The wedding planning process has been made so much easier by deciding to book with this venue. We were able to bundle pretty much everything we needed and make it "all inclusive" for the wedding and not have to worry about looking for outside vendors during such a stressful time. I worked closely with Emily, she has been so nice and informative. she responds quickly to all of my questions and helps steer me in the right direction. The wedding planning process has truly flown by and I am glad that I had someone there with me to answer questions and keep me on track. I would definitely recommend this business to others!

Amazing Venue!
The Walters Wedding Planner, and Hidden Pines Chapel team were amazing. Their help along the whole planning process alleviated a lot of pressure on research/preparation, as they took care of big faucets of the planning process. They were very responsive for all communication, and the help they provided on the special day were also top notch. Also, the venue is beautiful, can fit a lot of people, and it was amazing experience to work with them. Highly recommend them!

What an Experience!!
From our initial conversation before booking Macie was a complete breath of fresh air. She led us to coordinate with Newshaw. Newshaw was attentive and allowed us to fully get the details of our vision across. Kayla (florist) was top notch in providing suggestions to our florals and the displays we liked all while keeping within budget. Cody (our DJ) was super friendly and really captured the vibes we wanted to present with our music choices. Only thing lacking were the microphones - we came to later find out that all in attendance had trouble hearing our vows and anything spoken during our ceremony. Our wedding cake and dessert table were a big hit with our guests, and they simply couldn't hold back with indulging. Invitations were the exact way we wanted them, and we were thankful that we were able to have them custom designed for our occasion. Haley (our photographer) was a complete saint and held on to patience as our wedding parties were quite the annoyance. But we believe we will be pleasantly happy with all the shots she was able to get throughout our night. McKenna followed through to the last detail of our dinner and coordinated with her staff to make sure everyone was accommodated. Only downfall was certain food items were bland or not cooked to my liking - but this was a personal preference. Overall, our guests were blown away at the service throughout our whole function. I will definitely recommend anyone with a wedding or other occasion to utilize Walters Wedding Estates and Hidden Pines Highland Village.

Perfect Wedding Venue and Vendor Team
I got married in March 2024 after working with Newshaw (wedding planner), Jenny Layne Bakery (cake), Christina with Emily Chappell Productions (photography), Michael with CoHost Entertainment (DJ), Lyons Paperie (save the dates and invitations), Hannah with Design Haus (florals), and the Hidden Pines catering team. This vendor team is all in-house through Walters Wedding Estates and I had such a smooth and flawless experience. Because they all work so closely together, I was able to enjoy the wedding planning process and not stress about how vendors would work together. Communication was easy as each vendor was responsive to emails or texts, and they provided such detailed answers to ANY question I had.
I know a lot of brides stress about planning a wedding, so I was expecting to experience high levels of stress. But no - this was a breeze and I couldn't recommend this team and venue enough :) Thank you all!!!

I recently had my wedding at Hidden Pines Chapel and I can honestly say I wouldn't change at thing about the venue or staff. Their all-inclusive wedding package made wedding planning much less stressful and when the day came, Newshaw, one of the wedding planners there, did a fantastic job about making sure everything went perfectly. Everyone vendor in the all-inclusive package was amazing too. So professional, so talented, and so willing to make every detail perfect. When I showed up to my rehearsal the night before the ceremony, Colleen (my day of coordinator) made sure to find me, let me know she was there for any and everything I may need. The day of my actual ceremony, my professional photographer I had hired DID NOT SHOW UP. Colleen and Hidden Pines called countless photographers to find a replacement for me AND CAME THROUGH! The venue is beautiful, the staff are amazing, everything was perfect. If they are out of your budget I would try to rearrange funds to have your wedding here. I give infinity stars! :)

We couldn’t have picked a better venue to have our wedding. We were planning our wedding from out of state. Walters Weddings package for Hidden Pines Highland Billage was a no brainer. Fun fact. This was the very first venue I ever looked up before I was engaged. After we got engaged and visited we were excited to officially say yes to Hidden Pines Highland Village. Our vendors were amazing and made planning our wedding so easy and truly stress free.
Amanda-She was so quick with responding and answering questions for us throughout the planning process. She was also a friendly, smiling, happy face to work with.

