Our experience planning and hosting our wedding at the Hilton Pensacola Beach was fantastic. Lauren was and is professional, accommodating, helpful and kind through the whole process. Our room was setup beautifully, the food was delicious and the flow from beginning to end went seamless thanks to her! And she kept my favorite drink coming my way all night so I didn’t have to wait at the bar (-,: we had an exceptional night thanks to her and her staff! Also our wedding suite had the most beautiful view. Highly recommend having your wedding here.

Wedding on the beach

Best day ever!
This was the best decision ever. At first I was hesitant on the price but the comparison of a venue that we had to do everything versus the Hilton it was hands down worth it. Most weddings have one or two things that go wrong, but I have to say our day was perfect. Not one thing that I can think of went wrong. If I had to complain about one thing, it would merely be that the potatoes were undercooked and that is so minor it doesn’t even matter. Lauren was amazing. She supported us from the very beginning to the very very end. We are so very grateful for Lauren services and the staff at the Hilton. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

The perfect venue!
We absolutely loved our 5/31/25 wedding at the Hilton Pensacola Beach! From the very beginning, Lauren was so responsive and accommodating to help us plan our perfect day. We chose a buffet option and the food was delicious and there was plenty of food for everyone! The chefs and staff were so attentive and one step ahead all night. I cannot say enough great things about Lauren and her attention to detail. Not only was she helpful leading up to the wedding, but on the wedding day she had our favorite drinks ready for us when we arrived at cocktail hour, and our own plates pre served so that we did not have to wait in the buffet line. It was such a lovely venue and Lauren made our day perfect!

Beautiful Experience!
Lauren, the organizer, was wonderful to work with! She thought of everything. And she never got tired of all my questions! God made sure the weather was perfect, but if it wasn’t Lauren had a backup plan.
We had the rehearsal dinner at The Grand Marlin, and it was absolutely delicious!
I highly recommend getting Lauren to plan your wedding if you are looking to have a beach wedding. 🙂

Wonderful wedding!!!
We had our wedding last weekend at the Hilton Pensacola beach.. We stayed at the suite to the ocean view and had everything we needed. Lauren Rawls was our wedding coordinator, she was in constant communication with us and had a great attention to detail.I don’t think I can thank her enough for the wonderful job she did. She was always a step ahead of us and worked quickly and efficiently to everything we asked. I am so happy we decided to have our wedding there. The pictures turned out so beautiful and the preacher performed a wonderful ceremony. Everybody kept talking about it. Lauren and the staff made sure every detail went perfect.. exactly how I wanted it even with last minute requests! Awesome staff and scenic ceremony setting in front of the beach. We worked with Lauren for a year to plan our special day, and from the very first meeting she was nothing but amazing. She was so friendly, kind, warm, and accepting. She helped us through every step of the process and made everything so stress free. She was always available to answer any questions and made this such an easy, enjoyable experience! Lauren was with us every step of the way, made sure everything went off without a single issue, and genuinely cared about our happiness.
On top of how amazing Lauren was, the venue was absolutely perfect. The food was to die for! From the many options to the first tasting to the event, the menu was absolutely delicious! The reception area was beautiful, private, and had so many options for photographs!

The Best Experience!!
We had our wedding welcome party at the outdoor event space and it was nothing short of perfect. Our planner, Lauren, was SO detail oriented and was extremely helpful through the whole process! She handled every single detail and was always so responsive. On the day of we didn’t have to worry about anything. The event went seamlessly. Her and the Hilton team are amazing! The food was incredible, the views were spectacular, the drink service was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening! So grateful for this team and this event space for helping kick off our special weekend!

Fantastic wedding venue
From the time we scheduled our wedding date, Lauren Rawls was always available to every question we had. As the date approached, Lauren was on top of every detail possible. On the day of the rehearsal and wedding, Lauren was professional, a calming presence, and extremely attentive and knowledgeable to each member of the wedding party. The staff at Hilton were all amazing and helpful. The venue for the ceremony and reception were beautiful and perfect.
Many of our wedding party were very impressed with the attention to detail that was given to our wedding. Thank you, Lauren, for making our special day absolutely beautiful.

From day 1 Lauren was on the ball!! Throughout the year she stayed in contact and helped make planning and organizing things seamless. The day of the wedding she was a true rockstar. From assisting with some vendor issues to ensuring we had everything we needed she was absolutely perfect! She even noticed we were doing to much dancing to eat and had some of the wedding food brought to our room. I couldn’t recommend a better venue and coordinator than Lauren!!

