  10/10... no, 11/10

  We knew we were in good hands from the moment we had our initial Zoom call with her, but everyone at our wedding was raving about what a professional and great planner she is and how she handled everything throughout the evening. It was truly a perfect day & if we could relive that day over & over we would ~ unfortunately that's out of our budget lol but thank you SO much again Margaux! We are so appreciative of her and her team and don't know how we would have done it without them!

  A vendor favorite

  Couldn't be more thankful. We had fun and virtually no stress on our wedding day thanks to Margaux. She took over and kept things to a need-to-know basis and went above and beyond despite only being our month-of coordinator. I think it says a lot that our vendors all complimented Margaux and said that's she's a star to work with. It made us feel even more at ease knowing our wedding team of vendors enjoyed their experience for our day as well. Highly recommend!!

  Hire margaux now!

  Margaux truly made our dream wedding possible! Having only been to two weddings prior to getting engaged, I was totally clueless when it came to wedding planning and I knew we would benefit massively from using a professional planner. We wanted someone who was knowledgable but also creative and fun and when we found Margaux, I knew she was the one (no pun intended). Margaux was incredibly easy to work with from day one and kept us organized every step of the way. She can hook you up with all of the best planners in the area but she’s also accommodating to any and all wedding budgets, so you won’t feel like you’re needlessly spending (easy to do in the wedding planning process). Margaux was so on top of things on the actual day, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing and guests were coming up to us all night to tell us how impressed they were by how seamless everything was. Now that our wedding is over I’ve been recommending her to other future brides nonstop - Margaux will truly give you the PERFECT day!

  Don't even think twice....hire Margaux

  While living in New York and trying to plan a CA wedding we knew we needed a planner who could help us organize everything. Margaux was so easy to work with and made a stressful process a breeze. Sadly due to COVID we needed to cancel our dream wedding. Margaux was so kind and understanding in helping us take care of everything. We are so sad that we didn't get to have our wedding with her but we would recommend her to anyone.

  Life-saving Dream Makers

  Margaux is a life saver. I can't overstate how often I asked myself where we'd be without her.
  
  Do you dream of a slow motion photobooth? Or a "here's Wonderwall" music cue? Or dice bags on every plate? Well my wife and I did. We had all these crazy ideas and more. Somehow Margaux and her team at HCS made it happen!! They made our random whims into something beautiful, fun, classy, and completely unique.
  
  Many of our friends did their own DIY weddings, but from the start my wife and I knew we wanted some help. Margaux came highly recommended from a friend who's wedding we'd attended and were already impressed by. From our first meeting with Margaux we knew we wanted her in our corner. Every time we met with her we felt better. She made us feel like our dream wedding wasn't some impossible fantasy but rather something concrete and achievable within our budget.
  
  There are so many things I would never think of that go into planning a wedding. As they say: "you don't know what you don't know". Luckily Margaux knows it all (and if she doesn't know it, she'll do an incredible amount of research to find it out). She's dedicated to making your wedding the best it can be and, maybe most importantly, everything you want it to be.
  
  I know it's the biggest of cliches but thanks to the team at HCS our wedding day was truly the happiest day of my life. I can't imagine having done It without her and given the chance I'd do it all again the same exact way.

  Couldn't have done it without her!

  As folks who entered the wedding planning process with a handful of things we had solid ideas and visions for and a wealth of indecision about everything else, hiring Margaux was the best decision we made. As I’ve told all of my friends, if you want to be able to enjoy your wedding day be sure to hire Margaux for all your planning needs—we honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. Wedding planning can be very overwhelming, especially in the “choice” department, so it was wonderful to have Margaux available to us for all our minutiae questions. We would come to her with a broad strokes outline of what we were looking for in our wedding day and she would return with the perfect series of options we could choose from! She did the legwork so all we had to do was choose “A, B, or C (or D or E etc)” and I cannot stress how easy that made the process! No request is too absurd for her to do the research on—we gave her the herculean task of investigating how practical it would be to have otters at our wedding. Turns out it was indeed possible! It wasn’t AFFORDABLE for us, so we didn’t end up doing it—but Margaux did the work to give us a realistic scope for our ideas hahaha. In terms of design, Margaux has so many brilliant ideas that she comes to the table with to help fill in the gaps of what you haven’t thought of and to incorporate all of your thoughts and whims into an overall vision. We personally don’t know much about flowers, but after meeting with us Margaux helped point us in the right direction for greenery that we couldn’t have chosen better ourselves. Since we’re movie lovers, she pitched having a popcorn bar at our reception which was one of the big hits of the night! And anything we weren’t sold on, we just moved onto the next idea—she brings no ego to the table, just many ideas to workshop. And day of? I cannot overstate how stress free it was to have Margaux on board making sure all the trains ran on time, to navigate the politics of wedding guests and to make sure we lived in the moment (and ATE.) I seriously lost count of the amount of times we said over the past few years “How would we have done this without Margaux?” and the truth is we probably wouldn’t have been able to. So if you want a wedding day that you’ll cherish forever because you were only thinking about how perfect it was and not how stressful it was please hire Margaux!

