Perfect Wedding Venue

My now wife and I chose the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace for our October 2018 wedding and we were not disappointed. This hotel situated only minutes from Disney Springs on the Walt Disney World Resort property, offers all the amenities one could ask for when planning a wedding.

We looked at a variety of hotel ballroom spaces and they were rather traditional in setting. However, the Citron Ballroom at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is so unique and did not deceive, as it's exquisite art deco soffits and high ceilings, makes you feel like you are in a space reminiscent of the 1920s.

The offerings provided to us were just as amazing. For a reasonable price, we were provided chiavari chairs, colored linen options, an open bar, a space for the bride to get ready in prior to ceremony, an abundant array of food options for the cocktail hour and reception, and the list goes on.

Our Catering Sales Manager Aubrey was absolutely fantastic and deserves high kudos for assisting us in creating our dream wedding. She was such a pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and she even went out of her way to surprise us in securing the Presidential Suite for the night of our wedding.

Since we had a lot of guests coming from out of town, we also decided to have the rehearsal dinner at the property as well. We chose venue 20Seven, an event space that overlooks the Walt Disney World Resort. The experience we had for this dinner was exceptional. We chose an Italian buffet featuring an abundance of offerings that did not disappoint the Italian families my wife and I have.

The kitchen staff at this property should be commended, as the food was outstanding. Our wedding menu consisted of a Seasonal Roasted Pear Salad and Angus Braised Short Rib or Roasted Garlic Crusted Chicken. The meat was absolutely tender and the chicken did not lack flavor at all. The meal was so memorable that our guests are still talking about it!

If you are looking for a place to have your wedding that offers an abundance of offerings that will not break your budget, then we highly recommend that you setup a site visit with Aubrey to see for yourself the wonder that is the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace.

Amazing wedding venue👰🏻

Had the most amazing day. Everything went so smoothly and everyone there was so helpful and made our day very special. I would highly recommend the Hilton as a venue for your wedding. Aubrey was brilliant and very helpful.

My husband and I came across BVP when we found the 20seven venue. It was on the top floor of the hotel, and exceeded everything we ever imagined for our wedding day. The thought of watching fireworks at the end of our reception seemed perfect for us and our guests. The entire planning process could have not gone smoother thanks to the amazing team at BVP, especially Aubrey Gregg - who i amazing. She was so helpful and accommodating for all of our questions and requests. From the moment we walked into 20seven we fell IN LOVE with the view, and the overall room layout. The ability to have a 360 view of the city really provided the formal event space we wanted that met all the unique, romantic and formal ideas we had imagined. I HIGHLY recommend 20 seven to all brides who are planning a wedding with ~120 people, who wants the fancy classy reception with an amazing view of the city and Disney Springs.

The Buena Vista Palace was amazing and the perfect place for our wedding ceremony! Aubrey and her team were amazing! She was responsive and flexible throughout the whole planning process. She continually got back to any emails we sent her in a speedy manner. On the day of she was there to help us with all our needs! Our Captain of the night Orlando was also amazing and kept everything moving on schedule. The hotel was beautiful, our Guests enjoyed the lobby bar, the amazing pool with the lazy river, and the Character breakfast the next day. I would recommend it to anyone!

My henna event and wedding reception were a dream come true! We could not have selected a venue that fit us better - it met all of our needs and Aubrey's service exceeded our expectations! She is prompt, warm & courteous, and professional. An overall pleasure. She met with my family and vendors on multiple occasions, to ensure that my big day went exactly the way I had always hoped. There were some last-minute hiccups that came up on their end regarding scheduling, but she worked with us to make sure that we would still get the ballrooms we agreed upon for each day, and that all of our vendors were accommodated and on the same page, to allow everything to fall into place perfectly. The venue itself is beautiful; we did all of our photos on-site, and there are plenty of nice spots inside and outside to capture these special memories. Our wedding reception was in the Empire ballroom, and it is so spacious and stunning. We were very grateful after both events, because everything flowed together so seamlessly and gracefully. My family and I cannot thank Aubrey and her team enough, for going above and beyond to make my special day as perfect as it was! Thank you so much, BVP and Aubrey, for putting me at ease through the process. I recommend everyone to consider BVP for their wedding venue!

