Friendly, professional and dependable.

Awesome service! Walked you through the process and kept you up to date on the progress. The dress had some dirt and mud stains at the bottom when we sent it off, but came back looking brand new! I was 100% satisfied!

Amazing!!!

Amanda was truly outstanding. With quite a bit of trepidation, I shipped my mother‘s wedding gown from 1965 that had never been cleaned or restored. Mom has passed away and my niece wanted to wear it for her wedding. It had rust stains from hangers, oxidation stains from food, had yellowed, and needed some repairs. It had not been preserved or stored well so I had pretty low hopes, but Amanda was great leading up to me shipping it so I felt like we had the best chances with her. I absolutely cannot believe the results. Every single stain is gone, the dress is sparkling white. She made some repairs and replaced buttons. We are thrilled with the outcome. You can tell how much she loves doing this job of repairing the dresses and bringing them back to life. We had an amazing experience with her and I highly recommend!

Amazing product and customer service

I had such a positive experience with this company. They cleaned and preserved my daughter's wedding gown, including repairing a few small things. It was carefully handled and the repairs were done flawlessly. They constantly communicated with me in every step of the process. The finished product is a beautiful gown that looks brand new. They do an amazing job and provide outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this company!

Excellent expert service and care

I was married December 18, 2021. It was the most perfect day, with the most perfect wedding dress. The day started off with thunderstorms, lots of rain. I was never concerned or worried, rain always means good luck and best wishes. After taking pictures outside, the hemline of my wedding gown was very soiled due to the weather. We danced and danced the evening away...folks stepping on my gown, me stepping on my gown, there was a lot of dirt along the bottom of my dress. So, Heritage had their work cut out for them!!
Knowing that Heritage Garment would clean my gown individually and by hand to remove the dirt/stain, I was not concerned. They did a FABULOUS job. The process was easy, and the service was EXCELLENT. My gown looks brand new, just like it did on our wedding day. Thank you, Heritage Garment Preservation, for the care that you provided for my gown.

Beautiful gown preservation!

We’re extremely pleased with how well our daughter’s wedding gown was cleaned, and preserved. I was nervous about it since it had been in the closet for 6 years without cleaning! They didn’t bat an eye, and went about assessing the level of staining, completing a plan to revive it to its original beauty. I am SO happy with the work Heritage did that I will be busting out my own wedding gown from its 34 year old, hermetically sealed box, and sending it to them for proper preservation!

SO glad I went with Heritage.

I am so thoroughly impressed with the care and attention that my 20 year old gown received from Heritage. Just unveiling it (I'm sorry, I couldn't wait and I used the gloves) brought back so many amazing memories. Thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart!

Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Dress and accessories look amazing. They are 55 years old. Going to wear for our 50th anniversary renewal vows. This dress & accessories were also worn by 2 older sisters and 1 younger sister. I'm so blessed in how they were able to restire my family treasures. Thank you all.

Wedding gown restoration

They helped restore my mother's wedding gown from 1986 for me to wear at my wedding. The gown had some staining and discoloration but it was shipped back to me looking brand new! I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. They were also kind and kept in communication with us throughout the process. I can't recommend them enough.

Grandmother would have been so pleased!

I chose Heritage to restore my grandmother's wedding dress that is 100 years old. It was kind of a mess and I never thought it would turn out so beautiful. It's easy to imagine my grand-mother wearing the dress and her thoughts and feelings about her wedding to my grandfather!
Thank you for doing such a careful, professional job. The dress is being donated to a local museum and I am sure they will be as satisfied as I am. Thank you for working out all the details with me and reassuring me about the job that would be done.

Beyond my expectations!

Heritage Garment cleaned and preserved my gown beautifully. They made repairs where needed. Suzanne took so much time explaining the different options of preserving my gown. I also had my handbag and shoes cleaned and preserved. My gown was handled with such great care , as if it belonged to them. My gown traveled to and from in a very highly secure and professional way of tracking. Suzanne stayed with me throughout the entire process. Communication/response time was exceptional. End product is my gown, bag and shoes are preserved in a gorgeous muslin bag with a personalized label attached. I highly recommend this company to be trusted with wedding gown. You won’t be sorry.