  Worth every penny!

  Hiring Margaux and her team were invaluable! Even my family and friends commented on what a great job she did! She was accommodating and flexible, passionate, a total boss lady, and eager to have us enjoy the planning process as well as the big day. I could not fathom going through the wedding planning process without her.

  Hiring Margaux was hands down, no doubt about it, the best decision we made when it came to our wedding. We hired Margaux right as we wrapped up the venue search and she made sure that the rest of the wedding was the most fun experience imaginable! She knows all the most amazing vendors, has an incredible ability to make really obscure, high-level thoughts into reality and is absolutely a pleasure to work with. Every time we would start getting stressed, Margaux would be there to save the day. We had such a fun wedding planning experience because of Margaux! On the day of the wedding everything was actually FLAWLESS. How often do you hear brides say that? And honestly, even if it wasn't I would have no idea because Margaux would have taken care of it (or maybe she did, who knows).
  
  Our guests even commented on how smooth everything was, and my all Type A bridal party was floored by how incredible she was. I cannot say good enough things. This is the single best investment you will make for your wedding - just do it & watch the wedding of your dreams come to life!

  All a bride could ask for

  Margaux and her team were great to work with. She was creative, thoughtful, and supportive throughout the entire process! The day of the wedding went very smoothly and we have Margaux and her team to thank for that. I had nothing to worry about on my dream wedding day and that's all a bride can ask for.

  There aren't enough stars

  My only regret is that it took me so long to write this review! Don't procrastinate like me: Hire Margaux. I am very busy, very fussy, often know what I like and very often know what I don't like, but didn't know a ranunculus from a scabiosa, and Margaux made it all work amazingly. She is so organized and professional and totally dialed in to all things wedding. We interviewed many and briefly even had hired someone else and Margaux is a class of her own, so don't bother looking around. Best points:
  1) the gift bags - holy moly, this woman and her team went above and beyond. 225 bags filled with some of our whims (individually packed spice bottles) and her awesome ideas (mini succullents).
  2) the night of. Neither me or my husband thought about - let alone worried - about any detail that night and could totally enjoy.
  3) the network. everyone I hired whom she recommended was awesome. every time i went out on my own, it was less than ideal.
  
  Bottom line - she is an expert on all things wedding - and when you come up with some weird whim (family style and a table garland? non traditional photo booth? custom wedding invite that's cheaper than the fancy off-the-racks?) she makes it happen.

  My number one goal for my wedding was keeping it stress-free. Margaux not only helped me accomplish this but also made it beautiful and memorable. There were so many things that I just didn't know how to navigate, didn't think about, or thought were outside of what I could deal with but with Margaux on my side, everything went smoothly. She had great recommendations for vendors and found an awesome location (The Larchmont in Hollywood) that was just right for us. I would never have come across it on my own. Best of all she was an intermediary between me and those vendors when there were things that were confusing, and keep them on target.