I had my ceremony here at the Buena Vista Palace out at the gazebo by the lake as well as a small cocktail reception. It was amazing. I loved my cake and the food was delicious.

This venue is beautiful , we highly recommend this location for any special occasion .
We knew from the moment we left the wedding showcase , our minds were set . We found our venue ! Aubrey , she's amazing ,made the wedding process smooth and stress free . Our wedding was August 1st 2015 (just a month ago already!) This was a destination wedding and all guests were from Montreal, QC, Canada. I had visited all Orlando "Disney" wedding venues on a business trip in Orlando in June 2014 and the BVP was the one in the ones visited where I could see ourselves the most having our Disney wedding at. I didn't feel it was less of a "Disney wedding" because it was not with Disney Fairy Tale Weddings. I was pondering between the Swan & Dolphin and the new Four Seasons at first. The BVP was offering a beautiful ceremony area (the gazebo is just so romantic on the lake shore) with a cool breeze and a smaller, more intimate reception space for our estimated guest count of 40 people (the veranda room). Communication with Aubrey (catering manager at the BVP) was always very quick, transparent and fluid for the whole time. She is really easy to work with and furthermore, very flexible with what you have in mind in terms of food & beverage. Add-ons are very reasonably priced and she doesn't make u overspend for no reason. I was a little nervous at first when I finally decided to sign as there were not many food reviews and some hotel reviews on tripadvisor were not too great. After I signed, I sent my parents for a food tasting as they spend their Winters in FL and they said that the food was amazing. I did have the chance to go back to Orlando on a business trip by surprise and reserved a second food tasting with Aubrey and her catering team. The food was good but needed some tweaking. I was left in making a choice and Aubrey made that happen very easily. I also visited the hotel rooms and I do not know what these tripadvisor reviews are talking about... the rooms are big, clean and spacious! I do not regret in any way the choice of our wedding venue. Aubrey and her staff were incredible. From signing the contract to the actual event you felt like royalty from the start. Aubrey was so helpful along the way and made sure everything was taken care of. The whole hotel staff (no matter their position) helped my guest at all times and made them feel welcomed. The food was incredible an my guest couldn't stop raving about it and the service they received. If you want a stress free day you need to book with Aubrey, you won't regret it!

Buena Vista Palace was a great place to have our venue. For the price we paid and what all was included was fantastic. Aubrey was a breeze to work with! She was very flexible and very responsive to any needs or questions I had. It felt like it was too good to be true because of how easy everything was. Everything was literally everything we asked for. They also provided a bridal showcase for their location so we can choose what food we wanted. We asked for a specific plate to try and Aubrey made sure it was available for us to try. I can't thank Buena Vista Palace and Aubrey enough for how well everything went that night. Would highly recommend to any bride!!

We live in Central Florida and had great venue options everywhere! We were looking for a location that all of our guests would love for our Nov. 23,2013 wedding and find convenient since 95% of them were traveling from out of state. We selected the Buena Vista Palace because upon our first visit we felt welcomed and comfortable and it offered an outdoor ceremony space, an indoor reception space, a brunch location and rooms for guests all in one place with no additional travel needed. One big plus was that were able to have wedding discussions with Emily out of the main areas in a separate office which was a detail many other locations simply didn’t have. Emily was also fantastic. She gave us a sense of security that wedding planning and our special day would run smoothly. Emily had a showcase at the Buena Vista Palace this helped us talk with vendors that had done events there before, being a unique space we were grateful to have this opportunity to talk with experienced vendors as well as see possible event set up spaces. Both before and after we decided on our venue Emily would respond to emails promptly and was always calm, patient and professional. She put up with our indecisive moments and helped us make all the important decisions for the big day. She along with the staff at the Buena Vista Palace and my coordinator Angela Bachelor from All About the Details ensured my now husband and I were calm and relaxed throughout the wedding weekend! Our families raved about the food, location and all the details. They also loved the unique location and space that is 20Seven. We all loved that there was an area for dancing as well as quieter spaces for catching up with family and friends. My husband and I could not have selected a better venue for our wedding weekend! Thank you to the Buena Vista Palace staff especially Ms. Emily Johnson!

