One and done stop!

This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I found the one. The staff there is incredibly nice and helpful. Courtney was my stylist and she was amazing. She listened to my style preferences and pulled some beautiful options and helped me find the perfect dress.

Make the appointment

WOW what an amazing experience at Heart to Heart Bride!! I made my appointment roughly two weeks before and within an hour had an email to schedule my 1-1 zoom call with Sarah. She began that by asking me about my fiance and our story and you can tell that she just loves love. She was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns and got an idea of what I was looking for. We talked for about 20 minutes and I never felt rushed to get off. I picked out four dresses from their Pinterest catalog to have in the room waiting for me upon arrival and she warned me IMMEDIATELY that one of my picks was out of my budget but offered to pull something similar. I really respected that, because she knew it was already a favorite and could've let me try it on and fall in love with it to try and make a sale for a more expensive gown and didn't. I will say though that when I got there only 3 dresses were in the room but they did still offer to go pull one.

The bays that held my guests and had my changing room were so large and open. We never felt cramped and it also was relatively private, which I loved. My stylist put me in ~12 (maybe I lost count) different gowns and was so patient. She asked all the right questions and got closer to my vision each time she pulled dressed. Eventually, toward the end, she asked if I wanted to put my top contender back on again. She then grabbed the PERFECT veil to go with it. Up to that point I wasn't sold, I loved the dress a lot but didn't have that gut feeling everyone describes. When she put the veil on I immediately started grinning, then crying, and knew it was the one. You could tell that everyone there had joy for me. Sarah even came over to look and congratulate me.

I originally had two appointments scheduled for the day, one at Heart to Heart and one at Lovely Bride an hour after. I'm from Buffalo and was travelling to Rochester so I figured I should make the trip worthwhile for my guests. While I was trying on dresses and I didn't have THAT moment I fully expected to have to go to Lovely Bride. When that didn't happen, Heart to Heart even covered the cost of the short notice cancellation of my second appointment at Lovely Bride, which was such an amazing touch. We had a celebratory toast in the lounge and they took a bunch of pictures for me of "she said yes to the dress".

In the midst of all the emotion of finding my dress, I realized I never took a picture of myself in the dress with my veil. My sister had a video but I asked if it was at all possible to put the dress back on and they said yes with no hesitation! The whole time my stylist talked to me about my wedding plans and how she was so happy for me. That experience was everything to me, a once in a lifetime event, and I am SO grateful I came to Heart to Heart!! 10/10 experience, all the stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I said YES at Heart To Heart!!!

I had the most amazing experience at Heart to Heart Bride in Webster, NY, and I have to give a huge thank you to Elizabeth for making it so special! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and helped me find dresses that truly fit my vision.

The boutique itself is beautiful, with such a great selection, and the private fitting area made the experience even more personal. Elizabeth was so patient and supportive, never making me feel rushed. She helped me narrow down my choices until I found THE dress—and I got to say yes to my dress surrounded by my favorite ladies! It was such a memorable and emotional moment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Best wedding dress shopping experience!

I had the absolute best experience shopping for my wedding dress at Heart to Heart Bride. Zoe made the process so fun, easy, and enjoyable from the zoom consultation to the dresses ready for me and then to the dress I said YES to! She listened to what I liked, my concerns, and how I felt in the dress and brought out dresses that I loved. The Easiest Day

I cannot express how simple and seamless my dress shopping experience was at Heart to Heart. I had a lot of anxiety about dress shopping but my stylist Taylor had it covered. She picked out dresses based on the feedback I provided and even found some curve balls I was pleasantly surprised with. If I didn’t like I dress, she was adamant that I don’t stay in it any longer and put me into something more comfortable. I tried on 16 dresses overall and can happily say the 8 or 9th was the one. Heart to Heart truly is a shop that listens to the bride and will deliver on what they want. I cannot be happier with the process!

Cannot reccomend enough

I had such a wonderful experience here. I am originally from Buffalo and currently live in Florida and came in just to go here. After having a horrible experience at a place in Florida, the consultation was wonderful and really made me feel like i chose the right place. They have TONS of options and sizing. The Pinterest board of all the dresses and sizes they carry is so helpful to also help with any stress about maybe having a certain dress. Taylor my stylist was so helpful and kind. I never felt rushed or pressured. I loved the graze box and the champagne with my loved ones. I just cannot say enough about this place.