Omg!!! I am going to try and make this experience shirt as possible. FREAKING AMAZING!!! I was nervous to risk having a destination wedding and trusting a coordinator would be attentive to our needs. Lauren was so amazing, sweet, attentive, responsive, and absolutely astonishing after meeting her. She was great from start to finish and my wedding was amazing. You will love her from the jump. When we realized an hurricane could affect our special day, Lauren reassured us she was going to do everything to give us our destination beach wedding and she did. And she recommended the coolest officiant Rev Adam’s who was professional, funny, and my family adored him. So much more to say but overall the experience was more than we could imagine. Please choose Lauren at the Hilton at Pensacola if you decide to tie the knot. You will not regret it.

The best day!
I cannot recommend Hilton Pensacola Beach enough for a destination wedding venue. They truly think of everything and make the process so easy for the couple. From plates to alcohol to chairs to food, they have it all covered. The convenience of having everything included in one package is unbeatable. The prices are very reasonable considering all that you receive.
The wedding coordinator, Lauren, was an absolute gem. She was quick to respond to emails and provided invaluable guidance throughout the entire process. Lauren took amazing care of us all weekend, ensuring that we had to do nothing except enjoy our special day. Her calming presence helped ease any anxiety I had, and I cannot thank her enough for that.
If given the chance, I would choose to get married at Hilton Pensacola Beach every year. The experience was that incredible. 1000/10 recommend to any couple looking for a stress-free and unforgettable wedding experience.

August Wedding
We hands down had the best time hosting our wedding at the Hilton Pensacola Beach! Lauren, the coordinator, is a gem. She is so easy to work with and so flexible! I had zero stress leading up to the wedding as I knew we were in wonderful hands with Lauren assisting. The food is absolutely delicious (recommend the Truffle mac&cheese bites as an app). They were able to work with us to customize the menu - we had a pizza welcome table and added chicken parm as an entree. My husband was beyond thrilled the bar could add his favorite IPA to the bar service. Lauren even brought my husband and I each down a beer to the beach while we were finishing photos so we could enjoy a few moments alone on the beach as husband and wife. These small details that Lauren and Hilton helped us make happen, made our wedding represent “us”! All of the staff at the hotel were welcoming, friendly and kind. Our guests loved relaxing at the beach and the pools. The rooms were comfortable and the bridal suite was perfect for getting ready in and having hair and make up done on site. We are already planning to spend our first anniversary at the Hilton!

Brian & I were just married this past Sunday, August 4th, 2024 at The Hilton in Pensacola Beach, Florida. We had the most perfect wedding and the best experience we could have imagined! It really was a dream wedding. Our wedding coordinator, Lauren Rawls was exceptional!! She is very professional and personable. She made everything about our wedding so easy and stress free. She totally went above and beyond from the minute we met her last September. She communicated with us all throughout the year all the way down to the very end when the wedding and reception was over. It took so much pressure off of us so we could actually relax and be in the moment. Lauren clearly excels at what she does and The Hilton is lucky to have her.
We did use some of her preferred vendor recommendations and that was the best choice we made. Bryan Adams " The Beach Preacher" was our efficient and also our DJ. He was the life of the party, everyone loved him, he knew how to play off of everyone's vibes with the music keeping us on the dance floor all night! His wife, Jennifer is an amazing photographer. She captured all moments and then some! It feels like when we go back and look at all the pictures and videos that we are still there at the beach experiencing it all over again. There are so many photos we are having a hard time picking favorites.
We highly recommend if you want the best experience for a beach wedding this is the place!!

Beautiful Beach Wedding
Getting married on Pensacola Beach was an easy decision since my family has been vacationing there for 35 years. We were immediately interested in having our ceremony and reception at the Hilton. We are extremely glad that we did! Everything was wonderful! The food was delicious, the room was decorated nicely, the officiant was great, and the beach ceremony set up was beautiful. Our guests found the Hilton to be a perfect place to stay, especially those traveling with children. We are both so grateful that we had Lauren as our wedding planner and day of coordinator. Lauren helped us every step of the way and made planning our big day easy and fun. She clearly communicated as we worked out the details and was always quick to answer our questions. On the day of the wedding she was very helpful. We may be bias since it was our wedding but we felt it was the best wedding we have been to! We also LOVED our photographer who was recommended by the Hilton, Nikki Golden photography and our band, Nobius. It was the most wonderful beach wedding!