  IF YOU READ NOTHING MORE, READ THIS: i'm not the "wedding planning" type myself as i am indecisive and can get easily overwhelmed in my personal life. on the other hand, in my professional life as an attorney, i am quite the opposite. margaux bridged the gap for me--she guided me through the lengthy wedding planning process and helped me make all of the difficult design decisions, while at the same time exceeding all of my expectations in competence, communication, and professionalism.
  
  margaux helped me with EVERYTHING. she broke down the wedding into bite-size chunks, giving me tasks to complete on a timeline, which we revisited at our monthly in-person meetings (and i could freely call or email her during the month as well, if i needed). she also helped me explore design ideas, making great suggestions on everything from colors to rental tables to escort cards. margaux took the time to get to know me and my style, and then helped me find what i wanted without ever pushing her own agenda.
  
  now aside from the fact that she is clearly very great with weddings, margaux is also a great "planner." as i said before, she is a highly competent individual. also, in the course of wedding planning you will have many vendors (venue, caterer, photographer, florist, videographer, cake baker, dj, mc, photobooth, rentals, etc., just to name a few) and you may be flabbergasted at how some people are so inarticulate or slow to respond or hard to get a hold of when you're paying them so much money. but not margaux. not only is she a consummate professional in her own right, she will also help you wrangle those vendors and put your mind at ease.

  It's hard to put in words my gratitude for Margaux & Harmony Creative Studio. I didn't worry about a single thing on my wedding day-Margaux had everything completely under control and the event went smoothly! I give her expertise in event/wedding planning a two thumbs up! I highly recommend HCS!

  Margaux is an extremely resourceful and creative problem-solver who is the perfect combination of collaborative and "take charge". She is very reasonably priced for full-service wedding planning, especially in the Los Angeles area. She was always flexible and available when we needed her to be. On the day-of, we couldn't have been happier, everything was beautiful and seamless. And even though our wedding had a lot of moving pieces and locations, the day couldn't have been more perfect. We highly recommend Margaux!

  I cannot recommend Margaux and the team at HCS highly enough. Not only does Margaux have great taste and an eye for design, she is organized, professional, and a pleasure to plan with. My husband and I both had some quirky ideas for our wedding and I really appreciated that Margaux listened patiently to all of them and helped us beautifully execute the feasible ones. I also appreciate that she wasn't afraid to let us know when something might not work in the way we envisioned it because, let's face it: we did NOT know what we were doing! Also, my husband and I both have very demanding jobs so having a wedding planner was essential in keeping our sanity intact over the last year. I can safely say that with Margaux's help, wedding planning was more fun than stressful. My husband and I could not have done it without her! We are eternally grateful to Margaux and her team and would recommend them with confidence to anyone in need of assistance with event planning and design!

  We had a family emergency the day of the wedding, that ended with a grandparent having to go to the hospital (FYI grandparent is doing just fine!). Margaux was able to tell me what happened in a very tactful way that left me feeling okay about the situation. She brought calmness and caring to a very stressful situation and I could not imagine having anyone but Margaux see us through that rough patch on our wedding day.
  
  So like I said, do yourself a favor, hire Harmony Creative Studio and give yourself a much needed break!

  I unfortunately can't review HCS from a bride's perspective as I got married several years before HCS formed. If HCS was around when I got married, I certainly would have used their services. I do however feel I'm qualified to give HCS a proper review as I have attended 3 different events produced by HCS. I attended what I would call a vintage inspired wedding, a story book baby shower, and a nautical themed wedding shower. I have never seen any other events more beautifully or thoughtful done (and I just attended a $100,000+ wedding - apparently money can't buy taste - unless of course they'd hired HCS!) That ritzy wedding didn't even come close to the HCS vintage wedding I attended. I think the vintage wedding display so much personality and creativity. If you attended that wedding not really having known the couple, I think you would have left feeling like they were old (super stylish) friends. HCS seriously thought of everything. From the decor, to the favors, to the paper goods, every detail was hand picked and uniquely designed- for all three events.
  
  I attempted to copy the storybook shower I attended for my own baby shower and I sure wish I would have been able to fly HCS to North Carolina (where I had my baby shower) to help out. I didn't even come close to recreating the magic of that HCS produced baby shower. I did however have HCS design and create my shower invites and I'm just obsessed with them. Every single person in attendance commented on how amazing they were!

She was extremely helpful with going through all of my options with me and then getting the boxes made up specially for me. I created tank tops to put into the boxes as well and she was extremely helpful and supportive of my ideas.   Harmony Creative Studio was great to work with. Margaux was called last minute for my wedding. She was willing to help me tie all the loose ends and work with my coordinator the day of to get all the decorations set up. She also has an organized system for all the chats, photos and check list all in one place.