The Most Wonderful Dress Shopping Experience

I never expected to have such an overwhelmingly positive experience trying on dresses as a plus size Bride, and my experience at Heart to Heart has been better than I could have ever imagined at every step of the way! I HIGHLY recommend Heart to Heart to any and every bride!

From my virtual consultation with Ashley, to my bridal appointment with Rachel, a follow up with Ashely, and email communications with Sarah, this team has been so kind, caring, knowledgeable, and responsive.

It really felt like the entire experience was tailored to my needs. They had a beautiful and varied selection of gowns (and in sample sizes that fit!) and Rachel brought in a great mix of dresses and accessories I had asked for, along with things she thought I might like. I always felt comfortable, listened to, and encouraged. I never felt pressured and the team really let me take my time to find my dream dress, including helping me envision what my dress will look like with alterations and customizations.

For my initial appointment, I booked the private suite which was SO beautiful and so fun since I had a bigger group of people with me. Having the extra space and time was so worth it for me, but the entire store is so beautiful that I don't think you can go wrong with any of their appointment options. I did a follow up appointment in one of their fitting rooms and it was still so spacious and private.

Now that I've ordered my dress, I STILL feel so supported by the Heart to Heart team as they've been so responsive with any questions and have followed up with recommendations for tailors/seamstresses that are best suited for my needs. Again, this place and the people who work here are AMAZING. You should absolutely look for your dress here.

Amazing experience

The staff was very kind and helpful. Taylor was my stylist and no matter how anxious I got, she kept her cool and kept me and my family all laughing and gave us all great details about each dress. She listened to me when I said I didn’t like something and made sure I was honest to myself. I walked away with my wedding dress ordered and I can’t be more excited!
The only “bad thing” I have to point out is, you’re given directions to wait in your car when you arrive. When they are ready for you, you’ll get a call or text. I never got that call or text. We waited in our vehicles for 10 minutes before I called them. I was told they’ve been ready for me. I lost approx 15 minutes of my 2 hour appt. Which doesn’t seem like a lot, but that time FLYS by.
((Maybe it was a really busy day))
I’m still giving a 5 star because Taylor really changed my experience. She quickly apologized for the appt arrival mishap and she had dresses ready for me! Her professionalism, ability to hear something and produce options right away, and just over all REALLY great to work with really helped me feel more at ease.

Amazing day at Heart to Heart

Zoe helped me find my dream dress at Heart to Heart last weekend! She was so knowledgeable and kind throughout both the first appt and my YES appt, taking things that I said I did/didn't like and pulling dresses that made sense to pull based on my feedback. She let me try on all different styles, fabrics and necklines (even ones I thought I would hate, she's really good at her job!) until I found the perfect one. All the other staff were so kind and hyped me up the entire day! The new location is so adorable and everything I could have wanted for one of the most fun days of my engaged era so far! 10/10 would return and recommend to anyone. Dream wedding dress shopping experience

I had the best wedding dress shopping experience I could have dreamed of at Heart to Heart Bride. The store immediately feels warm and welcoming and gets you excited to be in it. Along with the good vibes it gives, it is super accommodating. During both appointments I had I came with my service dog and the staff was super respectful with him being there and never made me feel uncomfortable during my time there. Madison was my stylist and helped me narrow down what I was looking for in my wedding dress and shared similar emotions with me when I found "the one" which was extra special as I had gone to the first appointment by myself with my service dog so it was great to share that moment with her. I had made a second appointment for family to see the dress and I made sure to schedule it with Madison again and the experience then was just as wonderful as my first- I highly recommend having her as your stylist if you can! We ended my dress shopping experience with champagne, there are non-alcoholic options available, and a charcuterie box in the celebration lounge. Needless to say, I'm thrilled to have had my experience at Heart to Heart Bride and highly recommend their store to anyone looking for their wedding gown!

Curvy Brides Dream!