Our wedding was just beautiful at the Buena Vista Palace! The staff is so courteous and our guests raved about how awesome the set up was at the Palace as well as the food! I couldn't have pictured my wedding anywhere else! It was a perfect location next to Disney and the entire experience at the Palace certainly made my wedding memorable!

This is THE place to get married!!! The whole process was so easy and stress free. We were provided the best wedding coordinator Angela Bachelor. Angela and her assistant Cassie did such an amazing job. I also would like to thank Emily Johnson for all her help. Their level of professionalism is untouched. We had such an amazing and beautiful wedding. The venue is exceptional , so gorgeous and magical. We would recommend anyone getting married to use them.

The Buena Vista Palace was the perfect place for our wedding! Family and friends came from all over to stay and celebrate with us. They were able to enjoy all of the amenities and had a great time! The staff was very attentive and friendly and the facilities were beautiful!! We had the ceremony at the gazebo and the weather was perfect! We had our reception up in 20Seven and everyone loved the view and the decor and it was so great to see the fireworks from up there! Thank you everyone there for making our wedding so wonderful!!

My fiancée and I had the pleasure of working with the Buena Vista Palace for our wedding. From the start, we found the staff to be completely professional and competent as well as warm and very friendly. The chef's worked with us on our special menu, accommodating our needs until it was just right.
We were shown several options for our wedding, ensuring which one would be the best fit for us. Our guests said they found the rooms comfortable and the event outstanding.
I would strongly recommend this venue for future weddings and other special events!

We had a wonderful experience for our wedding. Everything was beautiful and set up just the way we wanted. The food was awesome. The decorations provided by hotel were beautiful including the linens. The flowers provided in our package were beautiful as well. We used this florist for all our flowers for the wedding. All our guests have told us this was one of the best weddings they had attended. For our guests who stayed at hotel, they were very impressed with the rooms and the friendly staff.

The wedding coordinator Emily Johnson was a pleasure to work with and really met every one of our needs effectively. She was very positive and professional. Even though the venue is a large hotel, it felt like our guest and us were the only ones there. The day of the event was better than expected, we really had no worries and were able to enjoy every detail our of wedding completely! I wish we would have eaten more. Their food buffet was amazing and very fresh. The staff really took care of us. We strongly recommend this venue for a wonderful event.

I planned my wedding from NJ so was a little nervous about how the big day would turn out. Angela Bachelor was recommended to us by Buena Vista Palace as a wedding coordinator and was instrumental in planning my day and ensuring everything went off without a hitch. Everyone at Buena Vista Palace was hugely helpful and so courteous to us and our guests from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. Emily Johnson, the Catering Manager, was a delight to work with and made sure that everything was covered and we were taken care of throughout the whole process; she even saved the day by quickly printing up some placecards for one of our reception tables that had been misplaced! Tina, our bartender, even went out of her way to create a special "Signature Drink" for our event! The wedding turned out more beautiful than I could have expected thanks to Emily, Angela, and the wonderful team of vendors recommended by Buena Vista Palace. I would definitely recommend this venue for any special occasion, it was well worth the cost and the service was beyond exceptional!

We had our wedding reception at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa on June 15th. It was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything different. Emily went above and beyond to make our day that much more special. She was a joy to work with and reassured me (a stressed bride) through the entire process. Our wedding had around 150 guests, most of which were from out of town. Everyone who had stayed at the hotel was beyond impressed by the hotel as well as how friendly the staff was. We were told repeatedly throughout the night that this was the best wedding our guests had ever been to, and both of us being Italian that means a lot! If you choose the Buena Vista Palace, you will only have your expectations exceeded.

Buena Vista Palace is an amazing place to get married. It was everything i expected and more. Our ceremony was down at the gazebo, which is so beautiful overlooking the lake and garden and our reception was held at venue 20Seven, which is on the 27th floor of the Buena Vista hotel, this has the most amazing view of Disney World, we even got to have the Disney fireworks go off during our reception which was breathtaking. Emily the venue co-ordinator did an amazing job and i highly recommend anyone wanting a magical wedding to check this place out.

