Best Ever!
Heart of Harlow was one of the best decisions i made for my wedding! Mandy made everything so easy and simple for me. I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day and that was so important to me. She took care of everything, from setting up and putting away, to coordinating with other vendors for the day, and executing a perfect timeline. I cannot recommend Heart of Harlow enough!! Easily one of the best vendors I had for my wedding! -

Pleasant and Professional
Mandy was excellent in communicating to the vendors, wedding party, and guests as well as managing the wedding day schedule. She is also very calm and pleasant to work with which eased anyone's nerves about the big day. -

My wedding day was perfect, thanks to Heart of Harlow
Mandy did an amazing job as our day-of coordinator to help the day go as smoothly and stress-free as possible. So much so, that we specifically received compliments from guests of how helpful she was. From set up, to cue-ing each member of the bridal party to walk during the ceremony, to keeping us (bride and groom) on track and aware of each scheduled event, the day could not have gone any better, thanks to Heart of Harlow! -

Perfect day!
I was blessed to meet Megan with Heart of Harlow completely last minute after my original, and AMAZING, coordinator unfortunately couldn’t make it (Covid, ugh) Of course you can imagine my stress and concern with these sudden last minute changes! I had spent the last year building a great relationship, with someone else! Megan though, was the absolute sweetest and stepped up and in without hesitation! She went above and beyond our whole day to make sure it was everything I had always wanted! There isn’t enough thanks in the world I could give to her! I mean this girl even became my last minute seamstress when my dress ripped!! If you’re looking for a company that will treat you so much more than just a client, and almost more like a friend. These are your girls! -

Valuable and the key to the OBX wedding day!
We are from Tulsa, OK and were looking for someone experience in the OBX to assist us with details and running the wedding day. Mandy was fabulous and helped us with ideas/suggestions, contacts, vendors, outlines, and she definitely was a huge help with family dynamics as well. Although our group was small, the rehearsal and wedding day went smooth for all! After the rehearsal meeting (it was short but valuable) my husband asked, "Where did you find Mandy? She's the key to tomorrow, and worth every dime!" Thank you Mandy!

Made our day a success!
Mandy and her team were essential to helping our special day happen! In addition to COVID, we were also experiencing a tropical storm during our wedding. Mandy remained extremely calm and gave us all of our options. She supported our decision either way! Our day went off without a hitch and we owe it all to Mandy and her team. Lauren, one of her team members, was on site for our wedding day and she was incredible. If something went wrong, we had no idea! I knew I could relax and get ready with my bridal party, knowing our event was in the best of hands. We would HIGHLY recommend hiring Heart of Harlow for your day of coordinating needs. -

I could not have made it without Mandy!
I cannot recommend Mandy enough. I hired her as a day planner for my daughter's wedding. We had to move the wedding from June to August due to the pandemic, which was nerve racking enough. We also could not physically make it to the venue or meet with vendors before hand due to the pandemic and family issues.....and we live in the midwest.
Mandy took control right away and was incredibly helpful when we had to reschedule the wedding. She developed the time line and made sure all stuck to it.
It rained hours before my daughter's outdoor wedding. Mandy was very reassuring the entire time. The rain stopped....but the wind kicked up, causing problems with our centerpieces and the tule runners that pooled at the bottom of each table. The wind blew the tule off the table and overturned some centerpieces. Mandy got to work right away improvising as the knowledgeable professional she was. She used twine that we were using for our decor....and tied the tule to the ends of the tables....it looked lovely. She kept everyone on time and activities moving forward. She was the only one of us who could figure out how to bustle my daughter's wedding gown! She gave me piece of mind so I could enjoy my daughter's wedding, instead of worrying about all the details.
I was on the fence before mandy arrived as to whether or not I wasted my money....boy, was I wrong. We honestly would not have gotten through without her. Her knowledge and quick thinking is top notch and although she is very professional, she is also very personable and was a joy to work with. I would recommend booking Mandy right away. You will not regret it!

