I cannot say enough amazing things about Diana. It is NOT easy to get married during a pandemic and even less easy when you’re planning the wedding thousands of miles away!! My husband and I live in CT and had been dreaming of a Maui sunset wedding! Diana made this possible (and then some). Despite only being responsible for our ceremony she went above and beyond to help us craft our boutique and intimate event. She suggested villas, locations, vendors, and ideas. Without her it wouldn’t have been possible! She understood our vision and amidst the COVID chaos and many changes she made sure it would be possible. From the bottom of our hearts, mahalo Diana. You’re an absolute angel!! I cannot recommend her enough! -

We had the idea of getting married in Hawaii and decided on the island of Maui. After doing some research online, we came across Diana from Happily Maui'd.
Our wedding was an absolute dream come true, thanks in large part to Diana.
Even our first phone call was promising. Diana took a lot of time to explain everything to us patiently and clearly. It was especially nice that she speaks German, which made us feel well informed and understood. We can speak English, but everything is a little easier in our native language 😄 From the beginning, we had a clear overview of the procedures, the various options, and the costs. There were no hidden surprises; everything was transparent and understandable.
Diana suggested several beautiful beaches, and we ultimately decided on Palauea Beach. We were able to contribute all of our wishes and ideas, and they were reliably implemented.
Diana's support with the organizational aspects was also particularly valuable. She helped us with the necessary documents for the subsequent registration in Germany and made sure that we always felt that everything was taken care of.
On the wedding day itself, she gave us a warm welcome on the beach. Everything was prepared, the atmosphere was fantastic, and everything went smoothly. She combined professionalism with warmth. Exactly the mix you want on such a special day.
We are incredibly happy that we chose Diana and Happily Maui'd. Without her, our wedding would not have been so relaxed, carefree, and unforgettable. We can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who dreams of getting married in Maui. -

They take all the stress out of your big day!
Diana and Team were a dream to work with! We are a pair of control freaks who struggled with the idea of planning a destination wedding on our own. As such, we opted to utilize Happily Maui'd and we are SO glad we did! They took an overwhelming process and created an easy worry-free day for us. They have thought of so many details and are able to customize your event to suit your personal preferences.
The only thing we had to worry about was showing up with our outfits. Everything else had been taken care of for us! We were kept in the loop regarding any big decisions, but ultimately we were left being able to enjoy the months leading up to the wedding without drowning in anxiety.
We would recommend Diana a million times over! From our first interactions with Diana we knew that we would be in good hands and boy oh boy, did they ever deliver!! -

Diana has been the key factor in our successful wedding day. From the start, she was incredibly patient and amazing at fast/prompt communication. Since this was a destination wedding in Maui, a lot of our family members were coming from all over the world. Because of that I was very stressed and nervous about the wedding. All through this process, Diana went out of her way to make our wedding day as seamless as possible. Without her wedding planning, I don't think I could've had my dream wedding and I am SO glad that we spent extra dollars to have her as our wedding planner. If you are second guessing about whether or not you should have a wedding planner in Maui, please look no further! Diana will have your back and will make sure you and the groom will feel comfortable and you don't have to worry about a thing! Aside from her amazing planning and organization skills, I also felt ensured and comforted by the network of people that she has in Maui such as caterers, photographers, videographers and etc. She has a group of amazing people that you can choose from so it really cut down my need for research and price comparing. She has your best interest and will make sure you have your dream wedding! Thank you Diana for this past year and half and I feel sad to say goodbye after the wedding! But if any of my friends want to get married in Maui, I know who to recommend :) -

I called Diana with just two weeks to plan our wedding. With little time to organize and prepare she was able to pull it all together. From the flowers to the location to the wedding official, and photographer Diana was able to pull off the impossible. She was professional and answered all my questions either by phone or email in a timely manner. My husband and I were incredibly pleased and happy with our wedding and all Diana did to make a day we will never forget. -

We got Maui'd!
Diana ist die beste Hochzeitsplanerin die man sich wünschen kann :-) Unsere Reisepläne standen erst sehr kurzfristig fest und sie hat super spontan unsere Traumhochzeit möglich gemacht und ein tolles Team für wunderschöne Fotos, ein super Video und eine traumhafte Zeremonie organisiert. This was the best investment for our wedding. Diana and our coordinator, Julia are the absolute BEST!!!! They were on top of everything, very organized, and made it a fun and stress free experience. Julia made sure the actual ceremony went as planned and the pictures were so amazing, I could not choose which one I liked best(out of 275). The video was also amazing and the story they told will be cherished by us as the best part of our 2021 Maui Wedding Ceremony. -

Stress Free Wedding Day!
It was an absolute pleasure working with Diana and her team at Happily Maui’d. She helped me plan a beautiful intimate elopement of my dreams on a stunning Maui beach all the way from Maryland. Diana communicated very well and kept me abreast to the steps and what was needed to get married in Maui. She planned everything out very well and I am completely satisfied with the service that she provided. She was able to book a photographer, videographer and a day of planner for my wedding. All I had to do was show up. Talk about a stress free day! Thank you so much Happily Maui’d!