I have no words to express how happy we were with everything. The communication was always prompt (Emily responded even when on holiday!), the understanding of being a long-distance planner, the reassurances....I can't thank you enough. And then, to top it all off, the service on the day was soooo impressive. The waiters were dressed to impress and ever so friendly. My guests couldn't have been in better hands. My first instincts won. Emily was like a long-lost friend from the very beginning and her dedication to our comfort and wedding shown through all the time. Thank you, to you and your team, for everything! PSAV uplighting was fab too! Gave a whole new meaning to picture perfect!

Emily Johnson and Buena Vista Palace did a superb job hosting our Rehearsal Luncheon! Everything was spectacular from the dining set up, to the food, to the service provided. There were no disappointments and they deserve an A+ rating all around. We got way more than we paid for and we could NOT have asked for a more lovely event. Thank you Emily! I would recommend BVP for any occasion to everyone I know.

We got married in Knight's Hall Knave and had our cocktail hour and reception up in 20seven. Everything was perfect! Emily is absolutely amazing and so fun to work with, she is the reason we chose the Palace. 20seven is such a unique venue, there is nothing that compares to it. I loved the fact that from the ceremony, it was only a 20 foot walk to the elevators to take the guests to 20seven where the rest of the wedding was held. It was very nice considering some of my guests have knee problems. The food was amazing and the service was excellent! My guests were very impressed. My husband and I had such a perfect wedding. We love the Palace and love Emily!

Our event was a magical evening. And every detail offered and provided was done with special detail. We wanted our guest to enjoy a wonderful meal with services included. The dinner was hot,delicious and served with great care and timing. The champagne was served right on time, the dinner courses were served promptly and coffee services came out with the cake! Remarkable! Day of set up was handled by Ryan,a staff member of the hotel,and he was so helpful even to the outside vendors! They remarked to us how helpful he was.
There were no emergencies to handle. I think because there was thorough communication all through the planning process.The planning staff was easy to reach by phone and email and they were prompt at all times
An extra note that we have noticed after the fact was how our tables were set. Dont know how you accomplish this but....all glasses,silverware napkins etc were set with precision!!! Our pictures were beautiful of Great Hall North!
The lighting,although an extra fee,was like the cherry on the sundae ! Breathtaking!!!
A destination wedding was unchartered territory for us but the Buena Vista Palace made it so easy and enjoyable

The Buena Vista Palace provided a beautiful backdrop for my son's wedding. I worked closely with Emily Johnson. She answered every question, talked me off every ledge, was patient with every change. This was a destination wedding for us. Emily went the extra mile, helping us with questions we had that were beyond the scope of her job, just to make things easier for me. She treated me like a friend, not just a client. The end result was a beautiful wedding & reception that was everything my daughter-in-law & son dreamed of.

The Buena Vista Palace was the perfect place for my wedding! Emily, the Catering Sales Manager, was fabulous! She helped with suggestions on anything I needed. The food was amazing! Way more delicious than I was anticipating! We had out reception on the 20Seven. Gorgeous view and it was nice to have an entire floor just for our wedding! I would recommend the Buena Vista Palace to anyone!

Our wedding was on July 28 at BVP and our catering manager Emily Johnson was so amazing. Emily is pleasant, professional and very organized. She helped us to plan every detail of our wedding. This was a destination wedding for us and I chose this venue because I loved the location of the gazebo by the lake for the ceremony. This was a small wedding of about 34 people and we chose 20Seven for the reception because it's perfect for a small group and the view is amazing including the fireworks. Emily provided us with a list of preferred vendors including florists, day of wedding coordinators, photograpers, DJ's, etc.to select from which was perfect since we don't live in Orlando. We were also invited to a tasting prior to our wedding which was great because it helped us to select the menu for the reception. The food was excellent, we received so many compliments from our family and friends who were very happy with the menu selections. BVP provided us with a beautiful suite with a breathtaking view and a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. Thank you Emily and BVP for making our wedding day very special and memorable.

We could not have been happier with our choice of venue. Everything was perfect. The outdoor gazebo for the ceremony was absolutely beautiful and the ballroom was perfect. Emily made sure everything was taken care of and the staff at the palace could not have been more accommodating. The food was wonderful and everyone complimented us on it. Thanks to Emily and the staff of the BVP for making our wedding so special

The Buena Vista Palace is a beautiful location and hotel! The wedding coordinator and staff were very helpful with everything we needed. The food was EXCELLENT and all of our guests were very pleased. We were supposed to have our ceremony outdoors, but we had to move it indoors due to weather. The staff helped make the banquet room look beautiful in just a sort amount of time. My husband and I were so happy to celebrate our special day at the Buena VIsta Palace!

