HG Ranch Photography literally made all of my dreams come true! I cannot say enough amazing things about Heather! She is such a kind and easy person to work with - she's more than a photographer - she will make your wedding day 1,000 times better! Her experience paired with fun personality makes for a genuine laugh and smile from you and your partner when she's behind the camera. Her organizational skills appear effortless and she is such a professional!
We took engagements in the Houston July heat last year (2021) and she had us (who had never taken professional pictures) laughing and smiling and thoroughly enjoying ourselves.
For my bridals, she met me and my mom at a summer camp that holds a special place in her heart too and put me at ease the first time I put on my entire wedding ensemble. She paid attention to all the details I did not even notice. She delivered that gallery quick enough for me to be able to use any images I might have wanted for the wedding.
The wedding - AKA THE REAL REASON TO HIRE HG RANCH PHOTOGRAPHY. Heather was one of the easiest vendors to work with - she answered ALL of my panicked questions with grace and kindness. She kept me on track during the planning process AND told me when I was planning too far in advance. She kept me organized and was so relaxed about everything. She understands the importance of the ceremony as well as the party. She really spends time getting to know you as a couple and then highlights the parts that mean the most to you. On the day of, she was able to get us back on schedule after running 30-45 minutes behind. She got ALL of the pictures we wanted AND MORE! She delivered the gallery with such excitement and love - we cannot say enough amazing things about her.
She has made lifelong clients out of us - we cannot wait to have her capture other important life milestones. -

Heather is AMAZING! She was such a gem in our wedding planning, the day of our wedding, and even after! She is so accommodating, phenomenal at communication, diligent in the moments she captures, and a source of peace and laughter on your big day. She was not only our photographer, but our advocate at our wedding, making sure any special shot we asked for was taken. My husband and I both agree she was the best investment for our engagement and wedding, and we certainly plan to work with her in the future. Our photos are beautiful and everyone that sees them literally fawns over them. Every moment of our wedding day was captured, from beginning to end. She took photos of us, our wedding party, our families, our guests, my dog, and everything in between! She was worth every penny, and we would choose her time and time again. Look no further, Heather is your girl! She is absolutely top notch, in a league of her own. She makes you feel completely comfortable, hypes you up, wrangles your extended family into standing still and smiling, and then turns around and produces gorgeous photos. She’s a seasoned pro and sprinkles in wisdom and tips that make the day fly smoothly by. She also rolls with the punches and is ready for anything, got a ring bear that wants to take his shirt off? No problem. You wanna have donkeys at you cocktail hour? Sounds like fun! She doesn’t just photograph you, she celebrates you during every moment of your big day - something that so clearly comes through in her photos. -

Absolutely AMAZING!!!
I will never be able to thank Heather enough for the amazing job she did photographing our wedding. She not only went along with our crazy idea to have a surprise wedding with just our parents and siblings but she hyped us up through the whole process! Heather made the photo process fun and enjoyable. Every single picture we received from her is so natural and flawless! Love love love
Heather is the cream of the crop when it comes to wedding photography! From meeting her to our engagement photos to my bridal portraits and of course our wedding we could not have been more excited about not only our end products, but the way Heather made us feel in front of the camera. We have never felt so natural and confident than we did when Heather took our photos. Heather was amazing! She was so easy to get in contact with, worked with us around our schedule, and when we got to the engagement/bridal sessions she was great at making us comfortable and giving us lots of ideas for poses. She edits every photo she gives you and she gives you way more photos than any other photographer I’ve worked with. The day of the wedding she and her other photographer were total pros and worked with everyone to get all the photos we wanted and some we didn’t know we wanted! I cant recommend her enough. -

We absolutely LOVED having Heather with HG Ranch Photography for our wedding. We had so much fun at our engagement photo session, she did an amazing job on my bridals, and of course made our wedding a day we will never forget. Heather is an absolute dream to work with! She made everyone feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She is super quick and efficient and gets all the photos done in a timely manner. She wrangled all the groomsmen and made it fun and easy for them. She is super flexible and was able to change our photo timeline due to rain and made it work. She never got frustrated even with my little nephews not cooperating. Heather feels more like a best friend than a photographer when she is at your wedding making sure she captures the posed photos but all the candid photos that you will cherish for years! She truly captured the whole day and didn’t miss a photo! Highly recommend HG Ranch Photography!!! -

HG Ranch Photography is a MUST for you wedding day!
Heather is absolutely amazing. I didn’t know where to begin trying to find a photographer for our wedding day. I was blessed to have HG Ranch Photography recommended to me. When I talked to Heather on the phone for the first time..I was sold. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything I needed to know. When it came to engagements we didn’t know what to expect. She drove 3 hours to us and it was a blast. She made us feel so comfortable and the pictures were nothing less than amazing. Leading up to and on our wedding day, Heather helped in more ways than one. She helped with a timeline, gave advice, lifted us up, kept us calm and so much more. The day after our wedding my husband and I were talking about how everything went, he said “when we have babies, I want her to be our family photographer!” She is such a genuine person that’s easy to relate to and helps make your special moments fun and exciting! -

Where to start..Heather is ABSOLUTELY amazing. She is not only a fabulous photographer but also your number one hype girl throughout your session. Her pictures and quality speak for itself. She is top notch! She was amazing start to finish capturing my engagement, bridal pictures, and wedding. She is the kindest soul and makes you feel comfortable at all times. She knows every trick in the book from poses, unbuttoning your wedding dress, hitting every good angles possible, and so much more. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer. We cannot wait to use her again in the future. -

The absolute best
I literally could not imagine having anyone else shoot such a special time in my life. Heather has been extremely responsive in all communication from the very first time I reached out! Weather tried to set back my engagements & bridals, but Heather rearranged her schedule to ensure I had the best experience! She made sure wedding pictures was one of the least stressful parts of planning. She & her second photographer came in on the day of the wedding and made it a seamless experience! She even stepped in a helped as my stand in coordinator when it seemed like things weren’t flowing in a plan! She was SOOOOO easy to get along with & when all was said and done… she became a part of my girl gang and will be my go to photographer in all future events in my life. I will always recommend her to anyone looking! Money well spent and she truly has me reliving the best day of my life through her beautiful photos! -

Made our dreams come true!
Heather was absolutely amazing! From our engagement photos to the wedding day, she was there with us every step of the way! Our wedding was out of town and she was there on time and ready to go. She stayed throughout the entire thing to capture everything she could! She even stuck it out through 40 mph winds, that was colder than a snow storm. And I will tell anyone if you ever need an awesome hype person Heather is your go to! She can make you feel like a million bucks on your crummiest day! When Heather showed up to our first session, we knew we were going to love her. HG made us feel so comfortable while shooting, and it showed in the photos! Her work is amazing and she is so creative with shots, we didn't have to work hard at all! On the day of our wedding, we had all of the normal hiccups that weddings bring and HG never missed a beat. She stepped in for more jobs than just the photographer when other vendors came up short and made our whole night absolutely perfect. HG Ranch Photography ROCKED our wedding day! She seamlessly worked with our massive wedding party (consisting of 13 bridesmaids and 14 groomsmen) and worked to make sure every single crazy idea I could come up with would be included in our special day. Heather was a dream to work with and took so much stress out of wedding planning all together! Working with her is literally like working with your biggest hype man and there’s never a dull moment. I will be using her for all big life events in the future and would definitely recommend HG Ranch to anyone looking for a wedding photographer that treats you like your best friend. 10/10 highly recommend and cannot say enough good things about Heather as a person or the amazon work that she does! -
