I cannot thank Harsha and her team enough for hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids! From the start, Harsha was sweet, responsive and completely wonderful. From the bridal preview to day-of hair and makeup, I was blown away with how amazing Harsha made me look and how wonderful her team was as well! She was prompt (and even ahead of schedule) and even wasn’t thrown off when I decided to do different hair than what we had talked about. She was a dream to work with and I will recommend her to everyone I know! -

Three words: Harsha is amazing! She did 1.) a bridal preview session, 2.) hair and makeup for me on my wedding day, and 3.) hair and makeup for me, my mom and my sister on the day of my reception party. From start to finish across the three days of services, she was professional, punctual, collaborative, considerate, and efficient. She took the tentative ideas I had for each look and helped elevate them to reality. Her makeup work was immaculate: it looked fantastic in real life and the photos, and stayed comfortably in place the whole time. She encouraged us to have fun with eyelashes, color and sparkle and other festive additions that I'd never tried before, and even tastefully arranged our jewelry and dupattas at the end. I was wearing a sari one day and a lehenga the other, and just felt so fortunate to have found someone who relates to and can execute both Indian and American tastes and looks. As she worked, she spoke to me the whole time with the deepest compassion and kindness, and thoughtfully uplifted my confidence and self-esteem ahead of these big events. I felt such a lovely, trusting connection with Harsha. She does beautiful work, grounded in practicality and humanity, and I highly recommend her! -

I worked with Harsha on a styled shoot recently. Our original makeup artist fell through and Harsha was given just a few days notice. She was extremely prepared and did a phenomenal job!! I am so thankful she was able to be a part of our project as it wouldn't have been the same without her magical touch! She is professional, friendly and extremely talented! I will 100% be recommending her to brides and all future clients. -

I can't say enough great things about Harsha. She is so talented and really is an artist. Harsha did my makeup and hair for my bridal photoshoot, indian wedding and american wedding. She was so responsive and easy to work with. Harsha was professional and so much fun to be around through the process of 3 events. I loved working with her and feel so lucky I found her from a friend who also had a great experience. You won't be disappointed if you choose Harshalani Makeup and Hair! And wow, it was so great having someone who can do Indian and American makeup and hair flawlessly. -

Harsha did my bridal hair and makeup and was wonderful! I do not wear much makeup day to day, so I was in a totally new world. I didn’t have a strong vision of what I wanted, but I was able to send Harsha some photos of things I liked and she took it from that! I really appreciated how Harsha addressed my worries and worked her magic! I was so happy with my look! -

Harsha Lani was amazing to work with! She is so incredibly knowledgeable about make up and what brands work well on sensitive skin, like mine. Additionally, she is so fun to chat to while she does your hair and make up and always makes sure that you're comfortable with the process.Harshalani's reply:

Harsha did such an amazing and beautiful job on my bridal hair and makeup for my wedding day! She came to our venue Inspiring Oaks Ranch in Wimberley and brought along her assistant Averie to help with my stepdaughter Heaven, and flower girl niece Taryn. She was very professional as well as punctual, also very patient with us after our wedding was moved from April 2020 to October 2020 due to COVID. She stayed in direct communication during that time through email. Even though I was under pressure while scrambling to put everything on hold along with trying to pick a new date in the future all at the same time! I am very grateful to o have come across Harsha and her hair and makeup services and also thankful that she was able to keep the new date in her schedule. If I am ever in the Austin area for a long enough period, I will plan to schedule service with her again! -

Great for a larger group!
Harsha and her team were great. They worked on hair and makeup for my engagement ceremony for myself, my mother, my sister, mother-in-law and sister-in-law. My mother and MIL got hair and makeup services and they both wanted very natural looks. Harsha and her team did a great job and made them look glam without going overboard. Harsha worked on my hair and makeup and did a great job, was super adaptable even when I told her I wanted to change my look the day of. Additionally, I have oily skin so was very worried about my makeup not lasting all day- but was not an issue at all!