My husband and I chose Hidden Pines in Highland Village and we chose to use a majority of their vendors, including, cake, floral, catering, DJ and bar package. If you are someone who plans ahead, like me, some of the vendors might leave you a little anxious as they tend to plan details closer to the wedding date. However, all the vendors came through. I would rate each individual vendor a little differently. However, the team at Hidden Pines was wonderful. Colleen, especially. She was delightful fresh of breath air on the day of the wedding. She was helpful and was great with my daughter who was getting bored while everyone was getting ready. She went above and beyond her expected duties!

We are from Indian descent planning for a Sangeet party. After looking up many venues , we came across Walters wedding . We were tensed initially since none from my friends’ circle or relatives had an event at Hidden pines .We decided this is it after taking our first glance at the venue and moved forward. We recently got married here and the venue is beautiful! It’s nice to have the ceremony and reception areas in the same building and nothing outside in the heat.
Adam was a great help throughout the process. At first, we were a little nervous, because it was hard to get responses through email/phone call. However, Adam more than made up for it once we got closer to the actual wedding date. He’s very personable, friendly, and professional. Sadly, we didn’t pay for the “day-of coordinating” service and went with our own day-of coordinator, which wasn’t great. Luckily, Adam was present during the whole wedding and stepped up when needed to keep things running smoothly.
Our only complaint is that the steak from the in-house catering was overcooked (plated meals), but the catering staff and bar staff were amazing!

I could not have asked for a better experience. Adam was our coordinator and he made sure that all our needs were met. He kept us on time while also making sure we had fun. If there were any problems with our day my husband and I do not know about them...which is what everyone wants. I was relaxed because we had him and others taking care of us! He even boxed up some cake for us to take on our way since we didn't get a chance to eat any. I would recommend them 10/10 every time. I also planned this wedding from out of state and they was able to meet every need and request we had! It was like I was there for all of it.

What a dream!
I had my wedding at Hidden Pines and it was a dream. Adam did an amazing job of helping me enjoy the planning process as well as the day of the wedding. He answered every question I had, responded to me within 24 hours, and offered a lot of creative and unique ideas so that I could have my perfect wedding. On the day of my wedding, there was a panic moment I had during the reception because I felt like I was running out of time, but he reassured me that everything was going well and that we were actually doing a good job with the time. Adam was so easy to work with and was literally with us the entire day. Clean-up was super simple as well. I would 10/10 recommend this venue to anyone.

Military Wedding Went Wonderfully
Even with Covid looming in the background, our January wedding went off without a hitch thanks to the professionalism of Adam and the other people at Walter's Wedding Estates. We wanted a wedding with a rustic feel and the venue offered that option with the decorations we were able to choose from the venue. The chapel is amazingly beautiful and the reception area was large enough so that we all could kick back and dance with our boots on! We had the event catered by the Walter's staff and received excellent comments from guests about the appetizers and the main dish. Needless to say, I got to enjoy my wedding, which not everyone does. All the stress that I think a lot of brides may feel was just not there because I knew the staff had it all under control. Fabulous experience at a beautiful venue!
I can’t say enough things about this venue. It is absolutely stunning and when we toured it, I knew I wanted to get married there. It offers so much that you don’t have to stress or worry about (such as catering, bar, linens, tables & chairs, etc.) Everyone on staff is so friendly and accommodating and very quick to respond and help! Our day of coordinators, Maddie and Liz, made our wedding day go as smooth as I could’ve ever imagined! If there were any hiccups, I didn’t know a thing and neither did my guests. They are organized and cater to the couple getting married. It was such a breath of fresh air working with them knowing that I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing on my wedding day!

The perfect venue!
Hidden Pines is a venue you can’t put into words. It is absolutely beautiful! Our wedding would not have turned out as good as it did without everything from Hidden Pines. Liz made our life so much easier with her help. She worked with us along the way and throughout the evening. This place is perfect for any couple!

The Perfect Place
Not only is this venue beautiful, the staff is awesome. Our coordinator, Maddie, did an outstanding job. Our wedding was quite large and she handled it so well. The day/night was absolutely perfect.

