Karin was a lifesaver. We got her a little late in the game and she took so much off our plate that allowed my wife and I to enjoy our wedding weekend. She provided many additional services and decor items such as the Photo Booth and ceremony arch, which helped make the logistics of the day even easier for us. She definitely took the reins when we needed her to and helped our vision come to life. Karin is a hustler & gets the job done! Amazing Officiant!
Just one month before my wedding I found out that my original officiant was no longer able to officiate my wedding. Karin saved the day and was able to schedule me in so last minute! I picked her because I really liked that you could customize your ceremony with her preset options. On the day of my wedding she was so professional and prepared. Before the ceremony, she came in and introduced herself and went over what would happen and when, which helped settle my nerves. After the ceremony, she even gave my bridesmaids chalk for my dress, since my ceremony was outside. I loved having someone who very clearly knew what she was doing.

Karin was the best money spent during the entire wedding planning process. Karin and her assistant Paige are the best in the business. The days leading up to my wedding Karin had been communicating to all my vendors, so they were all on the same page. The day of my wedding went SO SMOOTHLY, due to Karin and Paige. I can’t imagine having anyone else at my day of coordinator! She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day, down to the last detail! She even bustled my dress! I was able to relax and feel confident that everything was going to be okay on the wedding day, and it was all perfect! She never stopped moving on an uncommonly hot day of 92 degrees on Spring, which required running up and down the stairs numerous times. She worked so hard, I am forever thankful!

a. We hired Hearts & Souls for our 12/9/2022 wedding at Casa Feliz for Day of Coordination and Photo Booth. Karin was so responsive leading up to our day. She was able to recommend vendors that we ultimately went with. I wasn’t able to get everything for décor listed out exactly prior to set up time but Karin was able to figure it out and everything came together beautifully! She was very flexible with changes and understanding. Having Paige at our rehearsal was so necessary! She had great ideas and even took a video for us to see what our exit looked like from guest perspective. The Photo Booth was a huge hit and came together seamlessly! There were so many props that our guests loved. She even added some specific extras for us! We are very happy to have Karin and Paige with us on our wedding day.

If I could give Karin 10 stars, I would! I want to start off by saying my husband and I are from Michigab and decided to elope and planned our florida wedding in less than 4 weeks so everything was pretty last minute. I contacted Karin about 2 weeks (maybe even less) before our wedding and she was not only able to fit us in, she came in under budget, and also gave us PAGES of options of beautifully written ceremony readings/poems & vows more than any other officiant I looked into. Her communication was 10/10 always responding to my questions, and helped make sure we had everything needed for the day of the wedding, right down to texting me the morning of to make sure there wasn't anything I needed from the store... she is so so sweet and helped make our day so magical! I just cannot reccomend her services enough to any couple getting married! Karin is phenomenal at what she does and you will not be disappointed.

We could not have pulled this wedding off with our sanity intact had Karin not been there. Every vendor recommendation she had turned out phenomenal. She was an omni-present genie on the day of the wedding, taking care of any issue before we knew anything happened and granting every wish of a successful and FUN wedding.

Karin was by far the best money I spent on this wedding. She was there every step of the way, texted back immediately, and took care of everything! We had some real bumps in the road but she helped me get through all of them. You should absolutely book her for your wedding. She is such a kind person and will absolutely make it the best day of your life!

My experience with Karin was amazing. She made me feel stress free on my wedding day. Every time I looked back she was right there.
I have been planning my wedding for two years. When covid hit i had to postpone and reschedule for another year out. I wish I would have hired Karin sooner because the amount of stress I was under was incredible. On my wedding day she took all my worries and made sure my day was perfect. She even put on my socks and sneakers half way through the wedding. We loved her and she is absolutely amazing. Do yourself a favor and hire her, you won’t retreat it!

Our superstar!
Karin was an excellent coordinator for our wedding and we can say it would not have been so wonderful without her there! She had helpful suggestions throughout the process, ran rehearsal with ease, and dealt with some atrocious vendors we had, offsetting their mishaps. Karin is always quick to respond to any questions you have along the way (ex. I happened to wake up so I texted her at 4 am once with an idea and she responded immediately because she also happened to be up because her cat woke her up haha). Karin was personable and able to advocate for me when individuals wanted to change my established plans. We really cannot thank her enough for all she did for us to make our day so special; we highly recommend hiring Karin for getting the job done!

