Amazing Florals

Haute Floral made all my wedding floral dreams come true. From my initial consultation with Amanda, I knew they had a clear understanding of my vision and were so great to work with. They always replied promptly to my emails and questions and were easy to get in touch with. I also loved how responsive they were when I changed my mind or thought of items I wanted to add/design tweaks I wanted to make and how easy it was to switch things out after the initial consultation. They helped tie my classic, timeless, and romantic wedding vision together with gorgeous peonies, roses, and candelabras. They even made a floral collar for our dog who was the ring bearer and were the perfect finishing touches on the wedding of my dreams. Could not recommend Haute Floral enough!

Gorgeous, Bold Flowers

SPEECHLESS - and I am rarely so. The florals for our restaurant reception were absolutely stunning. I came in with a small idea of what I wanted and the Haute team went above and beyond in making that happen.

I would recommend them again in a heartbeat and for any event. They were courteous, quick to respond, professional, and the work was extraordinary.

Thoughtful and Gorgeous Custom Designs

I had followed Kristen on Instagram for several years but hadn’t been able to work with her as a planner yet. My time finally came when I was the bride. She immediately understood my vision at our initial meeting which was reflected in the thoughtful and custom proposal. Amanda was always so helpful via email and the whole team truly executed the designs to perfection. So many people commented on our beautiful florals and I truly could not have had a better experience. I would recommend Haute Floral to anyone!!

Loved my florals!

I will also recommend Haute Floral to any bride to be in the Dallas area. Kristen and her team knew exactly what I was looking for in my vision. They also sent a proposal with which flowers they would be using in florals which helped a lot. I loved them all!!!

The most beautiful floral arrangements I have ever seen!

Haute Floral knocked it out of the park! I had a rough idea of what I wanted for florals for my wedding and what they created surpassed my expectations. Not only were their floral arrangements absolutely stunning, but working with them was so easy. They were on top of it from start to finish! I couldn’t recommend them more highly!!

Go with Haute Floral !

The bouquets and decor provided by Haute Floral on our wedding day were outstanding! From the beginning they listened to my ideas, looked at my Pinterest board, and talked through different options with me. They shared their opinions of what might look best without pushing or pressuring me to go with their ideas. All of the costs are quoted up front and the proposal actually listed the different types of flowers that would be included so there are no surprises. They created a bouquet for my bridal portraits and when I asked for a few adjustments for my actual wedding bouquet the team was so accommodating. There were no hard feelings and they didn't make me feel bad or awkward asking for changes. The florals on the day of our wedding were AMAZING - beyond anything I could have imagined. I am so happy we went with Haute and I cannot recommend them enough!

Wedding Florist

The team at Haute Floral was incredible to work with throughout the entire planning process. During the early stages of planning and budgeting, they were incredibly patient and knowledgable, providing suggestions and budget friendly ideas based off of my initial vision for my wedding. Once we had landed on a design and look for the evening they were incredibly responsive and flexible on any changes or questions I had; and this was all prior to covid-19 happening. Once the pandemic popped up and created so much uncertainty, they were even better to work with. There was no telling how things were going to play out, but Amanda and the team were consistently available to discuss options and provide solutions based on the facts at the moment. Luckily we were able to move forward with our wedding, and on the day of the wedding in the hot July Texas heat, they went above and beyond and provided an additional set of bouquets and boutonnieres, in an effort to ensure the flowers looked their absolute best for the ceremony and reception. They did this all on their own to ensure everything looked amazing for our day. I can't say enough great things about the team at Haute Floral and how amazing they are to work with and how beautiful their arrangements are, exceeding every bit of expectation for our wedding day!!

Beautiful Chuppah

Haute Floral did a beautiful job on the flowers for my wedding! My colors were coral and seaglass and I loved how they were able to complement my wedding colors in the table arrangements, bouquet, and some beautiful flowers on our chuppah as well.

Best in the business!!

The Haute Floral team was incredible! They were super responsive to all of my emails and answered any question i had with detail which meant a lot to me because i did not know much about florals and i was nervous about this aspect of the wedding. They eased every worry or concern i had immediately! We continued to update and make adjustments on my proposal as i wanted to change things or add things with no problem. One of the things i loved was they asked for my Pinterest board and took all the inspiration for my wedding day from things I’ve already researched. They arrived promptly on wedding day and set everything up and i was blown away with how gorgeous everything looked! It looked even better than i could have ever imagined. I cannot stress how awesome they were to work with! They are true artists and professionals at what they do! I highly, highly recommend them! You will not regret it!

