Beautiful wedding experience!

My daughter ‘s wedding was last Saturday and it was just beautiful! Many of my guests told me it was flawless! Beautiful ballroom, delicious food, spacious atrium for cocktail hour, and large well appointed guest rooms for those who chose to stay over.
I worked with Cynthia Schwartz and she and her staff are amazing! We had a large wedding of 325 guests and a large bridal party of 26. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend holding your wedding reception here.

I absolutely loved my experience with the Hilton Lisle/Naperville. Planning with them was a breeze, and the wedding reception was absolutely perfect. Every single person I worked with there was very helpful and genuine. I booked with Amanda, coordinated hotel room blocks with Sandi, worked with Katie & Helen the day of, but I mostly worked with Stephanie. She could not have been nicer. The month leading up to the wedding I felt I was calling or emailing her every day, but she was so sweet every time! The wait staff the day of could not have been nicer either!

When choosing the venue a year out, I chose the Hilton because I loved that it was a hotel upstairs for guests (didn't have to worry about transportation, and how convenient!), and included the floral centerpieces, the cake, an iPad, champagne toasts, wine at dinner, open bar, a 5-course meal, and hotel room for us - I loved all of it! There was no rental charge for the room, and most other places I considered had higher prices per plate and charged extra for the centerpieces, champagne, and the cake!

Paying for a wedding is extremely expensive… I mean we paid for dinner & all-inclusive drinks for 200 of our friends & family… but I absolutely loved my experience with the Hilton. Guests RAVED about the food, and many said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Every little detail I requested was carried out beautifully, the price was reasonable, and I am so, so happy I had my wedding here!

BEFORE THE WEDDING: I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Hilton Lisle/Naperville. I continue to be impressed by their services the closer I get to my wedding! Their annual wedding tasting for couples is unlike anything I have seen or heard of - SO much food and ALL of it was delicious! It made my job to choose the menu for my reception very difficult, but in a good way! The people I have worked with since I signed the contract close to 2 years ahead of time have all been so accommodating, flexible, and professional. It's made the job of planning my wedding almost effortless! You cannot go wrong with the Hilton Lisle/Naperville for your venue!

AFTER THE WEDDING: My family and I cannot thank Hilton Lisle/Naperville enough for everything their team did to make my wedding day absolutely perfect!!! It was such a pleasure working with everyone. I am so impressed by how quickly and thoroughly all my questions were answered along the way, and how Amanda (Catering Sales Manager) put me at ease that all would be just as I hoped it would be! Nearly 2 months later, my guests are STILL raving about the food, the exceptional service, and said, "the wedding cake was the best they ever had!" As my husband and I are the first born on both sides of our families, this wedding is going to be tough to beat thanks to Hilton Lisle/Naperville! It truly was a perfect day!

We worked with Jamie to coordinate our wedding and she (along with the rest of the staff) was a joy to work with. The Hilton was a very well oiled machine and knew exactly how to make our wedding a very special day/night. They were a joy to work with from the first meeting to the next morning. The rehearsal dinner was overwhelming, in a good way! It was served buffet style, at first I wasn't sure about that, but it is that way so you can sample everything (and I mean everything) the Hilton offers in its packages. I can not say enough positive words about the Hilton and working with them to make my dream wedding!
At one point in the night, my husband mentioned he was warm to the head table hostess and she promptly went behind us to turn the a/c down!

I can't say enough how happy I was with how are wedding turned out! We worked with Jamie and she was the best part of my planning process. She's very accommodating and very flexible with her clients. The Hilton provided excellent details and services for my reception. My guests thought the food was delicious! The venue was beautiful and everything went smoothly throughout the night. I'd highly recommend them to all future brides.

Our venue Hilton Naperville Lisle and coordinator there Jamie Bunting were amazing! From the beginning Jamie made everything so seamlessly easily! The day of our event everything was how I imagined it to be!

Our package also included our cake! They had a variety of options and we picked the chocolate cake with raspberry mousse with buttercream frosting. It was amazing!

Beyond impressed with my reception! I couldn't have asked for a better time and place! The Hilton was so accommodating from making reservations, answering all questions at any time, setting up a breakfast, and finally making sure everything was PERFECT! JAIME is amazing! She was very helpful throughout the process and would be in contact immediately. During the reception we were catered to anything we needed with a personal staff member there the whole night!

Our cake by far exceeded our expectations! We gave the Hilton Lisle a rough idea of what we wanted and they took it to another level! It was amazing, and tasted wonderful!