Heritage met all our needs

I have 2 daughters, both got engaged and planned to wed the same year. I ordered both packages for both gowns to be repaired, cleaned, preserved at same time. Before second daughter could get married the pandemic hit so we had to delay her wedding. Heritage Gown were so easy to work with. Suzanne was very professional working with me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Heritage to all brides.

Wedding Dress Restoration

I had a wedding dress from 1959. My mother wore it, I wore it and my daughter wanted to wear it. It had yellowed over the years and had brown and blue stains on it. It was silk. I sent it to Heritage Garment Preservation and Restoration and they did a beautiful job removing the stains, pressing it and getting it back to the ivory color it was.

Absolutely fabulous!

I couldn’t be happier with Heritage Garment Preservation!! I left it to the last minute and was scrambling to find some way to preserve/clean my wedding dress after my wedding. Three days after my wedding, I moved 4500 miles across the globe and didn’t have any way to take it with me on the plane - so when I say I was scrambling, I really mean it! I did some google searching and I am SO GLAD that I found HGP. Not only did they do an INCREDIBLE job, but they were SO great with communicating and keeping me updated. I was worried about cost because the bottom of my dress also got significantly dirty on my wedding day, but HGP was very, very reasonable. I give them 14 stars out of ten!

Great service throughout the entire process. Friendly staff.

My daughter's wedding gown was heavy lace from head to train. I didnt know who I would be able to trust to clean and preserve the gown properly until I found Heritage Garment Preservation. Suzanne was so friendly and very knowledgable of the proper techniques on cleaning the gown. She was very thorough every step of the way. They are excellent on staying in contact throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend HGP for your gown cleaning and preservation needs!!

Perfect outcome

Very pleased with the outcome of having the remnants of my wedding gown cleaned. They took great care with the hand sewn beading. They were very friendly and professional and worth the 3 hour drive.

So easy & stress free

I was so nervous to get my wedding dress cleaned. I looked a bunch of local places, but just did not feel comfortable using them. I was so happy with Heritage and the work they did on my dress. They were also so easy to communicate with-- even with COVID going on.

From the 80's

My daughter is getting married and just couldn't find the right gown. My dress was from 1983 and had yellowing and a few stains. Heritage cleaned it and fixed a few little things on it, and it looks perfect! With a few alterations, my daughter will have the dress of her dreams. Thank you Heritage for all you did.

Fantastic Job!

Heritage Garment Preservation did an absolute fabulous job on preserving my mother’s 1949 wedding gown and negligee. Wow, just... wow.

I got married at my family farm on Kaua’i, Hawai’i. Land of red dirt, and stains that last forever. I did NOT hold back and partied the night away in my wedding dress. When I woke up the next morning and found my dress crumpled on the floor of our hotel room, now with a nice red “ombré” dye-job on the skirt, sweat and food stains, and with straps that had come undone, I was certain that it was a lost cause. I let my dress sit in my closet for a few months and decided that I couldn’t bring myself to toss it, and sent it off to Heritage Garment for cleaning. They called me after inspecting it, to make sure I knew that it would take a lot of work, and that I should t get my hopes up. I laughed it off and told her that I understood it.

A few months later, my dress came back and to my surprise, it’s like new! Needless to say, I’m incredibly impressed and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic communication, pricing, and care of my wedding dress!

I had a great experience with Heritage Garment Preservation. My wedding dress had been hanging in my closet for over a year after our wedding and I had no idea what to do with it. I knew it needed some TLC - there were some stains and a few tears - but I didn't know who to send it too and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I found Heritage online, they were popping up everywhere and had great reviews, so I pulled the trigger. The representative who worked with me was fantastic, there was great communication and she explained every step along the way. The price was very reasonable. When I got my dress back, it came in a nice box that had custom details about our wedding. I highly recommend using Heritage!