As a curvy bride, wedding dress shopping made me very nervous. I did not want to try on dresses that sorta fit and had to use a lot of imagination to picture what it was going to look like the day of. Madison was fantastic every step of the way, always making sure I was comfortable and heard. She had dresses pulled for me ahead of time, and encouraged me to try things out of my comfort zone. Once I was down to two choices she added different options like skirts and veils so I could get the whole picture. It really helped me to feel confident in my decision. I will send anyone that asks me to your shop for bridal dresses and mother of the bride dresses. Fantastic, fantastic work.

The most AMAZING experience!

The BEST place to go for your dream wedding dress

I visited Heart to Heart this past weekend and am still on cloud 9 from the absolutely dream come true experience I had! From the very beginning, the process was incredibly interactive and personalized to me. Sarah took the time to answer my questions and help me make initial selections. When I arrived for my appointment, my dress selections were all hung up and ready to try on. Shelby was absolutely AMAZING! She was so accommodating and so patient as this was my first time dress shopping and I had a big group there to support me. Based on my initial selections, she provided me with suggestions (that I LOVED). I got to say yes to my dream dress and couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience. Awesome dress fitting!

Everyone at heart to heart was so nice and very helpful! Setting up an appointment was a breeze and they made sure they were available any time via email text or phone! Their fitting rooms were very private like you were the only ones there! Katie was absolutely awesome! Amazing experience, highly recommend!

I went shopping this Sunday with my mom and sister and Emily was my girl that day! I first LOVEEEEE that they email you for inspiration pictures and have a few in the room from their website that you want to try on. Emily was so great at just making me feel comfortable and having her honest input made my experience so much better. She really listened to what I was saying AND my body language and ended up with the dress of my dreams even though it's not what I walked in thinking I was going to get, I am absolutely in love with my dress and cannot wait to try it on again and walk down the aisle🥹💍🥂🤍 THANK YOU EMILY AND HEART TO HEART!!!!

My experience at heart to heart was magical, from the minute we stepped foot to the minute we left. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Real-life "Say Yes, To The Dress"

When I met with the manager a week before on Zoom she was confident that I would find my dress, I was not so confident having tried on dress before that appointment. By the second dress, my stylist, Shelby, had found the perfect one. That said we had a two hour appointment and she kept bringing be dress after dress. I must have tried on 20 dresses. My family was so impressed with the private room we upgraded to and that fact that she continued bringing dresses out to be sure I had found the one and fill the appointment. Because of their efforts I was confident that I could cancel all my other appointments (they even offered to pay for cancellation fees). It really did feel like I was on "Say Yes, to the Dress" which was significantly different experience from the other places that limited be to four.

Above and beyond service- wow!!

Rachel was SO phenomenal! She was very receptive to my feedback and had great suggestions for things to try. She was so patient, kind, and supportive. Even when I was struggling with feeling indecisive and wishy-washy, she never made me feel pressured or rushed. After my initial appointment, she reached out to let me know they had a dress coming in for one weekend only as part of a trunk show, and she thought of me because it had a lot of things I was looking for. She was able to fit me in for an appointment to check it out, was wonderful about helping me compare the trunk show dress versus my previous front-runner, and I fell in love with the trunk-show dress. It’s my perfect dress, and without Rachel’s help, I wouldn’t have even known it existed. She really went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for all of her help!

It also happened that the designer of my dress was there when I went for that second appointment. He popped his head in to see how I liked it, and I was able to ask him some questions about how it should fit and alterations things, which was really neat. He was also very friendly and helpful.

The front end team was really helpful when I called with questions. The new location is also so beautiful and spacious. I had a wonderful experience at Heart to Heart Bride. Highly recommend them!

Overall fun & amazing experience!

Heart to Heart was AMAZING! I met on zoom before my appointment with a stylist and described my wedding and she picked out 3 dresses for me to start with in the dressing room when I arrived for my appointment. I thought this was great because it took the stress out of the appointment and I had a dress on within minutes of arriving. I worked with Alyssa and was extremely happy with her. The first dress I tried on was my absolute dream dress, but she was patient as I explored other options, and gave me the best advice. I could tell she had experience and really knew what would be best for me without being pushy. The entire process was so enjoyable for my mom and I.