Best Decision Ever!
Lauren who manages the weddings was amazing! She made our wedding day better than I could even imagine. She handles several locations in the area and knows what she is doing. She got BeachPreacher Rev. Bryan Adam’s and his wife as the photographer (Lauren, Reverend, and his wife pictured below) who were just as great and patient as Lauren. Lauren is very responsive, available, and there for anything you may need (including breaking your toe on your big day lol). You can walk easily between the pools to the surrounding hotels which are Hilton, Holiday inn resort, Hampton inn, & Fairfield/Marriott which is great when family are at different locations.

Absolutely perfect!
Lauren was such a big help leading up to the wedding and the day of. She was professional and made the day as smooth as possible. Everyone had the absolute best time! I couldn’t recommend this venue and Lauren enough. The staff was great, food was amazing and the beach is beautiful!

Great venue and team
Hilton was a great deal for our wedding. The wedding coordinator Lauren was amazing. She answered all our questions and was super helpful with the process. The banquet staff was great the night of the wedding. Definitely recommend Hilton and their team for weddings

Excellent experience
Lauren and her team were great to work with. She is very responsive and professional. Her team was super helpful when I saw the head table, DJ table and cake tables weren’t exactly what I had envisioned. They quickly made suggestions and changes that truly made a difference for my reception. Lauren was on top of everything we needed for our rehearsal, ceremony and reception. She truly made our day so easy to enjoy with our family and friends.

Lauren and her team were unbelievably amazing. There was no hiccups. The whole process was so seamless. I would do this again in a heartbeat!!! All my guests kept saying that it was the most beautiful amazing wedding and everything was so well done. So delicious as well food was amazing! Thank you so much for my amazing day!!!

Beyond our wildest dreams!
The Hilton gave us the most perfect wedding. It was beyond what we ever imagined! Lauren was an absolute angel. She went above and beyond with everything. She even helped bustle my dress when we were having trouble! They treat you like family and the wait staff during the reception were so attentive and amazing. Highly recommend to any couples looking for a stunning beach wedding!

Beach wedding of my dreams!
I had the best wedding & experience with Hilton Pensacola. Lauren was amazing, kind, professional, and handled everything I needed. The staff was so kind, even the next morning we got free breakfast & champagne! The beach set up was gorgeous and Lauren went above and beyond to ensure it was my dream wedding! The reception room was amazing with a private balcony. We felt so loved and would 1000% recommend Lauren & Hilton Pensacola for your beach wedding!

Hilton Pensacola Beach Wedding
Our wedding day at the Hilton Pensacola Beach was absolutely perfect! Stacey Byrd made sure every single detail was covered and that we got everything we wanted. The Hilton took care of ALL setup/tear down, and anything I wanted set out, they took care of (favors, cake topper, guest book, etc.) We had our ceremony on the beach, and our reception inside, and it was perfect! The food was great, the event staff was great, and we felt the price was absolutely reasonable. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about our day! Plus, the Hilton is a beautiful hotel. :)

A dream come true!
The Hilton Pensacola Beach staff made sure that our wedding day was the dream that we imagined. We had to navigate many issues - from being in another state to the COVID-19 pandemic and the staff was wonderful. Every time we had a concern or needed to make changes to our needs, they were very responsive and attentive. You just can’t beat the value for what you get and the views cannot be matched! We can’t wait to go back for vacation!

Perfect Beach Wedding
We had our wedding at the Hilton Hotel on October 26th and it was incredible. It was pouring with rain the morning of and an hour and a half before the ceremony it stopped! Our wedding coordinator, Victoria Branch, was fantastic and helped make our beach wedding dream a reality by waiting to set up the ceremony outside for us! Despite the wind it was GORGEOUS and we moved the reception to inside the ballroom. The ballroom was equally wonderful and the tables looked amazing. Along with the gorgeous venue, the food for our wedding was AMAZING. Everyone at our wedding said it was the best food they have ever had at one and couldn’t stop talking about the crab cakes. The suite we stayed in was beautiful and all of our guests had a fantastic weekend. Would recommend the Hilton 100 percent for anyone who wants a beach wedding.