Amazing! Would 100% recommend!!
My husband and I recently booked a wedding package with Diana from Happily Maui’d. We chose the beach elopement package with photography and videography. We absolutely loved everything about our small intimate wedding. The location suggested by Diana was beautiful and the officiant was the best! Our photos and video were stunning and I LOVED my bouquet. We decided to have a small elopement due to COVID-19 and I am so happy we chose Diana to help us coordinate everything. We even had to postpone our date and Diana was very understanding and accommodating to the situation. Throughout the whole process, she made everything so easy for us which is helpful considering we had never been to Maui. Everything was perfect and stress-free the day of. I would 100% recommend Diana for anyone who is looking to coordinate a wedding or elopement. -

My now-husband and I live in Ireland and we were originally drawn to Diana from the pun in her business name. We found her very easy to work with, even across timezones, and we really appreciated her flexibility meeting with us very early Hawaii-time. Diana arranged for us an absolutely magical day including a special venue, a vegan cake, the marriage license appointment, beautiful flowers, and lots of little details - it all came off perfectly. The logistics on the day were like clockwork, including the makeup and hair, the ceremony, the musician, and the photographer. We would highly recommend Diana for your Maui wedding! -

Fun, on time, easy
Diana was a wonderful coordinator. Even when I was flustered with planning, she put up with my frustrations and made sure I was ok and on point with her. We decided to elope on Maui shortly after getting engaged. I initially thought I could handle everything myself as we didn't need but a handful of vendors for our elopement ceremony. About halfway through I decided to look for a coordinator to take some of the pressure off and I am so grateful to have found Diana. From the very beginning she was friendly and responsive, she answered every single one of my questions and made me feel so much more at ease with the whole process. She immediately set up an appointment for us to get our marriage license and made sure every detail was taken care of - she booked our officiant (Rev. Kuya whom I cannot say enough great things about!!!) and took care of my bouquet and my husband's boutonniere which both turned out incredible (she was able to accommodate a last minute request as well for the flowers). Fast forward through all the planning details, she was on top of things as our wedding day approached and provided a detailed agenda and ensured all of our vendors were where they needed to be and I didn't need to worry about anything once we arrived on Maui. I am so happy that she was able to be there during our ceremony as she graciously accommodated a request I had to incorporate our family who were not able to fly out to Hawaii. All in all, I cannot recommend Happily Maui'd and Diana enough - there are a lot of wonderful wedding vendors on Maui but her prices are more than reasonable for the tremendous effort she will put in to make your day incredible whether you are having an intimate elopement or a full-on destination wedding. If you are getting married on Maui, definitely contact Diana at Happily Maui'd!
As a wedding photographer, the number one recommendation I always give my wedding clients is to hire a coordinator! Whether you need full coordination, or day-of, this is one of the best decisions you can make - especially if you are having a destination wedding!
I recently worked with Happily Maui'd on a wedding and the bride mentioned to me just days before the wedding how grateful she was that Diana was her planner!
Diana shared the bride's schedule, updated me on any changes, and made the day of run soo smoothly for the bride & groom! She put out any potential fires (hello, getting red wine stain completely out of the bride's dress at the reception!) and was just such a calming presence throughout the event.
Diana paid attention to every little detail, and I saw her doing everything from making decisions on the fly for the caterer to heavy lifting so no one else had to do it!
You will love your experience with Happily Maui'd - I look forward to working with her again in the future!!

Dianna was wonderful! She was pleasant to communicate with while I was in LA. Once we met her in Maui, she was even greater! She had everything ready and set for our day of the wedding! Dianna went up and beyond and was really resourceful with suggesting other vendors like our photography, videographer, ukulele, and florists. We fell in love with how it all. We highly recommend Dianna. -

My wife and I got married on the Whiterock beach in Hawaii! Her dream ceremony!
The whole process was super easy thanks to Happily Maui’d! Most of our family couldn’t make the trip so we hired a videographer thru Happily Maui’d. The footage was wonderful and gave us something to share with the family. The on-site coordinator was very sweet and helpful, and the officiant was charming and fun. It was such a low stress and easy experience from start to finish. Which is wonderful because a wedding ceremony has so much emotions already involved I’m so glad the planning was made so easy! -

Die liebe Diane zaubert euch mit Ihrem Auge fürs Detail und so viel Hingabe, die perfekte Traumhochzeit auf Maui. Im Februar diesen Jahres durften wir (mein Mann und ich) zu Gast auf einer dieser wundervollen Maui Hochzeiten seind und es war wirklich eine Bilderbuch Hochzeit. Erst am nächsten Tag haben wir erfahren, dass die Hochzeit von einem Unternehmen geplant und gestaltet war.