The Best Bridal Shop Out There

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Heart to Heart when I chose my dress a year ago, and I finally got to wear it at my wedding last week! I could not have asked for a more special time. Zachary was an amazing consultant. He made me feel so comfortable and really caught on quickly to what I was looking for. I was worried I would have trouble deciding on a final dress, which I did at first, but with Zachary's encouragement I leaned into my feelings and I know 100% that I chose the right dress. I also had a virtual consultation with Ashley before my in-person appointment, and her attention to detail, excitement for/with me, and encouragement alleviated any nerves I had. Ashley was also present at my appointment, and she saw my final two dress choices. She (along with Zachary) made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world. I cannot recommend the team at Heart to Heart highly enough.

Best Dress Shop!

Heart to Heart Bridal was amazing to work with. The team was very welcoming, and my stylist Madison was incredible! I had picked out a few dresses on my own before coming in, but based on my reactions and likes/dislikes, Madison was attentive and listened and decided to pull one more dress she thought would check all of the boxes. And that dress ended up being the ONE!

Dress shopping can be stressful, but Heart to Heart bridal made it relaxing and fun!

A Girl's Dream Dress Come True!

This boutique is absolutely amazing. You walk in and it is so cozy and clean. They ask you to take your shoes off but there are slippers to borrow. The girls are so sweet and honest and caring. They heard and actually listened to everything I had to say about what dress I wanted. They let me try on whatever I wanted. And they mentioned that they did not care how long I took. Other places I went to I had an hour to hour and a half time limit. These girls said I could stay until they had to lock up! The best part is they had samples in my size. I didn't need 100 clips to try and get an understanding of what I would look like. The setting is so intimate and comfortable. I never felt overwhelmed once. Once I found the dress I wanted they let me keep it on for about twenty minutes and look thoroughly at myself and pick and choose what I liked and didn't like. This was so my mom and I had a good idea of what to do for the alterations. Before I even left the boutique, the girls sent me an email with recommendations for alterations. It was truly a stress free and fun experience.

Micro Wedding Dress

I bought my dream dress at Heart to Heart in early 2020, then decided to have a micro wedding in 2021 and move the bog reception to 2022, so I ended up buying a different dress for my church micro wedding at their sister store, Two Hearts Bridal. Both shops made the dress buying process fun and easy! The consultants make sure they find you the dress(es) of your dreams!

Absolutely Amazing Experience

I couldn’t put into words how amazing Heart to Heart Bridal is! After a horrible experience with a different store, not only did Emily put my mind at ease about coming in to try on gowns again, but when I arrived, my nerves were very soon settled because of the service that her and Katie gave me. Katie was my consultant and helped guide me to the wedding dress I never knew I needed. I was so excited to shatter the nerves and have the bridal feeling that I wasn’t sure I could ever achieve. Emily assured me during my virtual consultation that coming to the store would be like coming to try on dresses with a bunch of supportive friends and that statement was so true. I was so self conscious walking in and Katie helped me to feel so beautiful and confident very shortly after coming in to the store. Thank you so much to both Emily and Katie! Wonderful experience, beautiful dress

I found my dream dress at Heart to Hear Bridal in Webster! It was a great experience. I said YES to the dress a week before the pandemic shut things down, and nothing was delayed. I was able to pick up my dress at the end of June, get it altered in early July, pick it up from being altered and have it ready by our wedding in October. They also do wedding dress preservation, which I just dropped my dress of for, so overall a great place and they were very easy to get in touch with, as you can call or text them! They are also great with their covid protocols. Great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Dress reassuring

I can’t say enough about heart to heart. I bought my dress about a week ago and was having some dress regret. I loved my dress but I wanted to try it on again with less people! Emily was so quick to answer me when I asked if I was just being a crazy bride and reassured me it’s normal! The. Said Yes to the Perfect Dress

So happy I bought my dress and veil here. So many people have told me that I have the most beautiful dress they have ever seen and the price was unbeatable! The allure capture dress C15 is gorgeous. I love that Sarah has a pintrest for her heart to heart bridal stores so you can already see the dresses she has available and save the ones you want to try on in pintrest before visiting her store. I tried dresses on at 6 stores before buying mine here. Her organization of her pintrest and website, gorgeous selection of dresses to choose from and great pricing are why I said yes to the dress at heart to heart bridal. I recommend this store to anyone! I'm a Brooklynite living in Germany and this was by far the best shop I'd been to after shopping oversees and in many different cities!