Best place ever for a wedding!
I can't say enough wonderful things about Darrin and Victoria at Hilton Pensacola Beach. I literally had no stress preparing for my wedding because they thought of everything. On top of being super friendly, they made sure that everything went smoothly on our wedding day. The Hotel itself is beautiful- clean, great views, friendly staff, lots of activities for kids, and a unique experience for out of town guests. You can literally have a wedding ceremony, reception, and honeymoon all at the same place because it's so perfect there!

Where do I begin!! I never thought my big day could be any better than what I invisioned it to be in my head but the Hilton went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel so welcomed! Darrin and his team and just been the best a bride could ever ask for. No matter how big or small the question or concern was, they were anwering back extremely fast and making me feel like I have nothing to worry about. If anybody is hesitant about getting married on the beach, don't. Between the Hilton and Darrins team, my wedding was everything and more! I can't thank everybody that was involved with helping enough. This memory is something I can go back on everyday and not have a single complaint. IT WAS PERFECT!!

What an incredible day we had! Darrin & Victoria are a fantastic team, and through the whole planning process I didn’t have to stress over anything. Sadly, our original DJ passed away two months before the wedding. Other than being sad for his family, I also worried we wouldn’t find a suitable replacement so close to the date. I called Darrin, and within an hour I had a new DJ booked (who was fabulous, of course). Anytime I had a question or a worry or a special request, Darrin took care of it immediately. The guests also let me know how beautiful the day was & how easy it was to attend the wedding. It was a perfect day & everything I ever dreamed of. 10/10 I absolutely recommend!

We had our guests stay at the Hilton and planned our reception in the Hilton ballroom. It was a perfect, magical night for our daughter and new son-in-law! Foremost, Darrin and Victoria were wonderful to work with. They are extremely organized, going out of their way to make sure we were happy with every aspect from the beginning planning stage, to the end when the night was over.
My daughter wanted a macaroni and cheese bar, which had not been done at the Hilton. Darrin spoke with the chef and made it happen. Guests are still taking about the food, raving about the lamb chops as well as the mac and cheese.
I cannot imagine anything that could have made the night more perfect! Thank you Hilton chef and Victoria, and a very special thank you to Darrin.

Great location and great food. Would definitely recommend this location for a destination wedding. Make sure to have an after party location prearranged, as late night security does not allow hanging in the lobby/bar area.

Darrin and his associates were very helpful during the planning phase, and attentive to questions, special requests, and prompt to return emails and calls. Darrin, Kennedy, and Victoria were amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process! They were helpful with everything from referring vendors (we are from Baton Rouge, Louisiana) to being there to check on us every step of the way on our wedding day. I highly recommend the Hilton Pensacola Beach! A wonderful experience...from the bell hops, front desk employees, H2O bartenders and bar backs, housekeeping to Darrin, our wedding coordinator. I had my wedding at the Hilton on Pensacola Beach Easter Weekend 2018. Everything was perfect! Darrin and Victoria made the entire process so smooth since day 1 when I reserved them as my venue. This was everything to me as we live out of town! Also, their staff saved the day when my wedding cake arrived and was the wrong color. My guests that stayed at the hotel were also very pleased with their stay. I cannot thank ya'll enough for making my wedding day the best day ever! Darrin, Victoria & the entire Hilton team were beyond exceptional! From the minute we signed our contract, to the minute we checked out! Service was above & beyond!! Never a worry; always on top of everything! And even though we were from the area, we were treated as if we were royalty with personal touches beyond compare! Anything we reluctantly asked for becuz we thought it was outside of their job description, they took & ran w it to the inth degree. Abosultly no concerns. We recommend no one else in Pensacola Beach, but the Hilton. In addition, becuz they are only place that offers an Inclement Weather Clause, it saved our wedding.

Overall, the Hilton Pensacola Beach was a great place to stay! At this time of the year, the hotel had a large amount guests (the hotel was sold out in fact) due to spring break. Unfortunately some of the members in our group were delayed getting into their rooms due to housekeeping issues and a broken washer/dryer on the property. The broken laundry equipment inhibited the housekeeping staff to wash sheets for beds and guests were not able to check in. We were happy that we could stay in the same room the entire stay (5 nights) and also our wedding night was comped. The only real thing I can point out is the lack of towels for the pool and beach as well as parking out front. Everything was great, I would definitely return to the Hilton Pensacola Beach!