Miss karin = stress-free wedding
First of all, if you are having a wedding, big or small, you need a planner and/or day of coordinator. Miss Karin saved our wedding day because without her, we would not have made it! We hired Miss Karin as our day of and she was our life saver. From the day of booking, she’s been available everyday. Answered all questions, gave us great advice, and was honest and prompt! When I tell you this lady knows her craft and what she is doing, you wouldn’t think twice about it. She made our whole wedding day smooth and PERFECT. She created a personalized timeline and got with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Even our mom’s (my wife’s and mine) at first were wondering why we hired a ‘day of coordinator’ and didn’t understand their job description until the day of our wedding and realized everything she did for us. And they took back everything and said THANK GOD we hired Miss Karin. Her assistant Brittany was also very amazing. Again, please do yourself a favor. She will save you stress and make sure everything is perfect for your once in a lifetime day! Thank you again Miss Karin. We love you! 💚

The best decision
I recommend Heart and souls 100%. I did not think I needed a coordinator I was WRONG. Karin and Brittany knew everything. They answered every question and made sure my day went off without a hitch. They are beyond professional. They started helping the day I hired them. Each of them thought of the minor details I didn’t even know existed. She had a tool to bustle my dress faster! She thought about flipflops for my guests! Everything went of without a hitch. I felt NO STRESS! What bride can say that? I felt no stress. I knew because of heart and souls my day would be perfect.

Perfect wedding planner.
I am so grateful for Karin and Brittany from heart and souls. They were the best support team that I could ask for, they made my daughters wedding absolutely beautiful. There were on top of everything and the had the itinerary down to a science. We could not have done it without them. I highly recommend heart and souls if anyone is looking for the perfect event coordinator. Karin was also the officiant, she did an outstanding job and the vows were beautiful.

A Godsend!!!
Karin and Brittany were absolutely amazing! From helping with my bridal shower, to dealing with other vendors, curling my hair minutes before going down the aisle, and ensuring that our day was as stress free and magical as possible - we couldn’t have planned a wedding in 3.5 months without their support! Karin reminded me of things I wouldn’t have thought to do or get, helped our pastor with the officiating process since he hadn’t done very many weddings, found me really good deals with vendors she had already worked with, AND helped me put out seemingly endless last-minute surprises that were out of our control (we had a groomsman get sick the day of, we needed waters the day of, and a lot of other little things happened that she handled with ease). She is also so helpful in the sense that she lets you text and call her and was one of the most available vendors that we had. If I had a question or problem, she immediately got on top of whatever issue it was and overall relieved so much of the stress that we had surrounding the day. Thank God we had her to help us make our day as special and magical as it was! She also knows how to take charge, ask the right questions, and reminds you of the things you otherwise wouldn’t have thought of - which is especially helpful when you’re on a tight time crunch ! I would recommend her for any couple ESPECIALLY if you’re planning a wedding in a short amount of time! 🤍

Karin was amazing! She knew exactly what to do and was quick to answer questions when I needed help with something. I was a nervous wreck on my wedding day and she made sure that everything was in order and on time for me without me stressing. She also officiated the wedding and had amazing ideas and it turned out even better than I dreamed of. Karin is absolutely amazing! My day would not have ran perfect without her and her assistant. No matter what time of day I would shoot her a text, she was always so nice and always replied quickly. Words can not describe the hustle and the work Karin does and puts in to weddings. I honestly don’t know how we would have done anything without her. Worry Free Wedding
It was supposed to rain on my wedding day and Karin kept me calm and made sure to help me with everything I needed. She was very communicative and did an amazing job with my day-of coordinating. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Through it all...and Karin and her team were amazing!
What can I say, I know Karin not as the "wedding" lady, but a friend through a friend. When I got engaged I reached out to Karin at Heart and Souls because I follow her and her company on Facebook. Karin is AMAZING, what you don't know or may not know, is she was diagnosed with breast cancer recently, I know this as her friend, but as her customer, there was no way you would have ever known she just had a treatment when meeting her, her professionalism and suggestions were amazing. She provided me amazing vendors and kept my vision, my vision. I am all about the details, Karin wins, SHE is all about the details (literally down to the minute!). I really thought I could pull this off on my own, NO WAY, get her team to help you! Her team (Britt and Scott) made our day run smoothly and if there was any issues, I didn't know of a thing, I was jut enjoying my friends and family. Karin was absolutely amazing. She communicated with us throughout the planning process and created the perfect timeline for our wedding. Like all weddings, there were some issues with other vendors, but Karin made sure we stayed stress free and fixed everything. She also brought her new assistant, Brittney. Brittney went up to every guest and made sure everyone had everything they needed, seemed to know everyone by name, and made a great impression on everyone. My grandmother cannot stop talking about her! To a bride planning her wedding without a day of coordinator: DON'T DO IT! I cried so much during the planning process before hiring Karin. I hardly cried at all after hiring her. But seriously, they made our wedding perfect.