Best wedding ever!
We got married in May 2019 at Hidden Pines Chapel in Highland Village.
What a wonderful wedding! I got so many compliments on the beautiful architecture and design of our venue choice. The venue simply gorgeous and the staff makes you feel special!
My sister got married three years ago at a different venue, and while it was a beautiful wedding, we felt like a number instead of a person. Hidden Pines is completely different. We were all very pleased! Every time I sent an email with a question or concern, I would get a response within the day.
The staff were incredibly kind and quick, and they worked with me to create my dream wedding. Everything I needed was there for me! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married. Liz, our wedding coordinator, was responsive and prompt! Everything went smoothly (even though there was a flash flood warning on the day of the wedding!) I couldn't have asked for a better venue.

HP - HV was a great venue to work with! They offered a great selection of dates/times, had several levels of meals that all tasted great, and made sure every detail was tended to.
They also had frequent tastings and raffle nights which was such a fun bonus! Their staff is excellent at taking over the small details and leaving the wedding party to relax.

Hidden Pines Chapel provided the perfect venue for a perfect wedding! The staff was friendly, welcoming and were great to work with while planning. The wedding planner (Alex) was there every step of the way with any questions or concerns we had. She was considerate and made my wedding day stress free. Hidden Pines had me at first sight. From first walk through to final exit as man and wife, this place has it all in a beautiful shiny package!
The staff was always responsive to any and all questions whether in person, in email or via text message (hey millennials), making it super easy to keep all my vendors informed. The site was impeccable and so easy to make my own because of the vast white, clear and simple wood look throughout. My wedding was not rustic but the little details they have added just enough personality to my glam 225 person event.
The set up and tear down was made seamlessly easy with the staff and our day-of coordinator, Alex. She was a doll to work with and aided with all my various helpers bringing in our personal touches. Milestone catering did a fabulous job and even the "classic" package was delicious and great for all the guests. Having all the big ticket items from tables and chairs, linens and bartenders and security all the way down to easels and centerpiece glassware available for use made a lot of things easier.
This interior designer's heart was so happy with the feel of the space and the personalized transformation it took on. In comparison to so many other places, the pricing, package and product delivery are superior and competitive. And my husband loved the turnkey affects, ease of their contracts and details, and everything else from Hidden Pines that made his bride so very happy!

The most BEAUTIFUL! The venue is so classy and elegant yet modern. Don't think twice - BOOK IT! :) From the minute I stepped into Hidden Pines for our initial consult, I knew it was the place - it was perfect!! Rustic chic designs with very minimal decorations needed! So many gorgeous photo areas - I can't wait to see all the pictures. And to top it off, EXCELLENT customer service. Throughout the process I spoke with numerous staff members and they were ALL extremely friendly and helpful, but I have to give a special shout to Alex! She was INCREDIBLE! I am so glad she was there on my wedding day - she helped things run smoothly with the calmest demeanor the entire time! AND when my bridesmaid was frazzled trying to figure out my bustle, Alex jumped in and saved the day! Thank you so much ALEX for making my day UNFORGETTABLE.
[On a side note...although I didn't eat that night, all of my guests have told me the food was delicious!]

I could not be happier with my wedding experience at Hidden Pines Chapel. Our wedding was Nov. 25, 2017.
Kelli and Sydney were quick and clear with communication, and always responded promptly and politely. I never felt like a bridezilla!
The REAL MVP though, is Stacy, our Day-Of Coordinator. She was incredibly organized, calm, and sweet, and her confidence helped not just me but my mother and mother-in-law feel as prepared for the event as we could be. She was so helpful - from our first meeting a month out, to the rehearsal, to the big day. The day was a blur, and thankfully, incredibly smooth and successful. My now-husband and I will remember the day forever!

Our wedding was at the Hidden Pines Chapel. It was the first and only venue we looked at. I fell in love with it the second I saw it. The Chapel had tons of natural light and huge windows all over the place. Even though it is the middle of town, there are trees and a pond right outside of the venue that makes pictures look like you're the only people in the world. The staff at Hidden Pines was also wonderful to work with! This is the only wedding my now husband and I have ever planned so we had no previous knowledge of what to expect and what to do. Our coordinator Charlotte was so helpful and kind! She answered all of our questions and helped us make the day run smoothly. I am so glad we chose to have our special day at Hidden Pines Chapel!