Beautiful Flowers in our Budget

Haute Floral helped us get our dream flowers in our budget. Each floral piece was stunning and perfectly designed & created. We had family members pickup and the packaging made that easy. Bonus: their proposal is like something out of a wedding planning dream & gives you confidence that you're on the same page.

Kristen is the best florist on the planet - her ideas are so creative and beautiful. I have known her professionally through the wedding industry as a venue owner. She is the ONE I trusted to do my daughter's wedding. And what she did was even more glorious than anything I could have imagined. She does a spectacular job in every way.

You want this team on your big day!!

Haute Floral caught my eye at a friend's wedding. Kristen went above and beyond at the last minute for that wedding, and I KNEW I wanted her on my wedding vendor team someday. For my own wedding, floral was the most important item to me. Trust me when I say - Kristen and her team BLEW IT OUT OF THE WATER. She tirelessly worked with our budget to get us the best deal and on the day of she surprised us with some extra floral she was able to re-purpose. Talk about a wonderful and generous surprise. After interviewing several Dallas florists, #noregrets!!!!

Amazing Floral

The flowers were GORGEOUS. All of the bridesmaids' bouquets and table arrangements were perfect - exactly what I wanted for the wedding ceremony and reception, right down to the flowers that went on the cake. Thank you so much Kristen and Melissa for making my day even more special!

Kristin is awesome to work with! She is so talented and not only listens to your vision but offers suggestions and ideas to make it even better than imagined! The flowers for my daughter's wedding were absolutely stunning. I am still getting compliments on the flowers and how she was able to transform the room! As someone who is review-obsessed and did research on practically every floral design company in Dallas– take it from me – GO WITH with Kristen Wolchick/Haute Floral and don’t think twice!! Once you meet with her, you will love her and her work is beyond gorgeous – she really has a gift. On my wedding day, I cried with happiness upon seeing my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets, they were so beautiful and lush—she does not skimp on filling your bouquets and arrangements with the most beautiful, FULL, bright, fresh blooms!

Kristen was my favorite wedding vendor to work with because she is sweet, patient, genuine, and most of all TALENTED!! She truly has a gift with floral design and will make your visions come to life even if you know nothing about flowers. Unlike some other floral design studios in Dallas, Kristen really listens to what you want and the colors/flowers you want while also offering her professional opinion and guidance at the same time. She really just listens to you and then goes above and beyond for the final product!! She’ll also work within your budget – just be upfront about it and she will work with whatever you’re comfortable with and give you impeccable service and gorgeous flowers! She’s super flexible and SO EASY to get in touch with. Kristen or her team would respond to my calls/texts/emails within minutes and accommodated all my changes with a smile and prompt response! I never felt like I was bothering them or making too many changes 

Kristen & Donna at Haute Floral were great to work with and very helpful in the planning/idea stage of flowers for our daughter's wedding. KRISTEN is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! My father started googling florist and he told me you need to check her out. My mom and I met with Kristen after a not so great meeting with our venue and she put our minds at ease!!!!!! She asks great questions to understand your vision! I am so happy we went with Kristen as our florist!!!!! She is so creative, the floral arrangements brought the elegance we wanted to our wedding and she always stays on BUDGET!!!! Kristen was referred to me by a former colleague and I loved meeting with her so much, I referred her to my friends wedding, too (they booked her as well!). Kristen was the first thing I booked (besides my venue) and she knows her flowers! I even sent her a picture of my bridesmaids dresses to see what color she thought would go best with the flowers - talk about above and beyond! All my guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were and my venue was decorated gorgeously. I highly recommend her!

I can't even begin to describe how amazing Kristen and her team are. My wedding was three weeks ago and I still have people raving to me how beautiful all of the flowers were. The entire process with Kristen was easy and exciting. She immediately understood what I liked and what I didn't like, and I basically just asked her to use her judgement. When I got to my wedding, I was completely blown away. It exactly what I had wanted, and then some. Not one person that spoke the me that evening didn't comment on how beautiful the flowers were. I could rave on and on, but basically, If you don't use Haute Floral, you are making a mistake.

