Working with Jenna was the best decision we made for our wedding. From the start, she was an incredible resource, helping us find the perfect cake vendor when we were stuck. She kept us perfectly on schedule, managing all vendor communications and coordinating seamlessly with our venue, DJ, and photographer.
Jenna and her team were absolute machines when it came to setup; they handled our place settings and decor with so much organization. At the end of the night, they packed everything up and labeled every box clearly, which made our lives so much easier. She even saved the day with an emergency sewing kit! If you want a stress-free wedding, I highly recommend Jenna and her amazing team. -

Thoughtful, Organized, and Incredibly Supportive.
We had a wonderful experience working with Jenna as our month-of wedding planner. She was incredibly accommodating and supportive of the many plans and details we brought to the table, and she understood our vision very quickly. What really stood out was her ability to translate that vision into a clear, well-organized schedule and logistics plan, without us having to spell out every detail.
Even when our ideas introduced additional logistical complexity, Jenna was open and supportive throughout the process. From the beginning, we had a scavenger hunt concept in mind, and she was fully on board. When venue constraints came up, she worked through them with us and helped adapt the puzzle design so it kept its original flavor while simplifying the setup — a thoughtful and practical approach we really appreciated.
We kept her in the loop earlier during vendor selection and planning. Once she officially took over, she was extremely organized and proactive — collecting vendor COIs, coordinating meal selections, helping us finalize the seating report, and ensuring seamless communication with the venue. Everything felt handled and well-coordinated.
Jenna also has great vendor recommendations. The vendors we booked through her were not only talented, but genuinely kind and enjoyable to work with, which made the entire experience smoother and more pleasant.
On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly and on time. We met Sam that day, and she was wonderful as well. The team took great care of our guests and handled all the setup exactly as I envisioned — if not better. They found and placed all the small personal items we brought perfectly, even without very clear labels. They also took thoughtful care of us, making sure we had our signature drinks after the ceremony and saving cocktail-hour food so we could actually enjoy it. -

We had the joy of working with Jenna and Sam from Heart and Arrow Weddings for our Sausalito wedding, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better planning team. From the very beginning, Jenna was an absolute pleasure—thoughtful, organized, and incredibly resourceful. She guided us through every step of the planning process with clarity and care, turning what could have been overwhelming into something completely manageable—and fun.
On the wedding weekend itself, Jenna and Sam were nothing short of amazing. We absolutely loved working with Jenna as our wedding planner. She is incredibly detail-oriented — nothing slipped through the cracks — and her experience showed in every part of the process. I really didnt think I needed a month of coordinator, but Jenna asked me all the right questions in our first meeting that showed me that she really knew the wedding industry and how to execute a perfect day.
Jenna / Heart & Arrow Weddings was recommended to us for Month-Of Coordination for our wedding at Cavallo Point.
To quote my husband " I could not imagine doing this without Jenna, she has everything buttoned up and I know we don't have to worry about anything."
A few things that were difference makers for us:
1) Knowing our venue - Jenna has executed weddings at various venues, she knew our venue really well and was able to help us plan for all the little un-knowns or prep for anything that could go awry. She also had great relationships with the team there and I could rely on her to communicate with them.
2) Managing all our vendors: Jenna managed all communication with our vendors, and shared with them venue requirements, helped us secure vendor insurance and was even able to alert me when a vendor wasn't replying in a timely matter and allowed us to shift to a different florist and avoid a really bad experience.
3) Extreme organization with ability to shift: Jenna does an excellent job of knowing all the little details and how to keep everything organized, but can also easily shift when things need to.
Jenna was a delight to work with from end-to-end. Our wedding day was flawless and beautiful and I got to be fully present and enjoy our day because of her diligent prep and day of execution. -

Choosing Jenna as our wedding planner was the BEST decision we've ever made as a couple. Jenna went above and beyond throughout the process, from helping us find and manage vendors to co-developing the vision of our dream wedding. She focused on listening to our needs, prompting us to dig deeper, and giving just the right number of options to choose from. From day one, we felt much more relaxed about the whole process, since we knew we could count on Jenna to help figure out the details and ensure we weren't missing anything.
A huge reason we went with Jenna over the other people we spoke with was her reaction to our budget - while we were by no means "frugal," our budget was fairly lean for a 100-person wedding in Mill Valley and the Bay Area. While got raised eyebrows or murmurs of concern from other vendors, Jenna nodded at our number and walked us through how we could fit into it. She knew the goal was to have a wonderful day, WITHIN our budget.
We would 100% recommend choosing Jenna and her team at Heart and Arrow to anyone getting married in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I can't imagine doing all of this without her. -