A huge thank you to Ben and Patti for all their help with our room blocks for the wedding. Considering we, as well as all our guests, were from out of town, we needed a great place to stay. We got that and more. Everyone was so wonderful, the rooms were clean and well furnished. All of our guests were so impressed with the hotel, its value, and its proximity to downtown Disney and the parks. All the extra perks like the spa, shuttles, and on site restaurant and bar were also great!!!

Can't say enough good things about Ashley at Buena Vista Palace. We had our reception there. The ball room looked amazing! Ashley was on top of everything. He even got me some ice packs when I overheated in my dress. The communication leading up to the day was great too. Thanks!

Sergio saved the day for our wedding night hotel. We were pinched for a place where the groomsmen could get ready comfortably and we asked Sergio about early check-in. Unfortunately, early check-in is something not easy to come by so Sergio, upon hearing that it was our wedding night, upgraded us to a suite and allowed me and my groomsmen to get ready in the spa. The preliminary videos and pictures were taken in the gorgeous courtyard of the Palace and we dressed in the very spacious men's sauna and spa. The hotel room itself was beautiful, clean, and way more than we expected.

BVP was beyond amazing to us. Our original venue had caught fire five months before our wedding, and we were stuck looking for somewhere else to have our wedding. The night that I contacted my vendors, my DJ had me on the phone with Angela, who is the wedding manager and we were discussing things.
They were able to work with my budget and made the wedding THE BEST it could possibly be. I think everyone was really loving the idea of the Orlando Magic theme too, so that made it even better. We had the catering manager all psyched for it and everything.

So, as far as a venue goes: We got married in the atrium. Absolutely GORGEOUS! I had a "grand entrance" coming down the elevator. The atrium is in a separate building, surrounded by rooms- so really the only downfall was that guests could watch the ceremony. That being said, Angela did a FANTASTIC job telling people to return to their rooms so that we had privacy.
We had our reception in the Great Hall ballroom. It is gorgeous! When the lights are dim, and with the awesome lighting we had. It was an amazing sight!
The food was amazing. The service was just as amazing.
And, the room we stayed in for the wedding was gorgeous! Super great view of Epcot at night time to watch the fireworks...
Everything about this place was a positive! The hotel itself is gorgeous, and it was great for our guests to be so close to Disney. A lot of them spent a day or two at the park either before or after the wedding.

The Palace was amazing. Angela was always willing to help me with any concerns, I had throughout my planning process. They really took care of me, my bridal party, and family. The ballroom is breathtaking, the staff was so helpful. My guests are still talking about how amazing my wedding was, and the food was GREAT! Everyone at the palace went above and beyond for my wedding. I was so suprised when I walked into the reception room, and saw everything they had done for me, it was more than I had ever dreamed of. :)

The Buena Vista Palace was perfect for our special day. I wouldn't change a thing. The food, bar, rooms and service exceeded my expectations. We frequently visit the Hotel to just enjoy the atmosphere and to relax. This is the perfect venue to make sure your day goes as planned and is stress free.

We had both our ceremony and reception at the Buena Vista Palace and worked with Emily Johnson, overall we were happy and our wedding day turned out great. Emily was always friendly, had great communication, and was overall attentive. We had our ceremony outside by the lakefront gazebo and the weather was beautiful; although the gazebo is in a public part of the resort, guest onlookers wasn't an issue. Our reception was in the East/West ballroom, it's a beautiful location and accommodated our 90 guests perfectly, not too big or small. The BVP offers tastings/presentations every couple of months where you can try the food and view the rooms as they would be set up for the reception, we tried to attend as many as possible to get ideas and actually changed some of our food options after the last one because we found something we liked better. As with everything in the wedding business, everything is attached to a price but the BVP and Emily did a good job making us aware of additional costs of things. A room block is included in the booking, they were always willing to add more rooms for our guests. An additional nice surprise was chocolate covered strawberries and champagne waiting for us in our room with a nice note from Emily.