Kristen was GREAT! She did beautiful arrangements for my event. No, let me revise that. Kristen did AMAZING arrangements for my event. She added bling, she used her best mercury vases, added candles and actually doubled my flowers in my flower arrangements at no extra charge and not even per my request. She is an absolute sweetheart and she even hand cut blinged out sheets of rhinestones to make my chair sashes. If you have an issue or concern, she steps up to the plate and she went over and beyond my vision. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to use Haute Floral. I promise you won't be disappointed. I wish I could add a picture. My words alone can't express how awesome her work is....

Haute Floral was great to work with! They worked within our budget to make our wedding beautiful! They took all of our ideas and pictures we sent them, and brought to life exactly what we had envisioned. They even modified my bridal bouquet the day of the wedding to make it perfect for me, which made me so happy. People told me it was the prettiest bouquet they had ever seen. I highly recommend Haute Floral for your wedding or event. They really went the extra mile to make everything beautiful.

Kristen and her team at Haute Floral are amazing - we met with 3 florists prior to our wedding and I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with her team. Our flowers were BEAUTIFUL and she was incredibly flexible throughout the planning process. Kristen is awesome! She is just one of those people who loves her job is legitimately trying to make you happy and deliver above and beyond your expectations. She has a great eye and her prices are beyond reasonable.

My wife and I were worried that we would not be able to afford getting nice centerpieces for our wedding...on top of the bouquets and the boutonnieres...we were just convinced it was going to be way too expensive so we were settled on what to expect. Kristen asked us our budget when we first met her and she immediately said "Oh, gosh, I can definitely work with that, no problem." I couldn't believe it. (We were actually within budget on something, yay! ha ha).

But, to make it even better...when we actually got to the wedding...Wow did she deliver. Andrea was stunned. It was perfect. Kristen does amazing work and we could not have been happier. You'd be crazy to not book her for your wedding.

Kristen at Haute Floral is AMAZING! She is so incredibly talented, and has such a creative eye! I must say, that when I first approached Kristen, I didn’t think that I would be able to afford to have real flowers at our reception. Due to budget constraints, I had resigned to the fact that I would just have real flowers for our bouquets, but then would buy silk flowers from a craft store for the centerpieces at our wedding. I had priced out what my total flower budget was (assuming that I would purchase silk flowers). When I met with Kristen for the first time and told her that I couldn’t afford real flowers for our centerpieces, she just simply asked me what my total budget was – after I told her, she told me that she could definitely work with that budget! I was relieved that I was able to have real flowers for our centerpieces, but secretly thought that the centerpieces would turn out rather small and underwhelming. (which was ok, I knew I was working with a tight budget).
Let me just say that when my husband and I walked into our reception, I was literally in tears when I saw what Kristen had done! The centerpieces were NOT small and underwhelming, they were absolutely STUNNING! They literally looked like the centerpieces that I had seen in the bridal magazines. Besides the centerpieces, Kristen had added so many other special touches, that it just blew me away. I CANNOT say enough wonderful things about Kristen and Haute Floral!! I would highly recommend Haute Floral to ANYONE – you will not be disappointed!

WONDERFUL!!!! She worked with me to stay under my budget and find BEAUTIFUL looks that were just like what I wanted, but were affordable. We had a tiny bouquet for my flowergirl that had crystals in it! It was PERFECT!!! Had so many complements. My colors were red & ivory she was even able to find white peonies with red centers!!!! Seriously recommend that everyone work with Haute Floral!!!!

I am so glad that I choose Kristen from Haute Floral. I knew nothing about flowers. All I had wanted was some flowers on the table, wedding ceremony, and flowers for my wedding party. I went to a couple of florists who seemed like they were listing but then I would get the proposal for double my budget! From the beginning Kristen was attentive and professional. We discussed my wedding venue and I showed her pictures of things that I liked. Later she emailed me a very detailed proposal (I had to Google some of the flower names) and it was exactly what we discussed. On the day of the wedding I was extremely impressed. Her selection of flowers was exquisite! If you are looking for a creative and professional florist that will stay within your budget, then Kristen is the florist for you!

In my opinion, there are just not enough stars to give Kristen. I was referred to Haute Floral from a friend who had also used them for her wedding. I met with Kristen Haute once and we talked about my style, the ceremony site and what might work. From that one meeting, I was comfortable and worry-free. And, as it turns out, I was spot on. The flowers were absolutely amazing! I continued to add to my order, even as close as a week out when I realized that I had left off a guest book table bouquet.