We met Jenna a couple of weeks after we got engaged and we need from the first meeting that we’d love working with her. She’s incredibly detailed oriented, has great connections with vendors in the area if you need recommendations, amazing communicator and she’s really invested and passionate about her work. On our wedding day, she ensured everything ran smoothly and brought an assistant with her day-of. At that point, it was like have another friend at the wedding and I highly recommend hiring Jenna for your special day! -

We feel so fortunate to have had Jenna for our wedding coordinator. She was incredibly organized, thoughtful and brought great energy. She helped us prepare before the wedding, thinking of details we hadn't considered. She helped us reach out to vendors and nail down our timeline. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything was in place and that our bridal party knew what to do for the ceremony. She helped manage transitions from dinner to speeches to dancing, all while keeping the energy of the wedding.
We had 100+ guests and many details to manage, and she handled them flawlessly.
Simply put, we would recommend Jenna to anyone for their wedding planning no matter the size or complexity. -

Jenna at Heart and Arrow is Godsend
My wife and I hired Heart and Arrow as the wedding coordinator for our wedding in March 2022, and Jenna was an absolute all-star. She’s a professional worth every penny. I highly recommend her.
The method that she used to document all the plans and desires that we had for the wedding day was very effective and very helpful. A month before the wedding, she started taking all kinds of projects off our plate, which we loved (obviously). And two weeks before the wedding, she spent an entire afternoon with us and our parents to sort out all of the remaining details that were just floating around in our heads. Her process and personality brought the stress level waaay down.
Jenna came through in every way on the day of the wedding. She managed to keep everything running according to plan without needing attention from my wife and I, which was huge. Because she plans so well ahead of time, when it comes down to the actual BIG DAY she can take care of the details without needing much time from the bride and groom.
Definitely speak with her! You’ll be able to tell right away that she is great to work with.

Jenna is fantastic. She is empathetic, thorough, and incredibly professional. While we originally hired her as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding event in September 2020, she helped my husband and I through our wedding postponement process once the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic hit in March 2020. She handled every question and concern with diligence and care, and repeatedly extended her support through the uncertain times. We were especially appreciative of her help in coordinating with our vendors to postpone our wedding event to 2021, and we thank her for helping us facilitate those challenging communications.
While my husband and I recently made the decision to cancel our 2021 event altogether, working alongside Jenna has been a true blessing and we can’t thank her enough for helping us through our wedding planning journey during this pandemic. We highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking for a coordinator with compassion, patience, and care. She is simply incredible, and we sincerely hope that our paths cross again in the future! -

Hiring Jenna was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She was the first and most important vendor we picked. Jenna is prompt, professional, but most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE! During the planning process she was so organized and brought up so many aspects of our day that never even crossed my mind! She also has so many personal and professional relationships within the industry. This was so helpful to get recommendations when picking the rest of our vendors and ensure our wedding went smoothly.
Like most couples getting married in 2020, COVID completely changed all our plans. We decided to move forward with a micro-wedding with 25 people due to local restrictions. From my countless text messages needing advice or reassurance, to our in-person meetings going over all the final details, Jenna was right there through it all supporting every decision we made. I feel like she literally bent over backwards for us, making sure everything was perfect from the rehearsal to the big day.
I am a MAJOR planner myself and I honestly do not think I could have done this without Jenna. She completely outdid herself and we are so grateful to have worked with such a sweet, genuine, and talented person. Jenna is simply AMAZING! -

We were thrilled to find a day-of coordinator that was willing to work with us to achieve our vision for our large (350+) wedding reception. Jenna was helpful throughout the process, and very thorough. Unfortunately, however, a week before our wedding reception, Jenna insisted that we would need to hire event staff (an additional $6-8k) or she would cancel our contract. This came as a surprise to us considering that our overall wedding plans and guest count hadn't changed since we began our contract a year prior. Luckily, seconds before we proceeded to submit $8k to the event staff she recommended, I decided to reach out to the venue for confirmation about Jenna's event staff demand. Just as we had previously informed Jenna of, no event staff was required by the venue — it was fine for us to utilize the venue's staff, alongside our friends and family. Because of how rude Jenna became as a result of her demand that we did not take lightly, and that we did our due diligence on, we decided to cancel our contract (non-refundable $$$ not included) as we no longer believed she had our best interests at heart. Not to mention, this was going to be one of the happiest times of our lives, and we didn't want her, or her attitude at our event. In summary, Jenna gave a handful of good recommendations such as for our guestbook; but, because of how short-tempered and rude she became as time went on (one message regarding event staff states: "I'm about to throw my hands up and say do whatever you want but I'm not going to be responsible for the outcome."), I would not recommend her for anyone's special event. I have a feeling she bit off more than she could chew, and got upset with us as a result of her choice to take on our large event as the day got closer. Jenna was supposed to provide solace, and she ended up doing the exact opposite during the final days that truly mattered.