We can not thank you enough for making my son and his brides wedding day amazing. The venue was gorgeous, the food at the reception was amazing and I can not give enough praise for the staff they were exceptional. I would also like to thank everyone involved who tried to fix this issue with the wedding cake. Trust me when I say you made a devastating issue seem less devastating. Darrin was the most perfect person to help with our wedding. He constantly reassured us everything would be okay. He was always responsive, even when he wasn’t in the office and on his days off. We had so many questions and wanted to meet with him multiple times just to make sure we were in the same page. He was never annoyed with us, and always did his best to compromise where we needed. The food was to die for. The only thing I will say, is make sure if you get the plated dinner, you know that dual entree means both meats on one plate. It is not a choice of either or. That was something we didn’t know so it was a surprise when it came down to final detailing. It was not Darrins fault by anymeans, we just overlooked it. I highly recommend having your reception at the Hilton on Pensacola Beach. Our ceremony was at the church down the road so I can’t speak on that, but I guarantee you will be in good hands at the Hilton!!!

Olin and I want to express our deepest heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to Darrin Land, Kennedy, Victoria and the staff at the Hilton Pensacola Beach for ensuring that our destination wedding on Nov. 12, 2017 was such a fabulous experience. Our wedding reception was more than we could have dreamed of. The reception was flawless. The food was superb, the staff was so attentive and efficient. Darrin Land was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with and an incredible wedding coordinator/consultant. Despite the fact that we had the challenge of planning the wedding from New Orleans, LA, every detail in the process was handled with the highest degree of professionalism, diligence, accessibility, and excellence. We so appreciate the hard work and dedication put forth to making our reception a phenomenal event. Our florist, cake baker, decorator all were outstanding and vendors who Darrin recommended. Throughout the months of planning, we felt at ease as the team took meticulous care to address our every concern. Kennedy and Victoria were a huge help booking and maintaining the room block as we had 20 rooms booked at the hotel for out of town guests. Victoria was also integral in making contact with our vendors the week of the wedding and scheduling the timeline for drop offs to the hotel. No stone was left unturned. Darrin even aided me with arranging the rehearsal dinner and securing last minute items needed for the reception. We could not have found a better location for our reception. The bridal suite was magnificent and luxurious. We felt so special!!! There are not enough words to express how wonderful our experience was at the Hilton. We would highly recommend this venue for any event. My guests are still raving about the delicious food, the beautiful setting, the comfortable accommodations and the awesome service from the staff. Thank you again Darrin and staff. You are the best in the business and made our wedding day so very perfect and beautiful!!!

Our wedding weekend fell on Labor Day weekend which is a very busy time at Pensacola Beach. We were so happy that the Pensacola Beach Hilton was willing to reserve a Wedding Block of rooms. Not only that, but they gave a block discount despite the fact that it was a holiday weekend. They also gave us regular updates as to the number of rooms that were booked in the block. Our wedding guests gave many compliments on the quality of the restaurant food, the rooms, and the awesome beach volleyball game that they were able to have on the beautiful white sand on the beach. Could not have been a better experience!!!

Darrin and his team went above and beyond to make our day the best. From start to finish they were in contact with me. I was so nervous about forgetting a vendor but in the beginning they gave me a list of every vendor you could ever imagine and recommendations for our budget. The team made me feel like I was their number one priority! I would recommend this venue and team to anyone!

Hilton Pensacola Beach was the perfect place for our wedding! Darrin & his team are excellent— from our first meeting we knew we were in good hands. With our hectic schedules we didn’t have time to stress & fuss about a wedding; the wedding team at The Hilton made the process easy for us. Our guests loved the location! The food was delicious, and the staff went above & beyond by having some of the food left in our room so we could relax & enjoy dinner (pictures, mingling & dancing kept us from eating much during the reception). We still get compliments almost a year later about how beautiful the venue was, how wonderful the food was, and how happy they were with their stay at The Hilton.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Hilton Pensacola Beach! Our entire experience was great! The Director of Romance, Darrin Land is absolutely phenomenal! As is his assistant, Kennedy Shell. I cannot imagine having planned the wedding without their assistance! They walked me through every single step of the process! Planning a wedding from out of state was a huge task--- they always responded to calls & emails so quickly & answered each question thoroughly. Both were so attentive and caring-- we feel as if they became our friends through the journey! Ourdaughter's wedding ceremony took place on The Landing & the reception was in the Emerald Coast Room. Both were beautiful! Our guests had a wonderful stay-- the service everywhere on property was exceptional! It was simply lovely and a day our family will never forget!

