one roof! The location itself is beautiful, with many places to hold the ceremony, the reception area was elegant and the staff is wonderful! We were getting hungry while taking pics after the ceremony and as if on cue one of the staff brought us some water and hor'dourves :)
Colt was also the best! He was so calm and loved to listen to any ideas we had. If you are a hands on bride you will love this man, he will take your inspiration pics and make your dream come true. He kept everything together so well and made sure it all went off without a hitch!
The food was also delicious. They took my suggestions for cocktail hour and dinner and made them a tasty reality. Everyone raved at how good the food was, and it was MUCH more reasonably priced than other venues I looked at, it was well under $100 a person which in my area is a MIRACLE!!!
There are so many things I could say about this place, but one look at its beautiful landscape and elegant buildings will say it all. One conversation with Colt and you will be sold. Historic Jordan Springs lets even the most budget conscious bride have the wedding of her dreams and my husband and I can't thank them enough! -

I had friends and family from all over join us on our wedding and EVERY person ssid it was the most beautiful wedding they've seen. I was nervous at first but Colt Nutter jad every detail taken care of and was right there helping every step of the way!

I couldn't say anything negative about Jordan Springs and Colt expect for the fact that i wish my wedding last longer! Everything was exactly how i imagined it. The best part is that it is all inclusive so you literally do not have plan or stress over a million things because its taken care of. Everyone RAVED over the food and how amazing it was and i must agree... get the mash potatoes! To die for. The photobooth was so fun much and a great way to remember the night. Colt takes care of everything all night and makes sure you stay happy. I wish i could relive that night over and over 10000 times. -

My husband and I were married on June 17, 2018. We were married downstair in their chapel. We took pictures all over the property. The reception was upstairs in the ballroom, bar, and sitting room. My husband and I looked at over 5 different possible venues. We could not get this place out of our minds. The price is very reasonable and they will work with you any way needed. The only outside services we used were for the rehearsal dinner, cake, DJ, and Photo Booth. This venue does offer all of these services, but we wanted to include our friends talents in our special day. My husband and I would certainly highly recommend this venue for all of your special occasion needs. Colt is amazing. He will answer emails at 4AM and go over every tiny detail you want. His tips are amazing! Your planning binder is your best friend. Write everything down!!!
