Nice and clean
I don’t even know where to start …. We had our small wedding there on december 2024 and me and my husband had a really good experience with this venue . Very clean and nice venue, the wedding coordinator Taylor is very nice and very helpful . The food is excellent all the guest were very happy with the food and they give you a good amount, so delicious . We enjoyed every moment of the night and everything was fine . The service is impeccable and would definitely refer the Hilton Garden inn in Palm beach Gardens for any occasion! -

Bride and Groom
We were absolutely BLOWN AWAY with how perfect our wedding day was. The staff at HGI was incredible — ensuring us and all of our guests were happy and taken care of our entire stay. We can’t give enough thanks to Markie, Jeff, and Bridget for all of their hard work in the months leading up to the wedding with everything from hotel room planning, decor planning, and everything in between. Markie Lavin is hands down THE BEST wedding coordinator out there, and deserves all the credit for making our day as perfect as it was. Always so responsive to me, and always on top of things, so I never had to stress or worry about a single thing! Couldn’t have imagined a more perfect wedding venue than HGI. It was absolutely INCREDIBLE! -

Better than expected
We were on the fence for months on where to host our wedding. We kept resorting back to Hilton Garden Inn - PBG each time & I cannot express just how glad we are we chose them!!! Even with switching catering managers midway, Markie & the entire team went above & beyond to make our day special!!!! The effort Markie gave to make sure we enjoyed our time & had all of our needs met, was unmatched!!! The presidential suite was huge, the gazebo, the ballroom & staff were amazing!!! It made our day that much more memorable!!-

Just excellent
My husband and I had a wedding reception and also stayed there prior and the wedding night and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff the amenities the ballroom the guest room everything was just beautiful and wonderful. Bendou was our wedding coordinator and she took care of everything every little detail everything was just wonderful. Miranda also so attentive and beautiful smile when greeting and talkin to my guests and us our experience was just unforgettable and we want to come back every year for our anniversary and stay there to remember the wonderful time we had -

Perfect Intimate Wedding Venue!
Words can’t express how grateful we were to find the Hilton Garden Inn PGA for our wedding venue on 05/04/19! I knew immediately when I saw the hotel that this would be where we would have our wedding. Bendou, the catering sales manager went above and beyond to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams! She truly listens to your vision and gets to know you as a couple. She was such a pleasure to work with! Also, the food and service was amazing! A wonderful experience from the very beginning to the end, the Hilton Catering Agent was totally on board in every way.
My Catering Agent was familiar with all of my requests, services provided and many options available. She made the party planning easy with her total involvement and support. I would use the Hilton again, without any hesitation. -

OMG!! my experience at the hotel was excellent, from the initial reservation to the farewell breakfast was exceptional.
Bendou the cartering manager went beyond the call of duty to make our stay unforgettable!! and to make sure things run very smoothly. Gladette in reservations was incredible in assisting with our reservations. The front desk clerks, attendants and cook at the breakfast room, housekeeping and farewell breakfast attendants were amazing!!, what a great asset in employees your hotel possess and whose service performance are outstanding. Our families, Bride and Groom can't stop raving about what a great experience we had at your hotel. You have exceeded our expectations in every way and have gone beyond the call of duty!!. -

My wedding was in September 1st. I was more than satisfied and happy with everything the service, decorations , the suite and the catering was awesome Chef Amany did a great job.All my Guests loved the food. The staff were so helpful and on top of everything. I thank everyone especially Mike Francis the head of food and beverage , chef Amany, Miranda Andros banquet team and Bendou Marseille. -

Bendou and everyone at the Hilton Garden Inn made my daughter's wedding a stunning success! We had only four weeks to plan it, and the budget was a factor, plus it was going to be fairly small with approximately 35 attendees. Bendou was exactly the right person to bring all the components together and guide us before and during the wedding. She is an enthusiastic and professional event planner, and most importantly, she makes a supportive and happy connection with the bride and groom, and all of the participants. The hotel was beautiful with holiday decorations which were also used in the gazebo setting for the ceremony. The setting on the lake was lovely, the reception room was just the right size, the wait staff was excellent and subtle, and the food was delicious! Start to finish, I would highly recommend Bendou and her staff for a wedding that is personal and memorable. Ten Stars!!! -