Our coordinator Emily helped to make my wedding so especially special that almost everyone there said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. If you want a location that will make your event stylish, tasteful and classy, this is by far the location for you. I was married in the morning (sunrise) down in the courtyard gazebo overlooking the lake, which had a beautiful landscaping and a mist rising from the lake. The upstairs restaurant, dedicated solely to events, on the 27th floor, has beautiful huge window alcoves overlooking downtown Disney. I hear in the evening you see fireworks but we had a morning wedding so we got a good view of the hot air balloons and the building in Disney. Best of all was the food - there was not one thing that was not awesome and Emily accommodated my every request. For examle, my husband was not keen on the chicken apple sausage (it was breakfast) but after tasting it even he loved it. Everything was beautifully laid out and decorated.

My husband and I did LOTS of searching for the best place to have our wedding. After examing every cost associated with having a wedding (and believe me there are lots of hidden fees) we found Buena Vista Palace to be very resonable. They were up front with every detail and expense. They left no hidden fees or additional costs from us. We paid exactly what we were quoted. Emily was brand new and came into our event half way through the planning but didn't miss a beat. It felt as if she had been there all along the way. Everyone we worked with was exceptional and flexible with every last detail! The Buena Vista palace helped make our day the best day of our lives. Thank you so much for all that the staff did for us. We cannot thank you enough!

The Palace was a BEAUTIFUL place to get married. The room was fantastic, the views were breathtaking, the food was amazing. We had a smaller wedding of about 40 peole and the room did not feel too big. We went with The Palace so we could have a Disney wedding without paying the Disney price tag. The staff was great and very responsive. We were very pleased with the results.

Lovely lakeside gazebo ceremony site - a little difficult for some guests to find since it is tucked behind a restaurant.
20Seven is an elegant, non-ballroom type cocktail/reception venue with a lovely rooftop view of the city. I would not select this venue if you have more than 100 guests. The extra guests would be too far from the dance floor. The food and service were first class.

We hosted an elegant Rehearsal Dinner Night at the Outback Veranda Restaurant at Lake Buena Vista Palace as many of our guests/wedding party were all staying at the hotel - and it was a fabulous night!
I highly recommend it and recommend Emily Johnson as the Event planner even more so!!!

We had our wedding here this March. The hotel just finished a multi-million dollar renovation so while it's an older hotel, everything looks modern and new. Their ceremony space is absolutely beautiful right on the lake and shaded by lovely trees. Space is private and separated from the rest of the hotel (which was important to me). Our reception was in the ballroom which has a lot of personality; not just your typical blank room. Plus, since they're a large hotel, they can adjust their ballroom to any size. Food was very good (not your typical wedding food) and the service was attentive and professional. A special mention to Aubrey Gregg, our catering manager. She made us feel like we were the most important guests the hotel ever had. Plus, there was a parking situation that arose beyond her control and she handled a bad situation beautifully. She was quick to offer compensation to me and my guests that more than made up for the inconvenience. So I would hurry up and book this venue before word gets out that the renovations are done and their availability disappears. You won't regret it.

We had our reception in their club, 20seven. It was a beautiful room that didn't require much decorating. The food was great and the staff was very nice. Their wedding coordinator was very helpful. My only problem was they require all of your vendors to be licensed and insured so my maid of honors mom couldn't make our cake. The guest rooms were a little expensive but what can you expect from Disney property.

It was great how the hotel took care of everything, including the ceremony & reception venue, bar service, white glove service, table linens, center pieces, dance floor, EVERYTHING! I only had to hire a photographer, DJ, my cake and bridal party bouquets/flowers. There is a beautiful backdrop at the ceremony with a lake and gazebo in the background. Great for pictures!

The Spa was separate, but they were able to do a total of 11 women's hair and make up. Everyone's hair turned out amazing, and the make up was very elegant and beautiful. Not overdone, and Judie Lynn in the Spa was VERY accommodating to me.

Dinner was suppose to start at 7:00 pm , the captain advised it was not ready to come out , we had 23 guest complained to us the chicken was not cooked, some guest sent it back, many only ate the starches only and did not ask for a new plate.
Sunday we had 18 people for the Character breakfast with three of the Disney characters which is offered by the hotel and we experienced Racial Discrimination
