The event coordinator, Jory went above and beyond for us! She gave great recommendations and was extremely helpful and was patient and friendly through the entire process. The food was outstanding! Chef Shawn created a custom menu for us and executed it perfectly. People are still talking about how good it was. I cannot say enough great things about this venue. It was literally perfect!

We had our son’s rehearsal dinner and welcome cocktails here and I can't rave enough about the amazing experience we had with Jory. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and an absolute joy to work with from beginning to end – no task was too big or small for her to handle since we were planning from several hundred miles away! I can’t overstate the impact she had on how wonderful our events were. Adding to the experience, the view of the yacht basin was postcard perfect and the chef outdid himself not only with original suggestions, but the flawless execution of our dinner. The gourmet meal set the tone for the entire wedding weekend and I am absolutely grateful. Harbour Town Yacht Club is a true gem of an event venue!

This venue is a hidden gem and we are so grateful we stumbled upon it. This is by far the most beautiful venue to get married in Sea Pines not to mention Hilton Head Island. All the other venues we checked out in Sea Pines were beautiful but did not compare to Harbour Town Yacht Club and they cost 3x more - after we booked it the entire time I kept thinking what the catch? There is no catch!! Our wedding day was spectacular, with an unreal sunset over the horizon overlooking the lighthouse - there are no views that can compare to it, the venue is elegant, recently updated with all the amenities you could ask for. We did our ceremony on the deck with over 100 guests, cocktail hour on the deck, dinner inside and dancing on the patio. We were cautioned against having over 100 people as this is a smaller venue, but I loved it and instead had a lively feel and not cramped or crowded. Jory is a dream, she executed everything perfectly and the food was delicious - we had a seated meal with steak, salmon, hors d'oeuvrs all cooked to perfection. I am still in awe from how well the day was executed and that we were able to have such an elegant wedding for a fraction of the price. Truly spectacular. If you are getting married in Hilton Head, don't look anywhere else. You can not get service, views, location like Harbour Town Yacht Club.

Do yourself a favor and book this venue! Jory who works there was so beyond helpful with every question that I ever had. I never thought I would miss corresponding with someone so much! She did an outstanding job helping with all of my planning. You can tell she loves her job and care so much about each individual bride she is working with. I felt so special and really picked the venue a lot because she was so helpful throughout the whole process! The views at this yacht club are phenomenal and if you are having a wedding of 100 guests or less this is the place to do it! I can’t imagine getting married anywhere else on Hilton head Island. It is just so iconic!!! Jory MADE our wedding day special and this lady should get a raise!! She is just exceptional!!! I have nothing negative to say about any aspect of my Wedding day or all planning leading up to the day because of Jory and this venue!

After many years together, my husband and I decided to finally tie the knot! Our reception at the Harbour Town Yacht Club could not have been more perfect thanks to Jory, the event manager. We had always dreamed of a HHI beach wedding but needed someplace to celebrate with our closest friends and family for the reception. From our first contact, Jory was phenomenal! She made sure even the smallest details were perfect! Hilton Head Island is so special to us and to be able experience the iconic view of the Harbour Town yacht basin and light house from the 4th floor veranda while we celebrated was simply magical. All of the staff were so accommodating the entire day and evening as we set up, celebrated, and departed. Jory was present the entire time, and any small question I mentioned during the evening she had already taken care of, she thinks of everything! We were allowed to completely customize the menu and our guests raved about how wonderful the food was. We were thrilled it included a night's stay in one of their beautiful suites. We were also pleasantly surprised how affordable this beautiful location was for our dream reception. Obviously the view is phenomenal. But it doesn't end there. All the guests raved about the food, which we got to personalize completely. The bartenders went above and beyond, making more shots than we could (obviously) count. And the coordinator made everything so easy. We planned in a short time frame and she knew exactly what to request and personalize for us. She always got back to me so fast answering any silly question I came up with. I couldn't have done it without her and it ended up being exactly what I imagined.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception sit down dinner at Harbour Town Yacht Club and had a fantastic experience. The venue, atmosphere, view, food, appetizers, drinks were awesome. Jory Vick was our event planner and we couldn’t have be more pleased with her personality, creativity, and ease to work with. This was a great venue that we highly recommend to others for weddings or parties of any kind. I continue to get compliments about our entire evening at the HTYC!! Thanks for sharing and making our day special!!