Wonderful!!!

I reviewed a few sites and decided upon Heritage to preserve my daughter's gown. I ended up choosing the museum quality option. Chanda was the best, dealing with answering all my questions and concerns. The gown and detachable train, packaged and preserved separately, as I had requested, were delivered perfectly. I took the dress and immediately hung it in a closet and the train was packaged in a wonderful box which I was able to put under a bed. They answer your emails in a timely fashion as well as being reachable by phone. I am so happy that I chose Heritage and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who wants to preserve their gown.

I was so happy when I received my gown in such beautiful condition after being sent away to Heritage. As you can imagine, it was a little nerve-wracking to send away such a special (an expensive) gown, but I was so pleased to see how much care and detail was put into the entire process. They communicated very promptly and were always keeping me in the loop with every step of the process. It was worth every penny!

Amazing work!

I used Heritage Garment to have my own gown cleaned (Rebecca Ingram Allison) and to have my Mom's gown from 1976 restored. Sending both gowns together got me a discount. They did an incredible job on both gowns. My Mom's gown was yellowed with some large brown stains from years of being in a cardboard box in the attic. After Heritage's work, her gown is good as new. I couldn't believe it. And both dresses came back safely, they even returned the garment bag I'd used for my gown which I wasn't expecting. The whole process will take a long time, but the finished result is absolutely flawless.

Can not say enough great things about my experience with Heritage Garment...but will try! I actually had two items preserved ...my daughter's wedding gown and my son's uniform from the United State Military Academy.
Yes, both hold a tremendous sentimental value...to me ...and my children....but Heritage understood that as well and that was exemplified through every step of this process, through the cleaning quote, shipping, military discount, actual cleaning and mending, to the custom museum quality bag that had to be made for the military uniform, good communication and updates....I felt like I was dealing with a local vendor in my own back yard so to speak...Again, I believe you don't go to those lengths if you don't understand the value of what you are doing and it's meaning to your customers...Heritage does and delivered!
Top Tier in my opinion and will use them again and refer them with out hesitation.

I am so glad I did this- I was apprehensive because it is expensive to clean and preserve but my dress got so dirty and suffered some tears and I knew I would regret leaving such an expensive investment in that kind of shape. The dress came back looking as clean and white as it did when I bought it. The company customer service was prompt with my concerns and everything went according to the plan they laid out.

I really can't say enough about how wonderful Heritage Garment Preservation was in cleaning my wedding dress. My poor hemline had been relatively destroyed, as it poured rain on my wedding day for an outdoor ceremony, and my dyed-blue shoes bled all over it! That in addition to just the wear and tear of being outside and dancing/having the dress danced on, really made a mess of things. Adding to challenge was that the dress was a fairly elaborate lace. But I never had to worry!! HGP worked some magic on my dress, and it's honestly just like new. They were also wonderfully responsive, sending me updates at every single step of the process.

AND, not knowing what I really needed (Or what they were really capable of doing) I initially just paid for the basic cleaning. When they received the dress and evaluated things, they messaged me about what the addition damage was, that they could take care of it, and a completely fair and reasonable price for the additional cleaning. It was easy and straightforward to pay the additional charge and get everything squared away. I would absolutely recommend their services to absolutely anyone needing their wedding dress cleaned!!