This review is way overdue, but I saved the best vendor review for last! Words cannot express how thankful I am that I had my reception at Hilton Garden Inn at Palm Beach Gardens and for meeting and working with the most caring woman ever, Bendou! With guests traveling near and far, we needed a central location that would work for everyone. It was perfect and getting Bendou as our event planner to be with us every step of the way was the icing on the cake. She was wiling to meet with us, take a call or email back and forth any time I had a question or was uneasy about my decision making. She was there to help with suggesting other great vendors, linen colors, food options, stressful table seating and other little details that meant a lot to us. Some venues you come across may not go that extra mile to ensure their clients are happy. Working with Bendou on the other hand was the opposite, as she TRULY cared about her clients and ensuring they are pleased. Along with everything else that came in our package, we stayed at the hotel and our wedding felt like a "staycation" with our family. It was very convenient and allowed us to extend our wedding celebrations beyond the actual reception. On the day of our wedding, Bendou brought us to what we thought was just a first look at the ballroom , but it was better than I envisioned it. She surprised my husband and I with a private first dance to a song that she had no idea I secretly wanted to be our song! That special moment that she and our dj took the time to give us before the partying began meant the word to us and is a testament to how much they really care about making sure their clients are satisfied. I could go on and on about how great our experience was and how amazing Bendou was, but you will have to see for yourself! If you are looking for an intimate wedding, at a convenient location and with an event planner who truly cares about your vision and happiness, we highly recommend putting your trust in them!-

Family and friends booked approximately 20 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens for our my daughters wedding at a nearby location in Jupiter. My wife and I are just so happy with the way everything went at the Hilton. We asked a number of things from the Hilton and everything went perfectly. The Hilton is in such a great location. The rooms and room rate given to us were spot on. We were able to successfully reserve a block of rooms at the Hilton with out any issues, months in advance. The handing out of gift bags to individuals as they checked in was flawless. The lunch's provided to the wedding party on Friday, prior to leaving for the ceremony and reception, were enjoyed by all. On Saturday morning, a farewell breakfast was attended by 60 people on the Lakefront Terrace, and all individuals had nothing but positive comments. We never had any concerns about what was taking place at the Hilton, everything was under control at all times. Our point of contact at the Hilton was Bendou Marseilles. What a wonderful lady to work with. She was always very pleasant and accommodating. We would recommend this Hilton Garden Inn to anyone looking to hold wedding activities in the Palm Beach Garden area. -

Beginning with our first visit to this venue and meeting with the Event Coordinator, Bendou we both felt very comfortable and really liked the layout of the hotel. After discussing what we wanted with Bendou she immediately went to work to make our party plans come to life. The event was my husband's 70th birthday party and it went off without a hitch. The food was superb, the service was exceptional and we will definitely recommend this venue to others and consider it for future events for ourselves as well. Bendou made it so easy for me - She is truly a wonderful and delightful person and is great at her job. -

I can't say enough good things about this venue. I had the wedding of my dreams. The location is beautiful, they have a gazebo in front of a lake, he view is amazing . Vendu is the Event coordinator at the hotel she is very nice, very sweet always looking for a way to please you. At the same time, the rest of the staff is great! Thank you, thank you thank you! -

This was an AWESOME wedding venue! Our event coordinator/banquet manager is now practically a family friend. So much, professional, friendly, fun & caring. The food we chose was DELICIOUS!!! The third party cake vendor (recxomended by the venue) was also great! The room we had the reception in ended up looking soooo nice with the lighting & draping. Then, we were surprised to find a beautiful set up in our honeymoon suite! Very kind, generous & thoughtful! Thank you Hilton staff for making our special day just that!!! -

THE BEST ADVICE I COULD GIVE THEM IS TO TAKE THE ADVICE OF BENDOU AND HAVE THEIR CEREMONY AND RECEPTION RIGHT HERE. EVERYTHING WAS TOP NOTCH. I would recommend this location to anyone thinking of getting married in Florida I could not have asked for a better location the staff so wonderful so accommodating the weather did not cooperate and my wedding had to be moved at the last minute and everything was taken care of in minutes Bendou Marseille the catering manager is the most wonderful person to work with I could not thank her enough for all of her help we are from Philadelphia do everything was done by phone and email and everything about my wedding was perfect on our small budget. -

Well where do I begin, from my very first meeting with Ms Bendou I was blown away. She greeted me with the world's biggest smile. She was very professional and explained everything in full detail. This was my very first time doing a wedding and she made it very memorable. She helped with every little detail, from giving advice to offering or making suggestions for services, such as photographer and florist. The ballroom was done to perfection, it was exactly as the bride wanted. My advice to anyone who is thinking about this venue, I would say go right ahead you will not be disappointed. Oh yeah, on other thing, she made this wedding possible in three weeks (yes, I did say 3 weeks.) From flowers, to table clothe, to the decorating of the Gazebo, she went above and beyond and our expectations were tremendously exceeded. The Hilton Garden Inn is very blessed to have such a wonderful and personable event coordinator. From the bottom of our hearts we want to say a very big THANK YOU to Ms. Bendou!!!!

We had a great experience with Hilton Gardens Inn Palm Beach Gardens Florida! I was impressed with the fact that we had the option to decorate our event room however we choose with also the option to use their center pieces. Our caterer Mrs Bendou was very precessional, friendly and eager to please. She offered a great package and worked with our budget. She was also very flexible in meeting with us on many occasions to ensure a memorable experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and yes I will be returning! -

Ms. Bendou Marseille at the Hilton, Palm Beach Garden Inn, helped us plan the rehearsal dinner, coordinated the rooms for the guests, and the mother's day brunch on Sunday after the wedding. Her and her staff are outstanding, professional, and were extremely accommodating to all of us. From the moment we walked into The Hilton Garden Inn in Palm Beach Gardens, we knew it was the place we wanted to get married in. The hotel has such a fresh, calm ambiance about it! Immediately after meeting Bendou, the catering manager, we knew she was going to be great. It was as if we had known her for years. She was always helpful with every detail during the planning process, and was very responsive to phone calls and emails. Our wedding day went so smoothly, thanks to all of the very wonderful and professional staff there. Everything was done exactly how we had imagined. From the moment that we sat down with Bendou we knew that the Hilton Garden Inn was the right choice for us and our reception. Bendou took us on a walk through of the hotel and my vision for my wedding came to life when I saw the gorgeous lake side views for the cocktail hour to the intimate layout of the ballroom!!! After we secured our date and began the planning process the communication, not only with Bendou but the hotel staff, was beyond impeccable!!! All of my phone calls were answered or returned within 24 hours and my emails were returned with bold, outlined, and organized responses from Bendou. I can not express how professional the entire wedding process was while working with this hotel or how low stress they made it for me!!! On the day of my wedding everything ran flawlessly and I truly was able to have the fairy tale wedding I always dreamed of!!! The vendors all worked in coordination with Bendou who was there the entire night and truly catered to us in every way!!! Guest after guest came up to us that night and told us that it was one of the best weddings they'd ever been to and much fun they were having!!! It was a dream come true and I honestly could write pages of 5 stAr reviews for this hotel and their entire staff!!!! From the bottom of my heart, my groom, and my family I can not thank you all enough for helping make it the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!! I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know, whether it's for a simple overnight stay or for a special occasion!!! I am an Event Coordinator & I can say this has been one of the greatest experience I ever had. The Hilton Garden Inn is none other than the best hotel to host an event. The staff was absolutely amazing! Words cannot express the gratitude we have for all of the hard work that was displayed during our planning. I would like to personally acknowledge some of the staff because it is worth mentioning. Merna, Melissa & Laura were our servers. They worked with such grace & style. Michael the Food & Beverage Manager was accommodating in every way possible. Ellie, Sales Manager came in the day of the event to insure everything met my expectation. Billy Pinkerman, Food & Beverage Director what can we say simply amazing! Amany, Chef prepared all the food. The presentation was elegant & tasteful. Sasi, Front Office Manager, always greeted us with courtesy & a smile. Ricky, Asst. Front Office Mgr. Just so kind & accommodating. Craig, Chief Engineer without him our electrical work wouldn't have been possible. Achim Kuhn, the GM they are no words to express our appreciation for all he did for us. I have never met a more kind person. Always a smile & reassuring without him none of this would have been possible. The staff is only as good as it's head. Mr. Kuhn was simply amazing! Last but not least Bendou Marseille, Catering Manager, I met Bendou a year ago when I walked into the hotel looking for a venue to host my event. She approach me with such professionalism, kindness, gentleness & I can go on. Because of her I elected to have my event at the fabulous hotel. I am newly a resident of Florida & I have been wowed! Our daughter was married at the Hilton Garden Inn the end of October. We had 2 months to put together a wedding of my daughter's dreams. Bendou, the event manager, worked with us on the details and made it all come to life. She worked with me on all aspects from customizing our own package to making sure the details were all put together. Not only did we pick this hotel because of its convenient location, but because of the beautiful outdoor gazebo overlooking the lake and they gave us an affordable price. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable and every detail was attended to. -

The event was held in the lobby of the hotel. There was a beautiful view of the lake and privacy was provided by trees around the perimeter. The buffet was displayed in an organized manner and the presentation was incredible, particularly the cheese and fruit platter. The tables, with white table clothes, also looked great. Bendou was so helpful in choosing the menu and working with me on this dinner. Michael organized the serving the night of the event and he was extremely flexible and helpful. I was thrilled. When I first started this project, I thought the prices were high, but between the food, the service and the professionalism of the staff I worked with, the price was well worth it. -

Words cannot begin to express how thankful I am to all of the staff I encountered from the receptionist all the way to housekeeping. Thank you for making my wedding day truly one that I will never forget! Even the words thank you doesn't seem like it's enough for all the hard work that all of you have put into making sure it went without a hitch. Believe me when I say it with all my heart that I am forever thankful to all of you. You were all so friendly, nice, respectful and helpful. I can't imagine getting married anywhere else or encountering anyone else better than all of you! The front desk staff was amazing, fast, quick, patient and friendly. I never had a bad experience with them from the first time I walked in to that building all the way til the time I said bye. Truly the best customer service in-town, on and off the phones. Housekeeping did a wonderful job as well. Everything was always clean, sheets smelled amazing, and the towels were soft and spotless! Everyone did their part to make my day come together and I am grateful for all of you and any chance I get I will refer you to anyone and everyone! I would like to give a big thanks to Michael and Jason for taking time out of your busy schedules to meet with me even when it was unplanned you still came and made sure I was taken care of. We had an amazing wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn, located on Kyoto Drive in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The staff was amazing, everyone from the front desk, housekeeping, engineers, to the waiters and waitresses treated everyone great. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. Pretty much anything we wanted or needed, they provided or figured out a way to get it done. To be honest just saying that the experience was amazing does not really do the folks at this hotel justice, the service was superb!
From the first time meeting everyone, especially Bendou my husband and I felt welcome and were treated with the outmost respect. Bendou our catering/event coordinator, Michael and their respective crew, made the wedding an awesome experience. They were always smiling, easy to work with, providing great and helpful advice, and very accommodating.
The food and drinks were fantastic both in the bar and restaurant. As for the catering for our wedding, the Chef and his staff definitely delivered.
Working with the wedding/catering staff was great. The banquet staff were very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job with the reception room set up.
Even though we were local, we had a reasonable large number of out of town guest of family and friends who together with my husband and I decided to stay on the property the whole weekend. From the moment we checked in to the day we left all the staff was gracious and beyond accommodating. They always had a smile, a welcoming greeting and remembered us.
Truly a place I recommend to all. I could not have picked a better place for our wedding and could not have had a better event coordinator than Ms. Bendou Marseille. Thank you my now friend!