We had our reception at the Hilton Naperville/Lisle. Jamie was our coordinator and she was FANTASTIC! I cannot say enough about her! She always got back to my emails super fast and was very helpful with everything throughout the WHOLE process! She worked with us to do everything that we wanted and needed to plan our special day. The day of the wedding went PEFECTLY! The Hilton did a phenomenal job setting up all of our decorations. Everything was as I told Jamie. It looked absolutely beautiful and we had sooo many compliments from family and friends. The service that night was also above the top! The servers were great! They did everything for us and were always there if we needed anything at all. The food was also phenomenal! Absolutely delicious everything! From the salad, to the sorbet, to the main course (vodka crusted chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans almondine) and finally the cake. Everyone loved the food! I could not have asked for a better place to host our wedding reception and I also could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Jamie!

LADIES! BOOK YOUR RECEPTION HERE. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. We were so pleased to have had our reception at the Hilton Lisle-Naperville. From the initial planning to the very last second, Jaime, Erin and staff were the best! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and very responsive to all questions and concerns. The Hilton was able to accommodate some of our requests, and were flexible in letting us make a few last-minute changes.

All of our guests RAVED about the food and service at the reception! And the cake! I cannot stop talking about the cake! Not only was it beautiful, but it tasted AMAZING! Forget the fondant ladies - their butter cream frosting is heavenly. Our Banquet Captain Jose had everything under control for dinner - he even made sure that the head table had a plate hors d'oeuvres as soon as we sat down. The wait staff was so professional, friendly and attentive - we had everything even before we asked for it!

At the end of the evening, we went to our room where a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were waiting for us. It was a truly elegant final touch to our special day!

After visiting several venues, the Hilton was by far the best value & they were very professional & personable. We worked with Jamie Bunting who is beyond fabulous. She has such a wonderful personality & answered every single question & email that I had throughout the planning process, she was very accommodating and on the day of our wedding (9/26/29) we knew we had nothing to worry about because we knew that everything would be taken care of. When I walked in & saw our ballroom before the guests arrived, I gasped at how beautiful the entire room looked! The staff at the Hilton pay such great attention to detail, not to mention are very attentive. My sister wanted to make sure that all of our gifts were taken to our room & she said that the staff was already on top of it, we really had nothing to worry about throughout the entire planning process or at our reception. With the reception package the centerpieces are included, all you have to do is choose from the two florist options, the cake is included, you get a free night stay the night of your wedding, free breakfast the next morning AND a certificate for a free night stay on your anniversary! Silly me, did I forget to mention just how delicious the food was? We offered our guests the Boursin Chicken or the Honey-Ginger Salmon and it was all delicious. I liked that we were able to attend the food tasting because we were able to sample everything on the menu & let me tell you, it was not an easy choice! We highly recommend the Hilton!

Erin was our coordinator and did an oustanding job. She was flexible and a pleasure to work with. She kept in touch and has a lovely personality. The reception turned out beautiful and the food was great. They let you choose more than one menu option, cake is included, and so are centerpieces. We were very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. It is a beautiful hotel and budget friendly, I would recommend to everyone!

The people at the Hilton were fabulous - they were definitely willing to go the extra mile to make the day perfect. Our banquet captain even saved some of our appetizers so that my husband and I would be able to taste them since we arrived after most of them had already been eaten.

The Hilton made our wedding reception flawless. I can't say enough about the staff, the quality of service, the decor, the food...all of it was PERFECT. If anything went wrong, I don't even know about it because they handled every last detail with precision and professionalism. I would recommend the Hilton to anyone. Jamie, their catering manager, is a genius. I totally entrusted her to make sure everything was taken care of and she did. Marcella in the dining room is amazing also. She managed our banquet room that evening and was extremely attentive to any and all of our needs. The bartenders made excellent drinks and treated the wedding party like royalty. It was just an overall great event.

I completely credit the Hilton Lisle-Naperville for making my wedding reception memorable and exactly what I wanted.

The Hilton Lisle was FANTASTIC! We booked with them by the day after our first meeting. The room was gorgeous and the package offered was wonderful! We got a huge room with a seperate cocktail area, our food (which was also amazing), our cake, table centerpieces(which were bouquets of flowers, not your typical single flower and a mirror), server passed appetizers, a dessert buffet, open bar, wine at dinner, and a club hotel room all for that price! The cake was beautiful, not your standard hotel provided cake. It tasted wonderful, and were even willing to accomodate a special request of confetti cake with no problems. The staff was helpful and polite. When a friend told a server I liked a particular food, they followed me around the rest of the cocktail hour!

All in all I would reccomend it to anyone. They are a gorgeous hotel and will go the extra mile to make the bride happy. They were fantastic. I wish I could do it again!

The Hilton provided us with a wonderful reception. The food was great, the service fantastic. The wedding cake (part of the package) was amazing. Our guests are still commenting that it was the best tasting wedding cake they had ever had. We worked with Jamie and she was very nice and followed up quickly with our questions. Our reception night floor captain was Helen and she kept everything going on time and with precision. Very professional throughout - Thanks Hilton for a wonderful event!