In addition to getting beautiful flowers, I also had a the privaledge of getting to know a most beautiful person, inside and out. Kristen works with integrity and professionalism and has a heart of gold. Her prices are more than reasonable and I would recommend them for ANY event, large or small. I've now seen so many different examples of her work and continually feel blessed to have had her floral designs at my wedding. THank you Kristen! Greg & Nancy

Kristen did an amazing job on the floral arrangements for our wedding. I hired Kristen to make my bridal and bridesmaid bouquet and boutonnieres for the groom, groomsmen and our immediate family members. She did an outstanding job!!! I gave Kristen pictures of what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. Everything was absolutely gorgeous! Kristen is very professional and really worked with me to find the best options for me at a reasonable price. Honestly I was dreading picking out flowers but Kristen made things so simple! Picking flowers turned out to be the easiest and quickest thing I had to do during my wedding preparations. I highly recommend Haute Floral! Thank you for doing such a beautiful job Kristen!

I will add to the other wonderful comments about Kristen and Haute Floral! Kristen used my comments to my wedding planner, my pins to pinterest, and my comments to her and made them come to life. The flowers at my wedding were more beautiful than i could have imagined. I have been in several weddings and the bouquets, including the brides, tend to wilt or fall apart through out the day and night and mine did not! My bouquet traveled back to Oklahoma and a few bridesmaids took theirs home to Kansas! Everyone raved about how beautiful her work was. OH I could go on and on about the centerpieces...ill keep it short, they were beautiful.
You get a lot for your money with Kristen and you will not be disappointed if you hire her! She is pretty awesome!

All I can say is WWWOOOOWWWW!!!!!!!!! Kristen with Haute Floral did an AMAZING job on our wedding! All of our guests kept commenting on how beautiful everything was!!!! I found her online after my Wedding Coordinator had suggested a more expensive floral designer in Dallas. Met with Kristen and immediately fell in love with her work! She truly has an amazing eye for floral and tablescape design. It was absolutely STUNNING!!! The theme for our wedding was rustic/vintage, in brown, teal, and ivory, with lots of burlap. She hung the most amazing lanterns from the ceiling, and added the most beautiful flowers and other tablescape elements to our tables. Nothing was left un-done...again, it was STUNNING!!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Haute Floral and will use her again!!! Love her!!!!!

I really can't say enough good things about Kristen and her work. I met with multiple florists and chose Haute Floral because Kristen not only is SUPER talented, but she listens to what you want and is really just great to work with! She goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want, while still putting her creative touch on everything and making it even better than you imagined. Working with Kristen was INCREDIBLE!! When I saw her work, I thought she would be out of our budget. After getting quotes from 3 vendors, she was actually the best price. After receiving floral quotes from florists who seemed to me to be WAY overpriced, I decided to contact Kristen, the owner of Haute Floral. I let her know what I wanted and the budget I was trying to work in and, after a visit with her to play around with flowers, she made it possible. She is very understanding, reasonable, and flexible. She works within YOUR budget and does the best she can to provide whatever you need. She is so sweet and does a BEAUTIFUL job arranging flowers. I highly recommend Kristen!

Kristen was great to work with. I wasn't completely sure what I wanted when I first came to her, but she was happy to work with me and listened to the ideas I had. Kristen is hands down the absolute BEST florist in Dallas, Texas. Before planning our wedding, I took a look at some florists that were considered the "Best Of" and they cannot compare. The difference in her work is, her flowers are full (no spacing in between), extremely romantic look and high quality flowers. Her creativity is amazing!! You will sit down with Kristen during the consultation and believe that your flowers will look amazing, but when you finally see them, you will be speechless. She takes them to an entirely different level. She built an AMAZING stature for my ceremony and worked so hard to get them on a rooftop, which was very difficult, but she did it. Without Kristen, my wedding would not have been close to how beautiful it was. Guests have been writing raving about the flowers. Like another bride said, this is what she was born to do. I've never met someone so hard-working and does whatever she can to make her brides happy and she, like my other vendors, truly exceeded my expectations. Never again will I go to another florist in Dallas for Mother's Day, Birthdays and Just Because flowers, because her work is the best I have seen. Sincerely, A Very Happy Bride. :)

DOUBLE WOW, we were amazed at how wonderful the flowers looked. You exceeded our expectations. The colors of the flowers were amazing and perfectly offset the colored linens at the reception. The flower arrangements for the church and reception were gorgeous and quite incredible. I had to do a double-take when I first saw my bouquet. It was everything I wanted and then more. The flowers under the cakes were gorgeous. Even though we had discussed how they were I could not have envisioned something that beautiful. We had so many compliments from so many guests about the flowers…Thank you so much for being our wedding florist.

