My husband and I got married at Hillcrest and couldn’t say enough positive things about our experience. We were so pleased with the dedicated staff who went above and beyond to make our big day so wonderful. The day went smoothly, as well as the months leading up to the wedding. We had timely communication with Holly and Jacinta throughout the process and they answered all of our concerns and questions. Danielle and her catering staff were also amazing to work with. They always made sure the guests were happy, especially the bridal party, by checking on them multiple times throughout the day. To my knowledge, all of the vendors had great things to say about Hillcrest as well. We loved the building architecture and landscaping, but Hillcrest just recently had a remodel in the reception hall, which made our day look that much better. The food on wedding day was even better than the taste-test and guests kept commenting on how much they loved the passed appetizers. No detail was forgotten and would recommend to engaged couples!

My husband and I absolutely loved getting married at HCC! Planning was SO easy - they took care of so many things for us! They were so kind and easy to work with. And it was incredibly beautiful. I have nothing but amazing things to say. 10/10 recommended!!

Everything about my wedding was perfect! Everyone worked so hard in making our day special. Chloe was so awesome in every little detail and helping us through every bit of the process in such short time. I would have my wedding here a million times again if I could!!

Hillcrest was the perfect location for outside pictures. Inside the venue was superb, and decorations turned out to be as breathtaking as outdoor landscape. Enough space for smaller wedding. Chloe and coordinating staff was the most helpful, organized and supportive with the wedding party on such an important day. Catering staff handled everything for reception I had no concerns as all was previously discussed and successfully executed day of. Recommend Hillcrest for elegant venue, affordable pricing, great food and best staff in town!!!

My fiancé and I are so excited to have our reception/catering at the Hillcrest Country Club! Any questions we have are answered asap, the reception site is BEAUTIFUL and big enough to hold all our guests. What makes it even easier is they provide catering and alcohol so we do not have to find someone else.

Sarah and Greg at Hillcrest were so helpful in making sure that our wedding day was perfect. Even with inclement weather conditions threatening to move our wedding inside the staff made sure that I felt as little of the stress as possible and ensured me that no matter what our special day was going to be amazing. The food, drinks, and atmosphere was amazing and I would highly recommend the venue and staff to anyone.

Hillcrest Country Club is a great place to look at for having a wedding and reception together. The price varied, but it was low for the room rentals themselves (no holiday fee).
What adds on costs to the wedding is the food and beverage minimum. It can range from 250-8000 max then add on a 20% service fee.
Anything extra like special napkins, non-baquit chairs, dance floor, special table cloth, and event coordinator starts adding on.

Kelly and her team were a dream to work with. From the moment we started planning with them (many months out) to the day after when we needed to run back to pick up a few things, they all treated us so nicely. Kelly's responsiveness can't be beat. The venue is beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff are courteous. What more could you ask for?!

Hillcrest was absolutely beautiful, and the event coordinator was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. I would use them again for sure, even though the cost of the venue was a bit pricey.

Hillcrest's wedding packages were very reasonable. The venue is lovely with beautiful grounds for pictures. The food is also top notch! Our guests were raving about it for weeks (seriously.)!

I had three different wedding planners while planning my wedding with Hillcrest, which its stressful enough to plan a wedding and especially from long distance. My first wedding planner quit the company and the second one was going to be gone the weekend of my wedding because she was in a friends wedding so in the end we got the manager. The manager was nice and did a good job. I was disappointed with some of my food and other food was fantastic. My vegetable crudités, fresh fruit, and waffle fry bar were amazing. My mini sliders (meatball and cheeseburgers) were cold. We were told we would have access to a golf cart for us to go take pictures else where but were never told where we could locate it. Also I was told my first two event planners that I could give a direct number roughly a few days before the wedding and would only have to pay for those chairs, but I was asked to pay for additional seats I never requested. Overall I was very frustrated.

It has taken me four years to calm down enough to write this review. We had several wedding planners from Hillcrest as they were having personnel issues at the time which made communication tricky. After paying for a tasting of the potential dinners to serve we ended up being served the wrong meal! I went back to the kitchen and told the manager Greg and his response was to shrug his shoulders. No adjustment was made to our bill. On a positive note, the venue and grounds are lovely and elegant and the staff couldn't mess that up. I would recommend that if you book with Hillcrest be super on top of everything! Do not assume that the staff has it together. I learned alot from planning my daughter's wedding.
