When we began our wedding planning, Ashley was the catering manager/event planner we worked with. She was awesome and really knew her stuff. During the course of planning, and some employment changes (Ashley was promoted/moved to a different position), we began working with Courtney. Honestly I was a little put off and concerned because I knew we were going to be Courtney's first solo big event. I was assured Ashley would still be helping and directing Courtney.

To my pleasant surprise, Courtney turned out to be great! She worked so hard to make our wedding something beautiful and flawless. I have to mention that I am a total control freak and my mother used to work in the industry and coordinated hundreds of big events so we were probably not the easiest people for Courtney to have for her first wedding. I can't express enough how well Courtney ended up doing with our wedding. I have had several comments from wedding guests that things flowed so smoothly and flawlessly, they thought our wedding was the best wedding they've ever attended. Courtney went above and beyond to deal with a mother who is a perfectionist and a bride who is pretty controlling. She was available whenever I called her (which was OFTEN) and was always super-sweet (even on days when I was not).

And the food...the food was out of this world! When we did the tasting with Chef Eric, we were very impressed with the taste and quality of what we were served. But, as most people, we were concerned that perhaps they put their best foot forward for tastings but to make food for 150, some quality might suffer. Not so! We have gotten so many comments about how delicious the food was. We've heard the comment "best food at a wedding" more than once. One of our friends even said the beef tenderloin was the best she's every tasted. It is very satisfying to look around a ballroom and see plates totally empty because the dinner was so tasty.

The staff at the Hilton did a great job with my wedding. We had several meetings and outlined all of the details with them to ensure that things went great. They were very thorough in ensuring that our wedding day was stress-free and that our expectations from set-up, food, decor and coordination were exceeded. We started off with Camille, but she moved to another state a couple of weeks for our wedding day. However, Camille and her supervisor worked with us to ensure the transition occurred smoothly prior to her leaving. Brook was able to fill in and provided excellent service to us, while maintaining fidelity to our plans. All of the staff from the front desk, housekeeping and catering staff were very hospitable, cheerful, and helpful.

Great deal, great coordinator, great location!! I would highly recommend Leigh-Ann. She did a wonderful job and she was very attentive throughout the entire process!!! Great value for the money as well!

Ashley was great to work with. As the day of the wedding approached the facility was accommadating and helpful. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful and the ballroom was great. The dance floor should have been larger but that is my only complaint.

The Hilton Tampa Airport Hotel was an excellent venue for a wedding reception. The food was amazing and the staff is great to work with. The event planner, Ashley, was very professional and wonderful to work with as well. The only hiccup that day was that the dance floor kind of broke apart during the dance portion of the reception. However, the staff did their best to try and fix it as quick as possible. Other than that, I had an amazing time at my reception!