I dont even know where to start...Kristen is INCREDIBLE. First of all, I am huge on flowers, I think that flowers set the tone for the entire wedding. At first I wanted bright pink and white centerpeices and then I changed it to all white tall centerpieces. Even though this change was last minute, she was always easy to get a hold of and meet with. I was really nervous at first (like most brides) because you dont know how the end product will necessarily turn out until you arrive...but she well exceeded my expectations. My guests were AMAZED. 2 months later I still have people asking me who my florist was and telling me how amazing the flowers were. Kristen is AWESOME! She listened to what I wanted and looked at ALL the photos I sent, and translated that into my beautiful vision, which is even better than I could've imagined! My husband and I were married at the Dallas Arboretum in the Lay Ornamental Garden, with the reception following at the Camp House. Kristen really used my colors (fuchsia, dark purple, and apple green) to make the garden glisten and the reception site almost sparkled with flowers. It was so beautiful! She was always willing to take my phone calls and didn't hesitate to make any changes I wanted! She and her team were on-time (even early) and everything was setup so quickly. The only thing I regret is not taking some of the aisle markers or centerpiece flowers home :-((

Kristen was truly wonderful to work with. She took my jumbled words and attempts to describe what I wanted and ran with it. She understood exactly what I wanted and worked so hard! She listened to my random descriptions (actually read my mind) of what I like and came up with the most creative displays and arrangements. Our Thanksgiving Table was the most gorgeous holiday table that any of our guests have ever sat at… and these were very Gucci Guests!

Then 2 days later for our Wedding…. Bam… it was a whole new look! Everything she did seemed so effortless for her (even though she was working so hard) ... her very calm demeanor added to the beautiful energy of the day. She didn’t miss a touch and added so much more than I expected…. What a beautiful surprise she is!

I was so worried about finding an innovative florist within our tight budget constraints. However, when I met with Kristen from Haute Floral, I was so excited! Would 110% recommend Haute Floral to any bride getting married in the DFW area (or further)! Kristen is an absolute joy to work with and her floral skills are amazing. Easy to work with and beautiful outcome!

Haute was really great to work with and made the process so easy! We got so many compliments from our guests. We absolutely loved the arch, and the team were very accommodating in helping us work books into our centerpieces. I would highly recommend!

They did a great job! This was one of the only florists I could find that was willing to work with a very limited budget. I told them my max budget, and they found a way to give me more than I had hoped for. Plus, they gave me great tips on ways to cut costs on flowers (like using ivy plants and making brooch bouquets) so that I could have the wedding of my dreams! I had a 30s/40s themed wedding, and they had tons of great antique-looking vases to choose from! They delivered on time, and I got tons of compliments of the altar flowers.

Kristen and her work... are flawless. The vision for my wedding was a vintage pink and white look... soft... but sassy. Kristen and her team assembled bouquets and centerpieces that were to die for... they literally took my breath away. The flowers were so fresh... and so perfect matched together... in every way.

She did something very special to honor my grandmother as well... by tieing her wedding rings to my bouquet for me. It was a very special touch that I will remember forever.

Kristen met with me several times to gather my vision.. and in the end was able to create the exact look I was going for. Lots of hydrangeas and roses... I LOVED IT! People raved about her work for days... just how unique and classic it was... yet so sophisticated and modern at the same time.

She is a class act... professional... and can work with any budget. She does AMAZING work and I wouldn't trust anyone else but her!

Kristen straight up took my breath-away when I walked into my own reception. In that exact moment of my life the following feelings were experienced all at once: Thrilled, shocked, mesmerized, dumb-founded, appreciative, giddy, and complete and utter satisfaction! No seriously, this girl is out-of-this world talented! She’s like a floral mastermind, a miracle maker, a creative genius, a mind-reading envisionist, all the best things a bride can only dream of finding- except she actually exists here in reality. I still think that all my compliments above don’t even begin to do her justice! Oh- and here is the real kicker…. She is completely affordable!!!!! How she transformed my budget into the most beautiful reception of all time, physically exhausts me trying to figure out. The only reason I gave her four stars on responsiveness is because she can sometimes be difficult to get in touch with, but heck ladies, if you want the best, odds are, the best is really busy and you must learn to share! She’s a gem, and if your smart, you’ll book her for your wedding as soon as you’re finished reading this review!