Janice is a saint. Without even thinking she allowed us to bring dresses from her shop to hospice so that my grandmother could see me in a wedding dress before she passes. Heart to Heart Bridal in Manchester was literally my dream come true. I found my dress at another bridal shop in Syracuse but had fallen in love with Heart to Heart during my initial visit to their store and knew I wanted to get my dress through them. I called their store as soon as I found the dress and they were so accommodating, allowing us to drive an hour to stop in without an appointment to try the dress on at their store and order it through them. Janice was AMAZING with alterations. She was also completely honest in the nicest way possible about changes I wanted to make to the dress that she thought weren't necessarily going to work with the actual dress structure. My final alterations were absolutely perfect and she did such an amazing job. Everyone in the store is so nice, patient and welcoming and remembered me every time I walked through the door. I was more than willing to drive an hour to and from just to get my dress from them. Thank you so much to the Heart to Heart Bridal team!

I loved Heart to Heart. The girls that worked there were all so friendly and knew just how to make you and your enterage feel welcome. I went twice because I found my dress but couldnt; pull the trigger ( I'm notoriously indecisive) . both times I had the same pleasant experiance. I chose an Aluure gown thtat was absolutely beautiful and the erfect fit for me. I wanted to add a belt to the dress and Heart to Heart was great about finding a baurtiful belt that fit in my budget. Heart to Heart bridal was a great experience. I live in the town of Webster and regularly walked by their shop to admire the dresses in the window. They have a huge selection of truly unique, beautiful gowns. I had several appointments at other dress shops and this was by far the best place we had visited. The customer service was on point. They were patient with my demands and concerns, and never once made me feel flustered or discouraged. I was able to find the dress of my dreams at heart to heart - had alterations done at the Manchester location which I also recommend, they did a phenomenal job. Oh how I love the ladies at Heart to Heart, especially Sarah and Emily. I actually bought two dresses from there.

I went to Heart to Heart for the first time in 2016. I ended up buying a dress at one of their sample sales. I ended up changing my mind on the first dress like 8 months before the big day. I was so nervous that I would not be able to find a new dress, but I knew Heart to Heart would take care of me. So I went back to Heart to Heart in search for the perfect dress. I found two dresses: one that was above my budget and one that was way under budget. Emily never pushed me to chose the more expensive one, she told me to take my time when it came to my decision. I ended up leaving the store with no dress, and was going to take a week or two to decide what dress was best for me. I ended up going back a week later with a large party of my closest girls and said yes to the most perfect dress in the world! Thank you Emily and Sarah for everything! :)

I cannot express how thankful I am to have heard of Heart to Heart and have such a wonderful consultant. Jenn jumped in like we had known each other for years and she made the experience more comfortable than I could ever imagine. I had an excellent experience at Heart to Heart in Webster. The selection of dresses was beautiful and the the service was exceptional. Everyone there made me feel warm, welcome, and relaxed in the dress selection process. The woman who helped me had really great gauge of what I was looking for, and brought me dresses to try on that were exactly what I had in mind. She gave me some really great feedback in the process to help me choose the perfect one. My dress came in right on time, and is amazing. I loved my experience with Heart to Heart! I got engaged in late December 2016 and planned a wedding for July 1, 2017. I went dress shopping MLK Weekend and Jenn was my consultant. I told her the type of dresses I wanted and we pulled a few to try on. I absolutely fell in love with the first dress I tried on! I tried on a few more dresses and also went to another shop to try on some other dresses, but at the end of the day I was back at Heart to Heart purchasing the first dress I tried on. Jenn even found the perfect matching veil. One of my favorite parts of shopping at Heart to Heart is that there was absolutely no pressure -- Jenn knew I was planning to go to another appointment later in the day and completely encouraged me to try other looks. When I came back later in the day she said "I knew you'd be back!" My wedding was approaching quickly and Heart to Heart worked with me to make sure my dress was ordered and came in on time to have alterations done on time. Janice at the Manchester location did my alterations and they were great and very affordable. As a side note, the dress I purchased (Maggie Sotterro, Meryl) was a real trooper. It rained the day of our wedding and we took pictures outside prior to our ceremony and you could not tell that the train was soaking wet and had been dragged through the mountains of Vermont a half hour before it went down the aisle. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would whole heartedly recommend Heart to Heart!