Forever Thankful for Karin!
How do I even begin to express how THANKFUL my husband and I are for Karin. I do not think I could ever truly put into words how incredible this woman is. From the moment we spoke with her we knew she was THE perfect day of for us. I am the type of person that truly enjoys planning events, but I knew on the actual day I needed someone to be me so that I could actually enjoy my wedding day – stress free. The first time we spoke with her on the phone she would already have every questioned answered and then some that we were going to ask. It was as if she was reading our minds and knew everything that we were going to need/want. It was funny, as we are on the phone my husband and I would put her on mute and just say “she’s amazing, this keeps getting better etc.” Long story short, she sold us on her! Then throughout the planning process, which is already stressful ON TOP of Covid-19 she made everything so much easier. Literally if I needed ANYTHING, she was there no matter the day or time. From helping me with decoration opinions, vendors recommendations or just needing to talk things through. SHE WAS THERE! When it came to the actual day of, she hands down made it the most stress free, enjoyable and memorable day that my husband and I could have ever asked for. She took charged and made sure any issues that came about from decorations, vendor details, set up/break down SHE WAS THERE AND ON TOP OF IT. It ended up raining on my day prior to my ceremony and I didn’t even realize it until AFTER my ceremony and my family told me because she was already making sure we were drying everything off and getting my vendors and guest what they needed to start. I honestly cannot express enough gratitude to Karin Hill. I am forever thankful for everything that she did prior to my wedding and on my wedding day. She really did make the wedding of my dreams come true stress free. If you are looking for a day of look no more Karin is affordable and INCRDIBLE. And for the Day Of Coordination my day could not have been more perfect! Everything was on time and got done in a timely manner and all the decorations and set up was exactly as we planned! Thoughtful and caring service
Karin Hill provided the perfect ceremony for us. As an older couple with just a few guest, we conducted the ceremony pool side at our home with her guidance. The planning process, to include suggested versus and poems, was excellent. And her responsiveness to our request prior to the ceremony were always handled promptly and professionally. She seemed like part of the family during the ceremony which allowed everyone attending to feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend Karin for your wedding.

Karin Made Our Wedding Special Despite the World Crisis
My fiancé and I had to cancel our beach wedding due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Since we are all living in uncertain times, we decided to get married as soon as possible. We found Karin online, and we couldn’t have been more lucky! We had an intimate ceremony, just the two of us and my two daughters... Karin is a must have for any wedding. From assisting with planning to ensuring the big day go’s smoothly, Karin was there every step of the way. Her attention to detail and ability to guide the vendors and staff allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding without any worries. There are many important details to a wedding but I found that having an amazing wedding planner and coordinator is what truly allowed the day to be perfect. Absolutely amazing!
Karin has been absolutely amazing throughout this entire process and I could not be more grateful! From the first phone call she has been so open and helpful and even though she was just supposed to be our day of coordinator she has helped so much more. As a coronavirus bride I had to postpone our May wedding but was lucky enough to have Karin rearrange her schedule and marry my fiance and I this before everything closed! Very detail-oriented & professional wedding coordinator
Karin was our wedding coordinator in March 2020. She was the #1 reason our wedding ran so smoothly! She is extremely professional, responds very quickly, is very easy to work with, super flexible, and - I cannot stress this enough - EXTREMELY detail oriented. Made our wedding day stress free
Hearts and Souls Event Management company helped make our day run smoothly with absolutely no hiccups. Karin was on top of every fine detail that needed to be accomplished and made sure that we mapped everything out for the big day during our walkthrough. When I saw the set up after the ceremony, it was better than I could have ever imagined it. Karin put so much work into making our wedding dreams come true. She added toiletries to the bathrooms for our guests, and even repurposed our ceremony flowers for our dinner table. When our large bridal party was a little too rambunctious, she was still able to make sure everyone knew what they were doing. Overall, our wedding day was completely stress free due to Hearts and Souls. We highly recommend them for your wedding.