Heritage managed to clean and whiten my older veil so that it matched perfectly with my daughter's wedding dress. Then they went above and beyond to clean and repair her gown after the wedding. We had an unexpected snow and ice storm in North Carolina in January. The bottom of her dress looked like it was ruined! They did a phenomenal job, and there is no evidence of the water stains on the silk fabric. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I highly recommend Heritage garment preservation. I needed the wedding veil I had sent to be cleaned to be finished before the wedding dress. They were immediately responsive and accommodated me and sent the veil separately and before the dress was finished being cleaned. They were easy to communicate with and prompt. I'm so happy that I found Heritage Garment Preservation! They have an option for preserving wedding dresses and allowing the bride to see and touch the dress in the future! When I decided to wear my grandmothers wedding dress that dates back to 1953, I knew I had to find a trusted company to restore it. I saw Heritage was the top cleaner in a comparison done on Good Morning America a while ago. They were the only cleaner that was able to remove all the stains - make-up, food, wine, dirt...- you get the idea. I kept their name and was so glad I did! They are very responsive on the phone and by email through the entire process - helping you select the right package and letting you know where the dress is as it moves through their system. I highly recommend this vendor. I spent many hours researching preservation services for my daughter's wedding dress and determined that Heritage Garment Preservation had the best reputation for quality and trustworthiness. I was nervous about sending off a $2k wedding dress but the employee I spoke with by phone explained the process and readily put my mind at ease. They kept me informed of every step (arrival, inspection, cleaning, packaging, mailing) and the dress was returned mint condition. Not only did they clean and preserve the dress but they were able to clean grass-stained wedding shoes that I had thought were beyond repair.

We live in Wyoming. Our daughter got married in Temecula, Ca in Sept. 2016. Needed to have her dress cleaned so did an online search and found Heritage. Filled out the online form, paid for cleaning and a few extras. A shipping box arrived from Heritage. I boxed up the dress and took it to the local Box Shop. I was sending my daughter's beautiful wedding dress off to Tyler, Texas. Was worried but off it went. From the moment the Box Shop notified Heritage the dress had been dropped off, Heritage was in touch with me via email to keep me posted on the location of the dress, when it arrived at their plant, what was happening with the dress. They kept me posted the entire time. Within a very short period of time, they notified me that the dress was headed back home. We elected to have the dress hanging so when it arrived, it was bundled beautifully in a cotton bag with ties all along the front of the bag. On the pocket of the bag, it gives my daughter's name, her husbands name and when and where they were married. It is absolutely gorgeous and what a magnificent job of restoring the dress to "like new". Thank you so much to Heritage for making this such a pleasant, professional experience.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would!!! I was almost at the point of doing a "trash that dress" photo shoot. On the day of my wedding...this is everything that happened to my dress...a guest spilled red wine, a trim piece came off my dress, I had to wear flat shoes due to swelling of my feet and the bottom of my dress was completely dirty (dragging on the floor through out the entire reception). My husband found this place and I said "why not, it can't get any worse". To my shock....the dress came back to me PERFECT!! As if it came straight from the store (even better). You might wonder how better!! The crystals were so shiny. The stains (including the wine) all gone and the trim was fixed. I can't thank this place enough. They saved my dress!!! Don't bring your dress to any dry cleaner!!! Bring it hear. They even ship for free!!

My daughter bought a beautiful Lazaro wedding gown (3201) for her wedding that had much lace and beading. She is selling it, so we wanted to clean it, but wanted to make sure that the cleaner used the utmost care to preserve the lace and beading. Heritage Garment cleaned the dress by hand and did a wonderful job. Even doing minor repairs for a minimal fee. They were very responsive to any questions I had. If you spend that much for a dress, you want it well cared for before you pass it onto the next bride.

After spending way more than I expected on my dream wedding dress, I knew I didn't want to just have it cleaned and put in a box, never to look at it again. I did some online research and I was intrigued by Heritage's hanging garment bag preservation method. After reading a bunch of positive reviews, I decided to go for it. I sent them my Lazaro gown, which was quite dirty and had a tear in one of the underlayers because I did a "wreck the dress" photo shoot with my horse. My dress is also quite delicate with a beaded bodice and full skirt covered with organza petals. As a result, I invested in the couture package, and Heritage not only hand-cleaned my dress, they also repaired the tear for no additional charge. My dress looks amazing, like it was never on or near a horse!