I cannot say enough about Heart to Heart Bridal and Sarah the Manager there. I went there as my first pick of bridal shops after getting engaged after driving past the dresses in the window for years. Sarah was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was beyond patient and I did not feel rushed or pushed into anything at all!! I ended up leaving after trying on about 20 dresses and going to look at a few venues and then returning a few hours later and buying my dream dress. I have been in other bridal shops as a bridesmaid and I will tell anyone I know, make Heart to Heart your one and only stop and you won't regret it!

I knew exactly what I wanted in a wedding gown and I was hoping Heart to Heart would be able to help me. They carry the Allure Romance line, which is filled with lace. I found my dress and veil the first time in the store and purchased that day. I found it about 5.5 months before my wedding and it arrived in penty of time for alterations to be done. I received 100% of the bridal consultant's attention at my appointment and felt like I was being heard. My dress was stunning! I would recommend heart to heart to any bride looking for a stunning gown!

They were very nice to work with and very helpful. I ended choosing a dress they pulled for me. Something I never would have tried. I had gone to several shops in the area and just wasn't finding the dress. I'm so glad I found Heart to Heart. I loved my dress. I also used them for my bridesmaid dresses. I payed for part of each dress for my girls and they made it very easy for me to do that.

I heard of Heart to Heart Bridal in Webster through a coworker who had used them. Before we got there, they had me go on Pinterest and pick the dresses that I would be interested in. It was such a great way to be prepared because they had their identifier numbers on Pinterest. All I had to do was give them my phone with the Pinterest page I made and they were off! They found almost all of them for me. They ended up being my first stop and my last stop! I tried on about 12 dresses during my appointment there and already knew I had found the one! They held my dress for the night to let me think it over but I called as soon as they opened the next morning to officially purchase it. It was just my mom, my two sisters and I for the appointment. We had the whole store to ourselves which made us feel like the staff really cared about us and the choice I was making. They were so attentive and friendly. I can't thank the women at Heart to Heart enough for my experience with them and my dress! It was a big hit the day of and I am still getting compliments!!

Both locations (Webster and Manchester) of Heart to Heart Bridal are amazing! I have nothing but the highest praise! All of the women that I interacted with at Heart to Heart were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The relaxed atmosphere is perfect for setting brides at ease, and they have a beautiful and well curated selection of dresses. Janice is an amazing seamstress, and with her alterations my dress fits like a glove! While I ended up ordering my wedding dress from Heart to Heart’s Manchester location, I returned to the Webster location to order bridesmaids’ dresses, which was also a great experience! I also really appreciated that even though the Webster location does not carry any junior bridesmaid dress samples, Sarah made my 9-year-old junior bridesmaid feel special and included in the process when I brought her back to be measured for her dress. I highly suggest Heart to Heart for wedding and/or bridesmaids dress shopping!

I found my dress in June at Heart to Heart and Janice has completed the alterations as well. Having been at both the Manchester and Webster locations, I have found nothing but excellence at both stores! After moving out of state in July, they were extremely helpful in accommodating me on short notice when I was sporadically able to come home for my dress fittings. Thank you so much, for everything!

The people at Heart to Heart Bridal were super friendly, professional, and helpful. I loved that they let you look through the dresses! I searched through the racks and found "the one" immediately (after spending several days at four other stores). The dress was exactly what I wanted and wasn't as expensive as some other vendors I visited. They were also helpful in recommending a seamstress for alterations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dress!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Heart to Heart Bridal in Webster! When my dress came in, the designer cut it 2 inches too short! I immediately began to freak out, as I lived in San Francisco at the time and wouldn't be home again until the day before my wedding! Sarah was incredibly helpful and immediately got on the phone with the dress company and had a new one ordered within the week! She called me monthly to give updates on the status of my new dress and when it arrived (the 2nd time) it fit perfectly! It was such a beautiful dress and I can't thank Sarah enough for the special attention she gave me and my family!