She's a Magician!
Like watching a Magician, I had no idea what was going on behind the scenes of our wedding, but everything on the surface was incredibly magical! Did I know Mandy asked her assistant to run to the store because we didn't have certain items for our signature drinks? Nope. Did I know all of the things she had to do and coordinate to bump up our wedding by an hour and 30 minutes because it was going to rain on our beach wedding? Nope. But it all happened! From our beautifully set up table settings, to her giving me her earring post to fix my broken wedding earring right before I walked down the isle...to making me a plate of sushi and serving me as I entered our wedding tent (hello, since when does the Bride ever eat!) She made everything as PERFECT as can be. We couldn't have asked for anyone better!
Not to mention, our wedding was supposed to be on September 7th...but then got rescheduled due to hurricane Dorian! All the chaos she endured at that time, to then thankfully being available for our new date. Whew, she's seriously an Angel!
Mandy also made our beautiful welcome's sign with her gifted hands! (see photos)

Best Wedding Coordinator
Mandy and her team were rockstars in helping coordinate our vendors and on our wedding day! I hired Heart Of Harlow as my day of coordinator and was expecting that while Mandy and her team helped coordinate final vendor details that mostly they would just be present on our wedding day. Well the day before the wedding I was informed that I didn’t have 2 permits I needed- 1 to have music and 1 to serve alcohol- and to say I was panicked was an understatement! I called Mandy and from afar at a conference she solved all of my troubles and coordinated with her team and everything was resolved and my guests were none the wiser! So so thankful! This is such a great team that truly cares about making your day special for you, your groom, and your guests! -

Dream Day of Coordinator!
I hired Mandy @ Heart of Harlow for my day of coordination at my wedding in November. Mandy worked with me before my wedding to create the timeline, but had a prior obligation on the day of my wedding, so Chelsea & Evan were there that day - they were ALL fantastic!!!
If anything went wrong that night, I had absolutely no idea. They did an incredible job and helped make everything beautiful. They were perfect about executing the time line without making me feel rushed. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and with the set up & breakdown too.
I truly cannot say enough great things about them & would hire them over and over again!!!!

The best!!
Mandy and Chelsea were so wonderful to have as our day of coordination team. Mandy developed our timeline and knew exactly when and where vendors and everything needed to be. It was a huge weight off our shoulders to have them there, and a bonus they knew our venue well! If you are questioning day of coordinating I would say YES it’s necessary and Heart of Harlow would be my number one choice! Not only are they very organized and creative but super sweet as well! Got married 10/06/19
If you’re getting married, you need a wedding coordinator- Mandy. I have told so many people that our day only went as well as it did- we were able to FULLY enjoy our day- because of Mandy & Chelsea. Mandy was so helpful the whole wedding process. Being in PA planning a wedding in NC, isn’t the easiest thing, but Mandy was there every step of the way. We had Mandy the entire day-12 hours. She brought me a coffee the morning of while I was getting my hair done, checked in & got all of our wedding things. She went to the beach access & set up; set up at the venue & then delivered our flowers to us as we were on the beach taking pictures. When I say she set up at the venue, she did everything! We literally did no assembly of the venue or beach, & actually didn’t see any of it until I walked down the isle & when we were introduced to the reception! THAT is how much I trusted her & knew we were in the best of hands. She was outstanding! Mandy even saved my life towards the end of our reception when my gown strap BROKE! Yep, freakin broke Hahahah. I rushed to Mandy & she immediately stitched it back together!!! No one even knew I was gone for 3 minutes & no one could even tell it was stitched. Thank God for her! Like I said, if you’re planning a wedding, you NEED Mandy!-

Day of Coordination
We hired Mandy for day of coordination and couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out! She was quick to respond to all of my questions, kept everything organized in a Google sheet and made the whole process of putting my day together very simple. Planning a wedding from afar presented some challenges, but it put my mind at ease knowing we had someone local designated to handle all of the vendor arrivals/set-up, staging of all the things and keep us on schedule.
It turned out that Mandy and I are from the same area and she was able to meet me for coffee while in town to coordinate someone else's wedding. It was so nice to meet her in person and run through everything a few weeks before our wedding! The fact that she made extra time for me really meant a lot. She is extremely personable, organized and creative. In retrospect, I wish I'd hired her to do more than just day of coordination!
Due to the size of our wedding she brought a helper who was so sweet and awesome. These ladies worked their butts off to make sure everything went smoothly and I was so grateful to have them. If you need a wedding planner, day of coordination or just some really beautiful signage/paper goods/table settings, Mandy is your girl. -