I was also really impressed with the level of communication and customer care I received. Heritage sent me regular updates on the status of my dress, and they made me feel like my dress was their top priority. I love my wedding dress, so it meant a lot to me to know that it was in good hands and that they were so careful with it. I can't say enough good things about Heritage. I know it costs a lot, but you definitely get what you pay for (and more) with Heritage!

Words can't express adequately what a wonderful job Heritage Garment Preservation did and how easy they were to work with. I was not the bride that took care of her dress (GASP). I had placed it in a box and meant to get it dry cleaned after our outdoor lake wedding, but forgot. Two years later, I found it and wore it out for Halloween as a "run away bride." Needless to say, the bottom was disgusting and there were some stains. I had gone to several local dry cleaners for them to either quote a ridiculous amount (over $700) or not be able to do it. Through the internet, I found this site. After reading the reviews, I filled out the paperwork and sent it out to be evaluated. They called the day they got it and gave great advice on what would be best. I was updated throughout the process. Never once did I feel pressured to do anything that I didn't agree with and they were so friendly and nice over the phone. I just got my dressed cleaned with some repair on beading. When my dress arrived to my house it was MORE BEAUTIFUL than the day I wore it. I would recommend this company to ANY BRIDE or anyone who had an article of clothing that they wanted clean or preserved. It is worth the money and you will be so happy afterwards.

After finding them, I called and spoke with a representative who answered all my questions and was very accommodating of my preservation timeline. After the wedding my daughters dress was cleaned and preserved by a company recommended by the bridal shop where we purchased the dress. Because there were not formal portraits taken by the photographers, they agreed to take them after the wedding. Upon opening the sealed box, we found a dirty and totally wrinkled dress. After hours of ironing, pictures were taken and research began on how to get the dress properly cleaned and preserved. I found Heritage Garment online and emailed them and immediately had a response. They were incredibly helpful and professional, as is their website. They are very clear about their methods and options for preservation – none of which include sealing up the dress in a box. The dress is now in a muslin bag hanging in the closet, totally clean and pressed. Can’t imagine a better outcome.

I didn't trust any of my local dry cleaners with my bridal gown and veil, so I went out of town to Heritage Garment Preservation, and it was well worth the price. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and they even came in on Saturday when they were normally closed so I could drop my dress off. This company provided very personalized service. You can schedule your services online, and you can talk to someone at the shop who will step you through the entire process. They provide updates on the status of your gown preservation through email, which was very helpful. Heritage did an excellent job cleaning my daughter's all lace wedding dress. They were able to remove all the spray tan stains and the dirt under the train. It looks beautiful. They kept us informed every step of the way. I feel like they treated the dress as if it were their own.

I found Heritage just by doing a google search. I was very pleased from the first call to our last email. Very personalized service. They did a wonderful job on my daughter's gown. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Heritage did a great job cleaning, repairing and preserving my delicate, beaded lace wedding gown. I had danced the night away at my wedding and the train of my gown was FILTHY and damaged in spots. Heritage cleaned and repaired my gown so well, I swear it looks more beautiful than it did on my wedding day! I was nervous about shipping my gown all the way to CA from NY, but Heritage was very communicative and kept in touch throughout the process. I was so pleased to receive my gown packaged carefully along with cotton gloves and instructions on how to inspect and care for my gown for years to come. I highly recommend Heritage for gown cleaning and preservation!!

