Amazing Experience
Our experience planning and hosting our wedding at the Hilton Pensacola Beach was fantastic. Lauren was and is professional, accommodating, helpful and kind through the whole process. Our room was setup beautifully, the food was delicious and the flow from beginning to end went seamless thanks to her! And she kept my favorite drink coming my way all night so I didn’t have to wait at the bar (-,: we had an exceptional night thanks to her and her staff! Also our wedding suite had the most beautiful view. Highly recommend having your wedding here.Hilton Pensacola Beach's reply:

This was the best decision ever. At first I was hesitant on the price but the comparison of a venue that we had to do everything versus the Hilton it was hands down worth it. Most weddings have one or two things that go wrong, but I have to say our day was perfect. Not one thing that I can think of went wrong. If I had to complain about one thing, it would merely be that the potatoes were undercooked and that is so minor it doesn’t even matter. Lauren was amazing. She supported us from the very beginning to the very very end. We are so very grateful for Lauren services and the staff at the Hilton. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

Beautiful Experience!
Lauren, the organizer, was wonderful to work with! She thought of everything. And she never got tired of all my questions! God made sure the weather was perfect, but if it wasn’t Lauren had a backup plan.
We had the rehearsal dinner at The Grand Marlin, and it was absolutely delicious!
I highly recommend getting Lauren to plan your wedding if you are looking to have a beach wedding. 🙂Hilton Pensacola Beach's reply:

Lauren Rawls, wedding coordinator/manager for the Hilton on Pensacola Beach is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and talented at her craft. She made planning a wedding seamless. The Perfect Wedding!
Hilton Pensacola is the best place for the perfect beach wedding! Lauren, wedding coordinator, is so nice to work with. She handles all the details and is very easy to communicate with! We had our wedding last weekend at the Hilton Pensacola beach.. We stayed at the suite to the ocean view and had everything we needed. Lauren Rawls was our wedding coordinator, she was in constant communication with us and had a great attention to detail.I don’t think I can thank her enough for the wonderful job she did. She was always a step ahead of us and worked quickly and efficiently to everything we asked. I am so happy we decided to have our wedding there. The pictures turned out so beautiful and the preacher performed a wonderful ceremony. Everybody kept talking about it. Lauren and the staff made sure every detail went perfect.. exactly how I wanted it even with last minute requests! Awesome staff and scenic ceremony setting in front of the beach. We had our wedding welcome party at the outdoor event space and it was nothing short of perfect. Our planner, Lauren, was SO detail oriented and was extremely helpful through the whole process! She handled every single detail and was always so responsive. On the day of we didn’t have to worry about anything. The event went seamlessly. Her and the Hilton team are amazing! The food was incredible, the views were spectacular, the drink service was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening! Best wedding day!!
From day 1 Lauren was on the ball!! Throughout the year she stayed in contact and helped make planning and organizing things seamless. The day of the wedding she was a true rockstar. From assisting with some vendor issues to ensuring we had everything we needed she was absolutely perfect! She even noticed we were doing to much dancing to eat and had some of the wedding food brought to our room. I couldn’t recommend a better venue and coordinator than Lauren!!

Omg!!! I am going to try and make this experience shirt as possible. FREAKING AMAZING!!! I was nervous to risk having a destination wedding and trusting a coordinator would be attentive to our needs. Lauren was so amazing, sweet, attentive, responsive, and absolutely astonishing after meeting her. She was great from start to finish and my wedding was amazing. You will love her from the jump. When we realized an hurricane could affect our special day, Lauren reassured us she was going to do everything to give us our destination beach wedding and she did. And she recommended the coolest officiant Rev Adam’s who was professional, funny, and my family adored him. So much more to say but overall the experience was more than we could imagine. I cannot recommend Hilton Pensacola Beach enough for a destination wedding venue. They truly think of everything and make the process so easy for the couple. From plates to alcohol to chairs to food, they have it all covered. The convenience of having everything included in one package is unbeatable. The prices are very reasonable considering all that you receive.
The wedding coordinator, Lauren, was an absolute gem. She was quick to respond to emails and provided invaluable guidance throughout the entire process. Lauren took amazing care of us all weekend, ensuring that we had to do nothing except enjoy our special day. Her calming presence helped ease any anxiety I had, and I cannot thank her enough for that.
If given the chance, I would choose to get married at Hilton Pensacola Beach every year. The experience was that incredible. 1000/10 recommend to any couple looking for a stress-free and unforgettable wedding experience.Hilton Pensacola Beach's reply:

August Wedding
We hands down had the best time hosting our wedding at the Hilton Pensacola Beach! Lauren, the coordinator, is a gem. She is so easy to work with and so flexible! I had zero stress leading up to the wedding as I knew we were in wonderful hands with Lauren assisting. The food is absolutely delicious (recommend the Truffle mac&cheese bites as an app). They were able to work with us to customize the menu - we had a pizza welcome table and added chicken parm as an entree. My husband was beyond thrilled the bar could add his favorite IPA to the bar service. Lauren even brought my husband and I each down a beer to the beach while we were finishing photos so we could enjoy a few moments alone on the beach as husband and wife. These small details that Lauren and Hilton helped us make happen, made our wedding represent “us”! All of the staff at the hotel were welcoming, friendly and kind. Our guests loved relaxing at the beach and the pools. The rooms were comfortable and the bridal suite was perfect for getting ready in and having hair and make up done on site. We are already planning to spend our first anniversary at the Hilton!Hilton Pensacola Beach's reply:

Lauren and the Hilton did phenomenal. We did not have to worry about a thing. The service was top notch, their flexibility was amazing, and everything was gorgeous. Lauren made the experience seamless and easy, coordinating for us, assisting in decisions, and keeping us on schedule. Brian & I were just married this past Sunday, August 4th, 2024 at The Hilton in Pensacola Beach, Florida. We had the most perfect wedding and the best experience we could have imagined! It really was a dream wedding. Our wedding coordinator, Lauren Rawls was exceptional!! She is very professional and personable. She made everything about our wedding so easy and stress free. She totally went above and beyond from the minute we met her last September. She communicated with us all throughout the year all the way down to the very end when the wedding and reception was over. It took so much pressure off of us so we could actually relax and be in the moment. Lauren clearly excels at what she does and The Hilton is lucky to have her.
We did use some of her preferred vendor recommendations and that was the best choice we made. Bryan Adams " The Beach Preacher" was our efficient and also our DJ. He was the life of the party, everyone loved him, he knew how to play off of everyone's vibes with the music keeping us on the dance floor all night! His wife, Jennifer is an amazing photographer. She captured all moments and then some! It feels like when we go back and look at all the pictures and videos that we are still there at the beach experiencing it all over again. There are so many photos we are having a hard time picking favorites.

Lauren who manages the weddings was amazing! She made our wedding day better than I could even imagine. She handles several locations in the area and knows what she is doing. She got BeachPreacher Rev. Bryan Adam’s and his wife as the photographer (Lauren, Reverend, and his wife pictured below) who were just as great and patient as Lauren. Lauren is very responsive, available, and there for anything you may need (including breaking your toe on your big day lol). You can walk easily between the pools to the surrounding hotels which are Hilton, Holiday inn resort, Hampton inn, & Fairfield/Marriott which is great when family are at different locations.Hilton Pensacola Beach's reply:
