Best vendor ever! Jenilyn their event coordinator was amazing no matter how many questions I had or how many of them were repeated or even how many times I changed things she was always so nice and helpful!!

We had our wedding in the grand ballroom of the sun prairie Hilton garden inn. The food from Johnnys was top notch, the rooms are very nice, and the service was phenomenal. Could not have asked for a better venue, it was also super convenient to have the wedding reception at the hotel, we didn’t have to arrange rides or anything like that. We had a blast, our guests all complimented us on how great everything was. Ask for Jeni, she is the best!

My husband and I got married at the Hilton Garden Inn February of this year, we invited roughly 100 guests and had both our ceremony and reception at the hotel. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient for us as it is close to home, and provided our out of town guests with lots of dining and entertainment options! Planning our wedding with the help of Kathleen, the Hotel Event Coordinator, was SO easy! From our food tasting, the rehearsal, and the pre-wedding jitters she was with us every step of the way! The staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to make you feel important and valued. Our special day was PERFECT and went incredibly smooth! To our surprise, my husband and I both felt a sense of calmness the entire day. We were both given separate rooms to get ready in with our wedding party at no additional cost, and were also given the most beautiful suite for our wedding night at a generous discount. After the reception we received a kind surprise in our suite, a plate of chocolate covered strawberries, vouchers for free breakfast at Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse, and a lovely hand written note from Kathleen! Our guests had a wonderful time and raved about how delicious our dinner entrees were! We chose the cedar-planked salmon, ricotta-spinach ravioli, and the tuscan chicken, all of which were amazing! We are so glad we live close to the hotel and that we get to experience a reminder of our wedding every single day! We can’t thank Kathleen, Chef Tony, Al, and staff, enough for making our wedding day vision come true! We are so grateful to be your first wedding at the new hotel, and will carry that with us forever!

The Hilton Garden Inn & Johnnys Steakhouse was an amazing vendor we booked for our wedding. The entire year our main wedding planner Kathleen that works with the Hilton Garden Inn continued to keep us informed and made the process of planning a wedding so easy. We enjoyed the staff and always felt we were being taken care of. The staff made adjustments when needed and was easy to work with. I highly recommend them as a vendor for anyone that wants to keep a wedding affordable and easy to plan. We were happy we went with them and the entire experience was amazing, which made it more special for us on the big day. They staff and Kathleen were amazing to work with and the place and food was wonderful. We highly suggest them for your wedding and they made our day so special.