Beautiful Signs
Mandy was by far the BEST vendor I worked with throughout my wedding planning journey. I had no clue what I wanted my wedding signs to look like, I just knew that I wanted something timeless and elegant and Mandy was able to take that and create two beautiful signs that I can hang in my house. She was so easy to work with and provided me with great feedback on how items will will turn out (Pinterest vs. reality). She even went to a vintage store and found two mirrors to use - which I LOVE. She is so creative, talented, easy going, and the sweetest person! You won’t regret working with Mandy! -

i Was worried about rain not anticipating a hurricane - Mandy to the rescue!
Mandy made our wedding happen! On Monday 9/2 around 4 PM, we found out that we were being evacuated. At that point I knew our dream wedding was not going to happen. Mandy has been in contact previous to this to see what we wanted to do. At 5 pm on Monday, we decided that we wanted to get married at our original place on the beach, but we needed to move everything to the next day at sunset! Mandy was on it immediately and had all our vendors coordinated for the next day. She took pieces of what I had unpacked for the reception and made our wedding still feel special and beautiful. Our friends all remarked at how hard she worked and how beautiful everything was. I thought I would need a day of coordinator to make sure my now husband didn’t worry and in case of rain, not thinking hurricane. She made my wedding feel stress free for me even when it should have been crazy stressful. Also, she is easy to talk with and you feel comfortable around her.-

Mandy was a pleasure to work with, she is so organized! Prior to the wedding I filled out a form that gave me an idea of the timeline - I'm so glad I did this as I had no idea how fast time would fly the day of the wedding! We had a phone call to do a run through beforehand just to make sure everything was checked off. Mandy and her team arrived right on time and set everything up, checked in when needed and helped with the overall flow. After the ceremony she brought us down some food to the beach so we didn't miss out. I can't recommend Mandy enough for your day of wedding planning needs! -

Top Notch Wedding Coordinator
I used Mandy as my day of coordinator for my September 2018 wedding. I truly could not have asked for a better go-to woman for my big day. We spoke over the phone a couple of times prior to the wedding and shared documents to keep everything organized. On the day of, she executed everything I had asked plus more! My favorite surprise and special touch was her bringing cocktails out to the beach for my husband and I as we were shooting our pictures after the ceremony! She also took some special photos that even the photographer didn’t catch and shared them with me first thing the next morning! Mandy is genuine, fun, but most of all professional and organized! WOW! Mandy felt like a friend you've known forever in seconds and brought me so much peace on my wedding day. She isn't your typical coordinator...she's BETTER. Everything was perfect for our 10/20/18 Koru Beach Club wedding in Avon. She decorated our tables, danced with guests, she made sure our vendors received meals, and she took care of anything and everything anyone needed..especially me :). Heart of Harlow is a MUST!
Mandy and her team were absolutely incredible! At first, I was not planning to use a day-of wedding coordinator for my wedding this November, but I am so glad that I did - it is a must! Mandy was organized, creative, stylish, and easy-going. I fully trusted her to set-up our wedding tent as she saw fit. She definitely has a creative vision of her own, but she also listened to what theme/style I was going for and carried it out just right. Because of her excellent time management and communication skills, everything went off as scheduled and flowed just perfectly the entire night. She offered great advice and important suggestions as we began setting up the day-of timeline. Lastly, it was such a weight off my shoulders knowing that Mandy was there to handle anything and to make me feel at ease! -

Day of Coordinator and More, amazing!
Mandy and her team went above and beyond the call of duty on our wedding day to set up everything at the venue from the chairs and tables to the place cards. I didn't have a single call that day to ask how something should be, I was completely relaxed all day and knew she had everything taken care of. Sure enough, when I walked into the venue (the Elizabethan Gardens - which required EVERYTHING be set up and broken down that day) it was beyond every expectation. When the night was over her team made sure everything we had left at the Gardens was back at the house, something I appreciated so much as I would have lost them was it left to me (i.e. our gifts, photo booth album, etc - thank you!!) More than that, Mandy met with my husband and I several times before the wedding, and she was always extremely organized and professional, while also putting us at ease feeling like a friend from the moment we met her. Her energy and creativity helped keep me motivated to make this wedding happen even when planning became difficult, and let me tell you, it was the best decision we could have made going through Heart of Harlow. Mandy is also very talented and can make signs/lettering/some decor items on top of her coordinator service - the signs she made for us that day were so beautiful. I'm sad it's over because it was so fun to work with Mandy and her team! -