Phenomenal experience! Darrin Land and his assistant Kennedy Shell were top notch before, during, and after the ceremony. As the father of the bride, it was my job primarily to pay for the event and I can assure you that if you are considering this facility for your destination wedding you will not be disappointed at all.

From the day we booked my daughters wedding at Hilton Pensacola Beach the stress my daughter and wife were going through stopped! Darin and Kennedy took control and managed everything. Darin was available 24/7 to answer all of the silly "what if" questions and would always reassure us with a "don't worry I have done this a million times, there is nothing I am not prepared for"...and he was correct....there were absolutely no problems...food was great...reception was awesome and of course this was Hilton so the rooms were the best.
Only thing Darin missed was that Auburn was beating LSU 20-0 before the wedding and after the ceremony we all checked our phones only to find out we had lost..come on Darin can you fix that please?!

If you are looking for a fabulous place for a destination wedding, Hilton Pensacola Beach is the place to go. Darrin Land & Kennedy Shell were amazing to work with and helped with every detail needed! From beginning to end of the planning of our wedding event, they made us feel comfortable and confident. Working with them not only brought us the experience we were looking for; but enriched our faith in professionalism. We worked with every vendor they recommended and the wedding was flawless.
The accommodations were perfect for the bridal suite and wedding night!
Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting, delicious food and the great service that the Hilton team provided. We received glowing feedback from our guests and we couldn't be happier. The food was outstanding!

As both of you know, we were faced with more challenges than most couples getting everything to come together, and we could not have done it without your assistance and all of your hard work. For that, Paula and I would like to offer you our deepest and most heartfelt THANK YOU! Also, please let all of your staff know that we truly appreciate everything that they did ensuring that we had such a wonderful day. We would also like to request that you please let your chef and kitchen know that everyone was raving about the excellence of the food that was prepared. I am sure that through all of the planning you noticed that I am very detail oriented, and the same can be said for the rest of the Shea family. My older brother, Patrick, is a trained chef and can be a tough critic of food. With that being said, he shared the same thoughts about the food and said that it was probably the best food that he has ever had at a wedding. Please trust me when I say that for him to make that statement is a huge complement for your chef and kitchen staff. He knows better than most what it takes to prepare a dinner such as the dinner that we were served. As Hurricane Nate approached, the plans for my daughter's beach wedding had to be changed to an indoor ceremony. Even before I thought about the other vendors and the potential difficulties with travel to the Hilton, Darrin had been in contact with and made arrangements in case they could not leave the Hilton to travel home. He had made plans for all contingencies.
Despite the challenges the weather created, the event was wonderful. The ceremony was beautiful, the food was delicious, the staff friendly, attentive and efficient. Scott the bartender did a great job, I am only sorry I did not pay attention and get the names of all the servers.
I would highly recommend this property for any event. It is a gorgeous property, and I really feel like every single person on staff is sincerely interested in making every guest's stay memorable.
I want to thank Darrin and Kennedy for making the most important day of my daughter's life everything she could ask for. Not an easy thing to do with a Hurricane howling outside during the event.

My sister recently had her wedding at Hilton Pensacola Beach. We live in Louisiana, so there were many challenges we faced planning from out of state that many people wouldn't face planning an in-state wedding. Darrin and Kennedy were an absolute blessing to make this a fun and easy experience. Not only did they serve as coordinators for the Hilton, but they also served as overall wedding planners/consultants for so many other components. This was our first experience planning a wedding (go figure!), and they were super helpful and accommodating along the way.
The day of the actual ceremony, they were on top of EVERYTHING. Every small detail that I was worried about as the maid of honor--they handled. Also, could you ask for a better backdrop than the beach? As for the reception, the room was awesome and the freakin food was outstanding!!
Finally, the Hilton in general was super awesome for our guests, even with Hurricane Irma barreling for the coast days before the wedding. Thanks so much, guys!