After attending many weddings at Hidden Pines, my husband and I decided to get married here as well! We were engaged for about 5 1/2 months and they had no problem squeezing in a date for us! It helped her that we wanted to get married in the morning so our date wasn't taken. Kalyn was very accommodating and very helpful as our wedding coordinator. I got married here in June and it was perfect! Our venue coordinator, Alex, was so kind and helped to ensure that the day was as stress free as possible. I had a Saturday morning wedding, and if you are considering a morning wedding, this is the place to do it. The lighting is perfect in the chapel early in the day and my guests absolutely loved it. Also, my family LOVED the fact that after the wedding was over, all they had to do was pack up our brought in decor and dessert. I am thankful that it was stress free for myself, but also that family and friends didn't have to stay for hours after cleaning up. I loved my experience here and highly recommend Hidden Pines!

My husband and I were engaged for 3.5 months. I visited this venue first, and it was beautiful. We both loved that it had a lot of natural light, especially since we wanted to have our wedding during the day. The chapel was so pretty that it didn't need any flowers. It was also very easy to book a tour of the place. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful. Charlotte and Alex were the two main people I worked with and they were very fun and joyful to work with. I would definitely recommend this place. I rate Hidden Pines Chapel a 5 star wedding venue for several reasons. First, I really liked that the reception hall and chapel were in the same building. This makes it so much more convenient for the guests. Second, the venue was so gorgeous on its own, I hardly had to do any work with decorations. It is decorated in a very simple, neutral way, so if a bride wanted to add some more colorful, bold decorations, she definitely could. I like to keep things simple though! Finally, my coordinator was amazing! She was so organized and knew exactly what I wanted. She even brought up several things that I hadn't even thought of. I also received a hand written note from her in our pile of wedding gifts. It was the perfect final touch that made our wedding feel like she personally enjoyed it.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous and provided the rustic elegance that we were looking for! Our coordinator Kalyn was a pleasure to work with and was so helpful during the entire process! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a venue with this style and it is worth the cost. Even though we were limited on time to access the space (because there was another wedding the morning of), it wasn't that bad because all of our bridal party helped with table settings and decor. All in all, our day was beautiful and a night to remember!

This venue is great! Rehan and I loved having our wedding there. Kelli and her team are awesome and worked great with our vendors. Our wedding was perfect! The chapel itself is beautiful and the reception area is perfect. I loved that they were both in the same place. Because the venue is so pretty on it's own, if you're on a budget, don't stress. It's very nice on it's own without a lot of extras but if you have the money to splurge, you and just keep going with the venue. It's perfect for pretty much every budget.

Our wedding at Hidden Pines was in June 2016. Package prices are highly reasonable; with linens, centerpiece materials, a day of coordinator, and an open vendor policy all included! Every attention to detail from the breathtaking chapel to the spacious reception space creates a warm and inviting environment. Each space requires little decoration as they are beautiful as is, which saved us quite a bit also! Our coordinator Sydney was so sweet, helpful, and accommodating leading up to and for the big day. Our guests still comment to us how great they thought our venue was. We highly recommend Hidden Pines for anyone's special day!

We just had our wedding here! The venue is absolutely BEAUTIFUL- I was especially in love with the chapel part, with wood floors, huge windows, a staircase, firplace, and lanterns/ candles. I also really loved the bride's room, super cute and conveniently located right next to the bathrooms so no one could see me when I was getting ready and had to go to the bathroom!
Our coordinator for the day, Kelli, was so sweet and helped the day run smoothly and on time. I did not have to worry about a thing!! We even had a few guests that were running late and Kelli made sure to shut the chapel doors so that late guests wouldn't come in while we were all walking down the aisle (she redirected them to a side door).
She made sure all of our vendors knew where to go, had everything set up exactly how we asked, and also checked in with my mom several times throughout the day to make sure everything was going how we wanted!
All in all, I could not have asked for a more perfect place to have our wedding or for a more beautiful day, thanks to Walters Wedding Estates and the staff at Hidden Pines Chapel.

Our wedding at Hidden Pines was absolutely wonderful. We got married June 16th, 2016. They were very helpful and always let us come up at anytime before the wedding to spend time at the chapel as I planned the wedding. They were willing to answer any questions you might have about planning a wedding in general and not just ones that pertained to the venue.
Hidden Pines Chapel is also a great help by providing many amenities that are needed. Tables and chairs included, a lot of decorations are included, table cloths, and even table decorations.
We absolutely loved our wedding and I could not imagine getting married at any other venue.