I cannot recommend Mandy enough. She worked with me on our wedding seating chart, table names, and created a customized wooden sign to use as decoration at our reception. She personally delivered the products to our house the day of the wedding and they were gorgeous. Her creativity is great and these special touches helped make our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. Thank you so much Mandy! -

I hired Mandy as a day-of coordinator. She was truly a lifesaver for my wedding. My fiance and I had no idea what we were doing and she guided us through the process and planned out our whole day for us. We didn't have to worry about a thing the day of our wedding. She was so incredibly responsive and helpful. We are so happy that we worked with Mandy! -

Mandy made me custom signs for my wedding in June, and she knocked it out of the park! Her prices were fantastic AND she delivered the boards to the reception site the day of the wedding. She replicated my vision, and I couldn't be happier. It takes someone with a lot of patience to hand write 150 guest names with incredible handwriting! Highly recommend her! -

I can't say enough wonderful things about Mandy and her team! Mandy immediately responded to my inquiry and I knew right away that she understand my vision for my wedding day and could execute a plan. Shes very organized, down to earth, and easy to reach! She provided a timeline that calmed a lot of my anxiety about our big day. She also suggested several solutions to small issues that came up along the way and made suggestions for things I didnt know how to plan on my own. For example, my original florist flaked out and Mandy linked me with a great florist by the next day! Her team is very professional and personable. I wasn't sure I would need a coordinator for my small wedding but I really believe I could not have done it without them. Worth every penny! -

My daughter hired Mandy to coordinate the day of her wedding and she was awesome!! We could not have asked for anyone better! She was extremely organized, professional, and had everything under control. She was always available to answer questions and handled everything beautifully. When weather threatened to push the ceremony indoors, she helped us with an alternative plan, just incase! She coordinated everything with my daughter and always worked with us on any changes in schedules and timelines. Mandy made us feel at ease and always did it with a smile on her face! My daughter and son-in-law had a beautiful and stress-free day that we will always remember!! -

Mandy and her teammate Chelsea were amazing!! If you are on the fence about a 'day of coordinator' please do yourself a favor and book Mandy. I was on the fence on if I needed this or not as I had thought I had everything under control, looking back I am SO SO Thankful that I did have Mandy and Chelsea there the day of our wedding. Even with all of the planning there are bound to be a few hiccups the day of your wedding. I cant tell you how nice it was to be able to lean on Mandy and Chelsea and feel completely at peace knowing that they were on top of it. This is "not a nice to have" service, I would say this was one of the most critical parts of our wedding and I would have really regretted it if I hadnt booked them. They were so good about keeping us on our timeline and making sure everything was so seamless. I still have guests saying how perfect the day was and how the day just seamlessly moved from one thing to the next. I have Mandy and Chelsea to thank for that!! Had they not had been there I am confident there are many things that would have slipped through the cracks.
Mandy was not only awesome the day of but so helpful the weeks leading up to it. She came to our rehearsal as well and leaded it for us. I have nothing but good things to say about her, she was just great to work with and am so thankful for all of the help. She takes pride in her work and it shows, she goes above and beyond and really does help wherever it is needed. I was 100% stress free on my wedding day and I have Mandy and Chelsea to thank for that. Even my mom and MOH could sit back and enjoy the day, that was important to me! Thank you both for all of your help, it was honestly the best day of my life. -