I cannot speak more highly of Darrin, Kennedy and their staff at the Hilton. We do not live locally and planned our wedding from out of state. Darrin and Kennedy were a dream to work with. They were always prompt and addressed all of our questions....even the silly ones. From the food tasting to the day of the wedding, they were organized and totally on top of things! My husband and I were married on the beach and our reception was in the Emerald Coast Ballroom. The day of the wedding was perfect. Darrin repeatedly told me, "We got this." And they did! It was such a blessing that we could sit back and enjoy our wedding day knowing that Darrin, Kennedy and the team had everything under control. We are grateful to have had the chance to work with the Hilton and we would so do it over again!

Booking the Hilton Pensacola Beach as my ceremony and reception venue was one of the best decisions I made! Darrin and Kennedy were so helpful every step of the way- from helping me find vendors to blocking rooms for our wedding guests at the hotel to organizing things on the big day. They were a dream to work with. Not only is the venue BEAUTIFUL, but they also cover the catering (BEST FOOD EVER!), the bar, the tables, chairs, linens, chargers, uplighting. So much is included on site, which made the rest of the process so much easier. Several guests said that the food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. Plus, the room we stayed in the night of the wedding (also included) was absolutely gorgeous and everyone at the hotel was super helpful from check in to check out. I cannot say enough good things about the Hilton Pensacola Beach, Darrin, or Kennedy. They were amazing!!! <3

My daughter just got married at this venue May 6th! I cannot say enough positive words to describe this venue. Darrin made our stay at the Hilton unforgettable. The staff were extremely professional, organized, timely, and I really felt they were completely invested in making this a special event. My daughter looked at many venues throughout the Pensacola area and could not be happier with the choice of the Hilton. The entire wedding weekend, from check-in to check-out, was amazing. The hotel was absolutely stunning and the hotel staff were all genuinely nice people. I would recommend getting married at the Hilton on Pensacola Beach to anyone! The wedding day went off even better than expected. I did not have to worry about a single thing and it was comforting to know we were in good hands. Darrin outdid himself on the menu and followed suit with great service. The Chef’s stood proud watch over the buffet to make sure it stayed fresh the whole evening. Everything was implemented and executed with perfection!
Darrin, you were such a blessing to me and I can’t thank you enough for everything you did! You are a true professional and an absolute pleasure to work with and I could not be happier with how everything turned out! Thank you again for everything!

I am so glad we booked our wedding here! I've heard horror stories of brides who are trying to juggle lots of vendors and wedding planning is not fun anymore. I can honestly say it was not very stressful for me until 3 weeks before the wedding. That is mainly because the Hilton provided a package that included the ceremony, food, reception venue, wedding planning, and a place for my guests to stay. Darrin is truly amazing and was a joy to work with! Kennedy was also a huge help with booking rooms and making the day-of stree-free. From the tasting, to emailing back and forth about floor plans, to the day of - Darrin kept me calm (which is not easy!) and excited to be planning this joyous day. He offered names of local vendors which helped me narrow down my search. Because my DJ, cake vendor, florist, and decorator had all worked with him before, they were able to coordinate easily with Hilton. My guests raved about the food. The location was perfect for a beach backdrop. I was able to relax, dance, talk with all my guests and enjoy the entire day because I knew every detail was planned out.

My husband and I got married at the Hilton on November 19, 2016. We had our ceremony under the pergola and the reception to follow in the emerald coast room. Everything turned out perfect! We had around 115 guests that all came from out of town. My husband and I are from Ohio. I was a little nervous planning a wedding so far away, but Darrin Land and Stacey Byrd (the wedding coordinators at the Hilton) made it so easy! They were awesome to work with! They helped us through the whole process and were so easy to get in touch with. Everyone of our guests had a great time in Pensacola Beach! The Hilton is right on the beach and in walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We had our rehearsal dinner at Red Fish Blue Fish. It is located right across from the Hilton. They have great food and great service. We would definitely recommend the Hilton in Pensacola Beach and Red Fish Blue Fish to anyone!

My fiancé and I are from Louisiana...we came here to have the beach wedding of our dreams and it came true! Absolutely loved The Hilton, Darrin, and Stacey as soon as we met them! They made wedding planning so much easier and fun! Anything we asked, they were quick to find out and let us know the answer. Our reception was in the big ballroom downstairs and it was beautiful. We gave them all our extra decorations that we wanted and they set everything up for us. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food was. We could not have asked for anyone better! We cannot wait to go back and visit soon!

