  We had a June wedding at the gardens. It was so beautiful! The staff was professional and my planner, Tyler, was wonderful, helpful, and very organized. We planned our wedding from West Virginia and it went off without hitch! She made sure no one walking in the gardens disturbed our ceremony. Even though it was a public area, it seemed like we were in our own private garden. The food and cake were delicious as well. I couldn't have imagined a better place for our wedding. I would highly recommend Hershey Gardens for an outdoor wedding.

  The Hershey Gardens are an unbelievably beautiful location for a wedding. I planned my wedding in the Gardens from 700 miles away, and I could not have done it without the help of Bridgit Wiest. She is an extremely organized and intelligent Wedding Coordinator. She was quick to respond, very helpful with the minor details and such a warm and pleasant person. She made my day much easier!

  I cannot say enough good things about the Hershey Gardens: not only is it a perfectly beautiful place, filled with colorful blooms, vast green scapes & playful water fountains, but it is also well suited for guests with shaded areas, smooth walkways & restrooms. There is plenty to see & do; literally fun for all ages! Not to mention the helpful, friendly, curtious, responsive, gracious staff members. I was amazed at how they all lended a hand to make our wedding day run smoothly.

  Brigit was extremely helpful to work with, especially as we were planning our wedding at Hershey Gardens from Arizona (and I have never been there). We also used vendors from their recommended vendors list for flowers and the officiant and were extremely satisfied. We were thrilled with the way our wedding day turned out and would hihgly recommend Brigit and Hershey Gardens.

  Bridgit made the planning process so easy and the ceremony flawless. The gardens were beautiful in June and provided a perfect, quiet setting for our ceremony. I couldn't have asked for more --- It was a perfect day!

  Beautiful location and professional staff. Price was very reasonable considering it was affiliated with "Hershey". Would highly recommend. They even have rose bushes to buy near the entrance, so we bought one to remember our special day!

  I want to review the spa at the Hershey Gardens. My girls and I all spent the day there two days before the wedding. We got massages, enjoyed tons of chocolate and relaxed all day in bathrobes. It was so necessary with all the craziness of the week! I highly recommend a day at the spa for all brides!

  Having grown up near Hershey, I have been to Hershey Gardens many times to appreciate the beauty. The perfection of the site was upstaged only by Heather and Jerrilynn, who were the most amazing wedding coordinators to work with. They were very organized, always pleasant and wanted to make everything perfect for us. I did feel that some of the options were rather limited (at least without adding A LOT to the bottom line), but everything was lovely and my wedding day was everything I hoped it would be.

  We had our two services here (Hindu in the tent outside the conservatory in the morning and American outside in the oak grove in the afternoon) and our reception at the Antique Auto Museum. Very flexible and willing to accommodate our many requests. Gorgeous venue, endless photo opportunities, got rave reports from our guests who enjoyed walking the grounds. My one complaint is that my in-laws were helping with a lot of the planning (so amazingly helpful!!), and often include me on many emails, but the Gardens would change details and not cc me on the emails or notify me of the changes. So I was constantly surprised when there would be something different. I wish they would have done a better job of keeping both the parents and the happy couple in the loop on the decisions being made.

  The Gardens was just beautiful for my daughter's wedding. Heather Hoffman at Hershey Hotel is very professional and easy to work with. It was a wonderful event!

  Our contact for the Gardens was not the best about getting back to us with questions and did not respond to a call my mother placed to her at all. However, that was the only negative about our experience.
  It was a little pricey, but we made up for it by not having to buy any ceremony decorations!

  Beautiful spot, great catering, just make sure you have a good point of contact.

  Hershey Gardens is so beautiful for a wedding! I would absolutely recommend paying a little extra for the butterfly atrium to be open later, and I would also definitely recommend using a DJ that has worked there before. The way we did it (as most weddings are done there) involved two setup points for the DJ, so it is a little bit more involved. The Hershey Lodge catering is WONDERFUL! The servers are so kind, helpful, and professional, and the food is delicious.
  
  My one complaint is my point of contact for the wedding. She was not all that helpful or organized. I remember asking her if one of my vendors could set up at 1pm, and she answered with one sentence saying they could only do it starting at 3pm. Then I gave her my vendor's information (a second time), and I guess then they were fine with the 1pm delivery and set up after all?
  
  We were also a covid reschedule, and during that time the cake vendor, which was going to be fully included, stopped working with Hershey Gardens, and I didn't find out about it until April of the next year after my point of contact said she "didn't think the baker was still in the area" when I sent her my vendor contact info for the first time. We also weren't informed of the transportation we could order to and from the Hershey Lodge until the day before the wedding, at which point they were booked up.
  
  She also thought that we were going to have our rehearsal at 3pm the day of our 4pm ceremony for some reason? Even though she was very firm on the Friday 3pm rehearsal time when I asked if it could be later in the day. She was there when we showed up on Friday, but she was kind of shocked to see us. She was nice enough, but it would have been a less stressful experience if we had someone else to work with on it.