We had our daughter's wedding at a different venue, but used the Hilton as our hotel. We worked with Amanda Daniel at the Hilton, I can't say enough about her. Though she only handled the transportation and the post wedding breakfast she made us feel like we were having the entire wedding there. The transportation vans were always on time, shuttling our guests between the church, reception and the Hilton. We thought we had about 50 for breakfast but it turned out to be 75 - no problem for the Hilton. The breakfast room setup and staff were amazing. The breakfast itself was also amazing all the food was delicious and again, the wait staff was always there to fill coffee and clean things up.

I highly recommend contacting Amanda Daniel for your next wedding or any other event.

Our wedding was quite a while ago, but I saw our picture I knew I had to! We got married on the Hilton January 21st and everything went beautifully! The venue was amazing, and the guests raved about the food. My husband was even served Mac&Cheese and chicken tenders per his request. The value of the venue was phenomenal. The centerpieces and the cake being included was amazing and really helped us get the best bang for our buck! We chose to add more flowers to the table arrangements but the fee was incredibly reasonable. The cake was not only gorgeous but delicious as well, it was everything I could have dreamed of. The staff the night and the day of the wedding was beyond amazing. I dropped off all the decorations and they set everything up for us. The morning of the wedding we chose to get ready at the hotel, which caused me stress, but the staff was phenomenal. I called a few days before the wedding, and they suggested renting an attached parlor room. I was so glad that I did! It was a bit expensive but worth every penny, there was so much room and made getting beyond enjoyable. They were diligent and courteous all night long as well! I was afraid there would be a perpetual line at the bar because there was only one service station but the bartenders were so fast it didn't even matter! I could not ask for a more perfect night. However, there was one flaw. The wedding coordinator was changing what seemed like every couple of weeks. It was frustrating when I would try to email and get the run around. All coordinators were helpful but it was a stressful situation. Given this, I would still choose the Hilton over and over again, everything was perfect from the beginning of our day to the end. We even had chocolate strawberries and champagne waiting for us in our hotel room.

This was absolutely the most beautiful wedding venue for fusion wedding. With the decorations the ambiance was amazing, the high ceilings are elegant, and the room makes for an easy palette to decorate. Not only was a blown away with the interiors but the staff was awesome, the hotel replied quickly to emails, knew all the questions to ask, took care of the all the details and ensured everything went perfectly. Whatever type of wedding you want, they will make it happen. I loved it.

My wedding reception was held here and it was an absolute dream. Not only did they help with everything but they literally had the entire package handled! All I had to do was pick out things and they put everything together perfectly. When I had problems with my original DJ I talked with Stephanie and she was able to calm me down, help me find a new one, and then they worked with them wonderfully! Stephanie is the absolute best and she works wonders! She helped with everything and was so amazing. The hall itself was absolutely gorgeous, the decorations were divine, and the food was absolutely amazing!!! I had everyone tell me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future for other functions!

Hilton of Lisle did a great job! We had a wedding reception of around 275 people and were thrilled to find a place that included beautiful centerpieces, cake and they even threw in chair covers for SUPER CHEAP! We searched around the west suburban area and didn't find ANYWHERE that was willing to offer us everything the Hilton did for such a reasonable price!

All of our guests are still raving about the food and the great bar service. My only "beef" is I had specifically requested my favorite liquor, was promised it in my contract but it was not put behind the bar. After speaking with the bartender the issue was eventually resolved.

A month later people still are calling my parents to comment on wonderful the staff, food and service was. If you want top of the line service call the Hilton. I would not change a thing about my day. They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process, were flexible with times, etc. People were raving about the filet, salmon and chicken. Best wedding food ever! Assistant Banquet Director went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night. We recommended this Hotel for all of our guests here as well. Everyone loved it. Rooms were available. We drank later in the bar and loved our bartender and the experience we had there. This is not the first time we stayed there and it will NOT be the last!

We were in contact with Jennifer Dufrain during our planning and she was wonderfully helpful and responsive. It was easy to contact her through phone or email and we always received a timely response. The food at our wedding was absolutely amazing. People are still talking about it almost two years later! The cake was beautiful, the hall was fabulous, and the staff was wonderful. The only complaint that I had was that they dismantled our ceremony room before we were able to take pictures in there. The best part though was that everything was all in one place! Our ceremony was downstairs, our reception was right up the stairs, and walk down the hall to the elevator to get to your room!

The Hilton was an excellent place to have our reception. The cake and flowers came with the total package along with unlimited alcohol. They had a wedding planner sit down with us to help us plan what we wanted.

They were flexible with the menu. My dad was upset because he wanted to have beef as a choice for our guests, but the beef was 10-15 dollars more then the chicken and fish dishes. they created a lower cost beef dish for us to serve.