Destination Wedding!
We are Canadian residents travelling to Florida to get married and were in need of a wedding officiant. We found Karin's name listed on Google and decided to give her a call. We had an instant connection! She is fabulous! We first talked about the officiant package, but then quickly realized how we would also need help with planning, vendors, and decor! She went over the packages in-depth, and we chose the one that worked best for us. Karin was literally at our beckon call from then on. At anytime we had a question, she responded quickly with the info and her recommendations! She supplied vendor names of whom we used, and was amazing at putting together addnt'l decor that we needed the day of. Best offciator!
I booked Karin last minute, about 2 or 3 weeks before my wedding. To my surprise she was available and for a great price. She is so awesome, she is very detailed about ceremony in regards to poems, vows, and prayer, and any practices you want to do to help bless your union. She even helped the boys with their boutonnieres and coached me about walking down the aisle. She even asked what my wedding colors will be so she can coordinate her dress with the wedding colors. She was truly awesome and a pleasure to work with!

Karin was so kind and patient with me, working hard to ensure that all my desires came true. She not only provided many choices for vows, but also gave us options for the ring exchange and opening poem. We had a personalized experience that brought us even closer, if possible! She then proceeded to help me with the perfect floral arrangements and provided our wedding music! I loved every moment and what a godsend she was in pulling it all together perfectly. Perfect officiant and coordinator!!
Karin was our officiant and day of coordinator for our wedding and all I have to say is... WOW! She was so amazing throughout the whole process! We had so many guests compliment us on her as an officiant. The insiders, such as my family and bridal party, were extremely impressed with her organization as our coordinator. When our original Officant fell through 4 weeks before our day, we thought we would have to settle for whatever we could get, no matter the quality. From the first phone conversation to the last, Karin made us feel like the losing our first Officant was a blessing. Professional, yet very laid back and understanding. Unique and Beautiful Ceremony
While we didn't get a chance to meet Karin in person before our ceremony, we felt that she did a wonderful job with the preparation and made everything feel very personal. We chose to do a hand binding ceremony, which we and our guests really enjoyed.
For the rehearsal we had some scheduling issues due to a mix up on the venue's side, and by the time it was sorted, Karin already had another bride booked for the time, but she was able to send another colleague to fill in for the day. I was a little worried about doing a practice run without her, but everything went smoothly on the wedding day.
I highly recommend Karin to anyone looking for a unique and personalized ceremony, especially if you don't have a lot of time to sit down and write your own vows.

Karin was our officiant and she was wonderful! She was very open to any suggestions we had for vows and provided us numerous options for the vows and ceremony details. When my dress got dirty before the ceremony she was right there trying to find white chalk to cover the dirt. She was also very personable and responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend her for her officiating services!

First, I need to note that hiring Karin Hill as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding was a fabulous decision- she was a godsend! Immediately, upon contacting her online, she was very responsive and answered all my questions.
Karin went above and beyond by actually taking the time to review my contracts with my wedding vendors to ensure that she knew what I expected from them.
During my meeting with her beforehand, she made unique suggestions and comments that I would have never considered. She graciously offered to bring extra amenities for my wedding to give it that “special touch”
She lead the rehearsal and reviewed the details and timeline over and over again with me. Karin impressed me with her tenacity to contact my vendors on my behalf and fix errors that I missed.
On the day of my wedding, this wonderful lady did everything from fixing last moment issues, thinking of resolutions on the spot, staying in contact with my mother and myself and working behind the scenes to ensure a smooth, wedding.
I cannot say enough great things about Karin! She has impeccable taste, was punctual, professional, thoughtful, considerate and overall completely exceeded my expectations to help create a fairy tale wedding for my husband and I. I highly recommend her !