The Pensacola Beach Hilton is an outstanding venue for a wedding, my daughter was married there last weekend (October 29, 2016). We are from Louisiana and nearly all the guest were from out of State. The entire staff, especially Darrin Land and Stacey Byrd made it an easy, carefree and wonderful experience. The facilities were great, the food and service was outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending this venue.

We used Hilton as our getting-ready location and our wedding night stay location. We could not have picked a more memorable or beautiful spot! Gina and her staff did their absolute best to make sure that our accommodations were clean and beautiful. My bridesmaids and I stayed in a suite in the 17th tower and it was absolutely perfect! It looked over the Gulf and we had a spectacular view the whole morning we were getting ready. Also, the staff had a GORGEOUS bouquet and chocolate-covered strawberries ready for my husband and I upon returning to our room after our wedding reception. I could not sing enough praises for this beautiful location!

The team at the Pensacola Hilton are simply marvelous to work with. They offered a tremendous selection of alternatives during the planning and were meticulous in every way during the event. The setting was beautiful along the pristine white beach and our reception on the veranda at poolside was equally beautiful and relaxing for the wedding party and our guests. The selection of the location for our daughter's wedding was a perfect choice and the team there worked very hard to deliver an absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you all!

Booking a destination wedding from Denver is a difficult task in itself. However with the Hilton (Pensacola Beach) it was not difficult at all. Normally one would find it hard to find vendors and hard to picture the end result. We were extremely wrong!!! Darrin, our wedding coordinator and his staff, worked above and beyond our expectations to help us find vendors for cake, flowers, massages...you name it, they found it. They were extremely kind and most of all were always there when we had questions. The Hilton hotel, was exceptional but the wedding coordination staff consisting of Darrin Land and Stacy Byrd were outstanding. We cannot express our gratitude enough to all of the staff, including reservations, that worked tirelessly to make us and our guests comfortable. I would highly recommend this venue as a choice to visit if you are thinking about a beach style wedding venue. I cannot rave enough about The Hilton, my guests were extremely satisfied and did not hear one single complaint while we were there. Absolutely breath taking views, friendly staff and AMAZING food. Thank you Hilton for everything you did for us.

The Pensacola Hilton is the perfect place for a destination wedding! Our ceremony and reception were beautiful. Darrin is so much help with all the planning and details. Willing to take care of all our needs. The menu choices are wonderful. The chef is magnificent! Our guest were well taken care of and so impressed!

We loved having our daughter’s wedding at the Pensacola Beach Hilton. Darrin and Stacey were so responsive. The beach wedding was absolutely beautiful and the White Sands reception room was perfect. Family and friends repeatedly told us how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was. When the wedding was over my daughter hugged me and said “it was perfect mom, just perfect”. It truly was a magical wedding. Thank you Darrin and Stacey.

Darrin and Stacey made the planning process a breeze! They answered my hundreds of questions and always responded quickly. The day of our wedding was stress-free because of them, too! The food was delicious, the ceremony and reception grounds were perfect, and the staff was wonderful!! If we could redo our wedding, I would STILL pick the Hilton for our big day. We can't thank them enough!

Darrin Land and Stacey Byrd the wedding coordinators at the Hilton Pensacola Beach are Amazing!!! They are prompt to answer questions and help in any way they can. I have had a wonderful experience with them and my wedding went off without any major problems. I am beyond happy with how our wedding went. We were very nervous with the wedding weather but both the Hilton and Horizon Beach services with the Arbor worked with us perfectly. There was a break in the weather and we were able to pull off the beachy wedding. Everything turned out perfect from the beach wedding to the reception at the hilton!

OMG is all i can say! Darrin and Stacey the wedding corridnators are fabulous. They took care of every detail and made sure that the day was perfect. From the initial meet and greet and all the emails, to the day of the wedding. The food and all the service from the staff. I couldnt have been happier. They are amazing to work with , so professional and curtious and very patience. I highly recommend the Hilton for any venue or function. I have even stayed a few nights in the suites over looking the Gulf of Mexico. Talk about breath-taking. I will defiantley be back as this is my go to hotel when in Pensacola Beach Florida. Again thank you so much to Darrin and Stacey.

We married here on 5/15/16. Darrin is awesome! The venue is gorgeous, and our wedding ended up excellent. The food here was so incredible and there was an abundance of choices. All of our staff working the wedding were so friendly and genuinely happy to be there and help. I don't have a single complaint. This is THE spot to get married in the area, so look no further! Darrin and the team will take care of everything.