I had a wonderful experience at Heart to Heart Bridal in Webster! Ever since the salon opened I have driven by and hoped to find my dress there one day and it happened! Sarah and Ashley were very helpful pulling accessories and suggesting others dresses that were similar to ones I liked since a few had yet to come it. Plus they were very friendly and unfazed when I first came in with a group of six to try on dresses! I love love loved the small boutique feel, quality of dresses offered, and personal attention. I can't say enough great things about heart to heart bridal. I got my wedding dress, veil, hair accessories, bridesmaid dresses, and flower girl dresses all from heart to heart and it was nothing but a positive experience every step of the way. The staff was so knowledgeable and accommodating while maintaining a very laid-back, relaxing atmosphere. They say you know when you find your dress, but there were SO many beautiful dresses it was difficult to decide on one. All of their dresses are original and unique and stunning. The best part for me was that I really felt like the staff, especially Janice, really cared about me and that the finished product was exactly as I envisioned it. They didn't mind going the extra mile to make things perfect and that type of commitment isn't something you can find anywhere else. Love this place and will recommend to all of my engaged friends!!!

The staff here was amazing. They were very attentive and helpful through the whole process which to me was the best part because I did everything on my own. No friends or family to help. Prices were a little higher than i wanted to spend but the amount of care and attention i received was priceless. They have a great selection for people of all sizes even me who is on the larger side of both height and weight. Alterations were done very quickly and very affordable.

I went to the Manchester store. They were SOOOOO helpful and attentive here! I found my dress here (Allure Bridal) and they were so great with the alterations and were very personal. You SHOULD go here! So much selection and its great to be in a smaller salon so you are attended to as a person and not just a number.

I found a Sottero and Midgely dress I loved at a Trunk Show. I called all around and no one could get me the dress to try on again. I called Heart to Heart bridal and they were so friendly and helpful. They had a sample dress shipped to the store for me to try on. I drove from Buffalo, NY to try on the dress one more time before making my final decision, it was the one. I kept going to Heart to Heart because Janice and her staff were so friendly and I wanted to keep my business there as opposed to the not so friendly dress shops in Buffalo. I would highly recommend them!

Heart to Heart Bridal was great! Sarah was so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful when I was picking out my dress. They had great selection of reasonably priced gowns which was great. They were also very accommodating, planning a wedding from out of state can be stressful, but they were flexible with appointment times which really helped considering I was only in town one time before the wedding week. They also did an amazing job on the alterations and my dress turned out beautifully! I recommend to any bride :)

Having decided that I wanted a relatively simple gown, I had gone to a few bridal shops where I couldn't find a single viable dress to try on that didn't have feathers, fluff, lace, or a ton of beading. Then I went to Heart to Heart and found several dresses right away that were classy, elegant, simple, and reasonably priced. It took me no time to find the perfect dress, and we got the bridesmaid dresses there as well. Everything arrived on schedule. Janice did the alterations on my bridal gown, which were perfect. Sarah even steamed my dress a couple of days before the wedding! They were great to work with -- highly recommended!

Heart to Heart provided my favorite bridal dress shopping experience. The salesperson was very nice, not pushy, and she had great suggestions of dresses to look at. The atmosphere of the salon was all very relaxed. I never felt any pressure but also felt supported by the salesperson at the same time. The dresses were also beautiful and at a much lower price than any other store I had been to. I found the perfect dress there and I can't wait to start the fittings and alterations process!

I worked with Sarah at Heart to Heart Bridal North. Sarah was wonderful and extremely helpful. She allowed me to try on as many dresses as I needed and I never felt rushed. I also went to the store multiple times to show my dress to members of my bridal party who live out of town. This was never an issue and I always felt welcomed and comfortable at the store. Sarah gave the perfect amount of advice which allowed me to find a dress which is just right for me. I love my dress and the overall experience I've had so far. I would recommend Heart to Heart to any bride to be!