My Mom found Heritage Garment Preservation and decided to use them even though they are all the way on the other side of the country...they are amazing. My dress arrived very quickly and it looks fabulous! They are meticulous as to how to best preserve and handle the dress and have included a wide variety of personal and detailed touches. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Excellent post-wedding cleaning of my designer gown, which had some spray tan on the straps and bodice, and was fairly dirty on the hem since it was a rainy day, but Heritage did a fantastic job removing all the stains and preserving my gown -- it looks brand new again, just like the day I bought it! I love their museum technique of placing my gown in a muslin bag too, rather than a sealed box. The Atlanta bridal shop where I bought the gown recommended a cleaner in Atlanta, but after talking with Kathy and viewing Heritage's excellent website and video, I was very comfortable shipping my gown from Atlanta to California. They called me 2-3 times to respond to my questions, and the FedEx delivery was very secure both ways. The gown was returned to me packed beautifully and well-protected. It was well worth the cost, and I highly recommend Heritage Garment Preservation for your beautiful once-in-a-lifetime gown!

I couldn't say enough about the help and the quality of work I received from Heritage Garments. I had a very tight timeline, 6 weeks tight, and they not only had to clean my 25+ year old dress & remove all the stains from years of improper storage but they customers s tailored it as well. I had the sleeves removed and very large holes fixed. I couldn't be happier with my product I wish I could show pictures. My mother's dress was everything I could have hoped for on my special day. They got all of this done in 2 weeks and a weeks a shipping. I was so impressed with their customer service and quality of work. I would defiantly recommend them to everyone. It's awesome work, customer service, & value!!

I did a lot of research on wedding gown cleaning and preservation before deciding to go with Heritage. I had a couple suggestions from different friends and vendors, but ultimately, after reading an article from the Wall Street Journal, and comparing many options, I felt the most comfortable with Heritage. For me, it was important to be able to see that my gown was clean and properly preserved. I also heard a horror story from my best friend and Matron of Honor regarding her "box company" experience.

I chose the Heritage Select Museum Method for an Average-sized gown. I ordered a shipping kit, extra insurance, a Custom Preservation Label, and a Bouquet Preservation Box. I also discovered their Payment Plan and a discount/promo, both of which helped a lot financially!

I was very pleased with the end result. The gown was very well packaged, and the cotton preservation bag itself was wrapped nicely in another vinyl garment bag (for protection). The cotton preservation bag is great--clean and sturdy, and I feel comfortable storing my dress in it. The Custom Preservation Label is a great touch, and they included white gloves to be worn when handling the gown. When I opened the cotton preservation bag, I was happy and relieved to see my gown there, clean, and pristine. I checked the skirts, which were packed in acid-free tissue, and was ecstatic to see that they were clean. When my seamstress made the bustle for my dress, she added a small blue flower in the skirts which had gotten very dirty by the end of my wedding night. The small blue flower was all clean!

I would say the cost is in the mid-price range when comparing all the options. You can check their Current Discounts or Facebook pages for ongoing promotions. Overall, I will say it was well worth the price. They did a fantastic job, and their customer service is great! They even wrote a blog post about my wedding dress story, which was very sweet.

I as MOB finally had my daughter's gown cleaned and preserved after almost 7 years of stains setting in to a delicate satin. Heritage not only got the most offending stain out which was smack in the abdomen area but also kept the beauty of the fabric, no easy task I've read.
The gown was returned in a box that can be opened and the gown is displayed beautifully right down to displaying somehow the tiny buttons down the back.
Their communication was excellent and the process went smoothly. It does take a while but perfection cannot be done quickly.
Overall, I am extremely glad I used their services! I highly recommend Heritage.

The service here was great! They took excellent care of my gown, got out all of the stains, and provided a beautiful bag for the dress. I received emails every step of the way so I would know where the dress was in the process. They also called me to let me know they were local and I could drop off my gown to them and save money on shipping. And they were accommodating with their hours since I had to come after regular business hours. I was very happy with both the customer service and the end product.

Heritage Garment Preservation specializes in wedding dress cleaning. I would highly recommend them! My wedding dress is 38 years old. I took it out a few years ago to show my daughter who was getting married and no one wanted to touch it. It had yellowed, was dirty and had very fragile silk organza overlay. After researching, I found Heritage. Because of the age they said they would clean it as much as was possible for its age and condition. So I mailed the dress to them in November, 2012.