This was literally the most perfect venue! The staff was great (we loved working with Ashleigh!) and always helpful. The natural lighting made the pictures great. We got married in February, so we loved that everything was indoors and in one building. Everyone commented on our venue and saying how perfect it was. I would highly recommend it to anyone! I'm so thankful for such a perfect place to get married!

We loved our wedding at Hidden Pines Chapel! Venue is beautiful! The staff is awesome and super easy to work with. Our coordinator, Ashleigh, made the rehearsal and day-of go smoothly. All questions were answered promptly. The glassware, linens, and miscellaneous decor that were available made the decorations easy. We would most definitely recommend Hidden Pines Chapel or any Walter's Wedding Estates venues to friends!

Our wedding is July 9, 2016 at Hidden Pines Chapel. Everybody has been very friendly and accommodating at the venue. They always respond within a few hours. And will meet with you whenever you have questions. We can't wait to have our wedding at this beautiful venue.

Hidden Pines Chapel is a beautiful venue! We were so happy with how our wedding turned out. We needed minimal décor because the space is already beautiful itself. We thought our coordinator was a perfect match and she did a great job following up with details. Rehearsal was very organized which allowed for our wedding to flow smoothly the next day! We were searching for wedding venues in February for our October wedding, and were set on a "rustic" feel, but not too pinteresty. I came across Walters Wedding Estates in my searches, and ALL of their venues are gorgeous, but something about the not-even-built-yet Hidden Pines Chapel caught our eye. Even though we could only see a digital image of what it was supposed to look like, we were sold. It was the perfect mixture of beautiful and classy, yet Hill Country rustic feel. The coordinators at Hidden Pines were SO wonderful, and so easy to work with! They truly bent over backwards to help us make our day absolutely perfect. Once the venue was built and finalized, it was even more beautiful than the digital images. I never saw the inside of the building until the day before our wedding, but it was breathtaking. I couldn't stop staring at all of the little details throughout the entire venue, and the natural light in the chapel is AMAZING! The reception hall is HUGE and perfect for any style of reception. I totally recommend Hidden Pines Chapel, or any Walters Wedding Estates venue for any wedding or event you're looking to plan! You won't be disappointed!

I've booked my wedding for July 2016 at Hidden Pines. I've been working with Ashleigh and she's been great, but everyone in the office is super helpful and responsive. They're so accommodating to let us come back and check out the table decor or the chapel or play with the lights to see how they'd work. I can't wait to get married here! And the icing on the cake is that you can bring in your own alcohol - a HUGE cost savings! Book them, or at least go and look at the venue...you'll be blown a way. To say it's gorgeous is such an understatement. Trust me...book it!
After wedding update: My wedding was amazing and the venue was superb. My coordinator was very new and you could tell, but she did a good job at handling and directing. I had a day wedding on Saturday morning. The morning was rushed to get everything setup because we couldn't come in the day/night before and the afternoon was rushed because we ended at 2pm and had to have everything cleaned up by 2:30pm. I think there could have been some leniency from the venue in that regards, but we managed to get it done. I didn't care for the status window curtains in the chapel that overlooked the bank. It would have better for pictures if they could have been shut (or at least one of them able to be shut), but in the end it was fine. The staff was amazing working up to the date and I came in multiple times to try out centerpieces and meet with vendors. Would recommend the venue to others.

My daughter had her wedding at Hidden Pines, and we were blown away with this beautiful new venue! The furnishings, the hardwood floors, the stone, the windows…..it was all fabulous. Our guests were very impressed, and several said they had never seen such a beautiful setting for a wedding. The background provides a wonderful backdrop for photos. The staff was so easy to work with and always responded quickly to our emails. As the MOB, I was a little apprehensive about booking a wedding in a yet-to-be-completed venue, but we could not have been happier!

We booked our Wedding for March 10th 2017, and could not be happier with our decision. The venue was as beautiful as I imagined it would be, and then some! Kelli was so great, and has answered any and all questions I have had. Our coordinator Velita went above any beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend Hidden Pines to any future bride!

My fiancé and I have booked Hidden Pines Chapel for our April 2016 wedding and could not be happier about our decision. We have worked with Kelli, who has been wonderful throughout the process so far. Kelli was great about keeping in contact with us while we were still trying to finalize details before signing the contract. She has also been very prompt at returning emails and phone calls with any questions we've had. Our experience so far has exceeded our expectations and we are confident that the rest of the process with be just as wonderful!