I wanted crystals on my cake like Carmon Electra had on her cake in the show "till death" on MTV. they did it. it was perfect.

Our accommodations for ourselves and wedding guests were at the Hilton Lisle. The planning leading up to the weekend was extremely easy - everyone was very nice, emails and phone calls were responded to promptly, they worked with us very well. Their online planner is very convenient, we had about 15 rooms booked Friday (the rehearsal night) to Saturday, and about 30 rooms booked on Saturday (the night of the wedding) to Sunday. They gave us the 8th floor to ourselves, which was nice. My parents and I arrived on Thursday morning, and the elevators were not working. We were told they were working on fixing them. We assumed that the elevators would probably be fixed by Friday night, AT LEAST, if not by Saturday morning. Well, they did not work the entire weekend. We heard stories of guests waiting 10+ minutes, getting stuck, the elevator was stopping at random floors/the wrong floor, etc. We had elderly guests, and my mom has two hip replacements and had to walk up and down the stairs to and from the 8th floor more than once. Also, my maid of honor was refused service at the bar in the hotel because she had a Wisconsin ID. She is 25. The man at the desk whom she was arguing with told her they'd "had this problem last week with a girl from Wisconsin." When my friend told them that it, "wasn't her problem" she was told "well, it is now." The cops were called by one of my friends and dispatched to the hotel. By the end of it, she received her drink. How rude and embarrassing for her, AND for me, as this is my wedding. Usually our stays at the Hilton are very nice, however this was not one of them.

When we first met with the Hilton, we were very excited to see what was to come, but as over the months went by during the wedding planning, we were met with numerous bumps in the road... such as the staff we were meeting/emailing with, kept turning over. I think at the end, over a period of 1 year, we spoke with 4 different people regarding our event. Because of this, they did upgrade us to the larger ballroom at no extra minimium. Bonnie was thankfully always prompt to respond to my emails and get back to me!

The food was amazing. We offered a chicken, beef and vegetarian dish and we had no complaints from anyone. The one thing I instanlty noticed was that the caluliflower was different than what we had previously tasted. Our cake.... drool... was delicious. Service was top notch and my drink was never empty. People continue to tell us how amazing the food was.

The hallways, especially on the 7th floor were always warm, and as it was a busy weeeknd, waiting for an elevator was uncomfortable.

There was some issues with the group rates that my parents had to discuss with management regarding better rates online that included breakfast than what was offered to our group rate.

The parlor room was a great space for entertaining and getting ready the morning of, however, the fridge took a while to cool down. It would have been nice to have a bigger fridge or even a microwave in there.

Our room on the executive floor was absolutely amazing. The bed was comfortable, although there wasnt much drawer space in the dresser.

Overall, our wedding was a success with the Hilton, even with the road blocks mentioned above. Its a great lcoation for out of town guests and has a cozy feel. Thank you for our dream wedding!!

For the most part, they were great. The ballroom was beautiful, they adjusted to our schedule when everything ran behind and they answered questions throughout the planning process (usually took a few days). We had a lot of issues with our room block which made some of my guests book at other hotels-Hilton kept telling my guest the room block was sold out when it was not because they sold out the rest of the hotel to another group. During cocktail hour they didn't have the scotch that was supposed to be at the bar which is a really big deal at an indian wedding and it took a full 45 minutes for them to get it at both bars. They also didn't give me some of my flowers from my florist-boutonnieres, corsages and toss bouquets. We were supposed to get all these after the ceremony (we wore indian clothes for the ceremony and american for reception so we needed them when we changed) and I didn't get them until a couple hours after the ceremony when we had already done photos. I never got the toss bouquet-it was given to my mom at the very end of the night. Overall they were great, but the little things were frustrating.

We chose the Hilton for our reception because it was close to the church and we had been there many times. We were first working with Jamie who was great, but she left for whatever reason and we were passed to a new planner. The new planner was nice but didn't do much, was hard to contact and didn't respond quickly. The trouble with them started 48 hours before our wedding. We had a quick meeting two days before where they informed us that there would be a different event in our room until 4 and we would not be able to access it until then. Our reception started at 6. We had hired a DJ who was doing both our reception and the ceremony and had planned to set up before the ceremony (the Hilton knew this). Our DJs contract stated that he required at least 3 hours to set up, he was now only allowed 2 and had to leave the ceremony the second it was over. So he was still setting up during our cocktail hour. Our assistant (close friend) also had to leave directly after to go set up and had to miss pictures with my husband and I. Why they found it appropriate to tell us two days prior is beyond me but luckily our DJ and assistant are as amazing as they are and were able to get this done. The unprofessionalism of the event planners is so disappointing. I will say though that the wait staff were very nice and took care of any other needs we had.