Just received the dress back and I am totally thrilled with the results. It is no longer yellow and is now clean!! They did a beautiful job and were wonderful to deal with.

First heard of Heritage Garment Preservation when reading an article in the Wall Street Journal. The Journal had gone undercover to many business establishments across the United States and rated how well these places cleaned wedding dresses.
Heritage was rated in the top 5 and happened to be less than a 40 minute drive for me. They did a wonderful job on our daughter's gown and were extremely pleasant to deal with. It was a excellent experience. They service anywhere in the states I believe, I just happened to have them close enough to take the dress myself so did not have to mail.

The service I received was amazing. My dress was clean and preserved beautifully. I sent my dress in with the hanger and garment bag from the bridal salon. When my dress arrived, the original hanger and garment bag had not been included; however, before I even had a chance to notice, I was contacted and told that the two items would be shipped to me. Heritage Garment Preservation is truly customer-oriented and professional. I would whole-heartedly recommend them!

I was totally satisfied with the work done by Heritage Garment Preservation. My wedding dress, which is lace, had a red tinge at the hemline after our outdoor wedding in the red clay of Virginia. When I got it back from Heritage, the dress what spotless! They provided a great storage box labeled with our names and wedding date, and gave clear instructions on how to care for the dress over the years (and provided the white gloves needed to handle it!)

More than I could EVER have expected or hoped! What an amazing company with amazing people. Like so many brides, I have great emotions connected to my wedding dress. I co-designed it and justified the cost to myself with the hope that one day a daughter (or cross-dressing son, who knows, lol!) would want to wear it at her wedding. But after we returned from our honeymoon, my husband and I were met with serious crisis upon crisis; some even life threatening. I had purchased the package from Heritage Garment Preservation for Museum Preservation, but I had to keep postponing my shipment of the dress. I couldn't even print the handy shipping label file they promptly emailed me because our printer broke! The people at Heritage were so generous with their time and energy, they were more than understanding, more than flexible, in allowing the process to flow based on MY constantly changing needs and timeline. The dress is now beautifully preserved in my closet, where I am free to look at - even touch it, whenever I wish, instead of all sealed into a cake-box-looking package that doesn't even archivally preserve the textiles! I can't say enough to recommend this company and commend its employees for the phenomenal job they did given the most challenging circumstances. Thank you so much!

We were very impressed with the personalized service. Our handmade gown was treated according to its fabric and degree of damage. Any loose beads and gems were reattached and the stains completely disappeared. They even found damage inside the gown I was unaware of. The lining was torn and reattached. There was not an extra charge for any of these repairs. I love the cloth bag storage concept, as we can check the gown anytime we want. The shipping both ways was professionally handled. All monies spent on this talented company has never been regretted. By the way, my daughter's gown looks like new.

I absolutely love the service I received! Chanda was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Very personable. I haven’t taken my dress completely out of the Storage bag which they sent it in, but I did put the gloves on and look at the front of it. It looks great! I had a tear in the veil and if my daughter or a niece wants to wear it, I’m sure it will be fine now that they fixed it. It took me quite a while to find where they repaired it, so that was a good thing. I’m ever-so-greatful for that. Outside of having a glass museum case to store my gown in, this is the next best thing! (Actually, I’m sure this is better for the dress. The only bummer is that I can’t see it every day!). As for the price, I was a little surprised that it cost so much, but I paid thousands of dollars for the dress and I want to save it (for my own daughter or grand, if they want it...it’s a classic). I can't tell you all how wonderful this company is. They restored the flower girl dress that was worn at my wedding 30 years ago that I had hand embroidered with our names and date. I did that with the intention that someday I would have a daughter of my own and be able to pass down . They did it and embroidered their names and date replaced the interfacing. I highly recommend them and Chanda kept me posted every step of the way. As I live in Northern California and they are in Texas. You can definitely trust your precious heirlooms with them . Will be having them take care of my daughters dress. Thank you to the entire staff.