Our wedding at Hidden Pines was wonderful! We loved our coordinator, Ashleigh, her patience, attention to detail and cheerful personality!
My advice to future brides is to ask questions if you are unsure or need accommodations to the normal policies. We are so happy that all of the staff was helpful and accommodating to our requests and helped to make our wedding beautiful! We never had any issue with communications, all of our calls and emails were returned promptly.
I highly recommend Hidden Pines!

I didn't choose Hidden Pines because the price was just slightly too high for my budget but I was so impressed by this venue! So beautiful and accommodating. The staff were also very sweet and helpful. This is an excellent venue choice if its in your price range! It's very unique and has everything you need!

Hidden Pines and the staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's wedding day perfect! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and the decor within the venue easily stands alone with minimal extras. The catering was from Milestone catering, which works with the Walter's Wedding Estates group, and they were very helpful and accommodating for various allergies in the meal for some patrons. They even packed up extra meals for the bride and groom when they left, as well as wedding cake, so they could enjoy it later than evening. Kelli and Alex were exceptional in the service they provided for us both before the wedding and on the actual day, and were very kind and helpful through the entire event. Thank you Hidden Pines for making my daughter's dream wedding come true!

Great Wedding Venue
Hidden Pines is a beautiful venue with tons of natural light in the ceremony space. It has a light and airy feel. Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful and professional. Liz was my day-of coordinator and she did a great job of keeping us on schedule and making sure everything ran smoothly. We had a small hiccup where a couple guests had been left off the seating chart. She figured everything out and I didn't even know there was an issue until the next day when a family member told me. My parents and in laws were both very impressed with Liz and everyone at Hidden Pines. We heard a lot of compliments about how great the food was for the reception. They also gave us to go boxes that we enjoyed the next day when we were too exhausted from our great time to make dinner. I would highly recommend Hidden Pines in Highland Village.

As far as what comes with the price of the venue, clean up, day of coordinator all that jaz they are great and I wouldn't have changed anything. The only thing that was a little upsetting and not even really a big deal was our rehearsal. They had a wedding the day of the rehearsal so we had to do the rehearsal at 11am. Still not a big issue but when you think rehearsal dinner. You think dinner.

We were married at Hidden Pines just over 2 weeks ago. I cannot more highly recommend this venue to brides looking in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area!! From the very beginning of our wedding planning process, the staff at Hidden Pines made sure we had all of the information and resources necessary to make wise decisions that were in line with our vision for the event. Our day-of coordinator, Alex, was a joy to work with and was always available to answer questions and adjust the plan (both of which were frequent occurrences for us). The space is clean, inviting, and SO beautiful!!! All of our guests spoke highly of it for days after. Also, I want to shout out Milestone catering- the in-house vendor- for going above and beyond as well! We were so pleased with their food and service quality.

We held both our ceremony and reception at Hidden Pines and I have only one word to describe our wedding: PERFECTION. The Hidden Pines staff was awesome about answering all my questions up until the big day and Alex, our coordinator was great! She had the rehearsal run so fast and the day of, everything went perfectly! The venue is gorgeous and doesn't need much decoration. Their catering, Milestone, was also delicious! We had a fajita buffet and it was a big hit! The bar ran smoothly and our guests had a great time. All their staff was really friendly and helpful! Our wedding day could not have been more perfect! I suggest renting out the space for the entire day if you can as it makes it much easier and less stressful to get everything done!

Lovely Experience!
Our daughter got married here on 3/14/25 and we were overall very pleased, we opted for a smaller more intimate atmosphere and was concerned about the size of the room, but it turned out beautifully. (there were a few things that could have been prevented with the bar, dinner & lighting, in which I brought to their attention afterwards for future events & learning purposes). But let me tell you Newshaw was attentive, and AMAZING to work with along with the DJ Daniel and Photographer Alecia. I can't say enough about them and their professionalism. We LOVED them. The venue itself is beautiful and we were very pleased with our choices of Floral & Décor.
Highly recommend Hidden Pines in Highland Village.

Great wedding day!
Newshaw was a great venue coordinator and was so kind throughout the entire planning process. She allowed us to make our big day one to remember. The only downside to our day was the food was cold and some of the kids meals were undercooked. Otherwise, the venue was stunning and we received loads of complements from our friends and family.