Absolutely wonderful to work with! If I could give her quality of service a 10, I would. By the end of all our planning, Kristen felt more like a friend than a vendor. I felt like she truely cared about us as people and didn't just see us as the next pay check.
I would reccomend her to everyone! Her designs are goegeous, definitely recommended for "out-of-the-box" creative brides. I've been getting tons of compliments.
In the end I was very happy with how everything turned out, however I did expect a little more for the money....but maybe that's just life in this industry.

Kristen did such a beautiful job with the flowers for our wedding!

We met with her to give her an idea of what we liked but mainly just let her do what we heard she did best and let her be creative. I didn't know exactly what the bouquets would look like but knew I would like them and I LOVED them!

They were beyond pretty and I am so glad that we used her. No regrets at all!!

I cannot get over how incredible the florals the team put together for us were. The direction I gave them was along the lines of “something like this but not like this at all” so basically useless and somehow they got inside my brain and made the magic happen and then exceeded my own imagination. They were honestly stunning! In all honesty I don’t know how much florals should be, the only thing I had hoped for was more of it with the amount we spent but again, I have no idea what the cost price of flowers is vs labour etc etc so this may have been right on the mark!

The talent at Haute Floral is just AMAZING. Their floral design was beautiful and it always is from what I can see on Instagram, which is how I found this vendor. Overall, the experience was great, and I would use them again. If I could offer some insight into my experience, it's that sometimes it's difficult to communicate with them. I prefer to use email to communicate with vendors, and it seemed sometimes that my messages would be overlooked, or the emailing system they use would not deliver my messages. This made for a few stressful situations, but I will say the closer my wedding day got, the better all that communication seemed to flow, and the response time and quality was right where I thought it should be. I didn't make very many phone calls, but they are a very busy vendor, and on one occasion I felt like I was being rushed with my questions. My advice is have plenty of patience on hand when you contact them, and don't hesitate to follow up. They WILL take great care of you. My second piece of advice is have specific delivery directions for them. I heard later on on my wedding date that the men's boutonnieres had been dropped off with the ladies' flowers, and the guys did not have their gorgeous boutonnieres on for their session of pictures before the ceremony. I haven't received my pictures back yet, but that was disappointing to hear, and I hope they guys still look great in those. A little extra communication on their side and my side could have prevented that. In sum, I loved all the flowers. The reception looked so couture. Kristen W.'s vision is the stuff of dreams. Would hire them again.

Kristen & team were great to work with! I was a very indecisive bride during the planning process and they worked with me to get the best while working within my budget. I greatly appreciate their patience with me. We received many compliments on how beautiful the flowers/decor were and we owe that all to Haute Floral. Thanks again guys :)

Gorgeous floral arrangements for my wedding! Was very quick to emails at the beginning, but was very difficult to communicate with leading up to the wedding.

Besides one issue, this florist was a good value, and my flowers were beautiful. I asked for mostly white with some blush. The blush flowers provided, in my opinion, were purple. They did, however, take the purple flower out of my bouquet, and they other purple flowers looked okay in the reception. Overall, I was happy with the final product, I just was not please with the purple flowers.

I was very happen with the product on our wedding day!! Everything was beautiful, and exactly as we had discussed. Vendor was very good at getting the "feel" that we wanted.

Beautiful work, poor customer service and unprofessional

We almost hired this vendor but once we asked if there were ways to get creative to cut costs slightly on two of the items on the quote to help get closer to our floral budget (tried to save $100-200), they were very defensive, rude and honestly just very unprofessional.

DO NOT HIRE Haute Floral !!!

With four months until our wedding and zero notice, THIS VENDOR BROKE OUR CONTRACT and refunded our deposit money. This happened as a result of me expressing my disappointment via email because I was unable to afford an additional floral piece. Without an email or phone call, they refunded my money and declined to follow through with our contract. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS!!

She quit a month before my wedding. Do I really need to say more? At our first meeting, she did not take any notes, so the quote she gave me made no sense. I had to spend my time (as an out of state bride) to come back to meet with her because she was recommended to me. And that was the story of our relationship. "Oh, when you said pink, you meant pink?" "Oh, I forgot about that, that is goign to cost more". Then, 30 days before the wedding, I get an email stating that she is giving me a refund and good luck elsewhere. Did I mention I lived out of state and the stress was just too much?