I found Mandy through a recommendation from Renee Landry. Almost immediately when talking to Mandy I was put at ease. I knew I had found the person to do the day of coordinations for our wedding. However, Mandy went above and beyond and was not just a "day of" coordinator for us. She took the time to have several phone calls to review the rest of our vendors and was always able to answer any questions we had (and we had a lot!) Mandy coordinated with our vendors prior to the wedding and was available during our week before rain plan devising ( because we had 100% chance of rain at one point.) Mandy went through both plans during the rehearsal which we ended up having during lunchtime the Friday before. I would highly recommend this! It allowed us the rest of the day to get ready with miscellaneous items the next day and focus on our rehearsal event that night. Mandy also styled our wedding. We provided a lot of DIY signs, items, even flowers and Mandy styled everything the day of our wedding. I felt like I was getting a 2 in 1 package with Heart of Harlowe. Mandy was there for us from the beginning and she was someone I could 100% count on. When we thought we were running out of bourbon, she was there in a pinch. I highly recommend Mandy to anyone who is looking for full wedding coordination or day of coordination. She is awesome and will ensure your day runs smoothly! -

Mandy was a lifesaver! Our wedding went from a disaster zone to smooth sailing the second I hung up the phone with Mandy. I had a horrific experience with my prior coordinator. Mandy was the complete opposite, so sweet, personal, extremely reliable and you can tell experienced. It was almost like having your best friend/sister by your side. I felt immediate comfort. She took over three weeks out from our date (which I was fortunate she had a cancellation and was able to step in!!) She honed in on all of our logistical details- band, tent, catering, decorations, favors in such a tight timeline. She singlehandedly made our wedding day flow like such a dream. We were so lucky to have Heart of Harlow. -

You need this wonder-woman on your wedding day! Mandy made my sister's special day (and months leading up to it) seamless, not to mention BEAUTIFUL! Her calm demeanor kept the bride at ease, and her "get it done" mentality left us feeling confident that everything would turn out just at planned. Hiring Mandy as our Day of Coordinator was one of the best decisions we made during the planning process. Mandy created our wedding day timeline, ran our rehearsal, and decorated our venue above and beyond what we had envisioned. She lifted a big weight off of our shoulders because she coordinated with our other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page, directed our guests where they needed to be, and kept our wedding running smoothly.
We got married the weekend after Hurricane Matthew and Mandy even sent us updates about the condition of the roads and informed us when the ban was lifted for tourist to have access to the Outer Banks. We can’t thank Mandy enough and I know our wedding would not have been the same if she weren’t there. At the end of the night we had a lot of guests asking where we found her! Book Mandy for your wedding you will not regret it!

Mandy planned and coordinated my wedding this July. We got engaged December 27th so we were working with a tight time frame and we were also quite a few hours away. The wedding took place in Harrisburg and a month before we moved to Pittsburgh, 3 hours away! She took on the challenge and coordinated everything. We would have been completely lost without her. She stayed in consistent communication and came through on everything I asked for. It all turned out exactly as I hoped and dreamt it would. Thank you Mandy for making my wedding day magical! It was the best day of my life. -

Mandy was a lifesaver when it came to planning our Corolla wedding from Pennsylvania. She was so responsive to my many emails and always made time to get on the phone. Day of she handled everything from a last minute flower crown for my flower girl to buying a case of water for the reception. As the bride my only worry was making sure not to fall down the stairs in my wedding gown ;-) So grateful for Mandy and the love she showed us on our special day. My only regret? Not having her for more hours of the day. If you do one thing for your destination wedding...hire the best wedding planner - Mandy Harlow!! -

Highly recommend Mandy! We hired her for day of coordination. She knew all of the vendors well, had the timeline and details nicely outlined that she also sent out to the vendors. Mandy was the best last minute addition ever
We hired Mandy to come on and give us some extra help (thanks COVID) very VERY last minute. She was so organized and professional and down right nice. I am so glad we added her to our wedding team and man does she have an eye for detail. I didn’t have time to help set up (hello hair and makeup) but she executed my vision without even having gone over it more than once maybe. Hire Mandy! She’s a gem! -

Above and beyond!
Mandy was awesome!! The day of the wedding it was calling for rain, and she volunteered to pick us up tents and help with any extras that was not already outlined for her to do. She did so much the day of the wedding that really took the stress off of me. I did not have to worry that things would be missed, or not set up correctly.
At the reception it started to downpour, and she stayed and helped us get everything put away and situated. She worked with my plan b, and helped execute perfectly!! -