We worked very closely with Bendou M. at the Hilton Gardens Inn for our daughter's Batmitzvah reception. Bendou always returned our calls promptly to answer all of our questions to the best of her ability. She had a positive attitude every time we spoke and seemed to be just as excited about our event as we were. She was there on the day we came to decorate offering suggestions as to where things should be placed and when she thought we needed something extra, she offered her expertise. We've all heard it. Our goal is to surpass your expectations. Right? Right! This is what Bendou told me when we met to select our venue. AND IT WAS THE TRUTH! My son and his fiancé selected the venue partly because of the trust they felt with Bendou the first time they met her. She is terrific. Not only was Bendou fabulous, but the entire staff...from serving our large group last minute breakfasts, offering to hem a bridesmaid dress minutes before the ceremony, finding extra rooms for us, preparing to move the ceremony site inside minutes before it was set to begin because of a pending storm ( luckily we were able to have it outside)...was wonderful! We are still receiving comments from the brides family and guest about how great the venue was and how helpful and flexible the staff was. Thank you to all!
Also, must mention how kind and helpful Mary Lou the Cake Lady was during the cake tasting and selection. The birch tree wedding cake was just what the couple ordered, and was the best wedding cake I ever tasted!

I had two events at the Hilton Garden Inn during my daughter's wedding weekend. First we had
a Meet and Greet the night before the wedding.
The morning after the wedding we had a Brunch for our guests.
I was extremely happy with Bendou Marseille, the event planner. She was always professional and
helpful during the all of the planning. She made sure every detail of those events went as planned,
as well as coordinating the wedding gift bags to be handed out to our guests as they checked into
the hotel. And just as important, Bendou was always upbeat with a smile!
The quality of the desserts was top notch at the Meet and Greet, and we received many complements
on the Brunch food.
I highly recommend this venue for your event, and definitely ask to talk to Bendou Marseilles--she is the best! -

I had my daughter's reception here back in April and everything was perfect! From my first contact with Bendou, to the last bite of food, just perfect. We had a "Cookout" style buffet and ran out of a few items, but the kitchen staff happily made more burgers and hotdogs for us. Our reception space overlooked the lake and downtown area making for a great backdrop for pictures as well as the fireplace in the lobby. The entire staff here was so helpful with anything we needed.
Our family is huge, and there is PLENTY of parking that accommodated our party so we knew that wouldn't be an issue.
We will certainly have more family functions here! -

I was in charge of planning and coordinating the wedding, so I had a lot of face time with Bendou, Micheal and the other staff at Hilton Garden Inn. As you can imagine I demanded nothing. but the best and that is what we got and more. Honestly, the attention to detail, hospitality, and professionalism was matchless. Benodu went above and beyond her duties to make sure that we not only had a pleasant stay, but a wonderful event as well. I can't even believe till this day, a mothers worst nightmare running out of formula in the middle of the night and here comes Bendou to the rescue. She had someone purchase the exact formula my daughter needed and deliver it to the hotel. Talk about great hospitality. I recommend this great group of professionals at the Hilton Garden Inn for all your vacation needs as well as events, big or small they will make you enjoy every minute.
Quick summary of the 20 year vow renewal, it was on time, well coordinated, the food was delicious, and decor was well thought out and put together. The staff were very flexible and understanding with last minute changes. Everyone was on one page and eager to meet the needs of our guest with a friendly smile. All around I give them my sincerest thanks. -

I would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn at Palm Beach Gardens for a wedding venue. The catering manager, Bendou Marseille, was extremely helpful and professional and went out of her way to make sure all aspects we wanted in the wedding were planned and then ready ready on time, including multiple follow-ups to get the information she needed so the kitchen would be ready. And speaking of the kitchen, a number of guests commented on how good the food was - the appetizers were amazing and the meal was wonderful. I recommend the baker - the design was just what the bride and groom wanted and it was delicious. Another wonderful service Bendou provided was to run the wedding rehearsal the evening before the wedding so everything would be just right. She spent the entire day making sure we stayed with our photographer schedule, got the music set up outside and inside, get the bridal party ready and more - she was amazing! One more comment - the entire hotel staff were warm, friendly, helpful - like they shared in our excitement and joy. Most of the guest stayed at the hotel and they also commented on the positive attitude as well as the service. Finally, the choice to have our small wedding (40+) at the Gazebo was a good one. It was beautiful and it was lovely to have the little lake in the background. -

Getting married at Hilton Gardens INN was my best experience ever. The service that I was offered was extraordinary in many ways . The manager (Bendou) was very helpful including her teams, I highly recommend anyone to take or try this hotel out . It will be a very unforgettable moment. -

Bendou took care of us! She is so sweet & friendly. There was some confusion a couple times when it came to getting information we needed before we signed a contract, but now things seem to be sailing smoothly. -