Stress Free Planning Process with Sydnee!
Planning with Sydnee was a breath of fresh air! We would come to our meetings with a million little things all over the place, and her sweet and calm disposition made all those details fall into place, in a stress free way. We would leave our meetings with a renewed sense of excitement for our wedding day, focusing again on what is important, because Sydnee had taken care of all the loose ends. She had our back with the vendors and was super clear in her communication with us and with them. She was helpful and wanted the best deals for us, (she even researched a variety of props on Amazon that we wanted on the dance floor!). Besides her calm personality and being genuinely happy for us, our favorite thing about working with Sydnee was that there were no surprises. There was no fine print with her, as it is in the wedding business, sometimes. She was honest, down to earth, organized, and peaceful. What more could you ask for in a planning coordinator?

I am so glad that I chose Hidden Pines as my wedding day venue. Not only is it beautiful, but the staff is amazing. Liz, my day-of coordinator, was so easy to work with. She kindly accommodated all my requests and made sure my day ran as smooth as possible. The on-site caterer was wonderful. Our guests were raving about the food! The only downfall with this venue is that, even if you rent the space for the whole day, the earliest you can arrive is noon. This limited our time to get ready with the hair/makeup stylists before pictures, etc. Also, the latest you can have your rehearsal the day before is 3:00 pm. This made it difficult to schedule our rehearsal dinner at the desired time that evening. Other than that, I am so thankful for the Hidden Pines team and their effort in making our day so special.

This venue is awesome! It was exactly what I was looking for in a rustic venue. The indoors is perfect for unpredictable/hot weather. Its price is up there, but it is definitely worth it. I had the perfect wedding day!

Our venue was at Hidden Pines Chapel in Highland Village, TX. Beautiful venue!! Not much curb appeal and it's next to a baseball field and Chase Bank. For some reason, they won't let you close the curtains in the Ceremony hall to block the Chase Bank view. Anyway, the inside is gorgeous and our guests talked it about days later. This venue and the staff was great with one exception: The preferred caterer, Oliver's Fine Foods. DO NOT BOOK THIS CATERER! If you are wanting to book this venue make sure you plan to pay the extra fee to go with your own caterer. The caterer ruined everything and cheated us out of our money. They made us pay the whole thing up front too which just adds to the insulting service provided. They filled the glasses with water and ice tea sloppily spilling water all over the tables, menu cards, seats, everywhere! They didn't speak English so our guests couldn't really ask them for anything. They took 2.5 hours to serve food because they decided to short staff the workers! This ruins your timeline for the day! Some tables were still being served at 9:30pm!! Ice cold steaks and chicken for everyone, even me the groom! They cheated us out of the fruit spread as well. Apparently $500 of fruit amounts to 2 chopped cantaloupes and a handful of strawberries with this caterer. As a result of all this, we only got about 40 minutes of dancing before the night was over. Spent the whole night serving food and our DJ being forced to play softer music so our guests that are still eating weren't being rushed. Good thing we had our wedding planner there to yell at them because we were really upset and would have just fired them on the spot. Unfortunately for this venue, if they continue to do business with this unprofessional caterer they will end up hurting their own business. Just remember folks, do not book the caterer associated with this venue. Otherwise, this venue is great!!

Wonderful experience! Married the love of my life in a venue so beautiful that I barely needed to do any decorating of my own. The food was divine and the experience loved by all my guests. Thank you, Hidden Pines Chapel!

This is the only venue we looked at in person because we loved it so much we had to have it. Their staff was fabulous to get back with us so quickly and answer all of our tons of questions! The pictures do not do it justice! We were so thankful for our coordinator Alex who helped make our day so smooth and special. We LOVED Hidden Pines. It really was our dream venue, I cannot imagine our wedding any where else.

We booked at Hidden Pines at first glance mainly because of the outstanding venue but the sales associate Neshaw. Both were fabulous (she was also our coordinator) and we had a great experience. GREAT! Everything was effortless and we could not appreciate the value and dedication by staff. One recommendation is to hire a day of person to do all your set up and tear down. Venues don’t provide that and you don’t want to exhaust your friends like I did that morning!! Luckily we hired a day of coordinator (Simply Married-Cindy) for the help and she worked in sync with the venue and Neshaw including her own staff for tear down. Worth every penny!! A great time was had by all. Also Carson the DJ was awesome!!
